A
Thank
you.
You
know
the
VBA
I'm,
a
member
of
e
VA.
We
made
a
donation,
I
encouraged
some
of
the
other
veterans
groups.
I,
know
I,
think
marks
been
working
with
ambit's
and
some
other
ones
to
get
donations
from
the
local
veterans
organizations
also,
and
it
appreciates
all
the
work
you're
going
to
do.
Thanksgiving
come
out
with
Christmas
coming
up
I
I
think
you
had
asked
us
for
a
donation
last
month.
I
guess
we
can
put
that
on
the
agenda.
If
we
want
to
discuss
that
well,
we'll
put
that
under
old
business.
G
You
know
who
all
I
am
like.
She
said
we're
gonna,
be.
Let
me
know:
I've
already
had
our
first
event
through
I'd
like
to
see
it.
The
Marine
Corps
would
help
us
all
some
and
I'm
gonna
tell
me
tomorrow
and
the
mayor.
Thank
you
for
supporting
us
on
this,
and
it's
going
to
go
very
very
well,
because
the
funding
that
we've
got
it's
going
to
help
us
open
up.
H
A
H
B
Thank
You
chair,
so,
as
many
of
you
know,
we
had
an
open
house
last
Friday
and
it
was
well
attended.
Throughout
the
day
we
were
open
from
11:00
to
3:00.
We
had
some
snacks
and
and
goodies,
and
it
was
a
combination
of
public
and
county
employees
that
came
down
for
the
first
time
to
see
the
work
space
I
think
it
went
very
well,
we
we
know
there
were
over
80
plus
people
thinking.
An
exact
competent
was
very
well
attended
throughout
the
throughout
the
day
and
very
well
received.
B
So
you
know,
as
you
were
there,
there
was
tours.
They
could
see
the
offices
we're
operating
out
of
that
we're
currently
operating
out
of
and
have
been
for
a
little
bit,
but
it
was
nice
to
see
members
of
both
the
public,
some
veteran
organizations,
as
well
as
county
employees,
checking
out
that
workspace.
So
it
went
very
well
I.
E
Christo
Latimer
was
over
at
a
home
of
a
veteran,
less
twice
the
Vietnam
vet
I
think
that
two
or
three
tours
in
Vietnam
and
your
department,
but
the
Millers
money,
helped
purchase
a
boiler
for
him.
So
I
think
in
the
amount
of
$2,500
think
I'm
the
plumbers
them
fight,
but
pipe
fitters
local
installer
form
free
of
charge.
So
he
has
a
big
home
with
seven
bedrooms.
E
He
used
to
wear
a
coat
all
the
time
inside,
but
now
he's
toasty
warm,
very
fuel
efficient
boiler
that
was
installed
donated
labor,
skilled
trade,
labor
and
also
a
new
boiler
form.
Compliments
of
the
bay
county,
village,
funds
yeah
and
crystal
I
want
to
thank
you
and
mark
for
what
you
did.
He
was
just
ecstatic
and
couldn't
be
more
appreciative,
and,
and
now
he's
warm
dad
happened
just
before
the
big
cold
blast
last
week.
E
So
the
timing
couldn't
have
been
better
and
crystal
came
across
really
well
on
TV
12
I
think
it
was
right
there
so
anyway,
I
just
want
to
mention
that.
That's
just
one
more
example
of
the
kind
of
work
that
the
department
does
throughout
the
year
to
step
in
and
kind
of,
extend
a
helping
hand
to
a
vet,
that's
pulling
some
tough
times
and
whether
it's
infrastructure
in
their
home
as
a
ramp,
a
wheelchair
ramp
or
a
boiler
furnace
being
fixed.
It
makes
a
real
difference
to
those
to
get
that
help.
A
You
thanks
yeah
I
had
a
chance
to
stop
at
the
open
house
too,
and
a
lot
of
people
were
commenting
on
the
layout
and
more
ease
of
access.
