Right,
well,
here's
what
I'm
here's
my
input!
The
tritation
program
is
very
necessary
needed
by
our
veterans,
all
of
our
veterans
and,
more
importantly,
and
more
importantly,
we
got
a
heck
of
a
bunch
of
drivers.
We
got
a
good
team
of
drivers,
someone
with
you
here
right
now,
they've
been
doing
this
for
years.
They
work
together.
There
are
good
bunch
of
people.
Now
we
can't
do
anything
foolish
to
interfere
with
that
right
now,.
F
F
C
F
F
G
F
Right
now
we're
paying
49
50
per
month
per
hour
for
our
scheduler
to
use
all
the
veterans
call
in
line,
and
we
really
don't
want
to
change
that
phone
number
that
hey
they
tried
to
do
once
and
it
was
just
turmoil.
We
can't
do
it
at
common
sense.
You
can't
do
but
anyhow
bottom
line
I'd
like
to
see
the
driver's
$5.00
per
head
per
passenger
cell
phone
and
please
keep
things
together
as
they
are.
We
got
a
heck
of
a
team
here.
Let's
don't
buck
them
up.
F
H
We
take
no
money
from
the
federal
state,
county
or
city,
it's
all
funded
by
by
donations
from
some
Bachelor
drumming
shop,
but
we
understand
that
the
county
got
some
money
that
was
supposed
to
go
to
the
homeless
veterans
and
we
haven't
heard
a
penny
bought
of
any
of
it.
Some
woman
from
from
General
Motors
come
up
and
asked
me
what
I
felt
was
any
help
nice,
as
we
haven't
heard
about
about
it.
We
don't
know
where
that
money
went
to.
H
We
were
just
checking
to
see
if
that
was
true,
that
it
come
to
the
county
and
we
didn't
get
it
that's
because
we
could
certainly
use
it.
We
don't
we
don't
ask
them
money
from
the
county.
We
don't
ask
the
money
from
the
city
federal
state,
I,
seen
Debbie
Javits
stabbing
on
a
day.
I
was
talking
to
her
and
she
says
why?
Don't
you
get
money
from
the
federal
because
I
don't
know
how
to
write
grants
and
I?
H
Don't
care
I
want
that
place
to
be
run
by
fellow
veterans,
not
by
a
bunch
of
people
that
don't
understand
what
PTSD
is
we
do
and
we
want
to?
It
is
beautiful
now,
but
when
we're
done
it
will
be
and
I'll
have
up
to
15
veterans
living
there.
Rather
the
city
likes
it
or
not,
because
we're
gonna
do
it.
That's
all
I
got
to
say.
H
J
H
J
C
I
just
wrote
a
brief
if
you'll
notice
on
the
report
in
the
upper
left
hand
corner
there,
there
are
three
main
reports
that
we
that
we
had
run
and
these
are
again
very
high
level.
I
love
reports.
If
you
would
like
more
information
about
specific
client,
ID
numbers,
you
know
anything
that's
in
there.
We
can
give
you
as
much
detail
as
you
would
like
left-hand
corner
you'll,
see,
for
example,
at
first
when
I'm
looking
at
for
2018
as
a
13
after
it
that
was
through
period
13/4
and
Finance.
C
Well,
that's
kind
of
lumped
everything
together
as
for
all
of
2015
right
now,
things
are
still
being
paid.
So
that's
for
the
you
know
for
the
year,
2008
there's
a
2019
report
and
in
a
10-year
history,
specifically
on
the
veterans
ban
program.
You'll
see
that
goes
all
the
way
back
to
2009
and
you
can
see
the
totals
at
the
very
bottom.
But
again,
if
you
have
any
I'll
entertain
any
questions
that
you
certainly
dichotic
more
information
at
a
later
date
or
and
you're
choosing.
K
L
L
To
give
me
a
copy
of
that
report,
so
we'll
be
able
to
give
you
an
update
at
the
next
meeting
or
priority,
preferably
at
all
possible
in
terms
of
whether
or
not
those
things
should
be
coming
up
in
general,
as
opposed
to
the
millage
dollars.
And
if
that's
the
case,
that's
probably
the
impact
on
you
story
about
the
journey
available
to
you
in
your
budget
and
how
you're
going
to
want
to
expend
those
funds.
I
remember.
L
L
C
Quick
Burke,
there
were
something
on
here
like
mr.
van
tall
and
mr.
Stewart
already
have
coming
emails,
but
sure
big
and
eNOS
was
ours.
