We
probably
need
to
maybe
have
our
legal
person
look
at
it.
A
little
bit,
maybe
amber
I
mean
if
people
donate
and
they
know
that
you're
not
charitable,
and
they
can't
claim
it
on
their
taxes.
That's
fine!
As
long
as
you
put
that
out
here,
letter
to
them
saying
we're
we're
not
at
501
C,
3
or
501
C
4.
You
can't
claim
this
money
on
your
income.
Tax
I
mean
you
would
probably
need
to
put
that
on
my.

E
A
B
A
A
Think
we're
good
we
need
in,
and
we
need
to
start
talking
about
budget.
So
I
think
we
need
to
start
looking
a
little
more
detail
of
where
all
the
money
is,
and
you
know
what
we're
liable
for
and
what
what's
501c3
and
what's
not
501c3
so
probably
gonna
need,
maybe
our
lawyer
or
maybe
a
tax
person
to
look
at
it
to
CPA,
maybe
which
we
have
some
money
to
spend
so
I
think
we'd
better,
be
legal
for
guys.
A
D
E
A
A
It's
just
a
personal
on
that
line.
It
was
a
green
epilator
allow
the
out
here
we
have
the
wall
with
some
names
on
it
and
has
been
brought
to
my
attention
that
there's
a
World
War,
two
veteran
that
was
deceased
in
the
war.
That's
name
is
not
on
there.
The
Bay
City
resident,
which
I
haven't
had
a
chance
mark,
brought
it
to
my
attention.
A
They
have
a
church
locally
that
his
name
is
listed
as
a
veteran
from
Bay
City
who's
killed
in
World
War,
two
he's
not
on
the
wall
out
here,
so
the
question
would
be
who
pays
for
putting
that
name
on
the
wall
out
here,
you're
just
doing
best
parking
saying
so
you're,
not
no
you're
not
doing
this,
so
I
probably
would
be
up
for
our
committee
than
to
pay
for
it.
If.
D
B
A
D
A
A
They
did
change
change
the
charitable
donations,
something
like
25
south
and
also
you
have
to
give
that
much
to
really
write
it
off.
Otherwise,
this
will
standard
deduction,
so
it's
not
as
important,
but
they
could
still
come
back
might
say
if
you
planted
it
that
if
it
wasn't
so
I
think
we
need
to
talk
about
a
little
bit
more
a
thing
else.
Yeah.
D
E
A
D
A
D
C
I
love
not
to
give
the
update,
so
just
as
a
gave
a
brief
update
last
last
month
on
how
the
remodel
project
was
going
this
this
month
we
have
received
bit.
We
have.
We
have
received
bids
we're
waiting
for
one
particular
contractor
to
get
back
to
us,
so
we're
well
within
our
scope
and
what
we
expected
just
to
to
be
able
to
be
completed
on.
So
everything
is
on
on
test
there.
C
Obviously,
the
you
know
for
us,
you
know
be:
we've
got
the
timing
issues
so
getting
the
this
work
done,
but
things
are,
things
are
moving
along
I've
also
been.
We
had
one
of
our
manufacturers
for
the
furniture.
We
had
a
substantial
lead
time
so
that
order
has
been
placed,
so
we
can
get
building
those
types
of
things
going.
There
were
a
couple
items
that
weren't
weren't
an
availability
issue
or
anything
like
that.
So
as
a
we're
hoping
by
the
beginning
of
next
week,
we
can
sit
down
and
make
a
decision.
C
I'll
have
all
the
information
in
front
of
us
and
see,
but
what
we
will
do,
but
I'll
certainly
pass
along
and
give
another
update
my
next
month,
I'm.
So
far,
everything's
on
or
on
schedule,
so
treasure
is
still
operating
out
of
that
office,
so
we
can
get
in
there
today.
Even
if
we
had
everything
going
but
we're
sitting
pretty
good,
we
have
our
money
spent
by
September
30th.
That's
the
plan!
That's
why
we're
that's?
Why
we're
pushing
it.
A
A
F
I've
got
an
update
on
trying
to
get
some
money
out
of
VA
and
I've
talked
to
Dave.
Laktaw
is
the
transportation
yeah
I
happen
to
be
8
and
dave?
Says,
that's
not
gonna
happen.
The
problem
is
the
legality,
the
way
the
things
written.
The
only
person
that
can
get
money
from
the
VA
from
transportation
is
a
qualified
veteran
now
I'm
at
everybody's
qualified,
which
I
didn't
even
know
that.
B
F
A
C
Might
be
a
slightly
strong
word,
but
that
was
how
what
that
was.
What
was
I
wanted
to
articulate
exactly
was
communicated
to
me
so
I
think,
and
it
may
not
be
something
we
necessarily
have
to
discuss
and
finalized
today,
but
I
think
long
term.
It
would
certainly
be
warranted
to
come
up
with
some
procedures
to
help
give
some
guidance.
When
you
know
I've
had
two
phone
calls
this
week
about
situational
issues
with
someone
trying
to
get
a
ride
and
it's
it.
C
It
would
be
nice
to
have
some
sort
of
a
procedure
or
policy
to
resort
to
and
look
at
so
I
can
be
able
to.
You
know
so:
I'm
able
to
speak
exactly
to
a
certain
situation,
so
I
think
you
know
like
I
said
overall,
it
might
not
be
completely
100%
solved
today,
but
certainly
on
the
on
the
scope
of
things
to
work
on
I
would
I
would
think
that
would
certainly
be.

