If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
When
I
go
ahead
and
I
will
call,
the
election
meeting
is
good
morning.
Nine
o'clock-ish,
it's
called
pursuant
to
Michigan
Statute
found
at
MCL
168.952,
which
governs
elections
in
the
state
of
Michigan
today
is
September.
13Th
time
is
roughly
905..
We
are
meeting
in
the
Commissioners
Chambers
in
the
Bay
County
meeting.
The
building.
Excuse
me
and
this
meeting
follows
the
opens
meetings
act.
This
meeting
is
being
recorded
and
I
understand.
We
are
also
being
recorded
in
various
different
mediums
here
today.
A
The
members
of
the
Bay
County
election
commission,
as
defined
by
Statute
under
168.23
hours,
follows
the
county
clerk
Kathleen
zanotti.
She
serves
as
the
secretary
of
the
commission
County
Treasurer
Weston
Prince.
He
serves
as
a
member
of
the
commission
and
the
imgn
minor.
The
probate
judge
and
I
serve
as
the
chair
of
the
commission
as
defined
by
Statute.
A
The
purpose
of
today's
meeting
is
to
determine
whether
each
reason
for
the
recall
stated
in
the
petition
is
factual
and
of
sufficient
Clarity
to
enable
the
officer
whose
recall
is
sought
and
the
electors
to
identify
the
course
of
conduct.
That
is
the
basis
for
the
recall
and
that's
directly
from
the
statute.
That's
MCL,
168.952,
section
3..
A
A
Allegations
of
fact
may
be
true
or
false,
and
the
commission
does
not
have
the
structure,
that's
what
we
were
talking
about
earlier,
or
the
resources
or,
quite
frankly,
the
procedural
authority
to
investigate,
to
swear
Witnesses
or
to
subpoena
to
determine
if
the
allegations
are
true
or
not.
However,
the
language
should
at
least
be
grounded
in
reality,
to
the
extent
that
it
has
the
potential
to
be
true.
A
The
recall
commission
will
only
consider
whether
the
assertions
in
the
petition
are
stated
clearly
and
factually
any
allegation
of
fact
may
be
true
or
false,
and
the
test
employed
by
this
commission
will
be
to
find
out
whether
the
allegations
state
facts
and
are
clear
so
that
the
responding
officer
May
defend.
Please
note.
If
any
reason
for
the
recall
is
not
factual
or
sufficient
Clarity,
then
the
entire
petition
will
be
rejected.
That's
pursuant
to
the
statute
section
3.!
A
A
A
As
previously
stated,
these
proceedings
are
being
recorded.
Therefore,
I
ask
that
everyone
treat
each
other
with
respect
and
courtesy
if
there
are
unnecessary
comments,
while
someone
is
speaking,
it
could
result
in
a
distorted
record
if
an
orderly
meeting
cannot
be
maintained.
I
reserve
the
right
to
adjourn
the
hearing
to
the
court
facility.
Again,
please
silence
your
cell
phones.
A
A
All
right
at
this
time,
I'm
going
to
read
the
proposed
language
into
the
petition.
This
is
for
the
township.
The
charter.
Excuse
me,
Township
of
Monitor
and
the
county
of
Bay
State
of
Michigan,
a
petition
for
the
calling
of
an
election
to
recall,
Terry
M
Spencer
from
the
office
of
Township
supervisor,
for
the
following
reasons.
A
These
gates,
at
the
monitor,
Township
Park,
were
in
place
to
secure
the
park
at
Sunset
as
posted
on
the
park
rules.
Signs
posted
in
the
park,
although
being
placed
I,
think
okay
in
the
park,
although
being
placed
a
notice
to
reinstall
the
gates
on
four
slash,
26-2021
and
again
on
8
23
of
Slash
2022
Terry
M
Spencer
has
taken
no
action
to
reinstall
the
gates
as
of
8-31-2022,
and
that
is
by
Mr
Jeffrey
Lee
sargassa,
all
right.
So
that
is
the
recompetition.
A
Does
the
sponsor
of
the
petition
wish
to
make
any
contents?
Yes,
all
right.
Perfect
come
on
up
and
just
state
your
name
of
course,
and
your
address.
A
B
B
I
just
want
to
make
a
couple
facts
known
here.
Obviously,
there's
limited
lines
and
I
got
to
learn
how
to
use
a
typewriter.
B
Was
a
battle,
and
it
only
took
me
about
13
times
to
get
it
right.
So
so,
unfortunately,
there
was
a
lot
of
information
that
that
I
wanted
to
have
placed
onto
this
petition,
but
was
unable
to
due
to
the
lack
of
space.
B
So,
but
we
were
able
to
get
the
the
gifs
of
it.
The
gates
at
monitor,
Township
Park
were
installed
in
2005..
B
B
The
Township
Board
working
with
at
the
time
we
had
a
Parks
committee,
decided
that
they
were
going
to
replace
these
gates
with
the
security
gates
that
Mr
Spencer
took
upon
himself
to
remove
on
April
24th
of
what
year,
21.
yeah.
B
So
2005.
These
Gates
were
were
installed
and
then
so
and
I
have
that
in
the
first
handout
that
I
gave
us
and
I
have
it
highlighted
where
the
money
was
donated
and
the
township
actually
approved
in
excess
I'm.
Sorry,
an
extra
amount
of
up
to
seven
thousand
dollars
to
spend
on
other
various
projects
in
the
park.
B
C
B
You
so
so,
if
we
flip
to
page
two,
which
is
actually
page
six
of
these
minutes,
the
township
adopted
an
ordinance
ordinance
54..
B
It's
the
ordinance
regulating
the
monitor,
Township
public
park
by
regulation
of
the
use
and
conduct
of
persons
upon
Park
property
and
by
adopting
criminal
penalties
for
the
violation
thereof
section
one.
This
ordinance
shall
be
known
as
the
monitor
Township,
Park
ordinance.
B
B
These
were
old
minutes
and
the
first
sentence
states
that
the
Park
is
open
from
May
till
September.
That's
no
longer
true.
The
Township
board
has
now
opened
the
park
all
year
long,
so
that
part
doesn't
matter.
But
what
does
matter
is
the
hours
and
the
hours
of
the
park
are
from
80
eastern
daylight
savings
time
until
does
no
person
or
vehicle
shall
remain
upon
Park
property
at
any
time.
The
park
is
not
open
to
the
public,
so
these
Gates
were
installed
to
be
closed
at
dusk.
B
Every
night
to
keep
people
out
of
the
park
this
park
there's
several
homes
that
are
in
front
of
the
park,
so
these
Gates
were
part
of
the
reason
of
having
these
Gates
is
for
the
privacy
of
those
residents
that
live
a
long,
Three
Mile
Road
that
the
park
is
in
their
backyard.