We
did
create
those
County
emails,
so
you
have
trouble
or
want
to
just
contact
the
ISD
helpdesk.
They
will
help,
set
you
up
and
get
and
get
you
logged
in
the
first
time.
So
you
can
access
those
already.
I
K
C
Pardon
I
don't
mean
to
I,
don't
remember
sending
it
just
specifically
about
the
county
emails.
I
know
we
were
gonna
talk
about
it
today,
I
didn't
I
didn't
send
up,
and
you
know
it
was
specifically
about
about
that.
But
I
just
wanted
to
update
on
the
status.
You
know
there
were
created
and
just
the
contact,
the
ISD
helpdesk
or
access
together
to
get
logged
and.
F
C
C
I
come
back
up
again,
yeah,
so
just
real
brief.
We
have.
We
have
been
working
on
the
website,
getting
the
correct
information
on
there,
updating
the
format
a
little
bit,
for
instance
today
that
the
photo
that
we'll
be
taking
that
with
that
will
be
up
there
as
well
we'll
be
working
on
getting.
You
know
like
the
minutes
that
were
approved
today.
Those
will
be
uploaded,
along
with
the
agendas
and
various
things
will
be
utilizing
that
website
a
lot
more,
so
it
is
being,
it
has
been
worked
on,
but
more
work
will
will
come
as
well.
C
B
L
C
L
This
tattoo
is
again
from
the
late
18-hundreds
and
it
actually
gives
the
authority
for
those
workers
to
university
research
relief
up
to
ten
dollars
and
obviously
not
kept
up
with
inflation.
So
if
you
do
want
to
give
authority
to
do
with
service
workers
to
give
more
than
ten
dollars
that,
since
a
lot
under
the
statute,
you
are
going
to
have
to
have
a
formal
resolution
that
states
that
you
learn
to
do
that.
You
receive
the
information
and
a
report,
meaning
if
there's
emergency
relief.
That
was
given
just
so
you
don't
have.
L
L
C
I
think
we've
all
right,
I've
had
crystal
contact
I
not
done
at
least
three
of
you
for
a
couple
of
the
amounts
just
to
get
it.
You
know
get
us
to
this
point,
but
obviously
something
formal
in
the
form
of
a
resolution
with
that
dollar
amount
certainly
help
guide.
You
know
when
you'd
like
to
be
contacted
up
to
dollar
amount
or
that
make
the
determination
and.
L
L
L
K
I
A
K
A
I
L
L
If
the
concern
is
at
this
point
in
time
that
you
do
want
to
count
those
limitations
every
four
months,
you
know
what
is
a
maximum
amount
of
money
that
somebody
is
allowed
to
give.
My
suggestion
would
be
that
this
board
policy
in
drafting
of
rules
and
guidelines
drafted,
and
you
have
to
look
at
that
before
your
next
board
meetings
and
an
opportunity
to
get
input,
and
then
you
can
vote
to
prove
that
too
prove
it.
B
K
B
B
B
B
Alright
so
and
then
I
guess
we
need
to
look
at
those,
maybe
the
old
rules
and
take
a
look
at
those
before
the
next
meeting
and
come
back
with
some
more
concrete
ideals.
That's
okay,
I!
Guess!
If
we
need
some
committee
to
meet
or
I
guess
we
could
be
this
middy
at
all.
I'm,
not
sure
how
you
want
to
handle
this
one.
You
know
John
was
on
that
committee.
I,
don't
think
we
have
a
forum,
though.
B
B
K
L
A
K
L
M
B
K
L
K
Meetings
of
the
Bay
County
Veterans,
Affairs
Committee
she'll,
be
held
on
the
third
Tuesday
of
each
month
period.
Any
regular
or
adjourned
meeting
of
the
committee,
which
falls
upon
a
legal
holiday
shall
automatically
be
set
over
to
the
next
regular
day
following
that
is
not
illegal
holiday.
So
I
don't
understand
why
adjourned
is
in
there.
If
we're
talking
about
scheduled
meetings
that
schedule
meetings
have
been
adjourned,
they've
been
scheduled.
I
C
That
language,
that
is
just
that,
is
pervade
what
what
was
in
so
that
that
is
right.
A
B
K
B
B
C
So
there
were
some
changes
to
ours
that
phone
call
her
being
hurt
and
whatnot
about
a
month
after
that
had
taken
place.
I
was
approached
again
by
by
by
volunteers
that
wanted
to
take
that
function
back
over.
