Description
Backdrop CMS
A
You
can
turn
on
turn
off
your
camera
and
turn
on
your
icon.
Whatever,
alright,
we
are
broadcasting.
Alright
I
wasn't
here
last
week,
but
I
hear
that
was
meeting
without
me.
So
thank
you,
nate
for
taking
the
charge
while
I'm
away.
That
was
very
helpful
I'm
here
today,
but
I'm
leaving
in
tomorrow.
We
get
to
go
at
my
horse.
A
big
sigh
I
just
want
to
thank
everybody
for
joining
the
call.
A
We've
got
Andy
natan
myself
here
today,
I
know:
we've
got
a
couple
of
other
people
watching
the
live
feed
right
now
and
there
will
be
more
people
watch
later.
So
thank
you
all
for
tuning
in
and
figuring
out
what
we're
doing,
if
you
hear
of
anything
during
this
meeting
that
you
want
to
help
with,
we
definitely
can
still
use
plenty
of
help.
So
go
ahead
in
ping,
us
in
IRC
or
you
can
shoot
us
an
email
find
us
on
Twitter.
A
However,
you
want,
we
definitely
need
all
the
help
we
can
get
and
we'll
take
whatever
small
amount
of
time
you're
willing
to
contribute.
We've
got
lots
of
things
for
different
people
with
different
skill
levels
to
to
contribute
to
so
definitely
feel
free
to
jump
in
wherever
our
goals
for
backdrop
are
to
create
a
version
of
Drupal
that
is
very
similar
to
Drupal
7,
but
contains
all
of
the
features
of
Drupal
8.
A
Everyone
will
be
able
to
afford
to
continue
working
on
it,
so
that's
kind
of
where
we're
at
here
and
we
are
hoping
to
get
all
of
the
Drupal
8
comparable
features
into
backdrop.
We
want
to
include
bug
fixes,
so
these
are
fixes
that
have
been
introduced
into
Drupal
7
already
that
have
been
introduced
and
Drupal
8
already
in
any
other,
bugs
that
we
find
along
the
way
that
need
to
be
fixed
will
include
those
as
well.
A
We'd,
also
like
to
simplify
existing
systems
when
it's
possible
without
changing
the
API
is
too
much
as
well
as
introducing
new
features
same
thing,
and
we
can
add
new
api's,
but
adding
new
features
to
pre-existing
api's
will
need
to
be
carefully
thought
about.
So
the
big
idea
is
not
to
change
too
much
right.
A
We
don't
get
done
by
that
time,
we'll
just
roll
into
the
next
release
and
we
won't
worry
about
getting
it
out
for
one
point,
0
and
so
far,
we've
got
a
couple
of
meta
issues
or
big
things
that
we're
working
on
that
we
want
to
make
sure
we
get
done
for
the
first
release
of
backdrop
and
the
first
one
is
keeping
up
with
Drupal
8.
So
that's,
including
all
of
the
changes
that
have
gone
into
Drupal,
are
keeping
up
with
Drupal.
A
A
Drupal
7
we've
got
a
bunch
of
giant
poor
puesto
that
have
a
you
know:
ton
of
issues
in
each
one
that
are
emerging
and
stuff
from
that
they've
already
gone
in
triple
seven
indian
I've
been
working
on
that
we've
got
other
people
Ronnie
and
I
was
working
on
that
right
now
and
a
bunch
of
people
can
jumped
on
our
issues
for
that
which
is
really
useful.
As
soon
as
we
get
done
with
the
Drupal
7,
michelle
has
been
making.
A
You
ask
amazing
lists
of
all
the
issues
of
Drupal
8
stuff,
but
we
also
need
to
at
least
look
at
and
figure
out
how?
Much
of
that
we
want
to
include
and
backdrop
as
well
other
big
things
that
we
need
to
get
done
before
our
release
this
summer
is
the
config
management
plan,
where
we
have
currently
committed
cmi
24,
but
we
have
a
bunch
of
conversions
that
need
to
get
moved
over.
So
we
need
to
create
a
meta
issue.
I
can
probably
do
that
decisions
that
I
would
do
it
or
not
goodnight.
A
Chris
morgan,
you
have
to
create
a
list
of
all
the
things
we
need
to
convert.
We
have
a
medalist,
the
Drupal
8
use,
so
we'll
probably
start
from
there
and
make
sure
that
we
get
all
the
same
conversions
that
they
have
and
then
we'll
just
need.