So
at
night
they
don't
have
people
back
there
doing
whatever.
B
So
this
was
in
2005.
This
ordinance
was
made
after
they
installed
the
gates
on
April
24th
of
21
Mr
Spencer,
the
township
supervisor
had
a
park
clean
up
event,
great
idea.
They
had
a
lot
of
people
from
what
he
explained
showed
up
and
helped
clean
up.
The
park
problem
is:
is
the
security
gates
got
removed?
B
B
B
B
B
B
The
park
remains
unsecure
at
night.
Oh.
A
Well,
on
your
page,
three
though,
on
the
April
21st
26th,
you
highlighted
it
says
in
the
supervisor's
report,
you
highlighted
the
gate
post
was
in
the
flower
box
and
the
gates
were
removed
along
with
the
sign
yup,
this
sign
will
be
going
back
up,
the
gates
haven't
been
locked
in
years.
The
park
is
now
open
year
round:
yeah,
okay,.
B
So
let
me
jump
to
I'm
still
on
July
11th
penalty.
B
B
B
B
I'm
getting
to
the
okay
all
right
to
the
April
26th
right
now:
I'm,
sorry
yeah,
so
April
24th
Gates
got
removed,
but
at
the
cleanup
we
got
the
cleanup
okay
and
then
I
have
a
full-time,
full-time,
Township
employee
that
used
his
tractor
under
the
direction
of
Mr
Spencer
to
remove
the
gate
pulse
out
of
the
ground.
Okay
again
without
Township
board
approval,
so
April
26
21.
B
B
She
stood
up
during
public
input
and
asked:
did
the
board
vote
on
getting
rid
of
the
gates
and
the
signage
at
the
park?
Because
not
only
did
he
remove
the
gates,
he
also
removed
the
sign
s.
That
said,
you
know,
monitor
Township
Park,
identifying
the
park
and
then
I
highlighted
there
did
the
board.
She
asked
again:
did
the
board
vote
to
get
rid
of
the
newsletter,
which
is
a
separate
issue,
and
then
she
asked
did
the
board
vote
to
replace
the
gates?
B
Then,
at
that
time
which
I
have
on
video,
if
you
want
to
see
it,
trustee
Gary
Brandt
spoke
to
the
board
directly
about
the
the
cleanup
that
occurred
at
the
monitor,
Township,
Park
and
agreed
with
everybody
and
I
agree
too,
that
it
was
a
good
idea,
but
like
Mr
Brandt
was
a
board
member.
He
had
a
concern
he
drove
by
and
the
gates
are
gone
and.
B
Mr
Earl
Arnold
was
also
a
trustee,
had
no
clue
that
the
security
gates
were
removed
and
they
went
into
discussion
that
it
was
not
authorized
by
the
board
and
Mr
Brandt
immediately
made
a
motion
to
reiterate
that
monitor.
Township
policies
cannot
be
changed
unless
approved
by
the
Charter
Township
of
monitor
board.
Okay,.
A
B
Yeah
the
counselor,
in
my
opinion,
as
failing
taking
notes
or
meeting
minutes,
because
she
did
not
include
any
of
that
conversation.
Okay,.
A
B
So
then
we
went
into
the
supervisor's
report.
The
supervisor
talked
about
whatever
there,
but
then
the
part
I
highlighted
the
gate
post
was
in
the
flower
box
and
the
gates
were
removed
along
with
the
sign.
He
said,
the
sign
will
be
going
back
up,
he
States
the
gates
haven't
been
locked
in
years
and
the
park
business
now
open
year
round.
That's
true!
The
Park
is
open
year
round,
but
it's
open
from
8
A.M
till
sunset
and
the
township
policy
states
that
the
gates
are
to
be
locked
at
sunset.
A
B
Same
area,
just
new
posts,
okay
and
I-
believe
it's
moved
back
a
little
bit.
There's
another
picture
here
that
shows
exactly
where
it
was
before.
B
He
stated
at
the
meeting
that
the
sign
was
in
disrepair
and
look
terrible.
Don't
quote
me
on
that?
Exactly
but
Mr
Arnold,
one
of
the
trustees,
then
I
wouldn't
say,
argued
but
challenged
Mr
Spencer
and
said
what
you
think
is
in
disrepair.
B
So
picture
number
two
is
picture
that
was,
this
sign
is
actually
hanging
in
The
Pavilion
at
the
Township
Park
and
I.
Have
it
dated
when
I
took
these
pictures.
This
one
was
8
30,
a
2022.
B
B
Luckily,
Google
Maps
was
able
to
help
me
out
with
this,
and
that
shows
the
security
gates
that
we're
talking
about
those
Gates
are
the
gates
that
are
to
be
closed
at
sunset,
to
keep
vehicle
traffic
out
from
the
Township
Park,
and
you
can
see
there
the
there's
a
a
house,
there
there's
actually
a
large
line
of
houses
there
and
the
park
is
directly
behind
there.
B
B
He
stated
in
his
supervisor's
report
recorded
here
in
the
minutes.
The
gate
post
was
in
the
flower
box.
B
B
Yeah,
not
the
gate,
post.
Okay,
no,
all
right
go
to
number
five
I,
don't
see
a
flower
box
near
that
gate.
B
Going
to
number
six,
you
can
Crystal
it's
the
both
gates,
they're
they're,
not
in
the
flower
boxes
they're,
not
in
disrepair,
the
sign
there
to
the
or
I'm
sorry,
the
gate
to
the
to
the
right.
The
post
has
been
over-
probably
maybe
wind
damage,
I,
don't
know,
but
that's
something
that
could
have
easily
been
fixed.
Definitely
not
in
disrepair.
B
Now
we'll
move
to
number
seven.
This
is,
as
you
drive
in
the
Park
just
past,
the
gates
I
highlighted
their
Gates
locked
at
sunset,
so
that's
part
of
their
park
rules.
B
It's
part
of
the
rules
of
the
township
and
these
signs
are
posted
all
throughout
the
park,
Gates
locked
at
sunset.
How
can
you
lock
Gates
when
they're?
Not
there.
B
A
B
B
B
Pitcher
10
is
a
picture
of
the
flower
box
or
flower
Circle.
Whatever
you
want
to
call
them
and
pitcher
11
is
the
picture
of
the
sign
that
that
he
he
did
put
back
up,
but
I
do
want
to
go
back
to.
B
And
in
the
at
the
meeting
at
April
26th,
he
stated
in
his
supervisor's
report,
which
it's
not
documented
in
the
minutes,
but
I
have
it
on
recording
that
the
sign
Township
signed
that
the
fence
posts
were
in
the
flower
box,
which
is
true,
and
he
said
that
the
sign
is
in
disrepair
and
he
was
going
to
fix
it
and
reinstall.
It
I
believe
within
the
next
few
days.