There's
no
big
desk
there
when
you
walk
in,
like
with
the
treasurer's
office,
which
they
probably
have
a
purpose
for
you
from
coming
in
there,
but
that's
a
little
more
welcoming
and
the
conference
rooms
real
nice.
The
layout
literature
tv12
was
there
when
I
was
there,
so
that
was
with
some
good
coverage
on
it
too.
So
just
let
all
vets
know
it's
available
first
floor.
It's
not
mine.
A
B
A
I
Quick
update,
we
did
receive
the
records
with
a
gentleman
that
was
rusted
through
the
National
Archives
to
the
National
personnel
records
Center.
He
did
say
on
his
record
in
cities
from
the
city
once
his
records
were
receiving,
we
could
verify
I
went
and
checked
with
the
clerk.
I
took
I
spoke
with
SUNY
Luczak
directly,
and
there
is
a
line
in
the
book
that
says
he
was
born
in
Bay
County
invasive.
A
So
I
guess
our
questioning
is
that
enough
qualification
for
him
to
be
added
to
the
wall.
Memorial
wall
we've
added
some
in
the
past
I
know
this
is
supposed
to
be
alphabetic
order.
But
if
you
look
at
is
there
some
that
that
were
added
after
the
fact
world
war,
one
world
war?
Two
and
the
answer
we
would
need
the
resolution,
though,
to.
I
J
A
H
A
We
worked
on
some
of
the,
because
a
couple
names
that
were
added
for
Vietnam
involve
war
and
we
had
a
guy
from
Taos
who
did
somebody
engraving
at
a
pretty
reasonable
price.
I
think
one
of
the
funeral
homes
on
the
road
here
used
to
do
it,
but
they
didn't
not
doing
it
anymore.
So
you
may
need
to
do
a
little
research
on
that's
parades,
but
there
was
person
that
towers
who
did
it
fairly
reasonable
I
think
it
was
a
little
breaks.
Also.
A
A
Okay
go
work
on
that
and
we
probably
should
email
the
person
whose
name
there
was
there
was
a
friend
of
his
or
a
friend
of
the
family,
of
that
that
has
forgets
to
do
this.
Switch
him.
No
I
think
I
still
have
us
I
work
with
Korea
Ghana.
One
of
us
will
do
it.
A
C
C
Very
detailed
procedure-
that's
gonna,
take
a
long
time
for
us
to
approve
it,
so
we're
gonna
have
to
kick
it
around
a
few
times
because
and
then
we
gotta,
you
know
the
attorney
has
to
approve
it.
I
would
assume
yeah
because
I
know
I
know
without
my
laws
that
deleted,
we
just
send
them
down
to
Lansing
and
they
have
to
improve
there.
C
A
A
J
B
B
So
part
of
and
part
of
the
process
that
we
worked
on
this
was
towards
the
beginning
of
the
year.
Well,
first
part
of
the
year
was
working
on.
You
know
the
revenues
and
making
sure
expenditures
and
everything
was
was
in
degree
I
that
still
hasn't
been
approved,
but
I
I
can
easily
print
off
to
see
what
you
you
know,
you
can
see
the
various
line
items.
That's
when
there
was
a
question
from
one
of
the
committee
members
about
a
specific
line
item.
That's
what
we
were.
B
C
J
C
K
Take
that
post,
whether
others
to
per
diem
set
our
page
to
community
members
and
along
those
lines.
The
internal
structure
of
the
budget
that
you're
talking
about
is
a
little
bit
different
because
we're
dealing
specifically
with
millage
bonds
either.
The
recommendation
is
how
to
spend
after
you
get
that
recommendation
in
terms
of
how
to
spend
those
months
within
the
confines
of
a
statute.
Then
it
goes
up
to
the
next
Board
of
Commissioners
meetings,
where
they
accept
that
recommendation
from.
C
C
K
I
H
I
think
it
currently
well
previously.
