exercise
or

blowing

just
to
remind

this
class
is

take
it

drink
whenever
you
feel
the

whatever

warmup
and
then
we'll
gradually
build
up
really
hitting
the
legs
and
we're
going
to
focus

lot
on
the
arms
later
on
as
well