So
the
program
women
went
back
over
with
the
volunteers,
that's
where
it's
currently
at
now,
but
I
have
just
recently
had
more
conversation
about
checking
in
to
see.
If
that,
the
possibility
of
that
being
a
paid
position.
A
A
Sober
telephone
calls
went
down
after
the
initial
refer
to
the
call
volume
went
down
the
day
they
call
I
went
down
and
then
once
they
got
taken
back
over
by
the
volunteers,
some
of
the
veterans
came
into
the
office
and
they
weren't
happy
with
me
going
back
to
volunteers.
They
liked
it
when
it
was
fun
under
a
set
time.
Eight
o'clock,
the
35
alcohol
I,
can
call
for
my
Susie
what's
the
that
week
and
they
just
called
once
and
they
ran
to
the
death.
A
They
get
one
call
to
multiple
appointments
and
she
and
Mark
would
keep
a
spreadsheet
that
long
I
got
these
people
on
this
day.
These
people
on
that
date
and
those
veterans
tell
me
I
heard
from
people
a
clear
course
and
they
were
in
favor.
So
this
goes
to
a
paid
position.
I
would
get
back
with
Krista
Lamar
to
see
if
we
can
bring.
L
M
B
G
Lewandowski
I
used
to
run
that
program
in
the
day
that
Craig
hand
me
that
phone
fifty
missed
calls.
My
comment
was:
she
should
be
fired
because
time
you
don't
run
a
show
from
eight
to
three
five
days
a
week.
This
is
a
six
day
operation
from
eight
o'clock
in
the
morning
to
eight
o'clock
at
night.
Oh,
yes,
oh
yeah!
If
you
think
you
guys
are
gonna,
run
it
you're
gonna,
you
better
say:
hiring.
Some
drivers
is
everyone
onto
a
walk.
L
There's
some
misunderstanding
in
terms
of
how
the
program
is
set
up
in
terms
of
funding
the
way
the
program
has
consistently
in
terms
of
funding
for
our
soldiers
and
sailors.
Relief
in
this
particular
program,
gifts
that
soldiers
for
the
Commission,
which
is
now
this
port,
provides
the
funding
for
the
vehicles,
the
insurance
for
the
vehicles,
the
fuel
for
the
vehicles
and
a
limited
amount
of
reimbursement
for
the
drivers
that
drive
the
vehicles.
This
is
a
majority
volunteer
operated
program.
L
If
the
wish
is
that
the
scheduler
be
turned
in
to
obtain
position
and
the
requirement
for
the
scheduler
is
that
a
person
must
work
six
days
a
week
from
8:00
in
the
morning
until
late
in
the
afternoon,
it
will
bankrupt
this
influence
budget.
There
is
no
way
that
you
can
pay
an
individual
for
12
hours
a
day
six
days
a
week
did.
L
To
take
fall,
the
reason
that
this
has
worked
in
terms
of
the
financial
constraints
that
we
have
is
because
it
was
a
substantially
volunteer-driven
program.
If
we're
training
we're
changing
this
to
a
page,
it
took
a
system
that
would
be
an
incredible
amount
of
overtime.
In
addition
to
that,
it's
just
salary.
L
And
salaried
positions
are
only
allowed
under
the
Fair
Labor
Standards
Act
under
very
certain
exemptions,
and
this
position
would
not
fall.
So
this
is
happening
hourly
position.
The
amount
of
overtime
that
would
be
paid
would
be
substantial
simply
to
take
the
calls
I
think
it.
What
mr.
Bell
is
saying
is
is
that
the
drivers
can
continue
to
drive
whenever
they
need
to
drive
it's
just.
The
calls
that
come
in
from
the
veterans
want
to
schedule
their
appointments
and
only
come
in
during
those
set
hours
that
we
would
have
an
employee
on-site
to
answer
the
phone.
L
G
B
G
L
Me,
but
whatever
done,
what
we're
talking
about
changing
this
position
map
and
if
we're
going
to
good
now
and
I'm
telling
you
is
what
would
happen?
Is
everyone
would
get
notification
that
this
is
going
to
be
a
self-aware
develop?
These
are
going
to
be
the
hours
that
you
can
call
it
it's
not
to
change
necessarily
the
time
to
which
the
drivers
and
driver
veterans,
because
they
may
have
a
but
appointment.
That's
funny!
It's
just!
L
If
they're
going
at
five
o'clock
appointment
we're
going
to
have
to
call
between
eighty
three
the
day
before
in
order
to
schedule
it,
because
if
you
want
this
to
be
a
position
where
that
person
is
getting
reimbursed,
it's
going
to
happy
within
the
time
constraints
that
we
have.
