Barr at this moment also thank you and fair board for especially taking advantage of the 15-year extension on the lease with the bay County Fairgrounds and securing the the grant last year that provided a new look for the horse barns and it's great to see moving forward and improving the infrastructure out there. Please I have a question about not so much this, but last week I remember. They talked about 911 being out on all these counties. Correct and my my men's like something happened.

Of what happened there was an outage with our provider network, so three vision down great around two a.m. approximately we're all until approximately 6:00 a.m. that one during that time, that is no effective. A camera for conference of the state of Michigan, so I think, although so I don't know for sure, haven't had all the facts yet given supposed to provide a report to the piece EPS Thursday in the Salt, Lake or apartments of the counties in the state of Michigan learned about denied one service or decorated service.

So next day outage there was a period of time where we were receiving any calls. Then the service was restored with theirs location services. Other services that weren't coming online. During that period, its we getting some service, not a full service and it's 6:00 a.m. we were told you restore some of these steps. And again this is just information I've collected and seen at an official report. You know some piece: F saw to a lesser degree impact, and we saw some saw a greater degree in time. We've got three different kind of adult surveillance packs that we use that are placed in a rotational pieces, trophy County, so those are never in 1, Samuel location, very.

The eastern equine encephalitis was down on the southwest part. I, don't remember, do we have any cases we.

Didn't know the economy we do surveillance of our mosquitoes or eastern equine nothing tested positive. In the past 20 years we've had of it. There was a positive horse in Tuscola County. So it's something to be vigilant about 2020 and maintaining air surveillance to see if it's coming. It was mainly Southwest. We're headed to a conference right after this meeting, that's going to focus on Triple E how it was handled by the stadium, what's going to be done in 2020 for it.

So what we're looking to do is expand some partners through Michigan to get mosquito control more widely recognized the Michigan to prevent that that risk.

Mr. Krieger, so it's West Nile still of an ongoing concern. West.

Nile is our primary concern in Bay County, because we know it's here: can it happens every year it's happened every year for the past 20 years, Cummings had a human case recently Bay County. Luckily a patient recovered, so West Nile is our primary concern at bay county and again, because the evidence is here, we see any numbers throughout the years. But again eastern equine encephalitis is cyclical every ten years they kind of see it come through the state, but never had a level like this.

So we're going to keep an eye on that to see how it comes due to big County, the primary mosquito that spreads Triple E versus West Nile virus they're different mosquitoes that Triple E mosquito is not a mosquito that we find here, a different character. Net am equals swamp, have a habitat that they find in the Southwest Michigan Kalamazoo area. Not here, however, our concern is that there's evidence that perhaps these mosquitoes are have bridge vectors.

So it would be another type of mosquito we've got here and they tell me it could potentially also spread that, but not at that level that they find out there. So.

As we get closer to the season, is there a chance we can have you come back and maybe talk about best practices that a homeowner can do to to help minimize exposure. Yeah.

Under 100% and a homeowner control, it's been a mess mainly on these West Nile species. For.

Triple E species are more natural habitats, but 100% we would like to get all reach out there about. Personal protection is the biggest thing we use risk by wearing insect repellant and long sleeves, and things like that. So certainly, okay,.

Yes, our second sites been approved by Eagle, which will be the first site, will be big County mosquito control. The end of May likely in the second site will be Frazier Township Hall early August. We can't confirm dates till we get a signed contract back from Eagle, but that's okay.

Mitch, if again, lastly, so this is not a County thing, but it's an opioid and suicide prevention seminar that we're planning for May 14th that number burns. This is the Lions Club group, what they're getting uh different speakers, medical, whatever talk about deal playing, opioid use and suicide prevention, cuz they're tied together that made fourteen that lumber barons they'll be more announcements coming out. Just a heads up. That's.