I
was
filling
out
the
burial
reimbursements
for
the
veterans
at
the
funeral
home
states
to
Mennonite,
Philemon
and
process
home,
and
on
that
form
that
says
signature
by
a
soldier
who
say
there's
a
relief,
Commission
signature
I
would
be
a
motion
that
we
allow
crystal
or
mark
to
sign
that
line
while
they'd
finished
filling
out
those
forms.
H
Offices
or
the
barrel
reimbursements
for
funerals
if
they
submit
a
bill,
if
currently
they
fill
all
the
people
were
to
get
reimbursed
in
the
county,
$300
for
wartime
veterans
or
intogen
veterans
with
income
under
they
have
to
be
wartime
veterans,
and
they
also
have
to
have
for
wartime
veterans
and
or
indigent,
more
time
veterans
under
$40,000.
So
if
you're,
a
wartime
veteran
and
you
have
over
40,000
and
assets,
minus
your
homestead,
you
wouldn't
be
eligible
for
the
300
I
will
reimburse
them
according
to
the
statute.
But.
H
I
H
H
Think
this
in
order
the
signature
of
that
versus
no
raise
it.
This
is
what
it
is.
That's
how
much
money
you
got
and
that's
what
we
go
by
the
gold
erase
notarized
signature
from
the
funeral
and
after
they
can
sign,
you
can
check
the
wartime
service.
That's
already
been
implemented
and
I
would
say:
there's
probably
been
at
least
10
to
20
that
didn't
fall
under
the
wartime
service.
So
there's
three
to
six
thousand
dollars,
that's
not
being
spent
now
to
go
back
to
the
other
question
of
assets
over
40,000.
H
We
need
to
give
the
funeral
a
better
checklist.
So
when
they
sit
down
with
the
family
and
say,
do
you
have
a
cabin
yep?
Okay,
so
home
their
home
is
good.
It
could
be
a
hundred
thousand
two
million
dollar
home.
It
doesn't
count
against
this
forty
thousand
assets,
but
if
you
got
a
two
pickup
trucks,
slow
machine
or
if
you're,
a
farmer,
you
got
a
big
pole,
barn
and
tractors
and
all
the
other
stuff
they're
all
comes
all
the
assets
come
into
play.
Would
you
get
over
forty
thousand
dollars
develop
the
first
one.
H
The
first
one
is
just
like
a
county
form.
That's
just
says
it's
just
people
homes
have
that
they
told
of
do
you
have
any
other
property
if
they
say
no,
but
doesn't
ask
for
do
that
before?
Oh
one
K,
do
you
have
a
bra?
No,
do
you
have
any
like
the
shirts
that
come
in
it
doesn't
ask
any
of
those
questions
and
they
look
at
these
questions.
All
yeah.
H
Always
been
processed
and
when
I
keep
my
board,
that's
the
way
to
do
set
to
14
the
way
they
go
yeah
and
you
read
the
paperwork
that
goes
to
the
funeral
home.
It
says
wartime
service
is
like
what
we've
been
doing
it
wrong.
So
now
we're
checking
the
wartime
days
and
if
they
don't
have
the
wartime
service,
they
don't
get
reimbursed
for
$300
yeah,
and
then
we
have
to
go
and
increase
a
checklist,
make
a
better
checklist
that
increases
the
awareness
of
other
assets.
Who
saves
what's
already
on
that
over
for
now.

H
Well,
missile
night
mostly
needs
new
business.
I
can
work
on
a
new
questionnaire
to
send
all
up
to
little
funeral
homes.
Okay,
along
with
the
letter
home,
stay
D.
If
they
don't
have
wartime
service,
don't
submitted
an
example
for
forty
thousand
dollars
in
assets
more
for
us.
They
can
just
come
into
the
office
one
day
a
week.
I
can
come
in
and
just
sit
down
with
the
family
say
and
do
it.