We
want
to
be
able
to
afford
to
pay
that
that's.
G
L
G
Why
we
can
notify
all
the
veterans
said
of
all
letters
saying
this?
Is
your
responsibility
from
8:00
in
the
morning
to
3:00
in
the
afternoon?
Call
the
five
to
five
number
and
go
from
there
not
ignore
fifty
calls
that
veterans
never
got
arrived.
He
never
did
should
have
been.
Can
exactly
like
told
him.
G
L
J
J
K
K
I
K
Think
what
we,
in
my
personal
opinion,
what
we've
done
is
we
have
attempted
to
provide
a
service
to
the
veterans
of
this
count
without
considering
the
limitations
that
we
have.
You
know
it
would
be
fantastic
to
operate
seven
days
a
week,
24
hours
a
day.
Financially,
we
don't
have
the
money
to
do
that
and
we
want
to
turn
something
into
a
paid
position
than
it.
K
K
In
Roscommon
County,
it's
an
individual
that
drives
his
vehicle
now,
there's
other
counties
for
Opera
County,
Linda's
glad
when
they
meet
the
van
at
a
specific
location.
At
a
specific
time,
every
County
doesn't
totally
differently.
Genesee
County
everybody
uses
their
MDOT
River
Letcher
County
bus
system.
K
K
What's
the
cost
by
the
time
I
get
sixty
thousand
dollars
in
vehicles
and
what
am
I
paying
for
gas
and
what
am
I
paying
for
maintenance
and
all
other
kind
of
stuff.
So
I
like
we
got
to
look
at.
What's
the
cost,
I
know
what
we've
been
doing
hasn't
been
working,
but
is
it
the
best
solution
for
the
veterans
in
the
count?
Well,.
G
A
G
H
G
G
A
A
N
Buddy
make
much
to
everybody
eyes,
first
and
foremost,
we're
veterans
too,
and
just
understand
that
when
you
get
excited
about
some
topics,
we
understand
in
the
same
position
we
want
what's
best
for
the
greater
need.
Change
is
not
easy.
We
understand
that
the
timeline
of
the
cost
from
8
to
8
o'clock
at
night,
and
maybe
in
this
day
and
age,
this
isn't
feasible
for
people's
work
schedules.
However,
I
will
tell
you,
as
a
veteran
myself,
these
the
VA.
N
Those
appointments
were
made
between
8
8
either,
so
the
veteran
does
have
an
obligation
for
us
to
Brigade
didn't
call
it
a
respectable
time.
The
VA
is
not
making
an
appointment
for
the
day
o'clock
at
night,
nor
an
appointment
for
the
eight
o'clock
on
the
weekends.
Those
appointments
are
made
between
8
o'clock
and
probably
three
o'clock.
N
So
there's
a
lot
Thursday
appetite
for
them
to
make
that
call
we're
trying
to
us
best
for
all
of
our
veterans
and
we
have
to
watch
the
money
with
lunch,
the
bottom
line-
and
we
also
have
to
hold
people
accountable
and
those
veterans
if
they
pretty,
is
still
saying
that
if
the
lack
of
planning
on
their
part
does
it
constitute
a
resigner
long
time,
nothing
gets
about
you
and
I
understand.
Some
of
the
veterans
have
problems
with
maybe
a
last-minute
cancellation
or
the
symbol
of
myself
around.
N
It
would
be
true,
the
three
of
us
we
power
60
years
and
active
duty
notes
here.
We
fully
understand
the
needs
of
veterans
and
we're
going
to
do
the
best
we
can
begin
at
the
hospital,
but
they
also
have
to
understand.
There
has
to
be
regulations.
There
has
to
be
accountability
because
we
have
to
account
to
the
board
we
think
come
to
the
tangent
of
a
company's.
F
Friendship
learn
again.
Let
me
make
a
few
collections
here:
the
phone
hours
8:00
in
the
morning
till
5:00
in
the
afternoon
Monday
through
Friday,
Sunday
12:00
to
5:00
no
phone
service
on
Saturday.
That's
fact:
that's
the
way
it
is
number
two
when
we
got
the
phones
back
and
I
talked
to
the
veterans.
I
know
again
there.
Everyone
was
so
happy.
We
got
the
phones
back,
they
were
just
pleased
as
punch,
nothing
less
and
all
the
drivers
that
were
happy
number
three
I'm
gonna
offer
you
guys
a
solution
to
this
skill
of
scheduler.
