A
B
Unanimous,
do
we
have
any
public
comments.
B
D
Yes,
can
everybody
hear
me
yeah?
Okay,
thank
you
good
afternoon
board
members,
mrs
bruder
is
there
and
miss
jillian
roland
is
on
the
zoo,
but
we
are
presenting
for
you.
The
first
quarter
report
of
foia
request
that
we
received
from
january
1
to
march
the
31st
of
2022,
and
this
is
in
compliance
with
ob,
16.1
and
16.2,
and
we've
had
with
there
were
41
received
through
march,
the
31st
and
all
of
those
are
listed
in
compliance
with
the
law.
That's
attached
to
the
monitoring
reporter.
B
A
B
B
Yeah
apparently
jim
foster
told
me
that
they
did
frequently
get
that
request
from
the
media,
and
it
is
something
that
law
enforcement
produces
for
us
yeah
annually
and
they
their
reporting
structure,
was
a
little
different
during
covid,
because
school
was
virtual
for
so
long
and
that
kind
of
thing,
but
they're
back
in
the
cycle
was
reporting
it
again.
So
law
enforcement
provides
it
to
us
and
then
the
news
reports.
Yes,
yes,
yes
and
then
the
other
question
I
had
was
on
the
hiring
of
the
football
coach.
B
And
high,
wouldn't
that
be
protected
employment
information
or
was
it
just
like
requesting
the
rules
or
the
information
that
we
sent
is
obviously
redacted,
but
some
of
those.
D
What,
with
respect
to
we,
we
have
to
reject,
of
you,
know,
information
pursuant
to
employer
that
is
exempt,
especially
anything
that
has
to
do
with
our
children,
identity
of
any
children
or
personal
information,
but.
B
E
E
F
There
dan-
yes,
I
am
thank
you,
I'm
just
waiting
for
the
presentation
to
come
up
and
I
would
like
to
thank
the
board
for
taking
the
time
to
hear
about
the
pritchard
street
drainage
proposed
pritchard
street
drainage
and
water
quality
improvement
project
I
reached
out
to
robert
last
week,
and
we
met
on
site
thursday
to
talk
about
the
the
the
problems
that
we're
experiencing
on
pritchard
street
and
it's
a
mutual
benefit
for
the
town
and
and
also
the
school
board.
F
As
we
move
on
to
slide
two
here,
it
presents
and
shows
some
of
the
existing
conditions
on
the
project.
Can
it
can
we
go
to
slide
two
yep
one?
Second,.
D
F
So
the
the
pritchard
street
in
the
area
by
m.c
raleigh
school
here,
which
the
the
picture
in
the
upper
right
hand
corner,
is
the
entrance
to
the
parking
lot.
That's
next
to
the
pool
building
and
also
on
the
lower
left
corner
is
a
picture
of
the
entrance
there.
F
So
the
area
is
exhibited
by
you
know
flat
terrain,
lack
of
positive
drainage
and
ponding
water
and
storm
events,
so
the
proposed
project
would
attempt
to
capture
and
treat
that
stormwater
runoff
with
a
water
quality
device
that
that's
water
quality
devices
that
are
currently
proposed
in
a
concept
plan
in
the
right
of
way
and
then
also
within
the
parking
area
of
the
school
board.
Slide
three
shows
a
preliminary
concept
plan.
Here's
an
overview
of
the
area,
the
green
stripe.
F
There
is
a
representation
of
a
bmp
that
could
be
proposed
in
the
parking
area.
It
also
shows
the
school
in
the
surrounding
areas.
F
On
slide,
three
gives
a
little
bit
more
detailed
information
in
terms
of
the
current
concept
plan
on
this
sheet,
which
is
basically
showing
the
area
pritchard
street,
starting
at
approximately
the
parking
lot
of
town
hall
and
you
move
towards
bruin
and
the
school
board
property
as
you
move
down
or
into
the
middle
of
the
screen,
and
then
that
storm
drain
system
would
ultimately
outfall
at
an
existing
inlet.
F
The
next
slide
is
a
little
bit
larger
blow
up
area
of
the
area
with
the
parking
area
and
in
terms
of
water
quality
devices,
we're
we're
proposing
some
infiltration
and
also
a
bioretention
or
tree
well
type
situation
within
that
existing
parking
lot
for
water
quality
improvement
with
regards
to
the
water
quality
components.
What
are
quality
components
of
the
project?
F
And
now?
Yes,
you
can
go
down
to
slide
four,
if
you,
if
you
would
or
the
last
slide
with
regards
to
the
water
quality
components
of
the
project
and
the
project
concept
I
had
reached
out
to
dhec
and
the
319
grand
people
to
ask
them
about
the
probability
or
the
likelihood
of
receiving
a
grant
for
this,
and
they
requested
that
I've
submit
the
pre-application
for
the
319
grant,
which
I
have
done
that
was
completed.
