B
Almighty
God
our
Heavenly
Father,
your
generous
goodness,
comes
to
us
every
day
by
the
work
of
your
Holy
Spirit.
It
is
to
acknowledge
your
goodness
and
give
thanks
for
your
benefits,
but
the
first
Thursday
in
May
recognized
as
the
National
Day
of
Prayer.
Let
us
pause
and
reflect
on
the
wonders
of
the
world
and
the
blessings
in
our
lives.
Given
the
strength
of
you
Lord
to
move
forward
and
work
for
every
citizen
in
this
community
amen.
A
Next
time
the
agenda
be
citizen
input.
If
there's
anyone
in
the
eyes
you'd
like
to
come
forth
and
speak
before
the
Commission,
please
step
forward
down,
say
no
I
will
go
right
into
petitions
and
communications
from
the
Bay
County
Commission's
commissioners
that
request
the
transfer
of
construction
account
proceeds.
We
need
a
motion
to
receive
and
concur
so
move
for
discussion,
seeing
none
all
in
favor
hi.
Those
motion
carries
mr.
chair.
Yes,
minutes
I
did
that
again
than
that.
Second,
a
second
tech
month
draw
that's.
A
Why
I
like
those
old
mess,
I,
guess
emotion
through
business
with
484
1018,
so
support
any
discussion
topic
aye
opposed
motion
carries
thank
you
and
I
said
I
told
myself,
I'm
not
gonna
do
that
this
month,
but
I
did
it
anyways
just
check
the
safety
right.
It
goes.
Thank
you.
Next,
the
reports.
The
resolution
subcommittees
from
the
Ways
and
Means
Committee
Commissioner
Lutz
Thank.

Received
a
couple
quotes
for
the
repairs
that
you're
referring
to,
because
we
had
a
notice
of
order
from
the
city
to
make
some
repairs
to
the
columns
and
the
bases,
and
we've
made
those
repairs
and
host
fraction
of
the
cost
of
the
quote
that
we
received.
We
satisfy
the
city
with
that.
This
year
we
got
another
notice,
I
had
to
do
with
the
alleyway,
the
asphalt
and
under
the
canopy.
Just
yesterday,
we
removed
four
sections,
one
large
section
in
the
Hanley
way,
that
is
our
property.

