A
C
Because
we've
got
three
new
commissioners
and
I
probably
would
refresh
my
memory
as
well
how
we're
receiving
that
is
for
the
city
and
just
through
this
obsolete
property
rehabilitation
for
a
couple
hundred
thousand
dollars
that
financially
we're
not
going
to
receive
our
portion
of
the
taxes.
For
that
amount
of
money.
Is
that
correct.
E
C
C
Not
quite
sure
what
they're
doing
here
yeah
see-
I
I
just
saw
this
today-
a
medical
email,
but,
but
I
just
saw
this
today,
so
I
just
asked
the
question
and
I'm
not
sure
we
got
three
new
clips
and
all
we
do
is
receive
it
for
the
city.
But
you
know,
people
in
the
city
do
pay
county
taxes
and
I'm
not
quite
sure.
If
that
200
000
is
not
well,
they
get
a
tax
break,
which
means
yeah.
You
don't
collect
that,
so
we
don't
is
it
on
the
200
000
bob?
C
H
A
Now
that
everybody's
all
confused
one,
let's
move
on
to
resolutions
from
personnel
and
human
services.
F
Mr
johnson,
yes,
sir,
we'll
begin
with
resolution
number
20
21
116
from
the
assistant
prosecutor's
office.
We
hope
to
fill
a
vacancy
with
a
waiver
of
step
process
moving
moving
it
support.
Thank
you.
Discussion.
A
I
guess
I
do
have
one
questions
for
you
nancy,
so
we're
coming
in
at
the
of
the
max
scale.
The
question
that
I
have
is
in
the
future.
With
that
individual
is
there
going
to
be
a
step
process
for
that
individual
going
forward?
Is
there
something
already
being
put
together
or
is?
This
is
what
it
is
and
that's
the
way
it's
going
to
be
forever
or.
I
At
this
time,
this
is
where
it
is.
If
there
was
something
that
I
would
like
to
do
differently,
I
would
obviously
have
to
address
that
issue.
This
individual
is
aware
that
this
is
the
top
of
the
scale
and
that's
been
part
of
our
discussion,
so
there
that
person
is
aware
of
that.
She
is
a
person's
making
and
her
present
position
is
very
close
to
this
level,
and
so
that's
part
of
how
I'm
seeking
to
get
her
to
come
to
my
office
and
say
that
I
will
start
you
out.

A
F
We
have
one
final
resolution
that
came
out
of
the
previous
meeting
resolution:
2021
121
not
listed
in
your
packet,
but
it
is
the
resolution
in
regards
for
lowering
the
daily
fee
for
seniors
at
the
community
pool
up
to
three
dollars
a
day.
Remove
this
resolution.
D
B
A
G
Just
very
briefly,
I've
done
a
lot
of
talking
today
and
I
apologize,
but
I
wanted
to
compliment
the
staff
of
our
bay
county,
animal
services
and
adoption
center
and
the
dedicated
staff,
I'm
not
sure
if
it's
because
of
evictions
or
just
seasonal
summertime,
but
the
shelter's
been
overwhelmed
with
dogs
and
cats.
People
are
really
working
hard
out
there
to
kind
of
facilitate
that
if
and
take
care
of
the
animals
as
well
as
helping
all
of
our
families,
if
craig
would
want
to
make.
Maybe
give
you
a
slight
update
on
our
shelter.
J
Thank
you,
mr
parsha,
so
as
as
mr
marshall
talked
to
talked
about
briefly,
this
this
year
has
been
extremely
seen
on
staff
over
there
currently
they're
doing
a
terrific
job,
and
I
don't
mean
to
make
light
of
the
situation,
but
some
days
we,
you
know
sit
and
sing
kumbaya
to
try
to
elevate
the
you
know,
stature
and
morale
over
there,
but
there's
been
a
significant
increase
in
a
whole
lot
of
different.
I
don't
can't
pinpoint
one
specific
thing,
but
basically
just
solely
on
dogs.
J
This
year
we've
seen
111
more
dogs
come
through
our
shelter
than
we
did
in
2019,
not
really
looking
at
the
stats
from
2020,
because
there
should
be
an
asterisk
by
that
by
that
year
nothing
was
normal
about
last
year
and
we
and
we
did
not
see
the
amount
of
dogs
that
we
normally
get
dogs
and
cats.
Normally.
So
I'm
looking
at
2019
and
cats
we've
seen
around
60
more
than
we
did
in
2019
at
this
point,
so
we've
seen
so
far
this
year,
27
percent
more
animals
come
through
the
shelter.
J
J
As
mr
barshus
said,
I
certainly
tried
to
do
my
best
to
pass
along
my
gratitude
some
days
it
gets
pretty
rough,
but
they
they
do
a
terrific
job
and
they're
doing
their
very
best
to
take
care
of
medical
cases
from
you
know,
embedded
collars
to
it's
not
the
most
pleasant
thing
to
think
about,
but
kittens
brought
in
in
various
situations
with
larva
in
their
necks
and
all
sorts
of
things
that
that's
very
can
be
disturbing
to
the
visual
eye.
J
But
these
are
things
that
can
be
treated
and
it's
it
certainly
is
way
heavier
on
our
our
budget
this
year
and
on
on
morale.
So
I,
like
mr
marshall,
would
like
to
emulate
and
say
that
I
I
sincerely
appreciate
everything
that
they
do
over
there.
They
do
a
terrific
job
and
just
you
know,
hope,
hopefully
things
calm
down
this
year,
but
it
as
it
sits
right
now
it's
going
to
continue,
but
that
wasn't
unless
anybody
has
a
question,
but
thank
you.
A
You're
all
set
all
right,
miss
amber
any
reason
for
closed
session.
Thankfully,.
H
Quick,
so
I
was
at
a
4d
conference,
I'm
going
to
do
it
real
fast
here.
This
is
the
national
association
of
counties
conference.
I'm
I'm
on
the
board
of
directors
for
mac,
so
they
pay
for
the
conference.
So
the
money
doesn't
have
to
pay
for
the
conference.
We
do
pay
dues
to
maximum
for
us
right,
nothing's,
free
bond,
it's
nothing
free,
you're
right,
so
eventually
it
trickles
down.
But
so
I'm
on
the
health
steering
committee.
We
had
a
meeting
the
first
day
we
had
19
resolutions.
H
H
H
Nancy
pelosi
spoke
to
us
on
monday
about
funding
and
the
recovery
plan
joint
task
force
on
federal
medicaid
in
inmate
exclusion,
where
you
once
you
go
into
jail,
you
lose
your
medicaid
they're,
still
working
on
that
for
several
years
now,
so
we
don't
have
to
fund
the
medicaid,
and
I
also
was
able
to
nominate
a
have
a
nominating
speech
for
the
second
vice
president
for
a
lady
from
indiana.
Unfortunately,
she
did
not
win,
but
it
was
interesting
being
on
the
stage,
so
that
was
a
four
day
conference
in
a
couple
minutes.
A
Very
good
and
just
a
reminder
that
the
mack
regional
summit
will
be
in
frankenmuth
on
thursday,
and
those
are
for
us
that
that
signed
up,
so
I
believe
it
starts
at
8.
30
goes
to
two
or
three.
So
just
a
little
reminder
there.
That
being
said,
a
motion
to
adjourn
would
be
in
order.