F
I
believe
it
was
in
march
that
dhec
came
back
and
asked
me
to
submit
a
full
application
to
them
for
the
grant,
which
then
prompted
me
to
have
the
discussions
and
conversations
and
meetings
with
robert
about
the
school
board,
the
school
district's
interest
in
the
project
to
relieve
mutual
drainage
concerns
of
both
pritchard
street
and
also
the
parking
area.
F
So
with
regards
to
the
39
19
grand
and
the
full
application,
the
led
a
letter
of
support
is
requested
or
to
be
provided
by
the
heck
are
project
partners.
F
F
I
would
be
proceeding
with
design
development
moving
from
this
concept
to
30
percent
70
permits,
school
district
approval
and
so
forth,
based
on
final
scope
of
work
and
comments
that
that
we
receive
as
we
work
our
way
through
the
project,
the
town
is
willing
to
accept
maintenance
of
the
water
quality
device
in
the
parking
lot.
If
that
ends
up
coming
to
fruition,
the
existing
parking
spots
within
the
parking
area
would
be
maintained
to
the
greatest
extent
possible.
F
Currently,
it's
relatively
haphazard
right
now
that
there's
a
lack
of
parking
space
on
definition,
and
I
would
envision
that
to
be
better
defined
with
parking
spaces
and
the
bio-retention
area
would
be
most
likely
like
a
parking
island,
but
instead
of
the
parking
island
being
above
ground,
it
would
be
recessed
slightly
so
that
it
could
hold
and
store
some
some
some
stormwater
runoff
and
then
that
would
that
runoff
would
then
infiltrate
into
the
ground
for
water
quality
in
terms
of
partnership
opportunities
with
the
with
the
school
board
we
discussed.
F
Possibly,
that
is
part
of
the
project
work.
The
reconfig
reconfiguration
of
the
parking
lot
could
be
done
as
part
of
our
work.
We
could
repave,
we
could
stripe
and
so
forth,
hopefully
with
funding
support
from
the
school
district
for
that
portion
of
the
work
and
then,
lastly,
you
know
the
final
project.
Scope
of
work,
design
and
construction
is
dependent
upon
the
town
of
bluffton
approval,
319,
grant
approval
school
board
approval,
permitting
design
feasibility
and
and
obtaining
all
requisite
approvals.
F
So
in
terms
of
where
we're
at
right
now,
it's
just
a
request
for
letter
support
that
will
be
used
in
the
grant
application
full
application,
and
then
we
would
work
with
the
school
district
continuously
as
we
develop
design
and
define
the
goals
and
objectives
of
the
project
and
final
design.
Any
questions
comments.
A
B
B
E
E
E
E
So
this
is
an
area
that
is
held
water
for
years.
It's
always
been
a
problem
and
for
the
most
part,
the
town
of
boston
has
come
up
with
a
solution
for
that
this
area
and
then
correct
me.
If
I'm
wrong
here,
it's
very
means.
It
won't
hold
water
once
we
get
rid
of
the
asphalt
and
they're
going
to
design
the
basin
so
that
it
pretty
much
sucks
water
in
so
in
my
month.
E
So
I
don't
know
if
I
answered
all
your
questions
so
funding
the
town
of
bluffton
is
funding
this
on
their
own,
so
they're
going
after
the
grant.
They
are
not
at
this
time
asking
for
any
funding
from
us,
except
for
what
we
want
to
do
to
improve
the
parking
lot.
The
parking
lot
is
in
shambles.
E
I
mean
it
is
one
that
has
been
it
would
be
in
our
list
of
all
those
parking
and
driveways
that
were
part
of
the
referendum
they
got
pushed
to
the
next
one.
It
would
be
part
of
that.
I
would
highly
suggest
they're
going
to
do
all
this
work,
that
we
come
along
and
pave
around
it,
because
what
they're
they're
going
to
create
a
landscape
area
and
also
about
this
parking
lot.
It's
a
very
wide
parking
lot.
E
That's
just
kind,
there's
no
striking
anymore,
because
people
park
everywhere
and
what
dan's
referring
to
is
that
yes,
organize
the
striping
you're
not
going
to
use
any
parking,
will
create
a
landscape
buffer
in
the
middle
and
we'll
get
rid
of
standing
water.
So
in
that
and
for
us
it
doesn't
cost
us
anything
except
for
if
we
want
to
redo
the
parking
which
I
highly
suggest,
I
mean
just
repave
the
area.
E
F
I'm
I'm
envisioning
the
time
frame,
probably
being
in
construction
in
fy
23
sometime.
I
would
I'm
hoping
to
be
in
construction
at
the
end
of
23
or
at
the
very
beginning
of
24,
depending
on
what
happens,
permitting
wise
and
so
forth.
B
F
Water
in
this
structure-
no,
I
do
not
so
the
envision
here
and
and
this
area
it
does
have
well-draining
soils
and
that's
one
reason
why
I
went
after
the
319
grant.