A

F
I
I
I
There's
also
lawsuits
going
right
now
by
some
companies,
because
this
is
in
violation
the
hand
amendment
when
you
know
services
without
funding,
so
we'll
see
what
happens
as
we've
all
got
emails
from
just
about
every
county
in
the
state
of
Michigan
I
think
is
on
board,
so
I
wanted
to
make
sure
the
big
counted
was
voice.
Their
opinion,
Thank
You.
J
I
Mr.
chair
justice,
another
one
I
mean
this
is
approximately
3/4
of
a
million
dollars.
You
know
seven
hundred
fifty
thousand
dollars
and
fifty
cents
per
capita
soap
and
it's
a
huge
huge
in
trade
telling
you
and
there's
an
imagine.
Some
of
the
other
companies
are
them
a
lot
more
population.
What
company
is
that?
That's
too
soon
yeah
I
think
they're
gonna
have
to
we
gotta
make
sure
we
get
our
legislators
as
well.
This
can't
happen.
K
I
A
G
Don't
have
much
mr.
chairman,
all
I'll
say
is
we
had
a
great
clear,
the
shelter
event
on
Saturday
and
all
the
animals
were
moved
out.
In
fact,
some
people
came
in
two
days
prior
to
the
event
to
pick
out
an
animal
of
their
choice,
and
we
did
have
two
cats
left
over,
but
we
hope
to
move
them
out
soon.
So
it
was
a
good
day
and
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
pets
were
happy
to
leave
the
shelter
and
a
lot
of
families
were
happy
to
adopt
a
new
pet
for
their
that.
A
Program,
the
whole
thing's
been
going
good.
This
is
your
last
couple
years
now
I
mean
it's
amazing.
You
know
what
you
know.
We
make
a
lot
of
families.
Happy,
like
you
said
you
know,
have
a
lot
of
people
are
getting
lot
of
good
pets
out
of
there.
That's
great
job
anywhere
else:
yeah
unfinished
business,
new
business,
I
missed
it
again.
I.
J
G
We
had
some
local
media
sort
of
I
think
had
the
wrong
perception,
based
on
some
comments
that
were
made
by
individuals
who
weren't
familiar
with
the
arrangement
Bay
County
has
with
the
city
with
regard
to
our
Bay
County,
softball,
Association
and
I
know
that
kristen
met
a
couple
of
times
here
in
the
county
building.
There
were
a
couple
of
meetings
in
this
city
hall
relative
to
signing
a
contract.
G
The
last
contract
expired,
and
so
his
only
role
in
the
contract
is,
as
all
of
you
know,
as
the
is
a
maintenance
contractor
to
cut
the
grass
and
kind
of
maintain
the
ball
diamonds
there
and
the
softball
Association
does
a
the
county's
costs.
So
there's
certainly
no
reason
the
county
shouldn't
be
involved.
However,
when
the
last
contract
was
drafted
by
the
city
attorney
I
believe
there
was
a
provision
included
that
any
of
the
entities
in
the
contract,
but
with
a
hundred
and
eighty
day
notice,
basically
nullify
the
contract.
G
G
A
A
You
said
that,
like
there's,
so
many
misconceptions
that
the
the
beef
is
with
the
city
and
that
with
the
county,
but
the
word
spreads
fast
when
you
know
things
all
girl
right,
they
think
it's
and
somehow
we
get
lumped
in
there
and
I
think
we
do
a
pretty
good
job
at
dotting
their
eyes
across
nighties
and
I.
Think
we
got
this
one
too.
Thank
you.
Yeah.
C
A
And
I
have
nothing
for
from
her
Department
on
Aging
for
the
Senior
Olympics
2018.
The
theme
of
this
year's
event
is
get
ready
game
on
it's
gonna
start
on
May
30th
and
continue
for
two
weeks,
but
June
15th.
So
we've
got
two
people
have
two
weeks
to
do
this.
It's
the
Olympic
mission
for
this
is
promoting
fellowship
physical
and
mental
health
through
activities
for
adults
55
and
all
there
was
to
includes
almost
everybody
how
the
Commission
I'm
sure
it
does,
plus
some
yeah.
A
So
we
got
that
early
registration
register
early
for
this,
it's
due
by
Tuesday
May
29th.
If
you
want
more
information,
you
can
get
on
get
on
the
mailing
list
or
to
receive
a
packet.
You
know
you
want
to
call
it
the
Department
on
Aging
main
office
at
nine,
eight,
eight,
nine,
five,
forty
one
hundred
or
twelve,
three,
its
mustard
I-
think
it's
also
for
anyways,
but
one
eight,
seven,
seven,
two,
two,
nine
nine,
nine
six
o
or
you
can
visit
the
website
at
they
kind
of
Michigan
of
Aging
and
it's
on
Facebook.
G
A
Always
a
good
time
up
and
pinyon
it
is
you
guys,
go
ahead
to
pepper
wings.
If
you
don't
like
cheese,
let's
go
to
the
2018
appointments
in
June
of
library
board,
one
five-year
term
in
October
at
land
bank
Authority,
one
at-large
representative
for
a
three-year
term,
and
also
the
Department
of
Health
and
Human
Services
Board
of
Directors
one
three-year
term.
That's
then
that's
is
a
governor's
appointment
in
November.
A
Building
Authority
is
to
six-year
terms
and
December
Department
of
Aging
Advisory
Committee
has
fourth
two-year
terms
and
District,
two
four
six
and
an
ant
large,
and
also
one
last
final
announcement
that
tomorrow,
one
of
our
own.
Dear
commissioners,
if
you're
celebrating
his
thirty
nine
thirty
I
thank
Commissioner
Duran
check
happy
birthday
tomorrow,
68
I
made
it
for
60,
that's
good.
You
know
it's
always
good.
It's
always
good
to
say:
I
made
it
that
far
yeah
and.
