A
B
A
A
D
Okay,
I've
been
doing
this
a
few
weeks,
we're
learning
a
lot
of
things.
D
D
D
D
D
Oh
and
let's
not
forget
st
anne's
in
linwood,
that
was
a
that
was
a
big
cemetery
I
did
yesterday
once
I
get
those
put
in
the
plan
is,
and
I've
discussed
it
with
mark
is
to
go
to
heavenly
rest
and
see
what's
cooking
up
there
mark
and
I
got
in
a
discussion
today
about
civil
war
veterans,
and
I
know
for
a
fact:
I've
run
across
the
field
and
we
know
there
are
plenty
at
oak
ridge.
That's
a
cemetery
across
from
the
reserve
center
on
henry
street.
D
D
I
understand
and
I'm
kind
of
looking
forward
to
getting
into
there
I've
seen
them
myself
throughout
the
years.
I
used
to
patrol
that
district
for
20
years
and
it
was
a
great
spot
to
go
back
and
sit
and
write
reports,
and
if
you
got
all
the
way
to
the
back
near
ensemble,
nobody
would
see
you
and
that's
where
the
civil
war
stones
are.
D
There's
some
spanish
americans
there
are
there
and
we
can
talk
about
that.
Spanish
americans,
green
ridge.
I
was
so
surprised
when
I
saw
the
first
stone
there.
They're
unique
and
individual
in
the
way
they're
designed
they're
just
really
really
fantastic,
looking
stones
and
they
stand
right
out
and
the
names
always
go
like
this.
D
Time-Wise,
I
can't
give
you
a
time.
I
have
some
deep
concerns
about
a
couple
places
I
have
to
go
to.
Not
all
cemeteries
are
the
same
size.
D
The
ones
that
are
on
the
ground
are
easy,
but
sometimes
they're
not
all
like
that.
Sometimes
they're
tombstones
and
you
just
pick
up
a
little
a
little
something
on
it
and
you
go
back
and
you
look
at
it
a
while
and
pretty
quick.
It's
a
it's
a
veteran
we're
doing.
Well,
our
veterans
served
us
well
and
I
think
we're
going
to
find
out
where
they're
at
the
plan
is
to
get
them
on
a
spreadsheet.
D
D
A
B
D
C
Sure,
thank
you,
mr
chairman,
not
so
much
a
question,
but
more
of
a
statement
is
already
with
the
work
that
that
mr
norman
has
done.
We
have
not
had
been
able
to
compile
a
list
even
remotely
close
to
this.
This
committee
and
internally,
here
on
on
the
administrative
side,
we've
had
a
lot
of
conversation.
C
Personally,
I
can
say
that
it's
a
pleasure
to
work
with
him.
He
is
very
thorough
and
very
detail-oriented
which,
for
this
for
this
particular
project
you
have
to
be.
I
I
held
up
briefly
when,
when
he
mentioned
his
field
nose,
I
have
not
lost
them.
I
won't
lose
them
if
anybody
would
like
to
thumb
through
them
by
all
means
you-
and
this
is
only
going
to
grow.
This
is
just
going
to
ruin
them.
This
is
just
the
short
period
of
time
he's
been
here.
C
We've
had
conversations
about
the
span
of
of
some
veterans
over
different
wars.
You
know
from
world
war
ii
to
korea.
To
you
know
you,
you
name,
I
mean
it's,
it's
been,
it's
been
eye-opening
for
for
us
since
bio.
I
hope
been
all
I've
been
for
him
and
I
think
it
will
give
us
certainly
a
good
indication
and
good
view
when
we
do
order
these
flags.
I
I
guess
to
answer
that
to
answer
it
simply,
I
don't
think
we've
been
over
ordering
when
we
use
when
we
order
our
flags
on
memorial
day.
C
I
mean
we've
already
compiled,
as
you
see,
23
57
and
there's
some
very
large
cemeteries
left
to
go.
So
when
we
do
order
the
I
you
know,
we've
we've
been,
you
know,
if
anything,
maybe
even
under
ordering
slightly
right,
I
mean
I'm
not
you
know
saying
we
should
order
10
000
every
year,
but
we've
been
doing
pretty
good
and
I
think
the
substantiates
of
the
work
that
this
committee
has
done
and
and
ordering
and
approving
flags
for
for
our
veterans
as
well
as
mr
norman.
C
E
Mr
chairman,
I
have
a
recommendation.
I
I
would
recommend,
because
this
is
a
county
project
that
you
break
these
cemeteries
down
by
township,
and
I
know
you
have
some
of
them
that
way,
but
I
don't
think
all
of
them
that
way,
like
I
don't
see
anything
for
gibson
township,
which
I
know
gibson
comes
and
gets
a
box
of
flags
every
couple
of
years.
