welcome
to
AAP's
we've
got
about
half
an
hour
of
pure
abdominal
and
core
exercises.
We're
gonna
work
on
our
front.
We're
gonna
work
on
our
back.
Most
the
time
lay
down
to
your.
You
will
need
a
mat,
make
sure
you've
got
one
and
a
dream,
because
it's
so
so
super
hot
today
is
anybody
coming,
but
everyone's
back
down
the
beach
again
aren't.

you
need

stop
at
any
point
and
have
a
drink
and
do
just
remember,
this
workout
is
intended
for
fit
and
healthy
participants
with
no
pre-existing

conditions.
If
you're
not
used
to
exercise,
you
need
to
take
it
easy.
Take
as
many
breaks
as
you
need,
so
we're
going
to
do
eight
exercises
this
morning.
So
the
first
two
exercises
we're
going
to
do.
One
minute
of
each
will
we'll
do
that
twice.
You
have
a
short
break
and
then
we'll
move
on
to
the
next
section.
