A
A
D
E
Well,
there's
a
couple
different
things
that
play
there.
At
one
time
we
were
looking
at
a
possible
vehicle
through
whether
it
was
like
the
Sheriff's
Office
or
something
along
those
lines.
We
were
able
to
get
this
sedan
and
not
and
not
any
additional
vehicles
at
the
time
for
whatever
it
went
to
another
department.
They
had
their
claim
on
it
before
we
did
or
something
like
that,
but
I
can
I
can
give
an
update
to
something
else
here,
momentarily
okay,
there
might
be
other
options.
You.
C
Hi
my
name's
mark
I've
got
the
food
pantry,
free
and
ads
for
routes.
It's
going
very
well.
We've
had
probably
about
50
to
75.
That's
gone
through
I've
already
got
one
that
went
through
today.
I've
got
three
more
it's
going
through
tomorrow
tomorrow,
so
it's
doing
very,
very
well,
no
I
think
everybody
that's
been
helping
out
with
it.
Thank
you.
I
also.
A
C
E
For
it,
Thank
You
mr.
chairman,
so
just
a
quick,
quick
update
as
we
talked
about
last
week,
so
the
application
has
been
filled
out.
It
is
currently
rebate
of
undergoing
corporation
council
review,
and
then
the
chairman
of
the
board
of
commissioners
will
sign
that
and
that
turn
that
application
will
submit
that
application
by
the
21st,
which
is
this
coming
Friday.
They
need
they
require.
You
know
a
budget
and
some
itemized
lists
on
there.
One
of
the
things
that
that
we're
currently
looking
at
as
mr.
slipper
was
talking
about.
E
After
talking
to
one
of
the
transportation
drivers
is
possibly
looking
at
a
couple
minivans.
They
seem
to
be
in
favor
of
that
size
of
vehicle,
for
ease
of
Transportation
and
of
individuals
and
the
amount
of
the
capacity
that
those
hold.
So
those
will
be
that'll,
be
one
thing
we're
definitely
looking
at
doing.
You
know
it
looks
like
available
money
like
I,
so
as
$90,000,
so
shouldn't
shouldn't
be
an
issue
as
well
as
there's
other
other
items
on
on
the
grant.
You
know
and
the
application
itemized
list
as
well,
but
just
a
quick
update
with
that.
E
I
was
reading
quickly.
The
the
the
word
letter
shouldn't
take
too
long
to
get
a
response.
Back.
I
was
looking
at
the
timeline
that
was
in
the
guidelines
and
then
how
much
you
know
they
can
say
it
would
take.
You
know
X
amount
of
weeks,
but
it's
hard
it's
hard
to
say
once
you
know,
maybe
some
maybe
some
counties
decided
not
to
submit
and
those
types
of
therapy.
E
A
A
Reports
resolutions
military
hearts
across
now,
naturally,
after
that,
that's
already
it's
a
budget.
That's
in
the
county,
commissioner,
bud
that
well,
some
of
the
other
organizations
have
gotten
the
money
before
has
pretty
much
routine,
so
I,
don't
think
it
really
needs
to
come
to
this
committee,
or
does
it.
F
G
H
F
I
A
Thunder
whines,
that's
right.
His
name
is
on
the
letter.
You
know
so.
John
de
wises
would
maybe
have
an
idea.
I
know.
At
one
time
we
were
trying
to
do
a
census
of
the
veterans
in
Bay
County.
How
many
veterans
we
actually
do
have
I,
don't
know
how
far
we
got
with
with
that
I
know.
I
was
one
of
the
project
of
the
soldiers
and
said
was
worthy
fun
before
they
went
away
to
sort
of
get
an
idea
of.
G
A
H
That
the
form
I
was
putting
together,
you
put
the
Vista
forum,
I,
put
together,
requesting
veterans
assets
and
the
question
came
up
by
Maryland,
including
the
County
opt
out
of
that.
If
the
combi
opted
out
of
the
very
low
reimbursement
at
the
apt
at
all,
were
the
apt
all
of
the
whole
Act
or
could
they
opt
out
of
well
we'll
give
the
$300
for
honorable
discharge
veterans,
but
we
don't
give
her
go
up
to
$40,000
limitation
in
the
act.