B
B
I
have
spoke
to
the
state
police
about
this.
They
were
not
going
to
take
a
report.
I
spoke
to
the
Sheriff's
Office
about
this.
B
They
were
not
going
to
take
the
report
because
of
a
conflict
of
interest
which
led
me
to
the
Attorney
General's
office,
I
discussed
them
with
them.
What
we
have
going
on
and
the
Attorney
General's
office
has
received
all
this
information
and,
as
of
yesterday,
they
are
assigning
it
to
a
special
prosecutor
for
further
review.
Okay,
because
there's
clear
evidence
that
there
is
destruction
of
property
that
was
done
by
a
Township
official
without
Township
board
approval.
B
It
states
clearly
states
that
the
the
reason
why
the
gates
were
there,
it
points
out
that
the
the
rules
and
the
signs
that
are
posted
in
the
part.
B
And
the
pictures
don't
lie,
it
clearly
says
you
cannot
remove
Township
property
on
426.
The
Township
Board
questioned
him
and
advised
him
to
reinstall
the
gates.
Citizens
advise
him
to
reinstall
the
gates
and
it
was
ignored
on
8
23
I
myself
during
public
input
spoke
to
the
board
and
Mr
Spencer
and.
B
So,
as
of
8
31,
when
this
petition
was
wrote,
The
Gates
had
not
been
reinstalled.
As
of
last
night,
they
haven't
been
reinstalled.
D
E
B
Because
the
clerk
did
not
take
notes
on
the
the
meeting
minutes,
she
decided
that
she
doesn't
document
what
people
say
anymore.
She
just
says
how
many
people
talk
and
how
long,
but
I
do
have
video
right
here
on
my
thumb,
drive
if
you
would
like
to
see
it.
A
B
B
Are
I
spoke
to
a
board
member
yesterday
about
this
and
their
exact
words
were
they
don't
need
to
take
action
because
he
never
had
permission
to
remove
the
gates,
so
the
board
in
2005
instructed
him
to
or
not
him,
but
under
the
direction
of
the
board.
A
B
A
F
Terry
Spencer
I'm,
sorry,
2060,
rapune,
Drive,
Bay,
City,
Michigan
and
I
also
have
some
documentation
for
you
yeah.
Please
thank
you.
A
F
I
feel
that
after
the
board
reads
the
documentation
presented
before
them,
it
will
show
this
petition
is
not
factual
in
multiple
areas,
it's
unclear
and
will
show
no
misconduct
in
reference
to
my
duties
as
a
supervisor
of
monitor
Township.
Unfortunately,
this
petition
is
another
attempt
by
Mr
sergeants
and
his
personal
Vendetta
against
me.
Another
attempt
for
better
words
to
throw
crap
at
the
wall
and
see
if
something
can
stick
similar
to
the
last
position
that
was
presented
and
turned
down
by
this
board.
F
I
am
the
supervisor
of
monitor
Township
and
what
Mr
sargensen
does
not
understand.
Also,
in
the
words
of
our
Township
attorney
is
that
I
do
see
most
Township
day-to-day
operations,
except
for
the
duties
held
by
other
elected
officials
and
assigned
by
the
board
in
this
situation.
However,
Mr
sargenson
is
referring
to
a
highly
publicized
Park
cleanup
at
monitor,
Township
Park.
F
That
was
in
fact
on
4
24-21,
and
this
is
the
first
type
of
event
that
they
have
done
at
this
park
and
for
that
matter
that
the
township
has
been
involved
with
on
this
day,
I
did
have
I
believe
it
was
between
20
and
30
volunteers,
including
my
family,
and
at
least
one
elected
official,
from
our
board,
who
volunteered,
along
with
the
area,
Boy,
Scouts
and
other
peoples.
Other
people
who
helped
clean
up
the
park.
F
We've
had
a
lot
of
issues
at
the
monitor
Park.
Some
of
these
issues
have
been
with
the
dog
feces
not
being
picked
up
trash
left
through
the
season,
a
lack
of
personnel
to
fix
items
and,
for
example,
the
painting
and
the
maintenance
I
sought
out
and
received
donations,
I
recruited
volunteers
to
help-
and
in
fact,
during
this
time
some
of
these
donations
included
a
number
of
Park
barriers
that
I
got
free
of
charge.
F
That
would
have
cost
the
township
a
lot
of
money,
but
a
local
company
donated
and
other
local
businesses
use
their
heavy
equipment
to
haul
these
extremely
heavy
parking
blocks
that
were
placed
along
the
drive
area
to
keep
people
from
driving
on
the
grass.
You
will
see
in
the
pictures.
The
volunteers
spent
a
lot
of
hours,
painting,
cleaning,
readjusting
the
flower
beds
and
planting,
and
most
of
this
project
was
little
cost
for
a
Township,
and
it
was
well
received
by
the
board
as
well
as
the
community.
F
F
I
first
would
like
to
point
out
and
and
I
guess,
we'll
ask
the
board
for
some
clarification,
but
this
was
brought
to
my
attention
in
regards
to
this
petition
on
the
bottom
right
hand,
corner
where
Mr
sargenson
had
signed
a
date
and
filled
out
the
information.
The
document
does
indicate
and
that's
an
item.
One
circulator
do
not
sign
or
date
the
certificate
until
the
circulation
or
after
circulating
petition.
F
G
F
Very
good
yeah,
it
was
asked
to
me
so
I
just
was
repeating
so
okay,
the
petition
language,
as
stated
the
gates
of
monitor
parked,
were
installed
in
2005
at
the
discretion
of
Township
Board
and
remained
there
until
the
removal,
4
24
20
2021.
These
Gates
of
the
monitor,
Township
Park,
were
placed
to
secure
the
park
at
Sunset
and
posted
on
the
park.
F
F
First
I
would
like
to
discuss
the
first
portion
of
the
language
on
the
petition.
The
gates
at
the
monitor,
Township
Park
were
installed
in
2005
at
the
discretion
of
the
Township
board.
I
would
refer
to
you
to
item
two
that
I've.
Given
you
the
information,
this
statement
is
not
factual.
I
presented
you
the
documentation
from
the
monitor,
Township,
regular
board,
minute
meetings
dated
July,
23rd
2007,
and
if
you
look
at
this
document
motion
made
by
Kowalski,
supported
by
Kramer
to
accept
the
proposal,
this
refers
to
a
new
24
foot,
wide
double
swing
gate.
F
This
is,
in
fact,
the
gate
that
we're
referring
to
in
the
language
it
was
not
installed
in
2005.
It
was
installed
in
2007..
The
information
before
you
will
show
the
statement
made
by
Mr
sargensen
is
not
factual.
Simply
put,
he
got
the
date
wrong
on
the
insulation
date.
It
was
2007
according
to
the
minutes,
from
the
monitor
Township
board.
Meeting.
