We
have
motion

any
discussion.
All
those

same

for
love
people
hope
the
audience
like
to
come
forward
and
just
state
your
name,
please.
My.
C
C
This
is
a
very
important
committee.
It
has
helped.
We've
had
some
small
successes
and
we're
building,
and
hopefully
we're
going
to
have
some
bigger
things
has
already
helped:
Hampton
Township
in
remediating
blighted
property
and
councilman
Kepler
sold
out
already.
We
sold
a
few
in
the
city,
yeah
Abby
City
and
when
I'm
Portsmouth
Township.
D
A
Anyone
else
public
comment
now
we're
gonna
go
into
petitions
and
communications
from
the
Honorable
dawn,
planner
request
for
reappointment
to
the
Fayette,
County
jury,
Commission
support.
We
have
motion
and
support
to
reappoint
Bryan
pesto
and
Patricia
birds'll
to
the
bay
county,
jury,
Commission,
any
discussion,
all
those
in
favor,
say
aye
opposed
same
sign
motion
is
carried
next.
We
have
request
for
appointment
to
the
Fayette
County
Land
Bank
Authority
at-large
vacancy
unexpired
term
expiring
1013
of

I
Be
very
brief
and
keeping
with
the
expeditious
nature
of
today's
meeting
yeah
I
just
like
to
let
everyone
know
that
the
open
house
on
Friday,
with
the
new
veterans
office,
10
first
floor
went
really
well
was
open
from
11:00
till
3:00.
We
have
another
closer
one
hundred
people
come
out
and
visit,
they
have
some
coffee
and
pumps,
and
some
cookies
and
I
think
everyone
that
saw
the
new
office
is
pretty
impressed.
I
So
hopefully
all
of
you
have
been
been
through
it
and
it's
looking
pretty
good,
very
poised
to
hopefully
do
a
lot
of
work
this
year
expand
services
who
are
veterans
and
I
think
you
might
want
to
mention
me.
Oh
well,
there's
one
other
thing:
I
did
wanna
mention
want
to
thank
the
board
for
approving
the
MHT
application.
The
word
that
we
got
back
because
that
mister
has
signed
off.
It's
been
forward
to
HUD
and
Misha
has
recommended
that
be
approved.
So
that's
good
news.
We
just
got
one
more
and
we'll
be
home
on
that
project.
I
So
I
know
it's
been
a
long
torturous
path
route
to
get
to
this
point
that,
hopefully
he'll
be
a
good
investment
of
resources.
For
our
high-rise
out
in
Hampton
Township,
and
also
produce
some
some
revenue
for
the
county
as
well
as
badly
needed
so
I,
don't
think
thank
people
all
of
proving
that
it's
good
news
that
we
got
back
hopefully
we'll.
We
have
one
one
more
agency
that
you're
from
and
could
start
working
on,
that
project.
J
H
First
one
there
was
a
certain
amount
of
money
that
was
coming
to
the
county,
the
second
one.
There
was
something
less
and
that's
when
I
asked
the
gentleman
the
question-
and
he
said
no,
it's
gonna
be
the.
Ultimately
it's
gonna
be
the
money
that
was
presented
initially,
not
the
second
time
around
and
the
question
I
have
is
it's
my
understanding
that
the
dollars
are
going
to
be
what
we
we're
presented
initially
correct.
C
Part
of
we
actually
never
submitted
an
application.
Prior
to
this
date,
we
were
trying
to
get
all
of
our
paperwork
in
order
to
do
that,
but
it
turned
out
that
the
numbers
do
not
work
before
a
HUD
mortgage,
which
is
why
we
went
through
commission
of
Monday.
Instead,
what
we
will?
What
really
we
will
generate
over
the
course
that
we
develop
as
a
fact,
that's.
A
Any
other
comments,
I
just
have
one
comment:
Kristen
make
sure
you
tell
the
maintenance
guys
that
they
did
a
heck
of
a
nice
job
down
there.
It
we
had
friends,
affairs
offices
and
I
mean
it
outstanding
workmanship.
Everything
really
looks
good
here,
so
passive,
long
de
good
job.
Thank
you
unfinished
business,
commissioner.
Lots
they're
getting
very
clear,
so
I.
A
A
G
L
Should
agree
yeah,
just
a
couple
announcements,
Oh
Kathleen
Sutter,
who
has
been
with
the
district
to
a
division
on
Aging,
is
resigned.
Her
position,
so
I
just
want
to
acknowledge
the
fact
that
I
appreciate
the
time
that
she
spends
it's
it's
just
not
a
position
where
you
show
up
they
actively
involved
with
with
bathroom
division
and
aging
and
after
looking
at
applications
for
people
to
replace
her.
In
that
second
district
I'd
like
to
announce
that
body,
ward,
Bonnie
warden
will
be
taking
her
place.
L
J
Any
other
announcements,
Thank
You
mr.
chair
I,
just
want
everyone
else
now
through
Friday
the
we're
having
a
cat
adoption
event
over
at
the
Animal
Services
and
adoption
center
$15
for
kittens
and
$10
for
cats,
and
we've
already
had
a
couple
adoptions
today.
So
come
on.
I
want
to
see
us
some
nice,
very
nice
cats
out
there
I've.
A
Got
a
couple
announcements
myself
on
Thursday
the
14th,
which
is
Thursday,
of
course,
of
this
week
at
CJ's
and
Pinconning
from
5
to
7.
There's
a
benefit
for
our
proposed
dog
park
at
big
tiny,
so
we're
trying
to
put
together
a
small
dog
and
a
you
know,
wire
dog,
and
it's
some
of
it
is
being
funded
by
the
Community
Foundation.
So
thank
them
for
that
and
on
Sunday
December,
the
a
furfest
rocking
the
rest
of
the
pews
is
going
to
have
a
benefit
from
1:00
to
4:00
at
Coonans.
So
we
have
a
opportunity.
A
L
A
Okay,
we
already
did
the
land
bank
in
the
Building
Authority
and
in
December
Department
on
Aging
Advisory
Committee
for
two-year
terms,
expiring
districts,
one
three,
five
and
seven:
it's
your
appointment.
So
if
that's
your
district
make
sure
you
have
someone
wine
Madame.
Is
there
a
need
for
a
closed
session
today.
