A
Hi
folks,
I'm
baltimore
county
executive,
kevin
kamenetz.
I
just
wanted
to
give
you
a
quick
update
on
the
power
outage
situation.
It's
5
30
on
wednesday
afternoon.
Right
now
there
are
47
000
homes
that
have
still
do
not
have
power.
I've
been
in
daily
contact
with
the
president
of
bge
talking
about
ways
that
we
can
get
this
situation
resolved
as
quickly
as
possible.
A
A
Well,
I
just
hung
up
from
the
president
of
bg
e
and
we
have
now
instituted
a
better
coordination
system
so
that
we
can
let
bg
need
know
where
we
are
waiting
for
them
to
arrive
and
they
will
show
up
as
quickly
as
possible,
so
they
can
ground
the
wire,
we'll
go
ahead
and
take
the
tree
down,
and
then
they
can
move
on
to
the
next
site
as
quickly
as
possible.
So
we
think
that'll
improve
the
process
for
bg
e.
A
In
addition,
bg
e
has
assured
me
that
they
are
going
to
attempt
to
increase
the
number
of
crews
that
are
working
in
baltimore
county
to
get
this
job
done.
I
I
know
a
lot
of
you
have
are
well
and
septic,
and
the
loss
of
water
is
particularly
difficult
situation
for
you
as
a
result
of
the
power
outage,
and
we
are
making
water
available
at
all
of
the
neighborhood
fire
stations,
so
you
can
have
access
there.
A
I
just
want
to
let
you
know
that
we
are
committed
to
help
bge
get
this
problem
resolved
as
quickly
as
possible,
and
we
share
in
your
frustration-
and
I
I'm
working
hard
to
get
this
resolved
for
you.