Anyone
who
has
five
minutes
of
time
wants
to
work
on
see
my
stuff
can
just
go
ahead
and
grab
any
one
of
those
issues
which
will
be
great.
The
other
I
don't
know.
A
Yeah
I
know
that
Victor
wanted
to
take
lead
on
that
and
he'd
been
away
for
the
last
few
weeks.
For
drupal
pitch
you
working
feverishly
on
a
presentation
in
this
giving
that
was
going
to
include
backdrop.
I
was
hoping
he'll
be
back
this
week,
but
it
looks
like
he's
still
traveling
based
on
his
photos,
so
maybe
he'll
be
back
next
week.
A
I'm
really
excited
to
hear
how
that
went,
how
it
went
over
what
people
thought
in
to
have
him
back
on
the
team
to
help
take
over
some
of
the
cmi
management
stuff,
which
will
be
great
for
us,
yeah
I,
don't
know
if
you
have
any
more
updates
on
CM
I
think
we're
kind
of
in
a
holding
pattern
here
until
we
get
someone
else
cranking
on
these
issues,
ya.
B
We
had
a
way
to
pull
request
last
week
for
introducing
a
state
system.
State
system
is
for
things
that
are
environmental
and
that's
been
merged
in
this
past
week.
So
now
we
now
have
a
state
system
that
is
similar
to
that
in
Drupal
8,
and
there
is
a
meta
issue
that
I
created
for
converting
a
whole
bunch
of
tests
variables,
because
one
of
our
other
poll
request
was
held
up
by
a
variable
that
was
storing
user
objects
in
it
from
from
the
testing
profile.
B
So
I
set
up
an
issue,
issue
163
and
that's
a
really
easy
issue
for
anybody.
That's
interested
in
in
tackling
an
easy
backdrop,
conversion
or
basically
there's
about
a
dozen
variables
or
so
that
just
need
to
be
switched
from
saying,
variable,
set
and
variable
get
to
state
get
in-state
set
so
it'sit's
piece
of
cake
issue.
B
A
It's
great
and
the
next
major
thing
that
we're
working
on
it
we
want
to
get
in
before
we
ship
backdrop
is
getting
views
in
core
and
I
know
that
we've
already
committed
the
new
base
system,
which
is
great.
Then
we
also
have
a
metal
list
of
conversions.
It's
already
waited
waiting
and
ready
to
go,
and
there
were
a
couple
of
things
that
were
sticky
issues
like
getting
these
bulk
operations
in
and
getting
credit
systems
and
I
know.
Nate
you'd
been
working
really
hard
on
this
last
few
weeks.
B
Is
going
really
well,
so
we
got
hung
up
on
views
bulk
operations
because
you
use
bulk
operations,
depended
on
entity
API
and
Drupal
7,
the
the
control
version.
So
in
order
to
get
vbo
working
and
backdrop,
we
had
to
create
the
generic
API
for
like
saving
and
loading
and
getting
labels
of
various
entities.
B
In
so
now,
we've
got
a
real
like
real
objects
for
all
of
our
entities,
meaning
that
we
can
treat
them
all
equally
like
and
get
the
label
of
any
one
of
them
or
save
or
load
or
change
any
one
of
them
regardless
of
what
type
of
entity
it
is.
So
that
enabled
us
to
that's
kind
of
an
aside,
because
I
mean
it's
great
to
have
that
API
that
underlying
API.
But
we
really
wanted
to
get
vbo
moving
forward.
B
So
now
that
that's
all
in
place,
the
visa
book
operations
for
request
is
now
ready
for
review
its
issue
142
and
once
once
that's
been
reviewed
or
if
they're
there
isn't
any
review
this
week,
then
we'll
merge
it
in
any
way
and
then
that
will
unblock
us
from
getting
all
of
those
admin
listing
conversions
and
so
yeah
right,
making
good
progress
there.
That's
great.
A
And
then
the
next
item,
our
list
is
awesome
layouts.
This
is,
of
course,
less
important
because
it's
a
new
feature
than
some
of
these
other
things,
but
it's
something
that
I
know.
Nate
and
I
are
both
really
passionate
about.
We
really
dislike
the
current
block
system
and
Drupal.