F
item
three
and
four
and
there's
a
couple
different
pictures
there.
But
in
this
picture,
and
also
there's
a
picture
of
the
gate
on
March
9th
2021,
that
I've
provided
for
reference,
similar,
probably
to
the
one
that
Mr
sargensen
has
provided
and
I
just
ask
that
you
observe
the
24
foot
wide
double
swing
gate,
that's
in
that
picture
and
I
do
believe.
That
is
also
time
stamped
and
dated
and
gps'd
on
the
on
the
screenshot.
F
Thank
you,
as
you
can
observe
the
date.
The
time
stamp
and
the
photos
with
the
GPS
location,
I
have
provided
an
item.
Number
three
shows
a
Ford
tractor
working
in
the
area
of
the
gates,
along
with
a
photo
of
me
riding
in
the
front
of
the
tractor
bucket
right
in
the
tractor
bucket
is
often
funnel,
but
you
can
see
the
picture
of
the
gate
that
we're
moving
from
the
front
I'm
just
going
to
touch
on
the
notion
that
Mr
Sargent
had
made
that
the
gates
were
destroyed.
They
in
fact
were
not
destroyed.
F
F
As
you
can
see,
okay,
these
photos,
along
with
item
4A,
show
the
work
being
done
again,
removing
the
gate
and
again
Wednesday
April
21st
2021,
not
Saturday,
April
24th,
as
indicated
by
Mr
sargensen.
The
assumption
that
I
have
is
Mr
sargenson
in
his
attempt
to
investigate
he
assumed
they're
being
taken
out
on
the
actual
date
of
the
cleanup,
which
was
on
the
24th
item.
4B
shows
the
same
gates
in
the
background
of
pick
one
located
in
the
left
of
the
shed
as
I
just
mentioned
a
second
ago.
F
A
Going
through
his
packet
of
paperwork
that
he
is
going
through,
so
if
you
want
to
address
the
board,
you
will
have
your
opportunity.
We
talked
about
a
Money
Record
before
so.
If
you
have
please
take
notes
and
then
you
can,
you
can
address
the
board
again
after
public
comment.
Okay,
go
ahead,
Mr
Spencer!
Thank.
F
F
Item
number
five
I
have
included
again
a
dated
screenshot
from
the
monitor
Township
Facebook
page
from
April
21st
2021
to
support
the
information
that
I
just
shared
with
you
and
I
I.
Don't
think,
there's
any
argument
of
what
day
the
actual
cleanup
was,
but
that
was
the
post
being
on
the
official
Facebook
page
thanking
the
assistant
fire
chief
for
his
assistance.
F
This
information
could
be
viewed
on
the
page
for
many
of
your
smartphone
devices
that
you
have
right
now,
so
just
trying
to
clarify
that
it's
a
factual
information
item
number
six
I
have
also
asserted
a
copy
of
the
flyer
of
the
park
cleanup
that
is
dated
again
426-21.
This
was
the
actual
date
of
the
cleanup.
The
photos
are
all
date
and
time
stabbed.
You
can
see
the
flower
beds
in
the
entryway
that
were
disassembled
and
the
sign
was
taken
out
on
4
24
21..
F
F
These
Gates
going
on
item
number
seven
and
the
next
line
these
gates
at
the
monitor,
Township
Park,
were
secured
or
were
to
secure
the
park
at
Sunset
as
posted
on
the
park.
Rules
rules
sign
posted
at
the
park,
I
provided
an
item
number
7A
when
there
is
and
I
don't
know
where
I
do
not
see
in
the
minutes
where
the
board
made
the
following
statements
and
stolen
the
new
gates.
Where
did
he
get
this
information
from
and
who
said
it?
F
It's
again
an
assumption
by
Mr
sargenson
other
copies
of
the
minutes.
As
you
know,
the
gate
there's
a
gate
prior
and
I.
Don't
think.
There's
any
argument
on
that,
but
the
April
14
2003
minutes
that
I
have
provided,
will
show
you
that
at
that
time
it
was
a
Township
supervisor's
job
to
open
and
close
the
gates
in
the
morning
at
night.
F
The
pitcher
again
shows
the
dates
and
times
following
my
statements
about
the
date
not
being
correct
on
a
side
note,
there
are
multiple
signs
in
the
park
and,
as
you
would,
the
board
had
just
indicated.
Some
of
them
signs
are
inaccurate.
F
There's
also
a
sign
in
the
park
that
says
you're
on
you're
under
surveillance
because
of
the,
and
it
shows
a
picture
of
the
security
camera.
There's
no
security
cameras
at
the
park.
There's
also
a
sign
that
says
you
got
to
pick
up
your
dog
feces
there's.
We
don't
have
an
ordinance
that
can
enforce
that
action.
So
it's
a
sign
and
it
should
be
updated,
although
being
placed
the
next
section,
although
being
placed
unnoticed
to
reinstall
the
gates
on
426-21
and
again
on
8
23
of
22
item
8,
and
you
discuss
this
a
little
bit.
F
But
when
I
showed
this
petition
to
Residents
in
my
community,
the
assumption
is
that
the
statement
is
indicating
the
monitor
Township
board
made
it
directive
for
me
to
reinstall
the
gates
and
I
didn't
do
it.
I
I
have
provided
the
complete
minutes
of
426.21
that
you
have
and
8
23
of
22.,
with
this
assumption
that
Mr
sargenson
is
talking
about.
F
Who
is
he
and
I
guess
now
by
listening
to
him?
Speak
I,
I
know
who
he's
referring
to
he's,
referring
to
himself
prior
to
that
when
I
showed
this
information
to
people
they
said
well,
who
are
you
talk?
Who
is
he
talking
about?
F
He
indicates
two
dates,
but
does
not
indicate
a
how
the
security
did
this
occur
at
a
board
meeting.
Did
this
occur
on
the
telephone?
Did
the
board
direct
me
to
do
something
or
did
I
receive
a
letter
from
Santa
Claus
I'm,
not
really
sure,
because
it's
not
very
clear.
F
There
was
never
and
I
will
repeat:
there
was
never
a
board
decision
to
reinstall
the
gates,
as
Mr
sargenson
had
indicated.
There
was
some
discussion
about
the
gates.
However,
the
board
members
that
did
discuss
that
nobody
made
a
motion.
Nobody
made
a
directive
at
either
one
of
the
meetings
and
and
I
did
believe
that
Mr
sargenson
at
the
meeting
back
on
426,
where
that
person
did
speak
in
public
comment
and
they
did
ask
about
the
gates,
but
that's
not
even
what
they
said
there
and
I
guess.
F
F
This
the
information
is
extremely,
not
factual
and
is
extremely
unclear.
This
is
similar
to
the
last
petition
that
Mr
sargenson
didn't
indicate
who
he
was
talking
about.
