A
You
got
a
nice
reverb
going
minutes
from
whenever
we
met
last,
which
was
not
march.
I'm
thinking
february.
C
A
A
B
Yes,
sir,
thank
you,
mr
chairman,
the
just
for
a
quick
update
on
the
on
the
grant.
We've
been
working
on
that,
obviously,
with
things
opening
up
a
little
slow
when
we
were
initially
received
notification
that
we
were
awarded
some
money,
things
kind
of
pulled
back,
so
it
made
obviously
planning
and
getting
things
lined
up
on
that
on
that
grant
that
we
had
originally
budgeted
for
a
little
bit
more
challenging.
But
now
that
things
are
a
little
bit
more
lacks
we've
been
able
to
make
some
headway.
B
B
That
was
what
the
majority
of
the
grant
funding
this
cycle
was
going
to
be
used
for
not
all
of
it,
but
a
majority
of
it,
and
so
we
were
able
to
secure
two
2019
dodge
caravans
for
the
transportation
program
they're
in
phenomenal
shape,
there's
a
lot
of
nice
options,
and
so,
hopefully,
those
that
that
need
rides
will
certainly
enjoy
being
transported
and
and
those
minivans
more
than
historically
what
they
what
they've
had
available
at
the
time.
So
I
know
mr
barshaw
went
with
me
as
well.
B
I
don't
know
he
can
certainly
speak
to
what
he
saw.
I
could
turn
it
over
for
a
moment.
E
E
We
can
actually
secure
two
2019
vehicles
and
they
they
actually
look
like
they're
brand
new
vehicles
right
out
of
the
showroom
the
thelon
auto
dealership,
really,
you
know
shined
them
up
and
they
look
absolutely
like
new
vehicles,
they're
leather,
interiors
and
limited
editions,
and
so
I
think,
they're
going
to
be
a
significant
upgrade
in
transporting
our
veterans
to
medical
appointments
and
other
critical
appointments
they
may
have.
E
In
contrast
to
you,
know
the
one
I
think
black
impello
this
in
1999
and
very
high
mileage,
so
I
think
our
veterans,
both
our
volunteer
drivers,
as
well
as
the
vets
who
rely
on
that
transportation,
would
be
very
pleased
with
what
craig
gullet
has
done
and
hopefully,
with
your
consent,
all
of
you
on
the
board.
E
There
are
significant,
you
know,
upgrades
in
our
vehicle
in
our
fleet
and
and
I'm
just
delighted
that
again,
the
state
is
providing
100
of
the
funding
for
the
acquisition
of
those
vehicles
and
thank
you
craig
and
to
the
staff
and
and
to
the
great
job
that
all
of
the
board
members
are
doing.
So.
Thank
you
just
want
to
weigh
in
on
that.
A
I
just
I
drove
some
of
the
older
vans
and
I
know
the
battery
would
run
down
if
you
left
the
lift
on
when
you
went
to
the
va,
which
I
did
once
at
least
once
I
ran
out
the
battery
and
had
a
call
for
help
so,
but
I
think
the
newer
vans
probably
will
be
more
durable
and
longer
battery
life,
probably
too
so.
Thank
you.
A
F
So
just
a
quick
update
that
we
are
in
the
office
have
been
since
june,
8th,
currently
taking
by
appointment.
Only
no
walk-in
service
provided
veterans
have
to
sit
in
the
hallway
they're
not
allowed
to
sit
within
our
beautiful
space
that
we
have
there
so
currently
only
taking
appointments
in
the
morning
from
8,
9,
10,
11
or
12
o'clock,
8,
9,
10
or
11
o'clock
still
in
the
office
after
that
finishing
up
paperwork
returning
phone
calls,
and
just
to
note
that
the
va
is
extremely
slow
right
now.
F
They're
currently
running
at
about
420
000
claims
in
the
system
with
about
180
000
of
them
over
the
125
day
limit,
obviously
with
the
shutdown
and
the
people
working
remotely
stuff
wasn't
getting
done
as
fast
as
stuff
may
have
gotten
done
in
the
office.
So.
A
A
A
There
was
a
lady
from
a
foster
home
looking
for
some
housing
for
a
veteran,
and
there
was
another
veteran
I
told
to
come
back
later
for
appointment,
but
housing.
I
just
had
one
point
on
that:
the
a
lot
of
people
don't
know
about
mid
michigan
community
action
agency,
it's
down
on
down
to
columbus,
that
they're
moved
across
the
street
they're
on
the
east
side
of
columbus
or
washington
by
columbus,
and
they
do
have
funds
federal
money
for
housing
for
veterans.
So
I
know
the
shelter
runs
out
of
room.
F
I
just
make
one
point
on
homeless
veterans:
if
there
are
homeless
veterans,
call
2-1-1,
simple
number:
it's
the
first
resource
that
nba
the
midvision
community
actually
agency
wants
you
to
do
that.