Soleil
and
soil
b
type
soil
groups
are
well
draining
and
having
high
infiltration
rate
infiltration
is
the
best
way
to
improve
water
quality
because
the
water
goes
out
and
gets
filtered
in
and
then
is
replenishing
also
the
groundwater
table.
F
The
grading
that
the
grading
would
be
very
subtle.
It
would
only
have
water
in
it
and
and
on
the
temporary
time,
right
after
the
storm
event,
and
then
based
on
the
infiltration
rate
that
that
amount
of
water
would
be
gone
within
a
matter
of
hours
and
there
you
can
see
the
existing
condition
where
that
standing
water,
because
of
the
paved
area
stays
there
for
quite
some
time.
E
And
so
they'll
put
plants
in
there
that
love
water
that
will
soak
up
water.
The
only
kids
that
would
be
in
this
area
would
be
any
kids
going
to
the
pool,
so
kids
from
nc
riley
are
not
able.
E
My
only
change
that
I
would
make
is
I
do
this.
Is
this
copy
and
created
my
office?
Has
my
name
on
it?
I
would
suggest
changing
this
about
rodriguez
or
mr,
if
he
feels
like
it,
but
so
what
I
am
looking
for
is
for
approval
of
this
letter
to
be
showing
the
board
support
for
this
project
or
a
letter
of
this.
B
E
So
I
guess
the
town
of
boston
is
funding
everything.
The
town
of
boston
is
doing
all
the
work,
it
is
on
our
property.
So
as
far
as
an
accident
I
mean
we
need
wendy
to
weigh
in,
but
we
have
liability
because
it
is
on
our
colleges.
E
B
E
So
all
we
have
three
pools
that
are
on
our
property,
that
the
county
is
responsible
and
maintaining
up
to
the
year
2025
by
the
way.
So
there
that's
a
good
question.
E
B
E
And
now
we'll
see
right
now
the
bluffton
pool
is
closed
and
the
county
is
investing
in
the
structure
that
they're
hoping
to
have
complete
by
august.
E
That
was,
we
had
a
25
year
release
back,
maybe
more
like
that.
I
think
it
was
a
30-year
lease
baby
and
we
provided
the
property
they
built.
The
pool
part
of
that
allows
us
that
whole
arrangement
allows
our
third
grade,
second
and
third
grade
classes
to
use
the
pool
to
do
swimming
lessons
back
when
this
was
built.
C
E
B
B
Mr
audi,
has
I
don't
know
if
you
yeah,
you
can
see
up
there
on
the
screen
proposed
letter
of
support
and
he
was
wondering
if
the
board
would
be
interested
in
signing
it.
You
know
you
signed
it
on
the
board's
behalf
or
dr
rodriguez
signing
it.
C
B
Acceptance
to
approve
okay,
so
approval
of
the
draft
letter
regarding
the
joint.
B
F
E
We
have
the
new
format
that
we
started
last
year,
we're
following
that
same
format
and
with
that
I'm
gonna
end
up
careful
to
describe
what
is
in
the
book,
and
then
we
have
nick
fila.
That's
going
to
talk
about
in
more
detail
about
the
specifics
of
how
this
was.
B
So
we've
been
talking
with
you
all
about
facility
condition,
assessment
and
that
information
being
incorporated
into
our
10-year
projects
list
and
some
of
that
information
is
in
here
and
some
of
it's
not
quite
ready
to
go
in
there.
Yet.
But
the
really
important
things
that
are
priority
items
hvac
units
that
we
replaced.
That
kind
of
thing
have
been
coordinated
between
the
folks
doing
the
facility,
division
assessment
and
jd's
on
our
staff
to
make
sure.
B
C
B
You
look,
they
should
be
in
there,
they
will
not
have
dollars
yet
so
we
are
nick,
is
working
on
getting
some
dollar
figure
and
a
little
bit
better
scope
on
some
of
those.
The
list
was
very
flat:
200.
B
Projects
from
principal
request,
some
of
them
may
have
been
duplicative,
and
so
the
project
managers
were
taking
time
to
vet,
those
to
make
sure
they
weren't
already
on
the
list
and
make
sure
that
those
were
actually
project
things
and
not
maintenance
items.
So
those
are
in
this
year
as
well.
There.
E
E
Hopefully,
at
the
end
of
the
day,
today,
we've
established
kind
of
a
schedule
for
going
through
this
and
who
and
how
we're
going
to
develop
priorities.
That's
our
goals
and.
E
C
B
Sure
the
county
auditor's
office
has
a
deadline
of
july
15th
to
have
information,
basically
the
wrong
size
and
when
the
principal
interest
payments
are
going
to
occur
in
order
to
set
the
millage,
that
is
an
early
date,
but
not
only
one
that
this
auditor
has
currently
established.
We
previously
that
we
were
able
to
go
through
the
end
of
all
this
or
so,
but
in
order
to
meet
that,
we
need
to
have
fun
the
projects
approved
and
on
a
bond
resolution
passed
approved
by
the
war.