The
language
is
unclear
to
the
common
reader
and
is
intentionally
placed
to
make
people
believe
something
that
happened.
That,
in
fact,
did
not
happen.
F
Number
nine!
On
the
second
date,
8
31
22.
There
was
a
regular
board
meeting,
but
again,
who
stated
this
when
and
where
is
he
referring
to
the
Township
board?
Meeting
I
have
provided
the
board
approved
minutes
for
that
meeting.
The
monitor,
Township
Park
was
not
on
the
agenda
and
the
Board
of
Trustees
never
discussed
the
gate.
Nor
was
a
motion
made
about
the
gate,
so
who
is
he
referring
to?
Apparently,
that's
he's
referring
to
himself.
However,
this
is
not
only
not
factual,
but
is
not
clear
to
who
put
me
on
notice.
F
There
was
a
couple
interesting
statements
that
Mr
sargenson
made
and
and
I
won't
go
into
some
of
them
because
I,
because
it's
not
worth
any
of
our
time
but
I
I
will
discuss
the
when
he
speaks
of
ordinance
and
defacing
property
well
under
that
assumption,
I
guess:
I'm
I'm,
probably
guilty
of
graffiti
when
I
painted
The
Shed
as
well,
so
that
that
is
interesting.
Mr
sargensen
has
a
vendetta
with
me
and
he
hopes
that
he
can
gain
support
under
the
delusion
of
being
the
next
monitor
Township
supervisor.
F
F
The
information
that
I've
provided
the
board
clearly
shows
the
gates
were
installed
the
the
installation
date
and
the
petition
is
wrong,
making
the
petition
not
factual
the
date
the
gate
was
removed
is
incorrect,
making
the
statement
or
the
petition
not
factual.
The
reasons
why
the
gate
we
placed
is
incorrect.
The
gates
were
the
not
only
theirs
for
years
prior
to
being
installed,
but
one
of
the
things
that
Mr
sargensen
did
not
mention
that
the
gates
have
not
been
closed.
For
years.
F
I've
been
the
supervisor
since
November
of
2020.,
the
last
supervisor
there
was
for
four
years
the
gates
were
not
locked.
The
prior
Supervisor
was
Gary
Brandt,
the
gates
were
not
locked
for
the
last
couple
years,
I
believe
of
his
term
in
office,
and
there
was
a
lot
of
reasons
why
the
gates
weren't
locked
one.
F
F
Speaking
on
this
matter,
who
has
any
actual
police
experience,
there's
no
way
for
our
police
to
patrol
the
park
at
night.
The
majority
of
the
problems
that
we've
had
down
at
monitor,
Township
Park,
have
been
from
juveniles
who
come
in
on
the
railroad
tracks
and
I.
Don't
blame
them,
but
there's
no
officer
who's,
probably
going
to
leave
their
patrol
car
out
on
the
road
and
walk
down
in
the
middle
of
the
night
to
see
if
there's
a
and
do
a
walk
through
the
park.
F
And
as
I
had
indicated,
the
information
indicates
that
I
was
placed
unnoticed
to
reinstall
the
gates.
That's
not
factual,
it's
not
clear
who
or
whom
made
these
statements
again.
The
monitor
Township
board
has
not
voted
on
any
type
of
reinstallment
of
the
gates
and
clearly
the
majority
of
the
board
support
the
actions
that
I
did
as
a
supervisor.
F
I
had
the
legal
right
to
remove
the
gates
because
they
were
being
non-used
and
we
did
some
modifications
at
the
front
of
the
entry
of
the
park
and
I
had
in
in
the
same
context,
I
removed
some
bushes
from
the
township
office
just
just
a
while
ago.
I
have
the
ability
to
make
them
decisions
as
the
township
supervisor.
F
With
this
information
presented
to
the
board,
I
would
request
the
petition
language
be
denied
due
to
the
fact
there
is
no
misconduct
of
office.
This
petition
is
non-factual
and
the
language
lacks
clarity.
Thank
you
for
your
time
and
please
ask
any
questions.
If
you
have
them.
G
Sorry
I
believe
when
you
were
going
through
you,
you
kind
of
broke
the
language
into
sections
like
there
was
a
first
section
into
three
sections
right.
Yes,.
D
G
F
I
question:
you
know
where
that
information
came
from.
Maybe
it
indicates
that
on
a
sign,
but
did
that
information
come
from
the
board
or
did
that
come
from
the
custodian
that
ordered
the
sign?
Okay,
we
don't
have
any
way.
I
did
look
through
the
the
minutes.
I
didn't
find
anything
that
was
in
the
board
the
old
board
minutes
that
stated
that
the
monitor
Township
Board
were
putting
these
Gates
there
to
secure
the
park
at
sunset
per
the
rules
that
are
posted
on
the
sign.
Okay,.
F
E
F
A
H
Hi
I'm
Linda
Ferguson
I'm,
the
clerk
of
monitor,
Township
and
Miss
Ferguson.
There
you
go.
Thank
you.
A
locked
gate
has
been
used
at
the
Township
Park
for
decades,
and
the
newest
gate
was
installed
in
2007
that
2005
and
he
had
that
in
his
in
his
packet.
He
gave
you
so
that
was
not
factual
he's
right.
There
was
a
cell
tower
installed,
American
Tower
and
for
years
they
had
to
lock
they
had
their
own
locks
to
the
gate,
along
with
other
other
carriers
on
that
Tower,
as
they
maintain
those
those
antennas.
H
So
the
gate
had
been
locked
during
the
summer,
but
in
2006
a
custodian
took
the
park
job,
which
was
a
special
description
of
opening
and
closing
the
park
and
making
sure
the
restrooms
were
clean.
Well,
he
stopped
locking
the
gates.
All
together
and
I
think
that
was
about
the
time
that
they
did
the
park.
Renovations
they
put
the
beautiful
walking
trail
down
there
by
2017
March.
H
They
put
Auto
locks
on
the
bathroom
so
that
eliminated
the
opening
and
closing
of
those
bathrooms
every
morning
and
every
night,
along
with
the
gates
which
weren't
being
locked
anyways
by
the
fall
of
2017.
For
the
first
time
the
park
was
Gates
were
left
open
for
the
winter,
because
now
we've
got
a
beautiful
walking
trail,
and
this
was
done
for
safety,
because
people
weren't
parking
on
the
road
which
is
dangerous,
walking
down
that
slippery
slope
to
get
into
the
park
to
walk
safely
in
the
park.
H
So
they
decided
to
just
leave
the
gates
open
year
round,
so
people
could
safely
get
to
the
park
and
walk
on
the
trails
that
were
down
there
and
it
wasn't
safe
to
park
on
the
side
of
the
road.
When
I
became
clerk
in
11
of
2020,
we
restructured
the
park
position
instead
of
just
the
Mowing
and
then
the
opening
and
the
closing
and
the
bathrooms.
