You
can
register
a
cheese
town,
races,
races,
dot-com,
forward-slash
register,
5-mile,
race,
two-mile
race
in
our
world-famous
little
Mises
race,
which
is
cute
after
the
race
that
at
dusk
we
have
our
fireworks
and
the
Chippewa
tribe
has
also
chipped
in
again
this
year.
So
it's
going
to
be
another
fantastic
fireworks
parade
is
Saturday
at
11:00
on
Friday
June,
the
14th.
We
have
a
cheese
town,
car
cruise
starts
at
2:00,
tribal
center
and
Standish
cruising
down
m13
2,
and
it
ends
at
the
pink
counting
City
Park.
A
A
In
the
other
announcements,
Commissioner
creature
or
a
game
is
next
Monday.
The
27th
of
the
activities,
County
Building,
9:15
and
then
throughout
the
community
over
the
day,
should
be
in
the
paper
or
on
our
website
after
I.
Don't
know,
probably
hater
10-year
absence
up
a
big
timing,
we're
having
something
up
there
at
City.
Also,
yes,
which
is
Northern.
C
There
are
just
a
couple
of
things
that
I
wanted
to
mention:
I'll
start
with
the
most
serious
first
last
night,
I
was
telling
a
meeting,
but
I
looked
at
Facebook
account
of
a
meeting
a
pre-meeting
before
the
base
City
Commission
last
night,
in
which
one
of
the
attendees
put
on
Facebook
that
the
Bay
County
Board
of
Commissioners
recently
unanimously
adopted
a
water
rate
increase
for
the
you
know.
They
were
basically
the
water.
C
Is
comprised
of
the
city
of
Bay
City
as
exhale
Auburn,
essexville
and
12
townships
yeah?
So
those
are
the
stakeholders
and
I'm
sure
that
Fisher's
all
remember
when,
when
mr.
Rodman
and
the
other
staff,
when
the
county
provided
through
their
great
credit
rating,
a
sale
of
65
million
dollars
in
revenue
bonds,
it's
my
understanding.
Those
payment
plans,
don't
change
they're
made
by
the
units
of
government,
so
I
was
very
interested.
Last
year
the
same
thing
happened.
C
They
said
he
increased
their
water
rates,
five
percent,
while
the
townships
individually
I
think
Everett's
about
one
half
a
percent.
So
I
went
over
to
City
Hall
last
night
and
talked
with
the
commissioners
city
manager
and
the
son
of
staff,
specifically
George
martini,
who
insisted
that
recently,
the
bay
County
Board
had
announced
they
approved
the
water
rate
increases
and
again
the
the
contention
was
that
the
county
over
built,
the
water
plant
of
in
Bangor,
Township
and
I
informed
him.
C
The
bay
County
did
not
have
a
seat
at
the
table
that
the
townships
involved
with
the
authority
of
water
authority
each
other
vote,
as
well
as
the
cities,
each
ever
vote
and
to
date,
when
the
water
rate
said
that
increased
the
men
unanimous
votes,
so
they
did
express
to
Dana
and
some
of
the
commissioners.
You
know
we
in
the
county
are
sort
of
getting
tired
of
being
blamed
whenever
a
controversial
decision
comes
before
the
City
Commission
and
they
deflect
and
send
it
over
to
the
county's
realm.
C
When,
when
we
haven't
had
a
role
in
it
and
I'm
sure
all
of
you
know
that
I
indicated
to
mr.
martini
and
the
other
of
City
Commission
of
the
city,
commissioners,
that
since
I've
been
the
County
Executive,
a
County
Court
has
not
proved
any
water
rate
increases,
and
even
if
we
did,
it
would
carry
no
Authority
because
we're
not
part
of
the
system.
C
We
don't
have
seated
at
the
table,
as
I
explained
so
I'm
thinking
that
in
the
future,
as
we
go
forward,
I'm
not
sure
all
I'd
like
to
talk
to
the
individual
commissioners
consulting
the
corporation
counsel,
that
the
meeting
was
open
and
as
long
as
no
discussion
of
ten
business
was
discussed,
that
we
may
be
on
a
quarterly
basis
could
have
some
county
commissioners
and
county
officials
and
staff
meet.
You
know
a
couple.