E

D
D
A
F
A
The
new
business
as
I
said
that
why
well
I
have
two
items:
actually
the
one
about
the
getting
the
name
and
we're
sinking
I,
probably
go
to
the
clerk's
office
and
that
that
name
should
be
registered
as
maybe
passing
away
at
a
certain
time
in
the
military.
It
must
be
some
records
in
the
county
if
he
is
a
County
resident,
they
passed
away
in
World
War,
two
to
confirm
it.
It
sounds
like
it's
pretty
definite
on
the
end
of
the
church.
Roster
and
I
can
look
into
it
further.
A
A
F
A
All
right,
the
other
item
ahead
was
the
meeting.
I
was
just
acts
Saturday
in
Clark,
County,
Veterans
and
military
Services
Committee
meeting.
So
this
is
the
National
Association
of
counties
and
they
have
a
veterans
and
military
services
committee.
They
also
have
lobbyists
and
in
Washington
that
worked
for
NATO
and
work
with
the
legislators
to
get
good
legislation.
We
had
a
session
on
connecting
the
unconnected
County
efforts
to
connect
veterans
to
local
state
and
federal
resources.
A
A
For
those
officers
and
different
counties
had
different
different
methods
of
getting
the
word
out
to
contact
deference
to
find
him
and
then
the
second
session
was
the
Elizabeth
Dole
foundation,
supporting
military
families
and
caregivers.
It's
up
Bob
Dole,
who
was
a
World
War
two
veteran
and
his
wife
started
the
foundation
to
help
military
families
into
home
care,
to
veterans
who
are
injured,
ill
or
wounded
unable
to
otherwise
care
for
themselves.
So
some
extra
supplemental
money.
This
was
from
I
believe
somewhere
in
California,
but
that
there
is
a
foundation
out
there.
A
They
will
help
veterans
or
their
families
to
the
next
session
was
ending
veteran
homelessness,
community
solutions,
the
people
from
California
have
a
lot
of
homeless
weapon.
We
have
some
here,
but
they
have
lots
of
them
and
one
a
little
bit
better
out
there
too.
So
it
was
there
after
two
trying
to
answer
the
homelessness
problem
and
there
has
been
federal
money
available.
I
go
to
the
admission
Community
Action
Agency,
which
is
out
of
Clara,
but
it
has
an
office
here
in
Bay
City.
They
help
homeless
veterans.
A
A
So
these
are
all
you
know,
people
that
work
on
different
things
that
these
County
meetings.
We
thought
you
can
compare,
notes
and
see
what
other
companies
are
doing.
Then
you
can
tell
the
people
at
Washington
our
lobby,
people
what
to
talk
to
the
legislators
about
blue
water
Navy.
They
talked
about
that
a
little
bit.
It
looks
like
that's
gonna
finally
going
to
go
through
that
the
Vietnam
vets
that
were
offshore
will
get
the
benefits
for
Aging
or
that
Porter
or
switches
up
a
multitude
of
different
illnesses,
so
they'll
be
have
probably
some
more
claims.
A
They
found
mark
and
actually
I've
been
doing
these
these
compensation
and
pension
that
have
been
seen.
But
if
you
eat
an
orange
like
the
other
word
is
out
that
a
lot
of
these
illnesses
have
been
added.
Parkinson's,
diabetes,
heart
disease
of
the
whole
range
above
it,
so
people
are
finally
claims
down
and
getting
getting
their
benefits.
The
American
soldiers,
another
the
Navy
guys-
would
get
a
feel.
It
also
may
be
Marines
do
a
lot,
so
that
was
the
person
out
there.
Any
other
new
business.
A
Announcements,
the
plow
is
having
their
state
convention
August
3rd
and
4th
of
B
Valley
got
a
call
from
mr.
Dubey
ski
asking
us
to
put
an
ad
in
this
book
with
him.
They
want
to
put
an
ad
there,
but
they're
looking
for
ads
for
the
for
the
program
book
off
to
talk
to
our
County
Commissioners,
to
see,
if
any
good,
so
some
funds
out
of
them.
Looking
at
early.
E
E
E
A
If
anybody
wants
to
run
a
bus
prep
for
Veterans,
Day
I'm
not
doing
it
this
year,
I
got
a
bad
need
and
have
surgery
I
can't
do
it.
The
Veterans
Day
we've
done
it
like
every
other
year.
Last
year,
two
years
ago
was
the
35th
anniversary
of
the
wall.
So
there's
they
have
ceremonies
in
the
morning
at
Arlington
and
the
afternoon
they're
at
the
Vietnam
Wall,
and
you
good
speakers
to
come
in
and
out
are
a
lot
of
people.
