Can you explain about your favorite elements of the day for both you,, your family, and your colleagues?

yes. my favorite day is that I actually get spend a lot of time with my team,.

And within my role, I travel quite a bit, so being able to take some time. Off, enjoy and be a part of our community,.

Give time back, and participate is critically important.

And having my family involved actually helps,, because we also see that making younger folks aware of the impact.

Of physical activity on their health, and how can they start early.

In being a part of that,, it helps them also be aware of the impact.

And the benefits of physical activity.
