The
invocation
and
a
pledge
I
would
like
to
take
a
moment
of
silence.
We've
lost
three
major
players
in
bay
county
that
being
william
powell,
former
county
commissioner,
brian
redman,
for
more
personnel
director
and,
of
course
it
says,
edward
lebanon
scheme.
We
all
knew
him
as
Eddie,
who
was
a
former
bay
county
treasurer.
So
after
the
invocation
11,
what
sentence.
F
A
F
A
D
Sir,
my
name
is
john
andras.
I
live
in
hampton
township
today,
commissioners,
you
have.
The
opportunity
is
like
a
candidate
to
fill
an
opening
on
the
Bay
Area
neck
health
authority
board
of
directors.
This
organization
is
very
important
to
our
community.
It
has
served
us
well
and
we
hope
to
continue
with
that
process.
Currently
we
serve
adults
and
children
with
mental
illness,
adults
and
children
with
developmental
disabilities,
such
as
mental
retardation,
autism,
cerebral
palsy
and
epilepsy
children
with
serious
emotional
disturbances
and
persons
in
need
of
substance
abuse
services.
D
Recently
we
have
seen
an
upswing
in
substance,
abuse
of
violations
and
certainly
loss
of
life
due
to
substance
abuse.
So
it's
a
very
important
organization.
The
up
the
job
of
the
board
is
to
over
to
this
organization
and
to
make
sure
that
it
works
in
the
best
interest
to
serve
the
community
and
I
certainly
appreciate
your
consideration
for
that
board
today,
thanking
you
in
advance.
Thank
you
very
much.
Commission
thank.
G
A
F

G
E
Regular
hospital
psych
unit
and
it's
taken
off
healthsource.
I
have
also
worked
at
the
Children's
unit
and
when
I
worked
at
healthsource
I
was
primarily
in
the
substance
abuse
unit,
so
I
have
a
lot
of
experience
in
that
area
and
in
the
whole
area
of
psych.
So
if
you're
looking
for
someone,
that's
been
immersed
in
the
process
and
has
the
experience
and
the
education
to
assist
you,
I
have
no
hidden
agenda.
E
A
You
Marlene
anyone
else
wish
to
address
the
board.
That
being
said,
we
move
into
petitions
and
communications
a
motion
to
receive
the
applications
required
to
be
your
neck,
behavioral
health.
To
be
a
motor.
We
will
sport
discussion
with
none
all
those
in
favor
signal
by
saying,
aye
aye
opposed
motion
carries
I'm
going
to
drop
down
to
be
because
we
also
have
a
letter
that
was
sent
to
us
from
behavioral
health,
with
the
three
names
for
the
position
so
mostly
received
a
letter
from
being
so
or
any
other
discussion
with
that
side.
H
B
B
A
You
so
motion
to
accept
would
be
in
order
for
all
those
in
favor
settle
by
saying
aye
aye
opposed
congratulations!
John
in
Marlene
I
appreciate
you
taking
the
time
to
fill
out
an
application
and
come
before
the
door
as
we
have
openings,
don't
give
up
the
ship.
Okay.
Thank
you
very
much
will
move
into
applications
for
reappointment
to
the
division
and
aging
advisory
committee.
We
have
people
representing
the
number
of
districts.
A
J
A
K
A
J
A
J
A
J
A
L
We
I
guess
there's
a
possibility.
We've
tried
that
in
the
past,
with
Frazier
Township
and
we've
had
two
trailers,
we
contract
with
environmental,
rubber
recycling
out
of
Flint,
and
we
put
a
trailer
at
the
fairgrounds,
which
is
a
primary
drop-off
location
and
an
additional
trailer
and
Frazier
and
there's
nobody
policing
it
so
to
speak,
and
so
there
were
other
things
dropped
off
at
the
trailer
that
were
not
tires,
and
you
know
it's
there
for
a
few
days
before
the
tiger
grabbed
actually
begins.
So
that
was
an
issue,
but
so.
L
A
A
J
A
J
J
Yes,
well,
I
think
that
I
think
I
said
this
in
ways
and
means.
But
this
is
a
great
program
that
has
been
very
successful,
so
we
just
kind
of
like
to
continue
to
acknowledge
those
people
that
were
part
of
it
and
we
hope
to
see
more
success
with
that
through
education
and
the
programs
that
they
provide.
So
with
that
being
said,
I'm
done.
J
J
C
A
J
J
Item
on
the
agenda
that
should
be
noted
that
we're
very
successful
administration
is
very
successful
in
negotiating
these
contracts,
Tiffany
and
in
your
groups.
So
you
know
we
need
to
see
something
positive
happens,
something
good
happen.
