coming
in

road
using
the
farm
road,
there
was
a
easement
put
in
place
recently.

realized
that
there
needed
to
be
prior
approval,
since
it
was
an
overlay
easement,
it
is.

He
didn't
get
a
permit
for
construction
of
this
well,
the
solar
company
did
on
craig's
behalf,
but
when
they
came
in,
nobody
realized
that
this
was
on
a
separate
property
when
they
installed
it.
So
it
is
a
very
small
solar
panel.
It
is
just
for
craig's
personal
use
on
his
property.

No
big
changes
from
the
last
month
we
have
had
a
few
baselines
for
the
mouth
properties.
I've
been
working
on
those
joe
prepared
completed
two
baselines,
there's
two
more
that
are
ready
for
him
to
go
out
so,
and
these
are
for
fiscal
year,
21
and
prior
so
good
to
see
those
moving.
We
are
expecting
the
mouth
fiscal
year.
22
offers
soon
the
appraisals
for
those
are
due
back
to
the
state.
I
think
next
week
it
is,
and
so,
if
that
happens,
offers
should
go
out
this
month,
it's
possible.

They
could
be
delayed
into
april,
but
we're
hoping
that
will
stay
on
schedule.
So
people
know
whether
they
need
to
or
want
to
apply
again
for
the
next
cycle
and
speaking
of
that,
the
next
round
of
both
the
mouth
for
the
fy
23,
as
well
as
the
county
program,
both
applications
are
open.

they

annual

training.

we've
had
trainings
as
part
of
our
meeting
for
for
ethics
training
this
year.
It's
an
online
training,
video
and
questions.
I
think
that
you
have
to
answer
all
electronically,
and
that
is
due
back
may
3rd.

the
only
other
item
to
talk
about
is
that
we
are
now
able
to
convene
meetings
in
person
again
and
so
as
soon
as
april,
we
could
meet
in
person
here
at
the
ag
center
and
get
back
to
our
we.
We
don't
have
the
ability
really
to
do
a
hybrid
situation
with
that
we
don't
have
the
technology
here,
but
we
have
this
space
we
can,
instead
of
getting
the
smaller
room,
we
can
use
this
larger
room
and
meet
in
person.
