I just want to say that I think this is a great idea of the corporation counsel, be the second person was a lot of retirement board and she's learning a lot she goes, but that I think she's doing her. No, we need, in there and I show that general. That I think that the whole operation, council offices and so I stepped up and streamline a lot of things. I've used to take it just because there weren't people get a job before it's just it made it a lot easier.
