Okay,
today's
Valentine's
Day
and
we're
here
in
beautiful,
downtown
randallstown
on
Liberty
Road
and,
as
you
can
see,
we
got
a
great
crowd
here.
We
just
did
an
announcement
of
the
long-awaited
contract
signing
between
the
tenant
Walmart
and
the
developer
here
at
the
Bren
Brook
Plaza
shopping
center
site,
and
if
we
come
on
over
here,
you
can
take
a
look.
A
First
of
all,
we
know
now
that
Baltimore
County
loves
randallstown,
vana,
Stan
loves
Baltimore,
County
and
Walmart
now
loves
Baltimore,
County
and
Randallstown,
because
this
is
coming
soon
to
Randall's
town
that
the
Liberty
Plaza
here,
the
new
Walmart
Supercenter
that's
going
to
employ
350
local
residents
as
well
as
have
a
hundred
construction
jobs
and
a
nine
million
dollar
project.
We're
so
excited
and
we
hope
to
see
this
start
or
open
on
September
of
2012.
A
But
if
you
take
a
look
and
pan
in
the
back
here,
you
can
see
what
we're
trying
to
replace
here,
and
this
will
soon
be
the
site
that
will
have
thriving
business,
employee
people
and
pay
property
taxes.
It's
all
big
win
and
serve
the
residents
of
Liberty
Road
in
the
manner
in
which
they
are
custom
and
deserve
to
be
served.
Thank
you.