E
E
E
F
D
D
C
Questionnaire
our
point,
thank
you,
mr
chair.
Just
real
quick
too.
The
key
for
this
project,
as
mr
norman
was
mentioning,
is
that
this
information
is
being
input
into
excel.
Once
that
information
is
in
excel,
you
can
arrange
it.
You
can
do
all
sorts
of
different
tables
and
you
cut
and
paste-
and
I
mean
going
forward
too,
because
this
is
we're
doing
the
work
or
mr
norman's
doing
the
work.
You
know
that's
done
been
done
historically,
but
going
forward.
C
We
can
add
to
that
list
relatively
easily
because
we
get
paperwork
on
at
least
some
submissions
from
funerals
and
whatnot,
so
we
can
certainly
keep
you
know,
at
least
to
the
best
of
our
ability,
an
updated
list
going
forward
as
well.
So
I
mean
this
is
going
to
be
a
big
value
going
forward.
D
In
removing
duplicates
which
happens,
I've
got
the
same
gentleman
buried
in
two
different
cemeteries.
I
don't
know
how
that
happened,
but
I
guess
if
you
leave
them
both
you're
half
right.
I
don't
know
really.
B
G
G
G
C
And
you
know
it
further
discussed:
it's
not
a
not
a
hundred
percent
right,
because
we,
you
know
we're,
alerted
and
informed
when
there's
war
time.
However,
with
with
the
work
that
mr
norman's
doing
and
going
forward,
you're,
certainly
a
lot
more
knowledgeable
on
what's
out
there
than
you
were
before
so
you
know.
Maybe
this
is
a
project.
You
know
another
20
25
years.
They
would
like
to
you
know,
discuss
possibly
doing
again,
but
you
know
it
certainly
is
a
better
snapshot
of
what
we
have.
G
A
And
we
have
a
lot
of
them
that
don't
have
a
marker
and
also
they're.
They
don't
have
a
headstone,
so
they're
just
in
the
ground-
and
you
have
to
really
in
the
fall,
is
the
challenge
when
we
do
veterans
day
because
you
got
leaves
all
over
it.
So
it's
a
little
hard
to
find
some
of
those
I'll
get
some
of
those
to
him.
Then
too,
and.
D
B
A
Usually
best
thing
is
put
a
flag
out.
I've
gotten
calls
about
national
guard
people
in
our
cemetery
that
maybe
weren't
in
wartime,
and
so
they
say
well,
there's
a
national
guard.
Why
doesn't
have
a
flag?
I
put
a
flag
out,
you
know,
though
they
did
serve,
but
they
weren't.
You
know
more
time
or
world.
A
The
other
thing
is
the
upkeep
of
the
cemetery,
which
is
not
our
job,
but
you
know
we
can
encourage
people.
I
know
there
are
some
that
take
care
of
some
of
the
other
cemeteries
over
there,
pine
pine
ridge
or
whatever
it
is,
and
some
of
those
headstones,
especially
if
they're
in
the
ground
I
mean
they
get
covered
over
and
a
few
years
ago
we
had
some
of
our
youth
went
out
and
they
cleaned
back
the
grass
and
stuff.
H
Yes,
thank
you,
mr
chair.
I
just
wanted
to
make
a
couple
of
comments.
First
of
all,
thank
mr
norman
for
the
stellar
job
you've
been
doing.
You
know
this
has
been
a
a
project.
We've
talked
about
for
several
years
and
you
are
actually
getting
it
done,
and
I
know
how
hard
you've
been
working
and
it's
been
a
very
hot
and
humid
summer.
H
We
finally
got
a
breakthrough
at
the
va
with
your
help
and
assistance,
and
you
know
it's
noticeable
difference
the
last
few
years
since
we've
established
our
department
and
this
committee-
and
I
want
to
thank
the
committee
members,
the
chair,
the
board
and,
of
course,
the
great
staff
and
now
lenny
you're
you're
accomplishing
something
that
we've
talked
about
and
never
been
able
to
actually
get
done.
So
we
are
very
appreciative.
D
Thank
you,
sir.
I'd
like
to
personally
thank
gary
and
mark
they've,
been
great
they've,
both
taken
me
in
other
wings
and
helped
me
any
question.
I
have
and
maybe
the
same
question
three
times
a
week.
I
don't
know
but
they've
been
great,
and
you
know,
commissioner
mcgickle
you
were
talking
about.
I
spent
a
lot
of
time
with
these
monuments.
D
I'll
probably
go
through
a
pair
of
tennis
shoes,
pretty
quick,
kicking
away
the
weeds
and
stuff
to
try
to
get
the
names.
