risks

they

themselves

would
indicate

in
very
simple
terms
of
the
very
high
priority
they
should
do
first

move
down
the

ladder.
There's
not
a
huge
amount
of
companies
out
there
with
with
the
capability
to

one
undertake
the
assessments
and

actual
work.

why
these
need
to
be
prioritized
in

order
moving
on
to
the
building
safety
act.

think
the
key
point
there
is
that
the
HSC
is
now
known

will

known
as
the
building
safety
regulator
in
England.
They
will

consulted

plan
applications
for
this
type
of
development
and
essentially
in
20
in
2024.

the
delay
last

to

about

weeks
ago
and
they're

on
site

risk
assessment
to
indicate
what
works
are

that

assessment,

we
can

a
look

the

in
terms

Hampshire,

The
first
scheme
is
the
one
slightly
later
down
on
the
paper:
it's
the
mainly
down
to
Basingstoke
route,
which
envisages
are
fully
kind
of
segregated,
walking,
pedestrian
route
and
cycleway
built
to
the
latest
design
standards.

government
have
outlined
this,
so
the
cyclists
have
their
own
dedicated
space.

shortcomings
with
some
of

proposed

bridge

were
looking
at

new
bridge.

new
bridge
was
going
to
be
over
three
meters
wide
because
it
was
going
to
be
a
joint
cycle
path.

a
funding
bid
was
put
forward
to

leveling
up
Fund
in
the
summer,
in
conjunction
with
Hampshire
County
Council,
that
sought
to
secure
funding
for
the
entire
route
from
the
Town
Center
to
to
many
down
and
making
use
of
the

contribution
from
that
site.
It
envisaged
a
replacement
Bridge
using
the
existing
kind
of
structure.
That's
there
at
the
moment,
but
with
a
wider
deck
so
that
you
have
dedicated
facilities
for
walk
for
pedestrians
and
cyclists
without
them
merging
on
the
bridge.

Recognizing
the
existing
structure
is
kind
of
substandard
in
terms
of
its
width
and
the
feeling
of
the
kind
of
perceived
safety
issue.
When

on
it.
We
haven't
received
any
news
on
that
leveling
up
bid
yet,
but
we
are
hopeful,
I
think
if
it
doesn't
come
forward,
there'll
be
other
funding
opportunities
that
Hampshire
will
pursue

ensure

provided
we

explore
other
opportunities
in
terms
of
at
grade
Crossings,
which
was
part
of
the
mix,

I
think
it
was
felt
that
the
the
bridge
would
be
that
this
Superior
option.

by

Harvester

think
there
might
be
one
going
in
at
Morrisons,
but
there's
nothing
in
Brighton,
Hill,

nothing

Kemp
shop.

nothing,

nothing
in
Hatch

nearest
charges
to
people
living
these
areas
is
either
Audi
at
winklebury
or
possibly
now
Morrisons
or
Town
Center.
So
are
there
any
plans

address
this
large
area
that
probably
has
about
60
000
residents
in
that
doesn't
have
any
nearby
public
charger
access
and
we've
got
at
least
one
District
sensor
in
there
and
several
other
parades
of
shops.
That's
my
first
question
and
the
other
in
terms
of
funding
to
deliver
charges
in
40
locations.
Now
I
assume
this
is
on
Street
charging.

did
see
some
some
paperwork
that
said
that
that
would
start
happening
with
roads
in
the
town
centers.

what
about
our
peripheral?
States?
We've
got
large
numbers
of
people
living
in
places
further
out,
like
Oakridge,
popularly
winklebury
Buckskin,
Brighton,
Hill,
South
ham,
who
are
buying
electric
cars
and
then
finding
it's
impossible
to
charge
you
because
parking
is
common
with
many
areas,
they're
having
to
run
cables
out
the
front
door
will
park
their
cars
on
the
grass
behind
the
back
fences
to
charge
them,
and
there
doesn't
seem
to
be
any
solution
in
sight.
