relief from Section 223-17(E) to construct an accessory structure (accessory apartment) which
requires relief from section 223-17(E) to allow 858 sq. ft. of cumulative lot coverage (720 sq. ft.

2. Review and hold Public Hearing on application submitted by Thomas Butler, 97 Union Street,
