Today
we
are
gonna.
Do
nine
different
exercises
in
a
tabata
style
workout?
Is
anybody
around.

Yep
here
we
go
hi
two
people
any
more,
but
you
will
need
some
equipment
today.
You'll
need
a
mat
if
you've
got
one
or
a
towel
and
a
heavy-ish
weight
if
you've
got
hand
weights
great.
If
not
you
can
you
could
improvise,
you
could
use
a
water,
a
water
bottle,
we're
just
gonna
press
it
above
the
head
with
squats
or
something
quite
heavy.
You
don't
want
anything
too
light.

will
be
too
easy
just
to
remind
you
that
this
workout
is
intended
for
fit
and
healthy
participants,
hi
brian,
without
any
pre-existing
medical
conditions
if
you're,
new
or
you're
not
used
to
exercise.
Take
it
easy.
If
you
need
to
stop
at
any
point
for
a
drink,
then
do
we've
got
quite
a
lot
of
breaks
in
between
each
exercise.
