BCP Council raise a flag to show support for Armed Forces Day 2021.

Armed Forces Day is a chance to show your support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families, veterans and cadets.

As armed forces champion for bcp council, I was proud to be here today for the raising of the armed forces flag.

To recognize and say, thank you for the servicemen of this country for the work they've done in the past.

And the selflessness that they give to us in this present day.

It concentrates our minds today for the armed forces.

And what they give for our country- and it makes us remember the fact that we have two victoria cross recipients.

Who were former residents of this town,, who are commemorated with two slabs.