Some
of
the
tombstones
now
have,
and
I
gave
you
a
picture
of
it.
It's
a
little
plaque
about
like
this,
and
it
looks
just
like
the
veteran
plaque,
but
it's
stuck
on
the
back
of
the
stone
and
what
I
like
about
it
is.
D
You
can
see
it
in
the
winter
you
can
see
when
the
weeds
are
high.
It's
kind
of
a
neat
thing:
nice
yeah,
the
townships,
have
been
great
everyone.
A
Hard
work
walking
through
cemeteries,
I
put
the
flags
out
at
our
church
there
and
you
know
it's
uneven
ground
and
you're
you're
cropping
through
the
grounds
there
and
it's
raining
and
windy
and
cold.
But
you
know
you
want
to
have
those
legs
out
for
them.
D
And
yesterday
I
was
asked
to
leave.
There
was
a
funeral,
I
guess
I
should
have
checked
to
see
if
it
was
a
veteran,
but
I
didn't-
and
I
left
saint
ann's
for
about
a
half
an
hour
and.
D
To
come
back,
but
there's
a
lot
of
busy
work
going
on
these
places,
the
sextants
know
what
they're
doing
for
the
cemeteries
and
they
have
the
data.
It's
not
going
to
be
like
what
bay
county
has.
They
have
little
books
that
they
write
things
in.
B
A
A
C
Briefly,
so
this
this
year
is,
as
some
of
you
know,
it's
been
negotiation
year.
So
at
the
first
part
of
this
year
it's
been
heavily
involved
with
the
13
different
unions,
so
our
attorney's
been
part
of
that
that
process
and
continues
to
for
for
a
couple
but
the
and
then
she
was
out
for
a
couple
weeks
leading
up
to
this
meeting
with
kovid,
so
she's
she's
still
getting
caught
up
on
some
things.
We
talked
about
it
briefly.
Just
before
this
meeting.
C
I
would
anticipate
something
being
made
available
at
the
next
one,
based
off
the
conversation
that
I
had
today.
A
Yeah,
so
what
you
know
for
a
follow
up
on
that
and
then
we'll
finalize
our
recommendations
for
the
soldiers
and
sailors
relief
fund
or
whatever,
whatever
the
terminology
we're
using
now
anything
else
from.
I
was
looking
at
the
past
minutes.
I
think
that
was
the
item
we
had
referred
to
the
next
meeting
anything
else
in
that
minutes
and
we
said
we're
going
to
talk
about
it.
This
meeting.
A
C
I
was,
I
was
contacted
by
the
valley
garden
club
and,
if
you
remember,
they
they're
the
ones
that
did
that
a
beautiful
monument
at
vets
park
and
there
they've
got
another
project
almost
across
from
the
community
center
that
they're
currently
attempting
to
raise
funds.
For
so.
C
In
that
conversation
they
I
mean
they
were
going
to
reach
out
to
some
other
entities
as
well
to
try
to
raise
some
funds
to
do
a
nice
little
dedication
and
monument
and
and
all
like,
I
said
almost
directly
across
from
where
the
community
center
is
so.
I
don't
see
any
obvious
nobody's
here
today,
but
you
know
possibly
you
could
certainly
reach
out,
maybe
have
them
at
the
next
meeting.
You
know
whether
they
come
to
a
you
know,
regular
board,
meeting
or
the
committee.
C
You
know,
I'm
not
because
to
use
millage
funds
for
that
you
know
for
any
sort
of
a
donation.
Isn't
you
know
going
to
work,
but
possibly
you
know
for
the
county.
I
know
they
were
going
to
look
at
the
city
and
then
possibly
some
veteran
organizations
as
well,
so
just
see
if
anybody's
going
to
lend
a
hand
with
that,
but
they're
they're
staying
busy
they're
back
working
on
another
project.
Already
they
didn't
stay
quiet
for
very
long,
so
give
them
credit.
A
If
you
don't
know
that
they
brought
in
the
iwo
jima
memorial,
which
is
across
from
the
community
center
during
the
winter,
and
they
have
these
the
bricks
along
john
f
kennedy
drive
as
you
come
in.
If
you
ever
had
a
channel,
take
a
look
at
some
bricks
and
veterans
and
put
down
there,
they
dedicated
that
a
while
back
and
then
we
have
more
stuff
planned
for
the
park
too.
So.
A
I
don't
have
anything
else
at
this
time.
Anybody
else
have
any
announcements,
old
business,
new
business-
maybe
I
don't
know
mark
anything
on
how
things
are
going
downstairs
with
the
veterans
just.
A
A
So
I
guess
if
you
were
in
kepler's
you
and
you
should
contact
some
lawyer
because
they're
going
to
get
you
some
money,
it
may
take
a
little
while,
but
I
don't
know
maybe
maybe
you're
talking
about
camp
lejeune.