We
made
it
one
position
because
we
were
no
longer
utilizing.
H
We
had
automatic
locks,
the
gates
were
open,
24
7.,
so
we
just
made
it
it's
been
five
years,
so
we
made
it
one
position.
Now
we
eliminated
a
park
open
and
closer.
H
So
with
those
Gates
not
being
used
for
five
years,
taking
them
out
just
made
sense
they're
still
at
the
park,
they
were
removed
on
421
for
the
pictures
on
Facebook
and
not
on
Port
24..
So
that's
not
factual,
with
the
the
lack
of
workers
that
we
have
nowadays
and
the
inability
to
fill
jobs,
let
alone
this
job
that
was
take
up
someone's
entire
summer.
That's
seven
days
a
week
opening
that
park
at
eight
and
closing
at
dusk,
which
changes
every
day
of
the
week
and
then
for
five
months
wasting
your
summer.
H
It
would
be
impossible
to
fill
this
position
now
and
we
knew
that.
That's
why
the
board
eliminated
the
position
altogether,
and
this
was
decided
at
budget
time
when
we
did
the
budget
for
that
year.
On
the
426
meeting,
the
board
members
did
not
Place
Terry
Ann
notice.
There
was
no
motion
made
to
that
reference.
So
that's
not
factual.
H
At
the
a23
meeting,
there
was
only
public
discussion
on
the
gates.
The
board
members
did
not
have
any
discussion
regarding
the
gates.
That
is
not
factual.
This
petition
is
unclear
because
it
appears
like
the
board,
had
directed
that
the
gates
be
reinstalled
when
in
fact
they
did
no
such
thing.
We
have
no
position
for
a
gate
open
and
closer
anymore,
so
what
is
written
is
very
unclear.
H
A
A
I
I
I
I
I
We
need
to
work
together
with
the
cell
phone
tower
people
where
it
is
to
come
up
with
a
different,
lock
system,
maybe
a
keypad
system
where
there's
no
keys
involved.
It's
a
punch
pad
there's
been
vandalism
down
to
the
park.
In
the
past
two
years,
razor
blades
razor
blades
were
found
in
the
playground
area.
I
A
B
Yeah
I
do
have
a
response.
Let
me
grab
my
petition.
D
B
B
B
B
I've
been
on
the
monitor,
Township
Fire
Department
longer
than
Mr
Spencer's
been
a
resident
of
monitor,
Township
and
if
you
would
like,
I
can
do
some
more
research,
but
there
was
somebody
else
paid
in
the
office,
a
secretary
to
go
and
complete
that
work,
closing
the
gates
and
cleaning
the
bathrooms
and
for
him
to
say
that
the
gates
were
not
closed.
That's
a
flat
out
lie
flat.
B
Where
he
said
that
they
haven't
been
closed
for
years,
okay,
because
As
A,
Firefighter
I,
went
down
and
closed
the
gates
myself
when
we
had
a
flooding
experience
down
there
long
before
he
moved
into
the
township,
and
we
had
the
gates
closed
for
several
days.
While
myself,
the
assistant
chief,
along
with
several
other
firefighters,
went
down
with
the
backhoe
and
had
to
dig
out
our
Pump
Station.
A
Said
that
there
was
someone
who
came
and
Miss
Ferguson
I
think
supported
that
someone
who
came
for
years
and
closed
and
cleaned
the
bathrooms
and
did
all
that,
but
maybe
in
the
last
five
years
did
that
change
was
the
flooding
within
the
last
five
years.
The
the
that
that
situation
with
the
game
changed.
A
A
B
Gates
at
night,
yes,
I,
do
not
know
that.
Okay,
all
right
there
was
supposed
to
be
because
they
were
paying
somebody
to
do
it.
Okay,.
B
Okay,
I
do
know
for
a
fact
that
the
the
cell
phone
tower
company
had
a
key
there.
They
had
a
key
for
the
gate
and
at
one
point
when
they
they
once
we
started
receiving
several
phone
companies
using
that
Tower,
there
was
a
talk
of
installing
a
lock
box
down
there.
B
B
B
These
kids
were
down
there,
whatever
they
were
doing,
don't
know
the
deputies
parked
on
Monitor
Road,
along
with
the
sergeant
and
walked
in
through
the
railroad
tracks,
and
somebody
called
9-1-1
I
think
it
was
probably
the
same.
Caller
was
even
more
upset
because
there
were
all
these
kids
coming
down
the
railroad
tracks
with
flashlights
they
weren't
kids.
They
were
police
officers.
B
I
personally,
as
you
know,
worked
at
the
sheriff's
office
for
16
years,
I,
retired
retired
left
early
after
16
years
of
service
I
was
working
night
shift
and
when
I
on
my
nights
off
stayed
on
night
shift,
so
I
would
stay
up
all
night
long
and
something
that
Mr
Spencer
probably
doesn't
know.
Is
that,
because
of
all
the
issues
that
what's
going
on
at
monitor,
Park
myself,
along
with
several
other
deputies,
were
walking,
monitor,
Township
Park.
B
B
I
know
he
likes
to
keep
bringing
up
that
I,
don't
have
law
enforcement
experience,
I
have
16
years
of
Criminal
Justice
experience
I've
been
through
a
lot
of
training,
I
worked
hand
in
hand
with
our
road
Patrol
deputies,
okay
and
I
know
what
they
do
and
I
know
that
what
takes
place
at
the
park.
B
I
have
it
on
video,
it
was
discussed
on
426
and
there
was
heated
exchange
amongst
board
members
about
what
took
place
with
the
removal
of
the
gates.
Okay,
along
with
other
things,
and
the
bottom
line,
is
the
board
members
told
Mr
Spencer
that
he
is
not
a
one-man
board.
B
A
B
So,
and
as
far
as
Mr
Spence
was
saying
that
the
board
has
not
taken
action
to
tell
him
to
reinstall
the
gates,
the
board
never
took
action,
telling
them
to
take
the
gates
down,
so
they
don't
need
to
take
action
to
tell
them
to
put
the
gates
back
up.
A
F
And
I
I
just
want
to
I
want
to
clarify
something,
and
this
is
irrelevant,
but
in
a
situation
of
a
911
call,
I
am
absolutely
certain
that
all
of
our
deputies
would
do
whatever
they
had
to
do
to
catch
that
person.
F
That's
not
what
I
was
referring
to
I'm
talking
about
General
patrol
of
the
park,
and
the
only
thing
that
I
want
to
leave
the
statement
on
is
the
board
is
well
aware
that
if
they
wanted
the
gates
back
up,
they
would
have
instructed
me
to
do
so
by
board
motion
and
that
never
happened,
and
they
could
do
that
at
any
time
that
they
wanted
to.