Gets
the
ball
rolling,
get
you
enrolled
in
all
the
other
resources.
You
need
two
on
one,
a
simple
number
to
remember,
homeless
or
any
other
in
need.
You
can
immediately
and
then
it
also
it
directs
to
us
at
some
point
as
well.
So.
A
Any
questions
from
our
house
and
housing
was
one
of
the.
I
think
I
put
that
on.
There
was
a
housing
issue,
reports
and
resolutions.
D
D
If
you
know
how
to
track
changes
in
microsoft
word,
you
can
do
that
and
then
send
it
back
maryland
pick
your
color,
you
can
use
paper
red
or
whatever
and
troy
took
the
color
and
everybody
just
send
them
back,
and
I
will
incorporate
those
changes
and
if
you
got
a
hard
copy
that
you've
made
some
pen
and
ink
on.
Let
me
have
it
because
it's
time
for
us
to
go
final,
I
mean
you
know.
D
D
Right
and
those
are
two
separate
documents
and
I
will
merge
those
into
one.
I
think
the
administrative
procedures
will
be
an
appendix
or
an
annex
to
the
violence.
D
D
Job
job
descriptions
was
her
major
issue
yeah,
and
I
I
asked
her
to
write
something
up,
that
she
would
be
happy
with.
G
I'm
here
I'm
on
vacation
today,
so
I'm
sitting
in
so
I
will
definitely.
D
Yeah,
I
will
make
a
note
and
I
will
send
them
out
to
everybody
one
more
time
and
craig.
If
I
I
don't
know,
if
I
have
amber's
email
in
my
civilian
account,
if
not
I'll
shoot
it
to
you
and
then,
if
you
can
forward
it
that'd
be
fine.
Absolutely!
A
F
C
G
Yes,
yes,
I
know
the
bylaws
and
we're
going
to
be
looking
at
them
and
sending
them
back
to
mike,
but
craig
is
there
any
more
information
on
making
the
bay
county
service
officer
and
also
into
a
full-time
position?
Have
you
talked
to
the
unions?
Has
there
been
any
talk
and
also
for
the
part-time
position.
B
Yeah
I
heard
it
so
there
there
have
been
discussions
on
on
our
side
as
far
as
with
personnel
related
that
I
can
certainly
forward
out
to
you
know
the
committee,
like
maybe
in
a
one
by
one,
you
know,
send
it
out
one
at
a
time
to
the
committee
members.
So
maybe
we
can,
you
know
again
begin
discussion
discussing
what
that
would
entail.
You
know
in
an
upcoming
meeting.
D
D
A
D
Mark
mark
is
doing
a
great
job
over
there
in
I,
I
hear
comments
from
veterans
that
went
over
in
the
previous
life
when
there
was
a
different
county
service
officer
and
were
not
happy
at
all
and
have
gone
back
since
then,
and
are
just
ecstatic
with
what
he's
doing
over
there.
D
So
that's
where
we're
getting
our
bang
for
our
buck
and
that's
really
what
the
county
needs
to
be
doing
for
the
veterans
in
this
county.
E
Yeah,
thank
you
very
much,
mr
chair.
I
want
to
reiterate
again
to
mr
galette
and
to
all
of
you
that
I
guess
in
the
past
I
have
indicated
full
support
for
making
both
county
employees,
because
I
too,
mr
pragandi
received
the
same
kind
of
compliments
around
the
community
from
the
veterans
community
about
how
diligently
they
are
working
on
behalf
of
securing
benefits
for
our
veterans
that
are
in
need
and
also
directing
them
to
appropriate
resources.
So
you
know
craig
you
and
I
and
maybe
tiffany
can
get
together
and
develop.
E
You
know
that
proposal
so
to
be
approved,
hopefully
by
the
board
of
commissioners.
You
know
maybe
at
the
next
meeting
and
personnel
or
or
whatever
so
yeah.
I
think
that's
a
great
idea
and
I'm
glad
that
maryland
brought
it
up
and
reminded
us
during
this
pandemic.
E
I
think
a
lot
of
things
have
been
sort
of
put
on
hold
for
a
little
bit,
but
we,
you
know,
we've
been
you
know,
providing
the
services
to
everybody
and
keeping
keeping
the
offices
you
know
available
to
to
help
all
of
the
residents
of
bay
county,
but
that's
something
that
probably
fell
by
the
wayside.
But
we
should
try
to
get
that
done
as
soon
as
we
can.
A
A
First
then,
they
lawyers
will
add
every
known,
malady
known
demand
to
their
claim,
which
makes
it
pretty
hard,
sometimes
to
sort
through
all
the
all
the
different
conditions
they
have
versus
the
main
thing
that
they
should
really
be
there
for,
and
so
I
think
sometimes
they
get
bad
advice
from
the
lawyers,
because
they're
working
on
a
contingency
plan,
our
service
officer,
is
just
working
a
salary
and
doing
a
good
job.
