Of these yeah, definitely, in fact anyone who wants to taste what's in the box down here is welcome to you. So what this machine's doing is taking the grapes off of the stems. That's the first step in wine making. Now we actually have a real live motor. That runs the machine that we make lines with okay, but this was how boarding started. This is the original machine we started with step. Two is: let me turn this over to you.

Now this is the pressing side of it.

So this is not a get rich, quick scheme, everybody it's the slow way to weld, but what we're making today is going to be a beautiful red wine called champerssen merlot. When it's done. I know it's more low, all right these go in just to go on one side: yeah drop them in so they're, nice and level.

It's real, tough, we'll let you distribute that to other cups, all right. Let's try that this is the unfermented version right absolutely! This is that's crazy. This is fresh grape juice. It's nothing like welch's. This is all together, different, delicious, very good and what's happened to the seeds from the grains. Well, they are part of what was in the press. Okay, let me show we compost it for a year and then we spread it right in the vineyard rose. So it's a cycle right back in the soil.

It's one of the reasons that vineyards are considered so environmentally friendly, because almost everything, but the wine goes right back into the soil. All the stems.
