A
Welcome
to
hello,
Baltimore
County
I'm,
your
host
Ellen
Kobler.
Let's
take
a
minute
to
catch
up
on
some
of
the
good
news
from
Baltimore
County
government.
In
case
you
missed
it.
The
County
Council
adopted
county
executive
Kevin
Kamenetz
his
budget
for
the
fiscal
year
2018
with
no
cuts.
It
holds
the
line
on
taxes
with
another
year
of
no
increases
in
the
county's
income
or
property
tax
rates.
A
It
keeps
up
the
momentum
of
the
1.3
billion
dollar
ten-year
schools
for
our
future
program,
which
is
in
the
final
stages
of
building
16
new
schools,
12
additions
and
7
major
renovations,
and
it
keeps
his
commitments
to
community
safety,
improving
aging
infrastructure
and
recreation
and
open
spaces.
Baltimore
County
executive
cabinet
sent
a
message
loud
and
clear
that
Baltimore
County
remains
committed
to
reducing
greenhouse
gas,
air
pollution
and
fighting
climate
change
by
joining

and
business
leaders.

to

for

and
prescription

and
for

care.