We
want
to
replace
it
with
something
that
is
great
and
if
we
can
get
a
blocks
and
layout
system
in
it'll
start
to
help
differentiate
us
from
Drupal
8,
which
I
think
is
going
to
be
really
important
long-term,
so
I
know
we
have
a
plan.
A
We
have
a
idea
for
how
to
tackle
user
interface.
We
kind
of
know
how
much
we
want
to
do
in
core
versus
where
we
want
to
draw
the
line
and
have
control
over,
but
we
haven't
actually
started
working
on
and
any
code
for
that
yet
and
because
the
odds
other
stuff
is
slightly
more
important,
so
we're
excited
about
it,
but
I
don't
think
we
have
any
updates
yeah,
and
then
we
have
a
couple
of
minor
things
that
we're
working
on
too.
We
do
need
somebody
to
kind
of
lead
up
our
user
experience
issues.
A
So,
if
there's
anyone
that
really
cares
about
user
experience
and
wants
to
kind
of
keep
an
eye
on
all
things
that
we're
working
on
improving
and
backdrop,
that
would
be
great
I,
just
kind
of
rally.
People
around
improvements,
a
couple
of
things
that
we
do
really
want
to
do
is
we
want
to
make
sure
that
we
get
it
was
alligator
in
core.
We
want
to
redo
the
dialogue
system.
We
want
to
replace
the
toolbar
that
Drupal
7
s
was
something
that's
a
little
bit
fancy
or
something
maybe
a
little
more
like
what
Triple
E
has.
A
We
want
to
improve
the
node,
add
edit
form
and
not
might
include,
but
not
be
limited
to
replacing
the
administration
theme,
the
administration
theme
in
Drupal
7.
We
all
really
love.
It's
gotten
an
overhaul,
Drupal
8
and
it's
even
better
we'd
like
to
include
some
of
those
improvements.
But
again
it's
really
important
to
set
ourselves
apart
from
Drupal
8,
so
I
think
a
new
theme,
or
at
least
some
significant
changes
to
the
administration
theme
is
in
order.
So
I
know
we've
got
a
couple
of
people
we've
reached
out
to
on
in
terms
of
design
about.
A
Maybe
they
can
help
us
with
some
new
wire
frames
and
mock-ups
for
that
which
will
be
great,
but
we
need
someone
to
kind
of
manage
the
execution
of
getting
that
done
as
well
and
then
there's
a
whole
bunch
of
smaller
changes
like
there's
a
bunch
of
issues
in
our
queue
every
time,
I
writing
something
to
Drupal.
It's
me
really
angry
I'll
go
and
create
an
issue,
but
that
might
not
be
the
best
way
to
tackle
the
most
important
things.
A
First,
so
yeah,
there's,
there's
stuff
that
we're,
including
that
you
know,
patches,
that
have
been
applied
to
Drupal
for
in
the
Drupal
queue
for
a
really
long
time,
we're
applying
to
back
job
trying
to
get
some
marginal
improvements
that
way
but
yeah.
It
would
be
good
if
we
could
have
someone
kind
of
keep
an
eye
on
the
whole
thing
and
make
sure
that
our
focus
is
on
the
things
that
are
most
important.
A
So
if
anyone
watching
this
wants
to
take
that
lead,
just
go
ahead
and
let
us
know-
and
then
one
of
the
other
things
that
I
would
really
like
to
focus
on
is
cleaning
up
the
theme
system.
I
know
the
theme
system
in
Drupal
7
is
one
of
the
biggest
pain
points
for
new
developers
and
I
would
like
to
make
some
major
improvements
on
that
similar
to
what
we've
been
doing
in
Tripoli.
A
Obviously
we're
not
replacing
PHP
template
with
twig,
like
happened
in
Drupal
8,
but
there's
still
a
whole
bunch
of
cleanup
that
we
can
do
with
making
the
same
system
make
more
sense,
consolidating
template
files,
putting
display
logic
into
templates,
just
a
bunch
of
stuff
that
I
think
we
can
still
improve.
But
it's,
of
course
leading
for
our
completion
of
the
Drupal
7
patch
mambo.
A
Working
on
that
today,
I
know,
Ronnie
is
already
working
on
those
issues
now,
so
if
anyone
else
wants
to
join
in
and
we're
going
to
do
a
little
sprint
this
afternoon
and
try
and
get
a
bunch
of
that
taken
care
of
so
yeah
yeah
according
patches,
alright,
so
aside
from
a
backdrop
itself,
they're
a
bunch
of
peripheral
things
that
we're
working
on
most
important,
one
is
probably
our
own
website.