Thank
you
so
much
all.
A
Right,
thank
you.
Well,
thank
you.
Everyone
I
appreciate
everyone
coming
here
today.
This
is
oh,
you
went
okay,
all.
C
Right,
my
name
is
Sue
sargeson
I
lived
in
the
township
for
67
years.
Okay,
thank
you.
The
point
is
the
board
never
told
him
to
take
the
gates
down.
It's
very
upsetting
to
see
the
hearing,
the
neighbors
talk
in
the
area
that
the
gates
are
down
and
the
park
is
unsecured.
It's
a
shame
that
he
thinks
he
can
do
that
by
himself.
A
J
Name
is
Randy
sargason
and
I've
lived
in
the
township
for
the
same
amount
of
time.
Okay,
how
old
I
am
but
very
on
himself?
It
is
a
board
decision
that
has
to
take
place
there,
that's
it
and
he
did
it
upon
himself.
He
removed
them.
That's
against
the
law,
according
to
the
township
ordinances
that
should
be
enforced
too.
The
man
ought
to
be
in
jail
and
he
ought
to
be
paying
the
fine.
That's
the
bottom
line,
that's
what
I
have
to
do.
If
I
get
caught,
doing
something
be
removed
the
gates
and
it
was
illegal.
A
Well,
thank
you
everyone.
Obviously,
this
is
becoming
a
little
bit
heated,
but
one
of
the
things
that
I
just
want
to
kind
of
bring
us
back,
obviously
I,
let
her
be
allowed
or
I
allowed.
We
as
I
made
kind
of
equip
I
know
our
last
one
was
about
the
three-minute
Mark.
We
went
way
over
the
three
minute
Mark,
but
I
think
that
it's
also
important
that
everybody
gets
an
opportunity
to
tell
and
present
their
site
as
fully
as
they
so
choose
and
I
sometimes
don't
believe
that
that
can
be
accomplished
in
three
minutes.
A
You
know
I
can't
even
say
hello
in
three
minutes
right.
Anybody
who
knows
me
knows
that,
but
thank
you
very
much
for
everyone
being
here
taking
time
out
of
your
day
to
be
part
of
this
process.
So
one
of
the
things
I
do
want
to
bring
us
back
to
before
I
open
it
up
to
comments
from
my
colleagues
is
that
you
know-
and
this
is
what
we
started
with.
Okay-
is
the
idea
of
what's
true.
What's
factual
here
are
the
minutes
or
it's
the
signs?
There's
the
postings,
here's
the
exhibits.
A
If
they,
we
can
call
them
exhibits,
I
don't
know
if
we
can
that's
sort
of
a
legal
term
of
art,
but
the
reports
about
what's
going
on
and
as
Mr
I
think
Mr,
sergeants
and
Senior
has
said.
Is
you
know
this
should
be
against
the
law?
It's
not
our
job
to
enforce
the
law.
Okay,
this
should
be
so
that
Township
said
we
aren't
the
monitor
Township.
We
are
not
your
elected
officials
in
your
Township
to
tell
you
to
put
up
a
gate
to
put
up
a
dog
park
to
have
six
bathrooms.
A
They
have
a
unisex
bathroom
to
have
a
cell
tower
not
have
a
winter,
and
that
was
a
big
issue
several
years
ago
right.
So
that's
not
our
position,
because
we
have
not
been
elected
by
you
in
that
capacity
in
your
your
home,
Township,
okay,
obviously
we're
elected
in
a
different
capacity,
but
those
issues
as
Mrs
sarjason
put
up.
This
is
what
we
did.
This
is
is
our
board.
Our
board
should
have.
We
aren't
your
board?
A
Okay,
that's
those
issues
concerning
what
the
board
should
do
or
shouldn't
do,
or
how
to
direct
Mr
Spencer
or
not
direct
Mr
Spencer.
Is
your
elected
officials
obligation
in
your
Township,
not
our
job,
to
tell
Mr
Spencer
to
do
something
or
not
do
something
or
to
say
that?
That's
what
the
board
did
back
in
2005.
I!
A
Our
job
is
to
say:
is
this
language,
that's
in
this
petition,
clear
and
as
factual
as
we
can
be
and
within
his
an
elected
position,
persons
job
responsibilities
for
that?
For
that,
if
if
we
were
to
go
one
person
once
said
that
if
this
petition
was
taken
to
an
average
citizen
at
their
front
steps,
could
they
understand
with
what's
on
this
recompetition,
why
this
person
is
being
recalled?
Okay,
your
average
citizen,
you
know
your
your
grandma
down
the
street,
you
know,
can
she
understand
or
or
your
neighbor
would
they
understand?
A
A
You
know
whether
something
is
truly
factual
or
not
so
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
a
lot
of
the
things
I
felt
that
were
brought
up
are
truly
the
responsibility
of
the
of
the
board
in
order
to
direct
their
employees
or
not
direct
their
employees
and
how
they
see
fit
so
I
just
want
to
kind
of
put
that
out
there
all
right
so
I'm
going
to
turn
it
over
first.
Well,
now,
nope,
it's
my
turn.
Now
everybody
else
is
done.
That's
Miss
zanotti,
so
I'm
going
to
turn
it
over
to
Mr.
A
Take
a
two
minute:
break:
yeah:
okay,
yeah!
Let's
take
about
five,
so
we
can
be
back
for
in
just
a
second.
So,
okay,
why
don't
you
go
ahead?
Okay,
we're
all
set
all
right!
Thank
you.
We
just
took
a
few
minutes
break
after
about
an
hour
and
a
half
so
nah.
Thank
you.
Miss
anati
for
asking
for
the
break
I
will
go
ahead
and
turn
it
over
to
you
for
any
comments
and
then,
if
you'd
like
to
vote
at
that
time,
you
can
too
okay.
G
I
have
a
few
comments
and
really
Jan
mentioned
it
too.
There
has
been
a
lot
of
back
and
forth
about
whether
this
is
right,
whether
this
is
wrong.
What
was
that
of
the
board?
What
was
not
set
a
sport?
What
duties
the
supervisor
has
what
is
in
the
ordinance,
and
that
is
not
what
we
are
here
to
decide
at
all.
I
appreciate
you
guys
making
your
arguments
if
this
language
is
approved.
You
know,
of
course,
both
sides
amount
of
Defense.
G
So
it's
great
practice,
but
you
know
and
whether
it's
hard,
when
you
sit
on
these
boards,
when
you
have
these
ordinances,
you
know
I
have
been
a
part
of
that.
You
know
it's
sometimes
Jews
trying
to
do
your
job
and
you
accidentally
are
in
violation
of
an
ordinance
that
no
one
is
really
keeping
track
of
anymore.
I.
