All
those
in
favor,
say,
aye
aye
motion
passes
any
unfinished
business
nope
any
new
business
miscellaneous.
So
we
have
a
little
time
not
much
when
they
have
the
county
commissions
that
went
to
the
conference.
The
MAC,
Conference
and
I
encourage
all
of
you
to
go
to
give
a
report
on
what
topics
they
want
to
I.
Think
we'll
start
off
with
Mr
nieming
number
one.
D
Human
trafficking,
discussion
and
Sheriff
Swanson
from
the
Genesee
County.
D
No,
no,
no,
no,
no
he's
not
very
quiet,
and
he
he
really
knows
what
he's
doing
and
he
has
47
sheriffs
that
he
works
with
and
for
one
Predator
that
is
caught
prosecuted.
It
saves
27
people
from
being
trafficked.
He
was
giving
different
statistics
and
he's
willing
to
work
with
any
Sheriff.
D
He
also
works
with
even
sheriffs
outside
of
Michigan,
and
so
he
was
sharing
that
if
you
see
something
suspicious
get
the
person
some
help,
it
was
a
little
gal
at
a
rest
area
and
she
was
in
a
bathroom
stall
and
somebody
realized
thinks
something
wasn't
right
and
long
story
short.
She
had
been
trafficked
from
New
Mexico
and
into
Michigan,
so
it's
a.
He
has
a
very
good
program
and
I'm
going
to
let
Sheriff
Cunningham
know
about
it.
That
would
be
so
wonderful.
It's
a
major
problem.
E
Yes,
on
on
Monday
I
I
attended
a
breakout
session
on
the
impact
of
the
electric
vehicles,
adoption
on
a
road
funding
in
Michigan,
and
so
we
got
an
update
on
an
electric
cars
as
far
as
that's
concerned-
and
there
was
a
lot
of
discussion
on
that
and
how
to
implement
that
program
on
on
Tuesday,
we
were
able
to
have
a
legislative
update
and
we
also
had
a
breakout
sessions
and
I
went
to
one
dealing
with
the
effective
meetings
of
Robert
Rules
of
Order,
and
this
went
on
very
long.
E
E
In
person-
and
we
also
the
the
folks
that
that
spoke
was
the
house
Speaker
Joe
Tate
Democrat
from
Wayne
the
house
minority
leader
the
floor
leader,
was
Brian
posthumous
republican
from
Kent,
the
Senate
majority
leader
was
winning
Brinks
Democrat
from
Kent
and
the
Senate
minority
leader
Eric
Nesbitt
Republic
from
Cass
and
Mr
Barsha.
He
asked
how
you
were
doing
so
I
think.
Was
he
in
charge
of
the
Lottery,
the
lottery,
the
lottery.
E
As
well
and
I
told
him
you're
busy
you're
super
busy,
you
know
so
so
that
was
that
was
interesting
and
and
then
the
last
meeting
I
went
to
had
to
do
with
with
the
dams,
and
he
had
mentioned
about
the
dam
over
in
Sanford
and
and
that
when
that
was
brought
up
and
and
what
what
happened
with
that
was
was
a
private
owner.
He
didn't
have
the
money
in
order
to
fix
the
dam
and
as
a
result
of
that,
the
the
dam
burst
and
so
that's
they
said
this
could
be
a
full
day.
E
We
could
spend
a
day
talking
about
about
the
dam
there
at
Sanford.
So
I
guess
that's
still
in
the
process
of
what's
going
to
happen
with
that,
but
but
I
I
enjoyed
it.
That
was
my
first
MAC
Conference
and
I
had
an
opportunity
to
meet
with
legislatures
at
other
Commissioners
from
around
the
state,
and
it
was
worthwhile
and
I'm
glad
I
had
the
opportunity
to
attend
it.
B
There'll
be
another
one
in
Kalamazoo
on
October
1st
to
the
3rd,
so
I
got
to
moderate
the
opioid
session.
There
was
Matt
Walker
from
the
Attorney
General's
office
and
delinke
Amy
delinke
who's
from
Mac
and
she's,
providing
Services
free
to
us
in
other
counties.
To
make
sure
we
do
the
opioid
money
correctly,
there's
a
lot
of
restrictions
on
it.
That's
what
Matt
Walker's
job
is
to
prosecute
us
when
we
don't
do
it
right,
so
he's
trying
to
prevent
it
from
happening.
So
they
talked
about
the
money.
B
B
What
you
can
use
the
money
for
so
we'll
be
coming
forth
with
some
reports
on
that
I
want
to
the
former
lieutenant
governor
Kelly
Brian
Kelly
is
the
head
of
s-bam
Small
Business
Association
of
Michigan
has
some
good
statistics
about
jobs
and
hiring
and
small
businesses
struggling
to
get
back
on
their
feet,
and
you
know
we
put
money
into
it
also.
So
he
had
some
some
good
points
about
how
how
to
support
small
business,
which
we
did,
give
money
to
and
locally
to
help,
support
them
and
and
the
same
breakout
sessions.
B
We
had
three
of
us
and
there
were
always
three
breakout
sessions,
so
it
worked
out
pretty
good
that
each
of
us
could
get
to
one
of
the
one
of
the
breakout
sessions.
So,
as
I
mentioned
October
1st
to
the
3rd
in
Kalamazoo
in
Kalamazoo
and
the
other
announcements
we
do
have
Memorial
Day
coming
up.
We
have
a
few
more
meetings
before
then,
but
coming
up
on.
The
27th
I
think
is
the
Monday
and
there'll
be
services
in
front
of
the
county
building
at
the
helicopter
monuments,
the
ship
Cinco
de
Mayo
Friday.