A
We
don't
have
fun
currently
and
so
we've
been
doing
they're,
not
sure
how
much
of
it
an
update
you
did
on
this
last
week
Nix.
So
it
was
probably
just
be
repeat:
making
a
bunch
of
progress
in
terms
of
content
and
design
and
trying
to
get
a
plan
for
what
we
want
to
do
for
our
website.
Nate
and
I
are
both
really
good
about
building
things,
but
not
necessarily
so
great
about
figuring
out
what
it
is.
We
want
to
say
so.
A
We've
been
meeting
with
a
Content
strategist
to
help
us
figure
out
who
our
market
is
the
words
we
need
to
use
to
reach
them
most
important
things
they're
going
to
be
trying
to
go
on
our
website
and
making
sure
that
the
website
will
be
able
to
deliver
those
things
to
them,
which
I
think
is
really
great.
We
also
had
a
boom
Larry
meeting
with
our
designer
try
and
figure
out
a
time
frame
and
he's
gonna
be
working
on
a
new
logo
for
us,
as
well
as
site.
A
Sign
we've
been
talking
about
coming
up
with
some
kind
of
a
backdrop
mascot
or
some
kind
of
something
that
people
can
leverage
like
if
they
wanted
to
take
a
logo,
do
something
with
it:
it's
not
actually
our
logo.
A
Kind
of
a
you
know
something
fun
to
play
with,
like
the
my
sequel
dolphin
or
the
PHP
elephant
or
similar
things
like
that,
and
so
we're
trying
to
come
up
with
some
some
things
to
be
great
for
our
branding
as
well
as
a
website
that'll
be
useful
and
usable
and
deliver
everything
we
need
to
give
to
everyone
which
is
good,
and
so
that's
underway.
We've
got
a
I.
Think
I
need
to
come
up
with
a
couple
of
more
descriptions
of
what
we
want
on
our
pages
and
then
Nate.
A
Maybe
you
and
I
could
sit
down
and
we
can
work
on
some
wire
frames
for
that,
and
then
we
want
to
make
sure
we're
on
the
right
track
will
hand
those
over.
So
our
designer
make
sure
we're
doing
this
right,
yeah
and
then
we
also
need
to
work
on
an
update
server,
which
I
think
needs
a
little
bit
more
discussion
around
it
as
well.
We
want
to
create
a
github
service
so
that
people
can
register
their
modules
and
themes
as
being
specifically
for
backdrop.
A
So
if
anyone
has
any
interest
in
working
on
any
of
those
things
go
ahead
and
let
us
know
I
know,
we've
got
an
interest
from
a
couple
of
people
who
expressed
interest
and
then
didn't
actually
start
on
any
of
them.
So
I
don't
know
if
you're
busy
or
no
longer
interested,
but
let
us
know
either
way,
and
then
we
can
find
someone
else
to
take.
Those
projects
over
to
okay.

A

Or
any
of
those
things,
but
the
likelihood
of
those
patches
applying
is
slightly
reduced,
considering
there's
a
whole
bunch
of
code
that
got
moved
around
regarding
like
loading
or
saving
or
those
sorts
of
things.
So,
but
anyway,
the
all
patches
are
again
on
the
table
for
four
backwards
or
forward
ports.
Okay,
thanks
so.
A
C
A
Oh
I'll
go
read
that
and
then
I'm
not
sure
how
much
time
you
have
today
in
d,
but
maybe
what
we
should
do
is
have
you
just
continue
from
the
top
of
the
list
where
you've
stopped
it
and
go
forward
like
continue
moving
up
the
list,
I,
don't
I'll,
just
go
back
through
and
get
because
I
know
I
left
a
bunch
of
to
do
issues
in
there
as
well
that
we're
waiting
for
previous
pull
requests
to
be
committed.
So
I
can
go
through
and
do
the
taxonomy
stuff.
A
A
C
B
Ok,
let's
see
we've
also
got
looks
like
Jason
is,
is
on
the
call.
Maybe
he's
a
champion
is
looks
like
it's
upside
down
or
something
like
that.
Oh.
A
B
B
I'm
just
making
breakfast
it's
on
the
counter.
You
look
at
the
cabinet.
Okay,
it
sounds
like
you're
sounds
like
you're
on
a
route
lander.