A
B
For
july
15,
he
needed
more
time
to
evaluate
the
numbers
to
establish
whether
the
knowledge
was
appropriate
or
not.
B
E
B
Yeah,
I
think
we'll
turn
it
over
to
nick
and
nick
is
just
gonna
kind
of
walk
you
through
the
book,
okay
kind
of
explain,
what's
in
each
tab,
and
maybe
nick
just
touch
on
the
fact
that
we
really
sort
of
gotten
our
wish
here
of
getting
a
good
database
of
projects
that
we
can
track
from
year
to
year.
If
we
move
things
forward,
things
work.
B
E
Yeah,
so
we
have
used
a
database,
an
access
database
since
2007,
and
we
have
maintained
it
since
that
time
and
updated
this
year.
Nick
has
built
and
revised
a
new
database.
E
G
So
with
that,
nick
all
right
afternoon,
everybody
the
so
let's
go
ahead
to
page
two
here,
similar
structure
to
the
book
that
we
presented
last
year,
we've
added
a
couple
of
more
tabs
to
this,
for
you
pretty
much
tab.
G
One
and
two,
I
would
say,
are
the
two
new
tabs
for
the
fy
fy24,
the
10-year
capital
investment
plan,
yearly
cost
summary
and
then
actually
a
breakout
line
item
by
line
item
then
tab
three
and
four
we're
going
to
get
into
those
are
similar
tables
that
you
saw
last
year
in
a
few
meetings,
so
they
should
be
familiar
and
tab
five
also,
and
then
the
furniture
and
vehicle
that
we
had
presented
last
year.
Can
we
go
ahead
to
tab
one
please.
G
G
Can
we
go
ahead
to
the
first
tab,
though,
because
I
want
to
go
ahead
and
show
the
tab
so
that
everybody's
able
to
see
it?
So
this
is
a
breakout
by
the
schools
of
what
we
are
slated
for
investments
year
by
year,
and
we
wanted
to
show
it
this
way.
That
way,
you
see
the
full
10-year
plan
school
by
school
and
you
can
see
how
the
trends
are
moving
in
each
direction.
G
B
E
B
E
Well
again,
though,
those
are
all
the
projects
that
we
have
right
now,
but.
B
E
A
Because
my
question
is,
how
can
beaufort
high
school
in
2025
have
3
million
867
dollars
when
we
just
did
a
major
stuff
on
paper
high
school
with
the
referendum?
That
seems
a
little
out
of
whack?
For
me,
I
mean
look
at
that.
E
G
So
what
we
were
doing
tab
one
obviously
was
simply
the
every
school
by
the
10
years,
but
let's
go
ahead
and
look
at
the
first
page
of
tab,
two
please.
So
this
is
actually
the
detail
of
the
line
items
behind
every
year
school
by
school
and
the
actual
line
items.
So,
as
everybody
was
saying,
all
the
different
capital
projects
available.
This
is
the
actual
line
items.
So,
as
you
asked
about.
E
E
That
you're
working
and
yes
you've
got
the
cake
expansion,
so
the
other.
The
other
part
of
this
is
that
we
look
to
build
a
referendum.
This
is
one
of
your
starting
points.
Those
projects
should
be
a
good
portion.
That's
this
is
kind
of
one
thing
to
start
with.
What's
in
our
agents,
what's
in
our
tenure
plan,
that's
what
you
start
to
look
at.
G
A
E
E
E
You
asked
us
to
use
esser
funds
for
swap
we
had
8
funding
for
hilton,
head
ecc
air
conditioning
and
I
think
our
sca
council
sda.
Can
we
swap
that
out
for
esotrons
that
really
drew
on
our
side
a
bugger
into
our
system?
I
would
say
because
the
esser
funds
have
already
been
approved
and
those
projects
approved
by
the
state.
So
those
changes
on
things
like
air
conditioning.
We
had
already
pre-approved
the
pre-order
of
those
air
conditioners,
so
those
air
conditioning
units
are
on
their
way.
Now
we
have
to
approve
the
project.
E
We
all
asked
us
to
put
in
nestor
funds.
So
now
we've
done
that
now
we
have
to
go
back
to
the
state
and
revise
our
plan
and
get
that
enemy
approved
again
can
go
into
greater
detail.
That's
probably
a
two
or
three
month
process.
Those
air
conditioning
units
are
on
order.
We
have
the
funding
now,
we've
kind
of
jammed
up
the
system
that
we
had
set
up
in
order
to
put
that
money
towards
guests
and
funds.
B
Does
that
matter
how
it
works?
Yes,
but
for
any
facility
improvements
they
have
to
go
through
all
the
school
facilities
in
a
special
approval
process.
So
you
get
initial
approval
for
the
activity
and
then
once
you
have
a
design
of
whatever
that
is
carrying
in
all
the
plans,
then
you
have
to
go
back
and
get
re-approval
facility
item.
So
there's
a
more
extensive
process
when
it
comes
to
facilities
within
the
house,
but
moving
forward.
