From YouTube: Who's feeding you?
Description
Learn how businesses and households across Baltimore County are having food delivered directly from their local farm. Next Up takes you to Zahradka Farms to dig into what sustainable farming is all about and how to take advantage of community supported agriculture (CSA). Zahradka Farm has been farming for over 100 years and is one of the only farms in Maryland to deliver to your door year round.

Want
to
build
a
personal
relationship
with
my
number,
so
they
know
I'm
not
getting
this
food
from
the
farm.
I'm
hitting
the
street
from
Alison
yeah
play
you're,
getting
it
from
a
face
not
just
from
a
name
or
a
logo
or
a
sticker.
There's
been
a
huge
rise
and
people
that
are
all
about
farm,
fresh
food,
yeah.

We
started
with
75
members
through
the
years
we've
got
a
website
now.
All
of
our
members
have
the
option
to
order,
so
they
can
choose
what
veggies
they
want.
Everybody
pranks
me
out
a
little
order
says
on
there
what
they
get.
This
person's
got
beats
rainbow
chard
shallots
and
summer
squash
max
and
we've
grown
from
75
to
probably
500
in
the
summertime,
and
then
we
started
our
own
winner,
CSA
I
think
we're
the
only
winter
csa.
That's
straight
from
the
farm
to
your
door.
Delivery
in
the
state
of
Maryland,
our.

What
we
do
here,
we
do
a
sustainable
farming,
we
have
integrated
pest
management
and
then
any
sort
of
thing
that
we
would
put
on
your
food
is
gonna,
be
something
natural,
so,
for
example,
um
crushed
up
oyster
shells
and
that's
for
calcium.
This
here
is
lambsquarters.
Lambsquarters
is
just
a
weed.
We
can't
get
rid
of
it
because
we
don't
spray
any.