C
You
know
maybe
four
times
a
year
at
quarterly
with
some
of
the
city,
commissioners
and
staff
from
the
city
just
so
that
we
can
avoid
some
of
the
tension
that
we've
seen
in
the
past
and
be
on
the
same
dates
as
someone
just
mentioned
a
few
minutes
ago
that
we
that
we
try
to
work
cooperatively
together,
whether
it's
the
of
the
softball
issue
that
we
had
the
Veterans
Memorial
Park
one.
We
were
blamed
also
last
year.
C
For
that
again,
he
had
no
role
in
it
other
than
our
willingness
to
cut
the
grass
at
the
at
the
ball
at
the
six
diamond,
so
other
the
ball
diamonds
there,
which
hosts
a
lot
of
softball
activities,
including
a
few
statewide
tournaments.
So
but
anyway,
we
I
think
we
need
better
communication
and
what
I
would
like
to
see
is
you
know
a
little
bit
more
forthcoming
statements
to
the
press
about
how
these
issues
are
decided
and,
as
you
know,
you
did
not
say
the
water
rates
and
continually
refer
to
the
county
as
raising
the
rates.
C
C
And
black
lab
beautiful
dog
was
picked
up
by
our
animal
control
staff.
March
21st,
as
you
know,
we're
at
no-kill.
So
he
spent
a
long
time.
Just
last
week
the
staff
checked
his
microchip
and
tracked
down
his
new
owners,
who
are
out
in
I,
mean
nice
and
had
some
new
bonuses,
his
owners,
that
the
husband
is
still
in
active
duty.
C
C
You
know
the
wife
of
the
husband,
that's
kind
of
sounds
kind
of
stupid,
but
anyway,
but
anyway,
Gabrielle
is
a
fine
young,
lady
and
Denny
left
Flint,
Bishop,
Airport
I
in
route
to
San
Francisco,
where
he'll
be
reunited
with
Gabriella
and
so
they're
very
pleased
about
recovering
their
dog
and
I.
Think
it's
a
testament
to
the
dedication,
but
a
great
animal
control
staff
keeping
Benny
healthy
and
what
I'll
do
is
maybe
defer
to
Craig
who
has
been
involved
from
the
inception.
C
D
That
was
correct
and,
as
mr.
Barcia
indicated,
I
would
also
like
to
commend
the
staff
at
Animal.
Control
I'd
also
like
to
give
some
gratitude
in
our
own
Nick
page,
who
does
these
weekly
videos,
and
that
is
how
the
owner
actually
located
and
found
and
contacted
us.
So
those
those
videos
circulate
very
well
and,
and
surprisingly,
the
how
the
stretch
and
the
vast
reach
that
it
has
it
reached
all
the
way
to
California
so
tremendous
effort
from
mr.
page
but
yeah
as
mr.
D
Barcia
said,
you
know,
be
the
animal
control
staff
did
a
phenomenal
job
coordinating.
We
tried
a
couple
different
routes
trying
to
get
him
driven
out
there.
Those
fell
through.
Finally,
we
coordinated
through
United
Airlines.
So
that's
how
Bennie
was
leaving
this
afternoon
from
Flint
inner
Flint,
Bishop,
Airport
and
I
was
way,
as
mr.
Barcia
said,
in
Chicago
for
a
brief
layover
and
then
the
rest
of
the
stretch
to
San
Francisco
be
home
with
his
family
tonight.
D
A
Have
one
other
announcement
we
finished
our
tours
at
the
county
park
with
over
300
kids
department
of
aging
people
and
the
public
up
there.
We
got
some
heavy
rain
that
kids
were
troopers.
We
said
some
of
the
boardwalks
because
of
the
northeast
winds
were
covered
by
five
six
inches
of
rain.
So
do
you
want
to
turn
around
new
and
every
one
of
them
just
struck
right
on
through
there
tennis,
shoes
and
all
so
teachers
went
right
behind
them.
So
that
was
pretty
good.
A
But
thank
you
so
much
Kristin
and
your
staff
out
there
because
they
did
a
fantastic
job.
We
could
only
use
the
South
trail,
but
even
that
you
know
it
was
great
and
afterwards
there's
a
group
called
the
muta
fun
and
they
happen
is
to
guide
1/4
from
Arizona
one
from
Colorado
and
another
one
from
Sterling,
where
mr.
Muir
was
Romney
passed
away
and
it
gave
them
a
tour
of
the
North
in
and
they
were
just
they
couldn't
believe
it
and
just
kick
start
our
mr.
