many
people
in
Baltimore,
like
a
lot
of
other
regions,
think
that
they
need
to
leave
Baltimore
in
order
to
have
a
great
time
to
access
clean
water
to
do
water
sports.
So
many
Baltimoreans,
of
course
go
to
Ocean
City,
or
do
we
or
rehoboth
and
those
are
great
places,
it's
really
hard
to
think
about
driving
three
hours
through
Bay
trap,
Bay
Bridge
traffic
to
access
that
water.
When
you
can
have
it
right
here
in
your
own
backyard,

Tons
of
stuff
that
goes
on
here
at
ultimate
water
sports,
it's
the
most
beautiful
place
on
the
base.
We've
got
the
cleanest
water,
but
we
have
windsurfing.
We
do
in
surfing
lessons
and
rentals.
We
have
catamaran
rentals
and
lessons.
We
have
stand-up
paddleboard
lessons
and
rentals,
and
we
also
have
a
variety
of
kayaks
that
people
can.

oregon
ridge
or
marshy
point
we're
our
own
rock
council,
it's
education
and
group
sailing
activities,
so
we
hold
ourselves
to
the
highest
standard
of
education.
We
use
us
sailing
curriculums.
All
of
the
instructors
are
u.s.
sailing
certified
and
we
we
make
sure
that
when
you
leave,
you
truly
understand
sailing
so.

people
in
Maryland
and
in
places
all
around
the
country
don't
have
access
to
clean
water,
let
alone
beautiful
water,
let
alone
fishable
swimmable
water.
When
you
look
out
onto
Dundee
Creek
you're,
actually
looking
at
incredibly
clean
water

like
the
gunpowder
river,
where
our
other
facility
is
located,
gets
a
ratings
in.

class
we've
got
a
bunch
of
different
adults
summer
from
nearby
somewhere
from
Baltimore
Catonsville,
some
close
to
DC
you're,
getting
people
from
all
over
the
place,
and
this
is
all
about
learning
safely.
Pretty
affordably
I
was
kind
of
shocked
at
how
fordable
this
was
to
really
learn
sailing
way.

our
corporate
business,
so
we
do
a
lot
of
team
building.
It's
one
of
the
things
we're
most
proud
of,
in
addition
to
our
summer
camps
this
year
in
2016,
we're
actually
seeing
much
much
more
of
what
we
were
seeing
back
in
06,
07
companies,
big
and
small,
starting
to
spin
a
little
bit
more
and
to
appreciate
that
there's
really
strong
inherent
value
and
company
came
building
a
corporate
team
here.

other
thing
that
we're
seeing,
of
course,
is
the
big
trend
in
stand
up
paddling.

a
sport
that
kind
of
took
the
world
by
storm.
It's
the
fastest
growing
water
sport
in
the
world
and
so
stand
up
paddleboarding.
You
can
do
just
about
anywhere
in
aust
kinds
of
water,
but
if
you
want
to
learn
really
fast,
anyone
have
a
really
good
time.

water

we
opened
up
a
new
location

years
we've
been

we

We
see
so
much
traffic
from
DC
and
Northern
Virginia
to
the
point
where
it
often
outweighs
the
traffic
we're
getting
locally
and
I
think
the
reason
why
is
because
the
perception
generally
is
you
got
to
leave
your
hometown
to
go,
have
fun
and
do
wild
and
crazy
and
exciting
thing.