I
don't
know
if
you
were
stationed
anybody
was
stationed
there.
I.
A
A
F
Same
people
have
the
asbestos
all
it
is
for
the
ships.
You
know
there
was
always
commercials.
You
were
exposed
to
asbestos
yeah
when
you
were
in
the
navy,
david.
B
G
A
G
B
You
can
put
in
for
compensation
for
burn
pets
in
iraq
and
afghanistan,
yeah.
G
B
H
G
I've
referred
a
couple:
people
up
there
to
talk
to
yeah,
to
talk
to
you
as
we
get
the
problem.
Is
we
get
these
these
veterans
with
with
sorry,
the
old
soldier
sailors
or
the
state
of
michigan
the
trust
fund?
Those
are
all
wartime,
except
now.
The
trust
fund
has
this
over
65
peacetime
part
that
they're
doing
which
I
guess
now
is
a
permanent
part
of
the
michigan
veterans,
trust
fund.
G
So
we've
we've
have
folks
that
get
stuck
within
this
peacetime
period
since
75
till
1990,
so
we've
got
you
know
trying
to
find
them
funding
for.
Well,
we
can't
do
it.
The
state
can't
do
it
unless
you're
over
65.
Now,
but
now
we've
got
these
other
programs
that
we've
referred
people
to
to
for
rent
assistance
or,
if
they're
in
the
city.
A
All
right,
I
do
have
an
update
on
the
world
war
ii
veteran
that
we've
been
working
on
for
a
while.
The
color
guard
van
digby
and
the
color
guard
was
where
the
ceremony
and
somebody
was
doing
some
engraving
out
there
and
came,
and
he
asked
him
if
they
would
do
some
engraving.
They
said
yes,
they
could,
and
so
I
got
a
hold
of
him
and
he
was
going
to
come
in
last
week,
but
then
he
had
rain.
So
he
didn't
come
in.
A
I
don't
think
he's
in
the
area
must
be
out
of
the
area,
but
we're
hoping
to
get
him
up
here
and
see
if
he
can
put
the
name
on
that
they've
been
requesting
for
quite
a
while
on
the
in
the
church.
So
if
that
happens
I'll,
let
you
know,
I
guess
we'll
get
an
estimate
from
them,
and
you
know
I
don't
know
if
we
need
to
get
three
because
we
can
barely
get
one,
so
you
might
have
to
go
with
the
one.
Hopefully
it's
not
too
unreasonable.
F
That
was
warren
smith
who
got
behind
that
idea?
I
don't
think
anybody
knows
warren
yeah.
A
I've
got
names
like
I
got
one
from
for
huron
memorial.
I
called
up
there
and
he
said
well.
My
brother
does
that
so
he
gave
me
another
and
I
called
that
number
and
they
never
called
me
back.
So
I
don't
know
so.
If
anybody
knows
anybody
at
hearing
memorial,
they
said:
there's
somebody
up
there
that
does
it
too.
So
maybe
we
can
get
two
estimates
so,
but
we'll
keep
working
on
it.
A
Let's
see
upcoming
events,
I
know
the
color
guard
will
be
at
munger
in
a
couple
weeks,
not
this
weekend
but
the
following
week.
Well,
maybe
they
aren't
I'm
trying
to
remember,
I
think,
maybe
they're
skipping
munger,
because
they're
they're
getting
older
and
it's
usually
warm
out
there,
so
they
may
not
be
there.
A
A
F
I
have
sorry,
potentially
new
businesses
may
not
qualify,
but
you
read
the
meeting
when
I
gave
our
chaplain
campbell
a
box
of
chaplains
challenge
coins
to
use
for
funerals.
That
was
a
box
of
150
or
200.
F
I
paid
for
those
he's
gone
through
the
mall
and
he
called
me
last
night
and
he
said
you
know
I
need
he
says
you
can't
believe
the
impact
that
he
has
when
I
get
one
of
these
challenge
coins
to
a
widow
or
a
family
member,
so
he's
looking
to
get
a
new
supply
of
those
chaplain
challenge
coins.
And
you
know
I
don't
know
what,
where
the
appropriate
mechanism
would
be,
to
try
to
fund
this
on
an
ongoing
basis.
A
B
The
bay
county
military
honor
guard
we're
looking
for
new
veterans
or
non-veterans
to
join
where
our
we
have
an
older
population
and
they
are
passing
away
and
we
do
need
help.
So,
if
there's
any
volunteers,
please
call
gary
davitski
he's
the
commander
of
the
bay
county,
military
honor
guard
and
you
don't
have
to
be
a
veteran
to
join.