If
you
have
a
million
dollars,
we
would
go
ahead
and
give
it
three
hundred.
If.
I
F
What
I
will
do
also,
in
addition
to
interpretation,
that,
after
terms
of
whether
or
not
they
can
opt
out,
is
I
will
check
with
the
voice
record
inator
and
see
if
she
can
find
in
tax
resolutions?
The
last
time
that
we
showed
up
before
the
board,
because
there
could
be
some
time
we've
got
you.
It
may
predate
all
of
the
members
that
are
currently
on
the
hoard,
which
is
very
good
at
fighting,
but.
G
F
F
F
Officer
my
concerns
our
due
to
the
fact
that
the
directors,
and
because
of
that
he
has
a
separate
job
description
that
is
governed
100%
by
the
county.
Executive's
I,
don't
believe
that
this
board
would
have
the
authority
to
prevent
what
Britain's
response
and
description
is,
and
if
it
relates
to
the
other
two
individuals,
we
can
run
it
to
some
parameter
standard
act
and
IRS
complications.
F
If
we
are
specifically
setting
forth
a
lot
of
the
job
responsibilities
that
they
have
in
the
bylaws,
due
to
the
fact
that
you
are
reading
a
very
blurry
line
regarding
independent
contractors,
vs.
employees
and
and
whether
or
not
you
want
to
subject
yourself
to
that
liability,
why
I
certainly
think
that
either
is
understandable?
You
would
want
to
include
those
positions
in
their
pile
of
them.
I.
Don't
think
that
you're
going
to
want
to
get
into
detail
in
terms
of
talking
about
the
specific
requirement
that
those
particular
individuals
should
be
enforceable.
That
would.
F
E
A
Falling
the
purchasing
discretionary,
we
have
some
some
places
have
like
you-
can
do
up
to
a
certain
amount
without
action
that
it's
like
$100
for
the
engraving
on
the
stolen
up
here.
Fuel
family,
by
the
way
I
saw,
was
a
you'll
that
was
on
the
obituaries
and
they
gonna
try
to
track
them
down.
It
wasn't
in
this
area
as
west
branches
somewhere
up
north
we've
been
looking
at
mine
I
would
follow
much
in
this
area.
That's
what
the
Ewell
family.
F
A
We
told
the
spring
crime
probably
and
try
to
find
the
family
of
the
other
other
things.
So
if
anybody
knows
any
you
listening
audience
as
I've
been
looking
at
mine
for
Bay,
County
and
I
didn't
find
any
in
Bay
County.
So
we'd
like
to
have
some
family
there
possible
or
it's
not
in
the
church.
There
was
a
church
member
actually
nominated
or
brought
it
to
our
attention.
So
we
could
invite
some
of
the
church
members
to
attend.
A
Any
other
new
business
I
have
I
passed
out
the
house
bill
from
Representative
elders
office.
That
is
a
marks
all
over
has
been
working
on.
They
got
to
meet
with
them
there.
There
actually
are
three
bills,
but
the
first
one
is
really
the
main
part
of
it.
The
second
bill
this
talks
about
the
form
of
government
that
we
have,
via
the
county,
exec
person
from
wording
that
the
ADA
we're
putting
up
and
then
also
about
that
it
doesn't
and
there's
one
other
bill.
A
A
There
was
a
amount
of
money
set
aside
for
emergency
funding
and
we
have
some
trouble
with
so
anyway,
we
have
a
meeting
scheduled
tentatively
Monday
at
1
o'clock
third
floor
with
representative
alder
I.
Guess,
if
he's
there
or
mark
marks
all
over,
so
that's
still
tentative
by
the
way
I'll
send
an
email
off
they
went
through.
The
other
check
is
scheduled
so
so,
and
you're
all
invited
if
you
would
like
to
attend.
