the
National
Institute
on
Aging
recently
talked
about
the
importance
of
regular
physical
activity
to
support
successful
aging.

Exercise
is
so
important
to
every
aspect
of
aging,
whether
it's
weight,
control
flex
ability
prevents
prevention
of
falling
fall
prevention,
lowering
cholesterol,
every
single,
including
mental
abilities
exercise,
is
highly
correlated
to
and
I
think.
When
you
look
at
older
adults
that
are
advanced
in
age
and
they've
exercised
regularly
even
at
any
age,
even
some
of
them
that
started
at
60
70,
even
80
they've
done
quite
well
and
they
are
in
considerably
good
health.
So
exercise
is
the
way
to
go
for
the
future.

Yes,
we
have
fitness,
centers
and
studios
in
Baltimore,
County's,
20
senior,
centers,
there's
a
total
of
thirteen.
It
is
a
hundred
dollars
to
be
a
member
and
for
an
annual
fee,
and
you
can
go
to
any
Center
and
sixty
dollars
for
the
smaller
fitness,
centers
and
they're
actually
being
shown
on
the
screen
right
now
with
the
phone
numbers
of
the
different
centers
that
have
them
and
who
to
call
for
further
information.

It's
all
levels,
there's
belly
dancing
even
bowling
where
they
meet
outside
and
different
on
bowling
alleys,
cardio
fit
is
one
it's
also
levels
cheer
exercises,
that's
a
great
option
for
someone
that
may
not
be
as
mobile
as
others
got
it.
Dance
is
a
lot
of
fun
as
well.
Some
of
our
classes,
like
enhanced
Fitness,
is
a
trained
trainer,
a
train,
a
trainer
that
trains
volunteers,
which
is
a
class
that
actually
it's
all
through
the
nation
line.
Dancing
again
it's
fun
urban
line.
Dancing
is
another
option:
senior
size,
square,
dancing,
strength,
training,
walking
volleyball
is
amazing.

I've
watched
someone
play
volleyball
I
believe
he
was
92
years
old.
He
was
incredible
on
yoga.
Zumba
is
a
lot
of
fun
as
well,
so
just
by
hearing
all
these
options
and
I'm
just
kind
of
giving
you
a
snapshot,
it's
amazing
to
see
what
we
offer
and
it's
amazing
also
too.
If

is

that
it's
so
low
cost,
it's
just
it's
accessible
to
anyone.

13
senior
fitness
centers
and
they
have
a
lot
of
expensive
equipment,
they're
state-of-the-art,
actually
and
it
costs
a
sizable
amount

upkeep

equipment
and
actually
to
have
it
regularly
serviced.
So
a
large
portion
of
the
money
goes
for
that.