C
E
Our
energy
manager
is
like,
yes,
give
me
more,
give
me
more,
and
so
that
is
a
conversation
tanya
and
I
will
have
and
see
opportunities.
B
Can
see
a
little
bit
more
of
how
the
level
of
spending
occurred
during
the
summer
because
we
should
see
an
increase,
so
I
would
hate
to
remove
funding
from
instructional
programs
at
this
point
in
order
to
put
report
facilities
when
we're
really
it's
a
little
too
soon
to
do
that.
A
I
agree
with
that.
It
just
seems
like
when
we
look
at
those
esser
presentations,
the
amount
of
money
we
have
for
instructional
programs
set
aside
the
amount
that
we've
been
able
to
spend
don't
match
we're
having
a
hard
time
spending
the
amount
in
the
instructional,
but
my
mind
would
I.
E
So
I
guess
my
point
this
is,
I
think
we
need
to
have
a
game
plan
on
how
to
pay
for
this
outside
investor,
when
esser
becomes
available.
That
can
supplement
that
and
that'll
just
make
more
money
available
for
other
air
conditioning
projects.
If
you
have,
I
have
enough
air
conditioning
projects
that
esther
and
eight
percent
aren't
going
to
handle
them
you're,
always
behind
in
roofing
we're
almost
caught
up.
E
G
Back
to
you,
okay,
so
on
this
tab,
the
only
other
thing
I
wanted
to
add
just
so
so
you
could
take
note
of
it.
You're
not
going
to
see
any
on
this
one
page,
because
this
is
fy23.
G
But
if
you
were
to
go
a
couple
of
pages
later,
once
you
get
into
fy,
24
and
moving
forward,
you
can
actually
see
the
principal
requests
they're
identified
by
the
third
column
there.
So
you
would
see
2022
principal.
That
means
that's
where
the
principal
request
comes
from.
I
just
heard
that
mentioned,
so
I
wanted
to
bring
up
that.
This
is
where
you
would
first
see
those
principal
requests.
G
You
so
this
right
here
this
is
the
actual
fy
24
scope
of
work.
We
condensed
it
down
just
to
a
an
excel
presentation,
a
table
presentation.
Can
we
go
to
the
next
page
please.
G
So
this
should
look
familiar
to
everybody.
This
is
organized
by
location
and
not
by
priority.
So,
as
you
can
see,
these
are
all
the
items
that
we
are
recommending.
We've
also
provided
the
very
first
column
item
number
that
correlates
to
the
next
section
that
we
will
be
looking
at
take
notice
of
that.
That
is
where
you
will
be
able
to
track,
which
item
is
on
which
page
in
the
much
more
detailed
section
of
the
fy24
and
as
you
can
see
it's
by
location
without
the
the
actual
priority.
G
That
is
where
what
we
did
present
last
year
is
also
the
second
or
the
tab
after
this
tab,
four,
which
is
the
priority
base
tab.
That
is
not
being
that's
reserved
not
being
provided
right
now,
because
that's
the
decision
that
we
need
to
make
today.
B
This
is,
you
know,
I'm
not
the
right
place
for
this
question,
but
I
don't
know
what
it
is
as
we
move
into
a
referendum
and
we're
evaluating.
Is
there
like
a
bucket
for
things
that
we're
not
going
to
recommend
for
the
2024
which
should
go
into
the
next
referendum?.
C
E
As
an
example,
somewhere
early
on,
we
decided
to
focus
on
safety
and
security.
So
then
you
started
looking
at
your
eight
percent
projects,
which
ones
were
related
to
safety
and
security
or
two
is
about
athletics.
What
athletic
projects
do
you
want
to
pull
out
to
be
part
of
the
referendum,
so
we
weren't
able
to
cover
every
athletic
project
in
the
10-year
plan,
but
we
selected
what
you
thought.
E
E
B
Yeah,
so
so
we're
kind
of
parsing
where
it's
exterior,
fencing
versus
windscreen.
Like
you
know,
the
fencing
around
the
baseball
field
is
looking
rough
and
ragged
and
that
I
think,
there's
an
expectation
that
that's
going
to
be
replaced
as
part
of
under
exterior
fencing,
because
otherwise,
what
I
will
say
I.
E
E
E
E
B
G
G
What
I
was
going
to
say
is
hilton,
head
island
high
school,
that
field
house
I
am
seeing.
That
is
a
2022
principal
request.
That's
why
there's
no
cost
on
it
right
now,
so
that
item,
what
we're
going
to
be
doing
with
these
principal
requests,
we're
going
to
bring
them
with
our
cost
customers
and
our
project
managers
and
go
through
all
of
them.
So
this
item
this
would
have
been
removed.
G
We
would
have
researched
this
and
seen
that
it's
not
because
we
don't
we're
we're
being
trying
to
be
very
careful
to
avoid
any
of
those
duplicates
and
redundancies.