A
K
K
I've
had
four
terms
in
Vietnam,
three
purple
hearts
and
a
Bronze,
Star
and
they've
been
living
this
home
in
the
cold,
where
I'm
told
all
winter
long
big
house
on
Fifth
Street,
and
he
was
just
so
absolutely
delighted
when
he
was
just
happy
as
could
be
when
he
died.
He
didn't
have
to
learn
a
code
inside
ourselves
and
it's
a
large
older
home.
It
was
just
off-center
evident
an
older
home
adulterer
and
the
boiler
was
very,
very
archaic
and
hold,
and
the
cost
replacing
the
boiler
was
$2,500
and
UAW.
K
K
I'd
like
to
see
this
committee
and
and
our
staff
have
the
ability
to
exceed
that
$300
limit
if
it
if
it
doesn't
solve
the
problem
for
a
veteran
and
if
we
have
the
money
in
so
far,
I
don't
think
staffs
here,
I,
don't
think
we've
had
any
one
but
really
abusing
abusing
and
coming
in
regularly.
I
couldn't
speak
to
that,
but
mark
or
Krystle
probably
could.
J
The
boilers-
that's
a
very
rare
case
that
we
get
that
anyone's
come
in
for
a
furnace
or
wired.
Something
major
like
that
under
their
house,
in
which
case
we're
limited
based
on
what
we
can
do.
And
so
we
we
usually
work
with
Canada
at
the
National
Guard,
who
has
other
funds
and
other
contacts
with
folks
that
you
know,
for
example,
the
Union
or
the
other
gentleman,
and
we've.
K
Also
had
utility
bills
that
gets
so
high
that
they're
giving
the
utilities
are
being
shut
off
and
they
seem
to
be
hundred
dollars
so
we'll
hopefully
have
a
productive
discussion.
Then
this
will
be
an
improvement,
not
going.
You
know,
tour
for
what
we
want
to
do
to
help
our
veterans
who
have
served
our
country
there.
A
K
Miscellaneous,
knowing
that
miss
lane
yeah,
if
we're
on
another
topic,
I
wanna
projects,
my
friend,
Fred
Ziegler,
said
I
got
there
just
after
your
left
of
evidence.
Yesterday,
I
had
three
visitations
of
close
personal
friends.
I
have
two
to
visit
and
I
was
assuming
I
know
that
you
we
had
the
date
down
for
the
end.
That's
veteran
of
the
Year
banquet,
so
I
was
there
last
night,
just
after
Marilyn
left,
so
I
want
to
apologize
or
beginning.
There
was
quite
an
event
for
Verna
Burnett
at
the
American
agents.
K
Giving
him
and
getting
out
was
a
lot
more
difficult
than
I
thought,
but
I
got
there
around
around
five
ish
I
think
and
it
was
pretty
well
dissipated.
There
were
some
people
left,
but
I
guess
Marilyn
had
just
left
and
you
just
left
as
well
and
then
also
I
want
to
say
that
parallelize
ours,
who
is
the
2020
veteran
of
the
year?
Congratulations
I'm,
sorry
that
I
wasn't
present
when
he
received
your
award,
but
Marilyn
and
I
went
to
high
school
together.
K
The
former
Maryland
pukaki
correct,
Brad
same
graduating
class
at
Central
High,
we're
very
proud
Marilyn.
How
you
tenacity
in
your
determination
to
help
veterans
after
your
military
service
concluded,
was
recognized
by
the
Veterans
Council.
We
also
have
some
other
great
people
that
I'm
sure
in
line
to
be
honored.
K
You
know
in
the
next
year
of
the
year
after
so
I
apologize
for
my
absence.
I
did
get
there
late,
but
unfortunately,
I
didn't
have
the
the
correct
times
on
my
schedule.
I
thought
I
had
time
to
to
get
out
in
time
to
enjoy
the
program.
But
three,
you
know
I,
guess
the
sign
of
our
generation
like
three
three
different,
not
funerals
with
visitations,
to
attend
them.
So
I
apologize
for
that.
But
I
want
to
congratulate
Marilyn
Lazaro
I
met
wonderful
award
and
accolades.
He
received
from
her
peers
in
the
veterans,
counseling
Bay
County.
