We're
having
technical
issues
this
morning,
but
I
think
we're
nearly
there
my
name's
louise,
I'm
in
covering
for
good
morning
kay
covering
for
louise
who
isn't
in
morning
jess.
It
is
dumbbell
hit
training
this
morning
and
I've
got
a
nice
little
workout
for
you.
You
need
a
selection
morning.
Angela,
I
know
you
haven't,
don't
worry
technical
issues,
but
we've
got
it.
You
need
a
selection
of
weights.
A
I've
if
you
can,
if
you've
got
whatever
you've
got
and
we're
working
out
to
a
different
timings
with
active
recovery
in
between
yeah
we'll
get
going.
Shall
we
okay,
so
we're
going
to
start
off
with
just
warming
up
the
joints.
A
A
B
A
A
A
Side
of
the
ankles
twisting
right
round.
A
Okay,
let's
do
a
walk
out
press
up
so
touch
your
shins.
Come
down
to
your
into
plank
position,
drop
your
knees
if
you're
not
quite
ready
and
give
me
five
press
ups,
so
hands
are
wider
than
the
shoulders
pressing
down
into
the
palm
of
your
hand,
try
and
get
the
range
and
then
come
up
to
standing
repeat
that,
so
we're
warming
up
the
shoulders
knees
or
toes.
A
A
Okay,
right
we're
going
to
start
off
with
first
round
two
exercises
using
your
immediate,
a
medium
weight
so
probably
around
a
two
or
three
we're
gonna:
do
a
side
lunge,
just
using
one
weight
side,
lunge
with
a
press
side,
lunge
and
a
press.
That's
your
first
exercise.
Second
exercise
is
hammer
blow.
A
A
All
right
you
ready
to
go.
I'm
gonna
take
a
layer
off
thanks,
aunt,
okay,
so
we
have
side,
lunge
press
with
hammer
blow.
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
Come
on
down
to
blank
hold
all
right,
so
wait
underneath
your
over
your
hands
over
your
shoulders
push
forward,
suck
that
belly
button
in.
A
A
First
up
is
knee
repeaters,
so
bringing
the
knee
in
and
bringing
the
weight
towards
the
knee
joining
crunching
that
core
and
then
we
swap
over
to
the
other
side.
That's
the
first
exercise.
The
next
one
is
drop.
Squats
holding
your
dumbbell
here,
drop
to
the
floor,
jump
drop
to
the
floor,
so
you're
pushing
your
bums
back
coming
up,
quick
as
you
can
ready,
okay,
so
knee
repeaters.
First,
I
might
change
it.
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
A
It's
a
half
burpee
to
a
bicep,
kill,
half
burpee
to
a
bicep
curl.
Okay,
that's
your
first
round!
So
when
you're
in
that
half
burpee,
you
need
to
tuck
that
tailbone
under
and
really
work
the
core
to
bring
those
biceps
the
dumbbells
up.
So
that's
the
first
one.
The
second
one
you
pick
up
is
volleyball
block
starting
position.
Staying
nice
and
low
jumping
up,
throwing
it
into
the
hoop.
So,
whatever
weight
selection,
you
choose
make
sure
that
it's
challenging
yep.
I've
got
a
nice
four
really
there
to
do
that.
One.

A
A
A
Three
two
one
come
on
up
well
done:
well
done
everyone,
let's
just
stretch
it
off,
so
one
leg
behind
the
other
one,
bending
at
the
hips
coming
down
coming
down
to
your
shins,
all
down
to
your
ankles.
If
you
can
allow
the
head
to
just
look
at
the
knees
nice
hamstring,
it
band
stretch
a
couple
of
seconds
there
come
on
up
switch
it
over
other
side
bend
at
the
hips.
A
Come
on
up
all
right,
one
leg
forward,
so
front
leg,
bent
back
leg,
long
and
straight
roll.
The
shoulders
back
place
the
hands
on
the
smaller
back
open
up
the
chest.
Deep
breath
in
that
was
nice.
B
A
Come
up
to
standing
one
arm
over
the
top,
all
right,
so
after
a
weight
workout,
you
need
to
get
a
nice
breakfast
on
some
nice
scrambled
egg
on
toast
or
a
protein
drink,
get
the
liquids
back
on
and
I'm
across
the
front
so
that
your
body
can
grow
and
replenish
roll
the
shoulders
back.
A
All
right
team.

you