G
G
So,
in
terms
of
this
list
now
I
mentioned
the
very
first
column
item
number:
when
we
go
to
the
next
tab,
you're
going
to
see
it's
a
reserve
tab
for
the
priority,
this
would
be
the
ex
and
go
to
go
to
the
next
page.
Obviously,
it
just
shows
reserved
it's.
This
will
eventually
have
a
similar
table,
but
it
will
be
organized
by
priority
once
we
decide
how
we're
going
to
set
that
and
that's
how
what
we
would
come
back
with.
Let's
go
ahead
to
the
next
tab,
though
tab
five.
G
I
believe
this
is
going
to
be
the
actual
detail.
Yes,
this
is
the
fy
24
8
detailed
scope
of
work
for
every
line
item.
So
let's
go
ahead
and
look
at
a
couple
of
these,
as
you
can
see
on
the
bottom
of
this
one
you'll
act,
it'll
actually
say
at
the
bottom
of
the
page,
on
the
footer
line,
one
or
item
number
one
or
line
item
one.
G
B
A
G
The
only
thing
I
would
say
is
inside
of
all
the
previous
tabs
you
and
what
you
will
find
is
the
appendix
after
this
section,
the
very
first
appendix
is
the
furniture
appendix
those
items
have
been
added
into
the
cip
and
into
this
binder.
So
you
will
see
them
there.
The
next
appendix
tab
is
just
for
reference
of
what
the
items
and
how
they
correlate.
C
B
B
They
suggested
we
used
1300.,
and
so
then
what
we
did
was
kind
of
build
this
furniture
replacement
in
at
the
time.
Other
work
was
being
done
in
the
building
and
trying
to
prioritize
and
pique
the
older
schools,
because
some
of
the
furniture
don't
really
know
when
it
was
purchased,
but
we
know
it's
older
and
it
needs
to
be
in
place.
So
we
just
sort
of
built
that
schedule
like
this
to
try
to
get
some
kind
of
consistency
across
the
bottom
as
just.
A
B
E
E
D
C
E
Give
it
to
you,
but
I'd
like
to
so
I
mean
in
the
last
couple
years,
and
I
know
mr
scrivener's
online
and
one
of
his
things
that
he
wanted
us
to
come
with
the
first
draft
and
bring
it
to
so
that's
kind
of
been
our
practice
over
the
last
couple
years.
The
other
option
is
for
y'all
to
look
bring.
E
Security
and
asset
protection
of
the
top
two
typically
and
then
you
know
usually
they'll,
fill
up
your
pot
of
money
and
then
any
of
the
others
yeah
and
that's
a
good
reason
not
to
get
back
to
the
reference
discussion.
But
that
was
our
discussion
as
part
of
the
referendum
on
why
we
addressed
athletics,
because
we've
come
a
long
time
without
any
money
being
invested
in
athletics,
because
we're
always
invested
in
safe
security
protection,
which
is
the
right
answer.
B
E
Because
well
like,
if
we
are
painting
an
entire
school
of
field
and
have
to
close
at
school,
then
we
try
to
do
as
much
as
we
can
now
to
further
complicate
next
year,
and
this,
of
course,
is
referendum
projects.
B
E
It
was
okay
that
was
not
part
of
the
referendum
discussion,
and
that
is
not
what
we
would
classify
a
statement
security,
but
you
have
to
do.
B
E
Yes,
yes,
and
that
discussion
came
up
after
the
referendum
passed,
but
safety
and
security
primarily
is
fire
alarm
exits.
I
think
what
I'll
say:
security
alarms
cameras
a
lot
of
that's
covered
by
the
referendum.
E
B
E
Exactly
what's
going
to
happen
as
far
as
our
property,
so
your
point
that
that
should
have
probably
a
priority
project
is
a
good
one.
I
mean
we're
required
to
do
it.
You
know
it's
kind
of
what
we
should
think
about
doing.
You
know
on
the
flip
side,
I
don't
know
this,
but
maybe
we
have
air
conditioning
that's
about
to
fail,
and
you
know
that's.
Those
are
the
tough
goals
when
you
only
have
enough
money
for
one
and
you've
got
replacement
of
a
kitchen
for
me
or
an
air
conditioning
unit.
That's
failing.
E
E
It
depends
on
what's
causing
them
a
lot
of
times
the
link,
the
first
thing.
First,
we
have
to
investigate
what's
causing
it
a
lot
of
times
it's
air
conditioning,
the
pans
and
the
air
conditioning
fail,
and
water
and
air
conditioning
unit,
either
wind
blown
or
rubber
gets
into
the
building.
So
it
could
be
an
air
conditioning
problem
which
may
require
complete
placement
or
may
require
some
work
on
the
unit.
But
just
I
don't
care
where
you
think
you
need
to
take.
Oh.
E
E
E
Very
good
question:
well,
we
are
trying
in
our
new
construction
not
to
what
my
mode
preference
would
be
would
be
a
mezzanine.
That
is
what
we've
done
at
river
ridge.
That's
what
we
did
at
may
river.
That's
what
we've
done.
