A
A
A
Okay,
I
don't
think
there's
any
changes
in
tonight's
agenda,
so
we'll
move
on
to
the
february
9th
minutes
we'll
have
to
approve
those
you
all
should
have
them
in
front
of
you.
If
you
see
any
changes
or
additions
that
need
to
be
put
in
take
a
minute
and
I
look
them
over.
I've
already
looked
mine
over.
I
wasn't
there,
so
I
can't
I
don't
know
whether
anything
needs
to
be
changed.
On
from
my
point
of
view,.
B
A
Accepting
the
february
9th
minutes
signify
by
saying
aye
opposed
all
right.
The
minister
accept
reproved.
A
Okay,
we
have
a
request:
two
requests
actually
for
matthew,
l,
peters
property.
One
is
retroactive
approval
for
an
overlay
easement
for
access
to
adjacent
property,
and
the
second
is
a
retroactive
approval
for
solar
panels
benefiting
adjacent
property
and
joe
has
the
information
on
that.
E
Yes,
I
do,
of
course
it's
upstairs,
but
I
will
do
my
best
here.
So
this
is
that's
peter's
property
he's
online.
Here
I
said,
let
me
hold
on
hey
there.
Matt.
E
Yep,
okay,
so
real
quick,
I'm
just
going
to
go
everything
I'm
going
to
go
through
this
one
at
a
time
for
the
board.
Just
have
you
here
in
case
they
have
questions
so
so
matt
is
a
recently
purchased
property
off
of
his
uncle.
This
was
owned
originally
by
craig
and
william
peters.
E
E
So
that's
why
there's
the
overlay
access
easement
and
the
solar
panel,
which
we'll
get
to
here
in
a
second
so
for
the
first
one,
the
retroactive
approval
there
was
the
access,
since
this
was
owned
by
william
and
craig
greg
just
had
his
driveway
coming
in
off
yoho
road
using
the
farm
road,
there
was
a
easement
put
in
place
recently.
I
guess
nobody
realized
that
there
needed
to
be
prior
approval,
since
it
was
an
overlay
easement,
it
is.
E
I
took
an
aerial
view
if
you
can
see
the
picture
here.
So
here's
kind
of
a
blub
map
down
here
in
the
left-hand
corner.
Here's
the
two
pictures-
and
I
kind
of
try
to
put
the
property
lines
on
the
picture
here,
so
you
can
kind
of
get
an
estimate
what's
out
there,
it's
really
just
driveway
and
a
couple
trees.
E
And
for
the
second
one,
the
retro
retroactive
approval
for
a
solar
panel,
so
craig
put
this
in,
he
went
through
the
county
proper
properly.
E
I
think
I
said
that
right.
He
didn't
get
a
permit
for
construction
of
this
well,
the
solar
company
did
on
craig's
behalf,
but
when
they
came
in,
nobody
realized
that
this
was
on
a
separate
property
when
they
installed
it.
So
it
is
a
very
small
solar
panel.
It
is
just
for
craig's
personal
use
on
his
property.
E
here's
kind
of
a
picture
of
kind
of
what
the
property
looks
like
down
in
the
property
map.
The
little
red
dot
is
where
the
solar
panel
actually
is
it's
pretty
close
to
the
property
line.
E
E
The
big
picture
in
the
bottom
here
is
kind
of
looking
across
from
where
all
the
buildings
are
the
farmstead
area.
Looking
back
so,
you
can
kind
of
see
it's
not
in
the
middle
of
a
field.
It's
right
on
the
edge.
E
G
G
This
is
matt
peters.
I
don't
really
have
anything
else
to
add,
but
you
know
certainly
thank
the
board
for
their
their
consideration
of
these
requests.
B
Well,
I'll
move
on
the
motions
are
moved
for
the
first
motion,
which
is
the
retroactive
approval
for
an
overlay
easement
for
acts
and
for
access
to
adjacent
property.
That's
the
first
motion.
B
Second,
again,
retroactive
approval
of
sold
from
solar
panels,
benefiting
you,
jason
property.
A
D
No
big
changes
from
the
last
month
we
have
had
a
few
baselines
for
the
mouth
properties.
I've
been
working
on
those
joe
prepared
completed
two
baselines,
there's
two
more
that
are
ready
for
him
to
go
out
so,
and
these
are
for
fiscal
year,
21
and
prior
so
good
to
see
those
moving.
We
are
expecting
the
mouth
fiscal
year.
22
offers
soon
the
appraisals
for
those
are
due
back
to
the
state.
I
think
next
week
it
is,
and
so,
if
that
happens,
offers
should
go
out
this
month,
it's
possible.
D
They
could
be
delayed
into
april,
but
we're
hoping
that
will
stay
on
schedule.
So
people
know
whether
they
need
to
or
want
to
apply
again
for
the
next
cycle
and
speaking
of
that,
the
next
round
of
both
the
mouth
for
the
fy
23,
as
well
as
the
county
program,
both
applications
are
open.
Now
I
think
they
included
a
copy
of
the
post.
We
sent
out
to
a
targeted
list
of
folks
in
your
packets
so
that
you
could
see
it.
D
As
far
as
monitoring
goes,
we're
gearing
up
for
spring
monitoring
blitz,
so
we'll
have
mouth
our
mouth
list,
as
well
as
county
commitments
to
inspect
and
the
federal
easement
so
we'll
be
getting
on
that
soon
to
get
out
and
do
the
monitoring
the
so
all
the
board
members
should
have
received
two
emails,
one
regarding
your
financial
disclosures
for
last
year.
D
Please,
if
you
haven't
done
so,
that
the
deadline
they're
due
back
by
april
30th,
but
if
you
can
get
that
in
sooner
rather
than
later,
that
would
be
great
and
then
you
should
have
also
gotten
an
email
regarding
the
annual
ethics
training.
In
the
past,
we've
had
trainings
as
part
of
our
meeting
for
for
ethics
training
this
year.
It's
an
online
training,
video
and
questions.
I
think
that
you
have
to
answer
all
electronically,
and
that
is
due
back
may
3rd.
D
So
if
you
have
any
questions
about
either
of
those,
let
me
know
or
reach
back
out
to
who
the
email
originally
came
from.
If
you
haven't
gotten
the
email,
please
let
me
know
so
that
we
make
sure
that
you
get
those
also
included.
I
guess
we
sent
out
an
email
earlier
this
month
about
the
ag
listening
session
march
19th
with
the
county
executive
at
rosetta
farms.
D
I
think
john's
going
if
anyone
else.
Oh,
I'm.
B
D
D
Okay,
great
and
then
the
only
other
item
to
talk
about
is
that
we
are
now
able
to
convene
meetings
in
person
again
and
so
as
soon
as
april,
we
could
meet
in
person
here
at
the
ag
center
and
get
back
to
our
we.
We
don't
have
the
ability
really
to
do
a
hybrid
situation
with
that
we
don't
have
the
technology
here,
but
we
have
this
space
we
can,
instead
of
getting
the
smaller
room,
we
can
use
this
larger
room
and
meet
in
person.
A
E
C
I'm
okay
with
it.
I
can't
come
on
april
because
I
have
a
meeting
at
7
30
and
I
won't
be
able
to
get
back
in
time.
Okay,.
F
I
should
be
good
as
long
as
I
don't
have
a
softball
game,
but
I
don't
usually
play
on.
I
usually
don't
I'm
coaching.
I
usually
don't
have
a
game
on
wednesday,
so
I
should
be
good.