G
Think
a
lot
of
boards
struggle
with
that,
but
in
my
point
of
that,
is
that
if
there
was
a
violation
of
the
ordinance,
if
these
park
rules
were
not
followed,
if
the
gate
signs
should
have
been
put
up
and
they
were
taken
down,
it's
really
up
to
the
citizens
of
modern
Town
monitor
Township
to
decide
whether
that
is
a
reason
that
someone
should
be
called
or
not.
It's
not
for
us
to
determine
whether
something
was
wrong
or
right.
Now
the
issue
of
the
language
of
whether
it
was
factual
and
clear.
G
There
are
a
lot
of
dates
in
this
language.
I
think
it
has
been
admitted
by
both
sides
that
maybe
some
of
the
dates
are
off
by
years
months
days:
I,
don't
I,
don't
know
about
all
of
them,
but
again
I
have
to
go
back
to
it.
G
The
language
has
to
be
in
a
factual
assertion
which
is
different
than
the
truth.
So,
even
if
a
date
is
wrong,
it
is
still
a
factual
assertion.
It
is
I,
mean
and
that's
up
to
the
I
guess
the
official
to
make
the
argument
of
you
know
this
isn't
the
right
date.
It
should
have
been
years
later
that
is
up
to
the
official
to
make
that
argument,
but
having
a
clear
date
is
a
fact
in
terms
of
what
we're
approving
I.
G
Personally,
don't
like
how
this
reads:
I
mean
even
judge
Miner
stumbled
over
the
language
in
the
beginning,
secure
the
park
at
Sunset
as
posted
on
the
park
rules.
Signs
posted
in
the
park
is
kind
of
a
mouthful,
but
when
I
go
through
past
case
law,
you
know
it
we
have
to,
especially
in
our
it
mentions
in
our
smaller
townships.
G
If
the
language
does
not
allege
the
time
person
and
occasion
evolved,
it
must
be
presumed
to
refer
to
the
ensuing
term
of
office.
It
clearly
states
the
charge
which
this
does
Terry
Spencer
removed
the
part
Gates.
So
the
officer
May
identify
the
incident
and
prepare
his
justification,
which
Terry
Spencer
has
done
today.
G
It
would
impose
too
great
of
a
burden
on
recall
proceedings
to
require
meticulous
and
Technical
detailed
statement
on
the
charges.
So,
even
though
the
unnoticed
language
is
hard
to
interpret,
it
was
the
board
motion.
Was
it
a
formal
letter?
It
sounds
like
it
was.
It
was
input
given
during
citizen
input
at
a
Township
board
meeting.
G
G
To
me
is
enough
of
justification
that
someone
can
clearly
see
that
Terry
Spencer
removed
the
part
Gates
and
then
to
me
you
know,
especially
the
people
who
live
in
the
park,
whether
the
the
gate
was
locked
years
prior
or
not
it's
up
to
them
to
determine
when
someone
is
on
their
porch
and
signing
this
petition,
whether
that
is
a
big
deal
or
not
if
that
gate
was
blocked
or
not
so
I
Terry
Spencer
even
mentioned
in
his
his
comments
that
this
petition
was
similar
to
the
last
petition.
G
G
It
doesn't
have
to
be
a
good
reason
or
a
bad
reason,
but
it
just
has
to
be
clear
and
factual
and
that's
what
I'm
looking
at
this
language
again,
it
is
clear
and
factual
whether
the
on
notice
refers
to
someone
giving
him
Direction
citizen
input.
It
doesn't
take
Direction
during
citizen
input.
Citizen
input
is
not
a
back
and
forth
discussion.
G
It
is
for
someone
just
to
State
their
claim
so
that
it's
normal
that
he
didn't
you
know,
respond
to
his
citizen
input,
but
so
I
mean
that
is
I
noticing
someone
can
recall
an
official
for
not
taking
direction
that
was
given
to
them
in
citizen
input
if
they
and
it
sounds
like
that's
what
is
happening
so
I
think
that
this
is
clear
enough.
G
D
E
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
Everybody
for
attending
it
is
nice
to
see
an
engagement
with
the
public
is
Jan
or
is
Judge
minor
set
at
the
opening.
The
purpose
of
this
board
is
not
in
fact,
I
need
board.
We
are
not
here
to
figure
out
who
is
right
and
who
is
wrong.
We
are
here
to
judge
the
language
on
this
petition
and
the
language
on
this
petition.
Only
I
think
Mr
naughty
brings
up
some
great
points
on
both
sides.
You
guys
are
you
agree.
The
dates
on
this
may
be
incorrect,
however,.
E
E
A
Well,
two
votes
is
because
it's
a
team
of
three
but
I'll
chime
in
because,
as
you
know,
always
an
opportunity
to
speak
I
would
not
approve
the
language
and
I'll.
Tell
you
why
and
I
think
it
was
very
clear
in
that
to
pick
up
my
colleague,
but
she
made
it
when
she
was
talking.
She
said
great,
it's.
The
issue
is
Terry
Spencer
removed
the
part
Gates
I
and
I've
been
reading
this
diligently.
Ever
since
it
doesn't
say,
Terry
Spencer
removed
the
park,
Gates
Right,
it
says
the
gates
at
the
monitor.
A
Township
were
installed
in
o5,
which
Mr
Spencer
was
not
in
office
at
05
and
I.
Think
that's
very
clear
at
the
discretion
of
the
Township
Board
and
remain
there
until
roughly
4
24
22.
Okay,
these
gates,
at
the
monitor,
Township
Park,
were
in
place
to
secure
the
park
at
Sunset
as
posted
on
the
park
rules
signs
posted
in
the
park,
although
being
placed
unnoticed
and
I
wrote
my
home
to
me.
A
That's
vague,
not
clear
to
reinstall
the
gates,
I'm
426
of
2021
and
again
in
8
23
2022
Terry
M
Spencer
has
taken
no
action
to
reinstall
the
gates.
As
of
831
and
2022.,
so
the
the
problem
is
when
I
I
don't
see
in
here
that
unless
I'm
really
missing
this,
it
says
they
were
approved
in
o5.
They
were,
they
were
installed.
Roughly
they
were
removed,
but
doesn't
say,
Who
removed
them.
A
The
gates
at
the
monitor
were
in
place
to
secure
them
because
of
the
rules
and
then
Terry
was
put
in
place
so
miss
so
here's
the
not
clear
right
so
miss
anybody.
Looking
at
this,
it
could
have
been
so
here's
my
hypothetical.
Let's
say
we
had
a
a
big
semi
truck,
came
through
and
smashed
the
gates
down.
Okay,
so
Terry
Spencer,
as
the
supervisor
is
supposed
to
reinstall
the
gates,
you
didn't
reinstall
the
gates.
The
bottom
line
is
what
Mr
sonati
walked
away
with.
Terry
Spencer
moved
the
park
Gates
and
he
didn't
reinstall
them.
