A
Really
great
to
be
here
at
Hanover
Park,
you
know
open
space
is
so
important
and
where
you
have
a
county
where
eighty
percent
of
the
people
live
on
thirty
percent
of
the
land
a
lot
of
times,
it's
hard
to
get
open
space
that
is
close
to
people's
homes
and
that's
why
I
parks
like
Hannah
more,
are
so
important,
because
this
is
a
great
park
which
offers
all
kinds
of
amenities
to
families
in
the
area.
I
mean
you've
got
your
active
outdoor
sports
venues.
A
I
think
I
better
stop
I
think
I'm,
better
stuff,
but
it
really
you
look
at
some
of
our
neighbors
dog
parks.
In
some
of
our
surrounding
counties
are
really
flourishing
and
I
first
was
urged
to
look
at
dog
parks
in
Baltimore
County,
when
I
was
campaigning
for
county
executive
and
I
have
to
confess
to
you.
It
was
my
first
campaign
in
2001,
not
the
reelection
and
much
of
the
interest
was
in
the
northwest
area
of
baltimore
county
I'm.
Sorry,
it
took
so
long
to
get
it,
but
I
tell
you.
A
So
now
our
canine
cousins
are
going
to
have
a
great
opportunity
to
get
some
exercise
unleashed
and
to
do
some
socializing
as
you've
seen
some
of
them
doing
some
socializing
here
this
morning
already
and
Donna
Morrison
some
have
been
doing
better
at
it
than
others.
Quite
frankly,
but
in
any
event,
this
is
a
hundred
and
fifty
thousand
dollar
investment.
Baltimore
County.
It's
two
areas
that
the
large
dog
area
is
about
an
acre
and
a
half
and
the
small
ones
da
three
quarters
and
maker.
A
But
Eileen
was
just
telling
me
she
said:
I
talked
to
some
of
the
guys
from
the
fire
department
and
they
told
me
that
there
are
a
couple
of
fire
hydrants
that
are
just
not
being
used
and
I'm
thinking,
because
she
had
just
told
me
about
the
water,
fountains
I'm
thinking
fire
hi.
What
difference
does
that
make
that
we
have
a
and
she
said
well,
I,
don't
mean
for
the
water
I
mean
for
the
dog.
A
A
Can
tell
you
this
is
going
to
be
great
for
dog
lovers
in
the
reisterstown
area,
but
I
expect
that
they're
going
to
be
dull
dog
lovers
beyond
reisterstown
are
going
to
come
to
use
the
salt
park,
and
although
it
is
our
first
dog
park,
I'm
pretty
sure
it
is
not
going
to
be
our
last
dog
park.
These
are
very,
very
much
appreciated
two
areas
for
people
in
their
pets.