Yes,
I
heard
same
comments
from
some
of
the
veterans
that
I've
seen
that's
a
good
job
being
done
any
other
business
under.
A
We
have
the
one
item,
the
letter
that
we
received
from
bay
veterans
foundation.
I
think,
probably
at
this
point
we'll
receive
it.
Look
it
over
there's
some
other
attachments
that
they
send
along
with
it
and
then
their
their
business
plan,
which
we
just
got,
take
a
look
at
and
maybe
make
a
decision
or
discuss
it
more.
Unless
we
want
to
discuss
it
a
little
bit
now.
A
D
First
of
all,
I
don't
see
this
as
a
business
plan.
This
is
you
know
some
things
that
were
thrown
together,
that
hey,
we
did
some
great
stuff,
we're
gonna
keep
doing
great
stuff.
I
don't
see
exactly
what
they're
planning
on
doing
at
that
facility
and
how
they're
gonna
operate
it
and
what
it's
gonna
cost
them
annually.
D
I
don't
see
that
information.
What
I
did
find
interesting
is
the
demographics.
You
know
they
they
spout.
We
have
8
000
veterans
in
bay
county.
Well,
that
may
be,
but
6
000
of
those
are
vietnam
era
and
older,
which
means
they're
over
65..
D
I
hate
to
say
it,
but
a
guy
who's,
65
ain't
gonna
go
learn
how
to
do
tinker
toys
in
a
birdhouse.
I
don't
think
so.
Anyway,
I'm
65,
I'm
not
gonna
go
so
you.
Actually,
you
have
801
gulf
war
veterans
that
got
out
were
served
from
2001
or
later
that's
20
years
you
got
800
people
that
served
for
20
years,
we're
going
to
spend
1.2
million
on
800
people.
That's
ridiculous!
In
my
opinion.
D
G
D
G
And
I
would
like
to
know:
does
that
include
the
active
and
reservists
in
bay
county
yeah
exactly
and
what
is
the
actual
age
population
if
it
includes
the
active
and
reservists
and
they
said
they
took
according
to
the
census
bureau,
it
was
in
the
year
2016.
They
found
the
following.
G
F
H
D
A
C
D
D
A
H
Mr
chairman,
under
one
of
their
papers
they
put
out
last
year
said
a
year
in
fundraising.
Program
is
underway.
I'm
curious
to
see
what
the
fundraising
program
is
and
has
the
veterans
of
bank
county
been
addressed
in
this
fundraising
program.
I've.
I've
personally
mentioned
it.
There's
three
veterans
in
my
household
I'm
just
curious.
What
the
fundraising
program
is.
H
A
G
H
A
A
They
do
have
a
pheasant
shoot
in
the
fall
and
have
the
call
founding
so,
but
one
million
dollars
is
quite
a
bit
of
money
to
raise
so
so
I
think
we'll
ask
them
to
come
in
next
week
and
save
our
next
month
and
save
the
questions
and
ask
them
for
a
needs.
Assessment
needs
analysis
and.
A
B
So
tomorrow,
I'm
heading
over
to
finalize
the
paperwork.
After
that,
it's
you
know,
we're
gonna
have
to
make
sure
we
have
license
or
license
plates
and
those
types
of
those
types
of
things,
but
I
just
got
the
purchase
orders
yesterday.
So
pretty
soon.
B
No,
no,
the
only
the
disability
man
that
we
have
is
that
larger
van
that'll
be
in
the
fleet.
These
will.
These
will
basically
take
place
of
the
sedans
that
mr
bartra
referenced.
You
know,
you
know
I'm
sure,
mr
stuart.
You
know
that
that
came
from
the
sheriff's
office
some
time
ago
and
we've
been,
you
know,
hobbling
along
with
them.
So
that's
basically
what
these
will
be
utilized
instead
of.
D
B
I
can
answer
that
too.
It
has
been,
they
are
still
transporting
it's
just
at
a
reduced
need,
basically
they're.
Obviously
the
the
things
that
are
that
they're
being
seen
for
in
person
have
have
reduced.
So
it's
it's.
You
know,
I'm
just
maybe
a
treatment
for
cancer-related
item
or
something
you
know
something
more
a
serious
in
nature
of
of
treatment
versus.
F
That's
what
craig
had
just
said,
they're
transporting
transport,
oh
they're,
transporting
on
an
extremely
limited
basis,
and
it
was
based
on
like
cancer
treatment,
any
of
those
things
that
could
not
be
halted
or
were
not
halted,
a
regular
va.
You
need
a
prescription
or
whatever
anything
could
be
done
over.
The
telephone
was
done
over
the
telephone.
Only
things
that
absolutely
had
to
be
done
that
were
done
at
the
hospital
were
the
only.
