Description
A short look at the Paws in the Park event this year at the Bay County Fairgrounds.
A
Hi,
I'm
jessica
mentor
like
that
coordinator
with
alpha
media,
and
we
have
stations
like
nine
four
five,
the
moose
in
the
claw
six
point:
three
we're
having
this
great
study
event
going
on.
It's
really
targeted
around
adoption.
We
have
four
shelters
participating
right
now,
one
of
which
is
giving
free
cat
adoption.
We
also
have
the
professional
canine
crew
and
their
training
team
are
there
to
give
them
some
great
performances.

Assisted
Therapy
group.
We
use
donkeys
for
the
children
and
larger
horses
for
the
adult
population.
We
can
do
any
type
of
therapy,
self-esteem,
work,
team-building,
I'm,
a
licensed
therapist,
so
any
of
the
mental
health
kinds
of
things
would
come
for
me
as
well.
We
find
that
the
smaller
animals,
like
the
donkeys,
are
good
for
children,
because
they're
a
little
less
intimidating
than
the
larger
house.
B
We're
here,
applause
with
the
cause,
we're
a
national
organization
based
on
allele
in
Michigan,
and
we
train
service
dogs
to
work
remotely
with
a
variety
of
disabilities,
including
hearing
impairments,
seizure
disorders,
mobility,
problems
and
families
with
children
with
autism.
We
are
a
nonprofit
organization
and
we
provide
our
dogs
to
our
clients
free
of
charge.
We
have
a
wide
variety
of
wide
group
of
volunteers.
We
work
with
that
help
us
throughout
the
process
we
start
out
with
foster
puppy
raisers.
B
There
raise
the
puppies
from
the
time
they're
8
weeks
old,
and
then
they
go
through
that
process
until
they
are
finally
faced
with
our
with
our
clients
that
are
able
to
work
with
the
dogs
to
help
them
be
more
independent
in
what
they
want
need
to
do
every
day,
we're
always
looking
for
volunteers
to
raise
our
future
assistance
dogs.
So
if
he's
ever
been
interested
in
raising
a
puppy
for
a
year
to
help
someone
be
more
independent,
we're
always
have
a
need
for
that.
