A
You
can
do
this
practice,
standing
or
seated
with
eyes,
open
and
no
props
or
different
clothing
are
needed.
It
is
designed
to
be
left
to
serve
your
welcome
customers
and
return
to
in
a
moment.
I
will
guide
you
through
the
practice.
Once
you
are
familiar
with
it,
you
can
keep
practicing
it
for
yourself.
A
This
exercise
involves
deep
breathing
if
you
feel
strain
or
become
breathless
at
any
point,
please
return
your
breath
to
its
uncontrolled
flow
and
continue
just
using
the
other
techniques
of
the
practice
order
and
collect
first
place.
Your
body,
in
order
with
your
feet,
hip
width
apart,
feel
them
planting
down
into
the
ground.
Your
legs,
steady
and
strong.
A
Your
spine,
lifting
up
tall
take
a
few
rolls
of
your
shoulders
and
wiggly
head
movements
to
release
and
then
relax
your
shoulders
down,
hands
rest
heavy
relax.
The
jaw
and
muscles
of
your
face
now
start
to
collect
impressions
from
the
world
around
you
without
judging
them
just
notice.
What
can
you
smell?
What
noises
man-made
or
natural?
Can
you
hear
what
can
you
see
notice
the
tiny
details
of
what
you
can
see
around
you?
A
A
A
Once
your
breath
has
deepened
add
in
the
focus
phrase
as
you
breathe
in
mentally
silently
saying
order
and
as
you
breathe
out,
silently
saying
and
collect
inhaling
order,
exhaling
and
collect
bring
your
mind
to
focus
on
the
breath
and
the
words.
This
should
help
you
to
let
go
of
thoughts
that
may
bubble
up
of
things.
You
need
to
do
or
events
in
your
life
and
help.
You
calm
your
mind
by
focusing
on
just
one
thing:
keep
returning
the
mind
to
breathing
in
order
and
breathing
out
and
collect.
