Welcome

so
hit
is
high
intensity
interval
training.
You
should
generally
be
fit
and
well
before
attempting
to
do
this.
This
shouldn't
be
the
first
thing
you
try
and
do
if
you're
new
to
fitness,
so
this
workout
is
intended
for
fit
and
healthy
participants
with
no
pre-existing
conditions
or
injuries.

see
you

correct
your
form

just

that

we're
gonna
have
a
great
session
now
so
tonight
we
are
working
with
a

do
two
rounds
of
warm-up
30
seconds
each
and
six
exercises
we'll
do
them
through
twice
and
then
we're
going
to
move
to
a
40,
30
20
second
way
of
working.
So
the
40
seconds
is
an
exercise
that
I
believe
that
you
can
do
that
for
40
seconds.
A
Push
yourself
max
out,
and
then
the
20
second
exercise
at
the
end
will
be
something
that
is
probably
a
little
bit
more
strength-based
a
bit
trickier
and
if
you
were
to
do
that
for
any
longer,
you'd
probably
start
to
use
forms.
So
we've
worked
it
that
way.
So
give

volume.