F
B
B
K
F
They've
got
mental
problems
they
forget
to
call.
Sometimes
they
get
a
card
in
the
mail
they
forget
to
call.
Sometimes
they
don't
get
a
condom.
I
remember
the
VA
is
not
a
model
of
efficiency.
Just
like
any
government
they'll
get
a
call
back
from
her
they'll
call
see
behind
clinic,
and
you
won't
get
a
won't.
You,
okay,
connector,
you
have
to
punch
their
attention,
leave
a
message.
They'll
call
you
back
four
o'clock
4:30
in
the
afternoon,
which
is
fact
because
it's
happened
to
me
more
than
once
the
idea
with
five
different
clinics
on
that.
F
B
E
F
N
Detra
day
we
had
three
text
messages
to
email
at
1640
ages.
To
bigfix
at
me.
Is
it
possible?
Most
of
these
patients
are
regular
writers.
Is
it
possible
to
be
added
to
the
auto
call
from
one
of
the
beams
cost
as
a
driving?
Is
that
ever
looked
into
it?
If
not
I'd,
be
happy
to
look
at
to
look
at
the
VA?
Perhaps.
N
Seriously,
probably
three
calls
this
week.
My
phone
call
and
I'ma
find
texts
to
remind
me
of
my
appointment
is
impossible
for
that
to
come
to
me,
para
thought.
Your
credit
to
better
or
to
a
crystal
or
tamarcus
are
possible
to
have
report
a
counter
with
an
email
can
come
up
for
the
vectors
I
forget
I
mean
it
would
just
say
I
that
we
could
call
them
and
say
do
you
know
you
have
an
appointment
today
of
10
we're
just
called
to
remind.
E
N
N

N

A
B
E
Constance
creamer
I'm,
not
a
veteran
I'm,
just
a
volunteer
and
I
just
wanted
to
say
within
our
u.s.
mail
system.
A
lot
of
veterans
don't
get
information
on
their
appointments
until
4:00
4:30
that
day,
but
they
still
have
the
opportunity
to
call
to
say
I
have
an
appointment
the
next
day.
So
we
get
a
lot
of
those
people
and
they're
able
to
get
through
to
Linda.
But
before,
when
we
had
Krystal
doing
this,
the
drivers
couldn't
even
get
Krystal,
let
alone
some
of
the
patients
for
the
VA.
E
D
H
When
I
started
this
program
with
my
own
car
for
five
years,
it
did
cost
Akane
one
penny
I
paid
for
the
gas
I
paid
for
the
coil
I
paid
for
all
the
transportation.
It
didn't
cost
the
county.
One
penny
I
covered
it
all
with
my
own
money
and
if
that's
what
you
just
want
us
to
go
back
to
that,
I
get
fines
on
me
to
cover
it.
That's
what
I'll
do
I'll
find
somebody
to
cover
without
this
call
me
be
bit
petty
about
it.
M
Yeah
Derek
Taylor
in
your
me,
yep,
alright
anyway,
I've
been
driving
for
four
and
a
half
years,
and
you
talked
about
the
mental
capability
of
some
of
these
vets.
Today,
I
got
a
call
contact,
one
of
the
other
drivers
to
let
him
know
that
he's
ready
and
I
don't
drive
today.
I've
gotten
calls
two
o'clock
in
the
morning
from
veterans.
You
know
you
know,
you
know
tipping
a
little
I
still
answer
the
phone.
M
My
wife
doesn't
care
for
that
too
much,
but
I'll
answer
the
phone
and
then
the
same
veteran
called
me
yesterday
and
told
me
to
contact
Carol.
Let
him
know
that
he's
ready
to
go
home.
We
don't
have
a
Carol,
so
I
just
thought.
You
know
some
of
these
veterans
are,
you
know
way
out
there,
but
everything's
running
smooth,
fine
and
dandy
right
now.
Thank
you.
Thank
you.
So.
B
A
A
Talked
to
the
Secretary
of
State,
if
it's
a
volunteer,
didn't
I
give
you
P,
you
don't
need
to
children's
license,
but
as
soon
as
you
get
paid
that
one
will
assume
that
one
dollar
for
writer
could
be
construed
as
paid.
They
should
have
a
safe
as
lonesome
that
that
some
of
them,
you
had
a
look
at
so
then
who
pays
for
the
chauffeur's
license
for
the
vendors
with
the
board
paper:
okay,
you're,
not
with
your
driver,
jeepers,
license.