We
should
acknowledge
that
Napoleon
should
see
that
as
well,
so
a
great
job
on
bidding
12
contracts
negotiated
and
signed
and
agreed
to
so
done
again,
very
good.
A
J
J
J
J
It's
a
different
type
of
a
program
of
it,
but
ultimately,
when
you
bring
in
more
money
than
you
spend,
that's
a
good
thing
and
I
know
when
yet
depreciation
is
just
another
problem,
something
that
you
have
to
look
at
and-
and
it
showed
us
in
the
negative
on
that,
but
other
than
that.
We,
the
golf
course
brought
in
more
money
than
what
we
paid
out
and
that's
a
good
thing.
So
I
would.
A
Mention
that
you
know
with
with
the
the
new
person
now
that
we
have
over
there
and
thank
goodness
God
gave
us
great
weather.
So
we
had
a
lot
of
extra
play.
You
put
that
all
together,
it
was
a
very
successful
summer,
and
so
I
could
only
hope
that
next
year
would
be
the
same
and
we'll
we'll
see
how
that
plays
out.
A
I
would
say
we
could
ask
Cristen
whether
or
not
she
was
happy
with
it,
but
I
think
at
this
time,
she's
screaming
on
a
table
and
will
give
me
giving
birth
to
a
son
at
some
point.
So
that
being
said,
we
wish
her
the
best
craft.
That's
right,
all
right!
All
those
in
favor
signify,
saying
aye,
aye
opposed
motion
carries.
J
J
Commissioner
Conan
I
mentioned
this
earlier
to
at
ways
and
means-
and
this
is
another
great
program
that
the
state
and
the
county
provides
for.
So
many
kids
in
our
community
a
lot
of
school
age,
kids
and
you
think
that
MSU
Extension,
it's
more
primarily
rural,
which
it
does
have
some
rural,
but
it
does
have
some
urban
tooth
going
to
all
the
schools
from
the
small
group
of
people
that
we
have
here
do
a
tremendous
job
because
we
have
to
take
care
of
our
young
kids.
J
We've
got
to
give
them
every
opportunity
to
succeed,
and
this
is
just
one
program
that
we
as
a
county
offer
to
ensure
that
these
kids
do
get
some
special
attention
and
treatment.
These
folks
they're
all
young.
Ladies,
oh,
we
got
one
guy,
so
they've
all
done
a
great
job
and
I
think
we
need
to
make
sure
that
we
continue
with
this
program
and
how
did
think
that,
even
with
the
convenience
that
program
in
the
future,
it's
a
spinning
we're
investing
dollars
today
to
save
dollars
for
tomorrow.
K
A
Sheriff
Miller
you're
looking
mighty
damper.
If
I
could
have
you
come
up
front
here,
a
second
I
didn't
do
it.
You
wouldn't
saying
that
for
over
20
years
guilty
that.
H
A
A
A
C
I
I
A
A
You
Commissioner
Tilly
will
go
on
reports
of
County
officials
and
departments
the
county
exec.
There
is
an
appointment
to
the
workforce
development
board
group,
which
would
be
resolution
2016
dash,
319
Sheila
dam
will
be
leaving
she's
retiring
in
cary
for
kowski.
I'm
sure
I
didn't
quite
nail
that
last
name
but
she'll
serve
out
the
remainder
of
her
time.
So
I
would
like
to
have
a
motion
to
concur
soma
with
the
comic
set
and
discussion
Commissioner.
We
get
just.
H
K
A
A
Anything
under
miscellaneous
I
do
have
some
announcements.
The
Board
of
Commissioners
actually
will
need
not
the
twentieth
of
December,
which
is
a
tuesday.
We
will
be
meeting
on
a
Wednesday,
the
21st
at
four
o'clock
we'll
have
our
personnel
and
Human
Services
first,
and
the
full
board
will
then
follow
whatever
it
takes
to
get
through
personnel.
A
A
Any
discussion
of
the
issue,
all
those
in
favor
signal
by
saying
aye,
aye
opposed
whoops,
I'm,
sorry,
Mike,
okay,
very
good.
We
won't
say
that
he's
part
of
your
family
because
he's
much
better
looking
and
bigger.
So
all
those
in
favor
signify,
saying
aye,
aye
opposed
motion
carries
congratulations,
chat.
A
M
There
a
need
for
closed
session.
Yes,
there
is
mr.
chair
I
would
request
a
motion
to
go
into
closed
session
regarding
pending
litigation
pursuant
to
mcl
15.2
68,
section,
eight
key
to
consult
with
the
board's
attorney
regarding
trailer
sentiment
strategy
in
connection
with
specific,
pending
litigation.
In
this
particular
case,
Sesame,
music
vs.
Thomas
elevator
in
bay
county
board
of
commissioners
at
all.