Mostly
at
the
new
roberts
falls.
There
is
a
small
section:
that's
on
the
roof.
We
if
it's
been
passed,
put
on
the
roof
it
can
be
brought
down,
but
it's
very
expensive
once
it's
on
the
roof.
The
easiest
solution
is
to
replace
the
unit
on
the
roof.
So
so
shinglin
is
a
place.
E
E
I
mean
that's
good,
it
could
be
unclassified,
it's
probably
a
better
report.
Yeah
yeah,
like
at
the
data
a
little
bit
finer
point
on
the
categories
I
think
would
really
help
assess
like
instead
of
putting
recurring
over
here,
put
it
as
a
category
so
that
you
can
look
at
it
and
say:
okay,
that's
a
recurring.
A
E
C
B
B
So,
but
I'm
just
saying
like
if
we
need
two
means
do
we
want
to
do,
we
have
the
18th
and
the
18th
is
available
on
wednesday.
If
you
want
to
meet
on
wednesday
yeah,
I'm
not
available,
but
it's
so
if
you
want
to
do
that,
but
would
you
be
able
to
send
in
your
ideas
and
suggestions
prior
to
that?
C
E
E
What
we
could
do
is
meet
prior
to
graduation.
C
B
E
E
H
Thank
you
very
much
good
afternoon
and
thank
you
for
the
opportunity
to
provide
the
april
30th
executive
construction
update.
I
guess
as
robin
is
pulling
open
the
materials
I'll
begin.
It's
now
more
than
two
years
after
the
coveted
pandemic
struck
and
multiple
impacts
are
still
being
experienced
in
the
construction
industry.
H
We're
seeing
unprecedented
increases
in
material
costs,
supply
chain
disruptions
and
an
increasingly
tight
labor
market
that
have
resulted
in
many
challenges.
Project
managers,
as
I've
reported
for
the
past
six
or
more
months,
continue
to
do
a
really
good
job
working
closely
with
the
designers
and
contractors
to
find
solutions
for
these
challenges
and
keeping
the
school
administration
informed.
H
Moving
on
to
the
power
points
robin
if
you'll
jump
to
slide
five.
In
this
month's
report,
we
now
have
three
yellow
traffic
lights
that
are
appearing.
Last
month
we
had
two.
The
new
traffic
light
has
been
added
for
robert
smalls
international
academy
at
slide
five
there
for
battery
creek
high.
H
Our
schedule
concerns
due
to
the
various
material
delays
continue
to
be
experienced
and
we
continue
to
work
through
those
at
robert
smalls
international
academy
that
slide
eight
robin
the
scheduled
concerns
that
we
put
the
yellow
light
on
are
due
to
an
extremely
long
electrical
switch
gear,
lead
time
and
delays.
H
We
are
working
on
solutions
for
those
and
the
last
one
with
yellow
lights,
and
the
construction
update
is
on
slide.
27
there
for
hilton
head
island
middle
school,
it's
associated
with
the
budget
concerns
that
we've
been
sharing
for
months
as
well.
The
gmp
proposal
that
we've
received
is
exceeding
the
budget
and
available
funds.
H
Our
plan
is
to
bring
a
recommendation
to
this
executive
session
of
the
may
17th
board
meeting
so
that
we
can
have
conversations
regarding
that
gmp
proposal
for
hilton
head
island
middle
school.
So
we
can
get
that
hopefully
approved
next
week.
Talk
a
little
bit
about
project.
Closeouts.
First
talk:
eight
percent
project
close-outs.
H
We
are
down
now
to
having
two
remaining
commitments
from
the
fy
2018,
eight
percent
capital
funds,
there's
six
that
remain
as
commitments
for
fy
2019
and
there's
six
that
remain
under
the
fy
2020
commitments.
H
Additional
project
closeouts
are
currently
being
processed
for
the
referendum
projects
that
you
see
there
on
slides,
69
and
70.,
there's
six
of
them
that
still
remain
with
the
yellow
traffic
lights
that
we
have
received.
The
final
pay
apps
for
those
project
manager
has
reviewed
those
and
we've
begun
processing
those
for
payment.
H
We
do
continue
on
a
weekly
basis
to
address
these
project,
close
outs
for
them
not
only
the
referendum
projects,
but
also
the
eight
percent
capital
projects,
quick
little
update
on
where
we
stand
financially
and
on
our
amount
of
funds
paid
out
today.
As
of
our
expenditures
through
the
end
of
april,
the
total
is
now
up
to
a
hundred
and
twenty
two
million
nine
hundred
ninety
one
thousand
one
hundred
dollars
and
the
last
thing
I'd
like
to
share
under
this
exact
deals
with
our
community
outrage.
H
You'll
see
there
at
hilton
head
island
middle
school.
We
did
have
the
meeting
that
took
place
on
april
28th
at
the
hilton
head
island
sca.
