From YouTube: Kamenetz Officially Opens Bosley Hall
Description
The renovation of the building was a public/private partnership to adaptively reuse the Landmark. The project cost of approximately $1.7 million, was privately funded and was headed up by Tony Azola of the Azola Companies. All infrastructure is latest state-of-the-art. This restored local, state, and federally listed historic building is a lively showpiece on one of the most prominent corners in the County Baltimore.
A
B
This
is
actually
a
great
public
private
partnership
that
has
allowed
a
restoration
of
a
building
that
was
built
a
hundred
and
fifty-two
years
ago,
or
at
least
it
was
in
active
use
as
a
jail
for
152
years,
which
is
absolutely
amazing.
It
was
built
in
eighteen,
fifty
two
and
it
now
is
the
home
to
offices,
and
even
wine,
cellars
and
the
best
part
is.
It
still
has
a
lot
of
its
original
character,
including
our
jails.
Maybe
we'll
take
another
tour
downstairs
and
we
can
look
at
them
as
well.
B
Okay,
now
we're
in
the
dungeon
of
the
of
the
Bosley
hall
building,
which
actually
has
our
original
jail
cells
to
become
one
and
take
a
look
here
and
mr.
Zola
believes
this
is
a
perfect
temperature
and
moisture
control
to
store
wine.
Although
those
some
of
those
bottles
are
aging
rapidly,
but
maybe
they
were
uncovered
here.
B
Alright,
we're
we're
now
on
the
top
floor,
and
these
are
some
of
the
great
offices
that
have
been
reconditioned
and
voila
I.
Don't
think
prisoners
ever
had
a
cell
that
looked
like
this
nice
modern
kitchen
in
there
and
you
know
very
important.
Things
are
steward
in
this
one
paper
clips
and
everything
else.
That's
good,
and
we
have
some
actors
here
who
are
just
hired
to
act
like
they're
working
up,
I'm
kidding.
