Yeah,
the
other
bid
that
we
got
that
was
able
to
do
the
full
scope
of
the
job
came
in
over
26
and
then
another
company,
the
other
local
company
that
has
creamed
a
big
enough
to
do.
This
was
not
able
to
do
anything
but
operate
the
crane,
so
they
weren't
able
to
finish
the
remaining
the
remaining
part
of
the
job,
and
so
the
lead
machinery
is
the
best
value
for
us.

of
my
other
question
was
back
when
we
were
in
pink
county
and
dealing
with
that
water
treatment
plant,
and
we
did
that
in
house.
We
we
made
out
pretty
well
with
all
the
metal
that
rick
was
able
to
salvage

curious

ballpark
idea
of
what
the
value
of
that
metal
might
be,
that
they're
going
to
recoup
when
they
don't
have
an
idea

I

commissioner
herrick
and
I
did
go
out
on
a
very
rainy
day
to
observe
the
tower
and
and
the
infrastructure
that's
on
site,
and
while
we
didn't
talk
to
the
owners
that
day,
this
is
an
issue
that
they've
been
concerned
about,
for
several
years,
they've
been
very
patient
and
in
talking
with
corporation
council,
apparently
francis
boyzene
was
the
county
administrator.
When
the
tower
was
erected,
I
believe
was
at
73
74,
some
like
that
yeah
and
so
the
county
paid
an
amount
to
purchase
a
land.

However,
the
deed
was
never
recorded
and
the
family's
been
paying
taxes
on
all
these
years
on
what
would
be
a
county
installation.
It
should
have
been
deducted,
and
so
I
just
I
know
all
of
us,
commissioner,
fox
everyone.
I
think
it's
the
right
thing
to
do,
even
though
it's
been
delayed
a
long
time
and
they've
been
very
patient,
there
was
a
death
and
an
estate
and
the
property
would
like
to
be
sold.

this

position

young
lady
decides

hang

her
hat,
seeing
that
we're
in

sixth
month
and
we've
only
got
six
months
to
go,
I'd
like
to
maybe
bring
it
out.

everybody
knows
what's
going
on
just
a
request.

other
thing
is
that
bay
future,
I
think,
maybe
all
got
it
that
they
had
after
21
days
they
had
225
applications,
that's
the
million
dollars
that
we
gave
them
plus
some
money
from
the
city,
that's
good,
so
they
had
the
period
from
may
10th
to
may
31st
they're
received
more
applications
than
they
expected
and
they're
working
on
giving
out
the
money.
So
it
sounds
like
they're
working
in
a
timely
manner
to
get
it
done.

so
garber
high
school
sports,
their
soccer,
their
girls,
soccer
team,
just
won
the
district
championship
against
freeland.
They
did
five
to
one
wow
broke
freeland's
streak
of
12
district
championships
in
a
row.
It
was,
it
was
a
sight
to
behold,
but
this
is
three
years
now
for
essex
bill's
girls.
Soccer
club
could
have
been
four
but
didn't
play
in
2020.,
so
they
play
tomorrow
in
a
regional
semifinal
at
williamstown
against
williamston
who's.
The
number
number
one
ranked
club
in
the
state
so
and
where's
garber
ranked.

I
think,
seven
I

you're

We
were
seven
and
they
get
an
opportunity
to
in
2019.
They
beat
williamston
on
their
way
in
williamston
on
their
way
to
the
state
championship
and
then
in
2021
williams,
didn't
re,
repaid
it
five
to
one.
It
was
two

one
at
halftime,
but
five
to
one
and
so
tomorrow
will
be
the
rubber
match
between
them.

memories

judge
kelly
myself
and
daryl
newton
from

naacp
and
judge
miner
and

a
couple
of
other
graduates
all
had

chance
to
speak
briefly,

the
band
appeared
on
the
stage,
the
marching
band,
which
really
ended
the
the
festivity
appropriately
and
was
a
wonderful
audience
and
a
full
house,
and
everything
went
really
well,
and
I
do
want
to
mention
to
jamie,
I
think
three
times
in
the
past.
I
think
freelance
soccer
team
also
were
national
champions.

saturday,
at
bay
county
animal
services,
we're
partnering
with
the
humane
society
of
bay
county
for
a
vaccine
clinic
for
animals,
both
dogs
and
cats.
For
example,
one
of
the
prices
for
rabies
is
going
gonna,
be
ten
dollars
very
reasonable
for
a
lot
of
these
vaccines.
There's
bordetella
falv
for
cats,
for
instance,
microchipping's
gonna
be
available
for
twenty
dollars,
step
out
between
ten
and
two
very,
very
reasonable
cost
for
some
of
these
vaccines
for
animals.