H
We
have
meetings
that
are
being
coordinated
to
occur
at
hilton,
head
island
elementary
school
on
may
12th
at
noon,
and
we're
still
working
to
coordinate
that
meeting
with
the
hilton
head
island,
boys
and
girls
club
as
soon
as
that
date
and
time
gets
locked
in
we'll
go
ahead
and
share
that.
H
We
also
wanted
to
include
in
the
update
this
month,
information
related
to
the
hilton
head
island,
high
school
project
meetings
to
provide
a
project
update,
including
the
design
information
for
the
future
building
renovations,
are
being
coordinated
to
occur
at
hilton,
head
island,
high
school,
with
staff
on
may
17th
and
the
information
that's
on
the
screen
right.
There
is
slightly
incorrect.
H
It
shows
a
7
30
a.m,
start
time
late
yesterday,
the
principal
requested
that
that
get
moved
for
a
7
15
start
time,
and
then
we
also
have
the
next
meeting
with
the
student
improvement
council
scheduled
for
may
19th
at
6
00
p.m.
H
A
Thank
you,
mr
corbin.
I
am
concerned
about
hilton
head
island
middle
school.
I
know
that
there's
been
a
lot
of
value
engineering
occurring
and
now
this
is
the
gmp
is
exceeding
available
project
funds.
H
I
guess
let
me
take
the
first
question
regarding
the
value
engineering
concerns.
I've
gone
over
that
list
of
items
that
have
been
considered
with
project
manager.
I
don't
see
this
as
something
that
is
distracting
or
taking
away
from
the
project
in
a
as
it
was
originally
intended.
H
So
from
that
perspective,
I
don't
think
your
concerns
are
coming
to
fruition
there.
As
far
as
the
budget
goes.
Typically,
we
try
to
talk
those
type
of
items
first,
in
executive
session
robert,
if
you'd
like
to
maybe
help
me
with
that
portion,
I
I
would
appreciate.
A
H
B
That
but
just.
H
But
but
the
available
funds
exist
from
the
program,
contingency
pot
of
funds.
For
that
and,
like
robert
said
it
it's
more
than
what
we
would
like
to
see,
but
we
fully
plan
to
bring
that
to
the
board
meeting
next
week.
So
we
can
have
those
discussions.
E
H
Is
it
almost
feels,
like
I'm
chasing
a
number
where
I
felt?
I
think
I've
shared
already
that
similar
to
what
we
did
in
the
fall
of
last
year
with
the
mid
program
reset
I've
begun
another
one
of
those
exercises
that
I'm
referring
to
as
version
two,
because
a
lot
has
changed
since
the
last
time.
We
did
that
six
or
seven
months
ago
and
the
these
challenges
are
coming
in
from
just
about
all
different
angles
possible
and
it
it's
been
very
difficult
to.
H
You
know,
get
our
hands
around
it
and
the
the
construction
managers
are
experiencing
this
same
challenge
because,
as
they
go
out
to
their
subcontractors,
to
try
to
get
some
pricing
back
they're
running
into
the
the
challenges
that
they're
receiving
from
suppliers
etc,
and
just
trying
to
lock
in
prices
and
with
all
of
those
you
know,
increases
occurring
with
material
costs.
The
supply
chain
disruptions.
H
G
E
Today
and
you
know
honestly-
and
we
actually
just
got
a
report
from
and
that's
not
a
normal
problem,
you
know
that
is
a
simple
thing
to
do-
that
all
of
a
sudden
is
a
major
problem.
At
beaufort
l,
the
contract
just
informed
us,
they
can't
get
their
mobile
move,
and
so
it's
gonna
have
to
sit
there
a
little
while
longer
so
now,
we've
solved
the
problem
at
hilton,
head
middle
school.
E
Actually
we're
bringing
someone
down
from
north
carolina,
that's
going
to
be
able
to
move
it
for
us,
but
frankly
well,
and
the
reason
behind
that
is
because
there's
been
a
consolidation
of
the
mobile
companies
and
there's
only
like
one
or
two
big
players.
Now
they
will
not
move
mobiles
for
us
that
we
don't
purchase
from
them
since
we
own
it,
they.
E
A
E
Exactly
but
the
problem
was
we
did
not
originally
want
to
put
them
on
the
tennis
board,
forced
us
to
do
that
as
part
of
that
permitting
process.
So
if
we
moved
them
to
where
we
wanted
to,
we
may
have
upset
osf
even
more
because
they
didn't
want
them
there
and
we
would
have
already
put
them
there
without
getting
their
approval.
So,
yes,
if
we,
if
we
had
the
spot
already
permitted
and
approved,
we
could
move
them
right
there.
E
B
So
I
guess
at
this,
the
plan
is
we'll,
come
back
and
do
this
on
the
18th
that
what
time
do
we
settle
on
what
oh
I'll
figure
it
out
and
you're
going
to
hopefully
get
us
a
draft
of
your
recommendations
prior
to
that,
just
because
it's
time
you
get
it
like
anything
by
friday.
I
guess
I
just
look
at
this.
