If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Calling
this
thing
to
order:
this
is
the
December
8th,
September
6th
operations
committee
meeting
myself,
Belle
Campbell
Patricia,
fidrich,
Dr,
Bruder
and
Wendy
Cartledge
as
well.
Right,
yes,.
B
A
Candy
channels
involved,
so
if
you
guys
will
rise
with
me
to
say
the
Pledge
of
Allegiance
foreign
I,
pledge
allegiance
to
the
flag
of
the
United
States
of
America
and
to
the
Republic
for
which
it
stands.
One
nation
under
God
indivisible
with
liberty
and
justice
for
all.
A
Okay,
any
Let's
see
we
need
to
approve
the
agenda.
A
D
Can
you
guys
hear
me:
okay,
yep,
okay,
so
OE
one
is
global,
operational
expectation
and
it
is
the
to
take
reasonable
measures
to
protect
the
Beaufort,
County,
School,
District's,
Public,
Image
and
so
I'll.
Give
you
a
quick
summary
here,
I
think,
one
of
the
main
things
that
we
did
this
year
that
has
helped
this
is
we
launched
30
new
school
websites
and
the
new
District
website
which
drastically
increased
our
online
presence?
D
We
also
we've
continued
to
participate
in
numerous
media
interviews.
We
do
that
many
times
throughout
the
week
we
try
very
hard
to
be
transparent
and
it's
very
rare
that
we
will
turn
down
a
news
interview.
D
D
We
also
this
year
have
engaged
a
lot
with
our
community
and
our
economic
ecumenical
Partners,
especially
with
our
Extended
Learning
programming
student
advisory.
Council
meetings
were
held
at
each
High
School
in
the
spring
and
fall.
We
met
with
parent
advisory
groups
and
teacher
Representatives.
We
maintained
consistent
communication
through
mobile
calls
and
emails
to
District
families
and
employees,
and
we
have
the
clock,
obviously,
which
is
I,
think
that's
a
very
important
piece
this
year
for
our
Public
Image.
D
They
obviously
reported
their
own
meetings
and
at
the
Board
of
Education
meetings
and
they
have
a
very
Hefty
section
on
our
website
and
then
we,
as
we
always
do,
promote
our
district-wide
initiatives
on
on
our
website,
social
media
and
the
YouTube
channel.
C
Not
a
question
as
much
as
a
comment:
Dr
Bruder
I,
think
that
this
launch
of
the
new
website
has
has
really
I
agree
done
an
awful
lot
to
capture
what
is
going
on
in
our
schools
and
the
district,
the
Facebook
page,
the
the
the
videos
of
our
local
schools
and
all
the
good
things
that
are
happening
there.
C
And
it
does
appear
to
me
at
least
that
you
are
very
open
to
and,
as
is
Dr
Rodriguez
speaking
to
the
the
local
media
and
trying
to
get
the
the
correct
information
out
there.
So
I
absolutely
would
move
to
accept
operational
expectation.
One
Global
operational
expectation.
A
Was
that
a
second?
Yes,
all
right
and
I'd
like
to
make
a
blanket
statement:
Miss
Federation!
If
it's
okay,
can
we
put
all
of
our
OES
that
were
coming
out
of
operations
committee
on
the
consent
agenda.
C
E
F
B
A
A
You,
okay,
so
that's
unanimous
and
I'm
gonna
quickly,
move
on
to
OE
number
two.
D
This
one
I
believe
swalton
is
presenting.
G
A
You
want
to
go
to
three
yeah.
Why
don't
we
just
table
this
for
a
moment
and
go
on
to
OE
three.
D
A
D
So
yeah
oe3
the
treatment
of
stakeholders.
This
is
the
superintendent,
shall
maintain
an
organizational
culture
that
treats
all
people,
including
parents,
citizens
and
staff
with
respect
dignity
and
courtesy.
D
The
first
thing
is
that
we
do
manage
information
in
ways
that
come
from
confidential
information
is
protected
and
Miss.
Walton
is
also
able
to
speak
to
this,
but
we
have
purpa
and
ethics
training
completed
by
all
employees.
District
employees
signed
their
annual
confidentiality
agreement.
Technology
has
automated
filters
that
protect
data.
Our
fire
requests
our
review
to
make
sure
no
confidential
information
is
shared.
Even
when
we
post
to
the
website.
D
We
take
our
requesters
personal
emails
out
and
things
like
that
and
when
responding
to
Media
requests,
we
actually
do
get
a
lot
of
media
requests.
Wanting
information
about
employee
matters
or
student
disciplinary
matters,
and
you
know
we
always
decline
to
comment
on
those
things
to
protect
confidentiality
in
terms
of
handling
complaints,
complaints
or
concerns
that
we
receive
via.
Sometimes
we
get
them
via
social
media.
We
might
get
them.
You
know
telephone.
D
The
reported
concern
form
on
the
district
website
is
utilized
frequently,
and
that
is
routed
to
The,
District
staff,
member
or
School
principal
best
suited
to
respond.
If
a
complaint
is
not
resolved
at
this
level,
it
gets
directed
to
the
superintendent
or
the
superintendent's
designee,
see
here
in
terms
of
having
a
culture
that
values
individual
differences
of
opinion
and
includes
all
people
have
decisions
and
has
open
and
honest
communication
with
written
and
interpersonal
interaction
in
order
to
achieve
the
board's
results,
policies
in
maintaining
an
open,
responsive
and
welcoming
environment.
D
D
Obviously,
we
have
the
student
advisory,
Council,
parent
advisory
groups,
teacher
representative
groups
and
Community
groups,
and
we
work
really
hard
to
you-
know:
keep
our
internal
and
external
key
stakeholders
informed
via
the
website
social
media
news
releases
messaging.
Of
course,
our
robocalls
and
our
YouTube
videos,
foreign.
A
I
have
one
question:
oh
sorry,
Miss
Ventures
go
ahead.
Oh
I
just
wanted
to
hear
a
little
bit
more
about
vcsd
yeah
BCS,
no
bscd
Beaufort,
County
dcsd
engaged
how
do
people
so
how
do
people
get
to
that
website?
It.
D
E
D
If
you
like,
you're
on
the,
if
you
go
to
the
home
page
of
the
website,
it
is
then.
D
C
A
Have
any
data
about
how
many
clicks
and
site
visits
and
engagements
we're
getting
off
of
this
one?
We.
A
Yeah
I
found
it
I
just
you
know,
because
I
think
this
is
a
really
cool
thing
and
sometimes
when
you
get
two
or
three
you
know
menus
deep.
A
It
can
be
hard
to
find
and
if
people
don't
already
know
what
they're
looking
for
so
I
would
love
to
see
kind
of
the
usage
and
the
clicks
and
see
if
that's
something
that
you
know
as
a
representative
of
the
community
I
could
make
people
more
aware
of
so
sure
you
have
that
data
I'd
love
to
see
it
yeah
sure
I
can
totally
get
that
for
you
awesome.
That
was
my
question.
Miss
fidritch!
You
had
a
question
as
well.
C
I
did
Robin.
Could
you
go
back
to
that
executive
summary
when
you
get
a
second,
please
and
Dr
Bruder?
My
question
was
about
the
complaints
and
the
complaints
are.
If
someone
sends
one
it's
routed
to
either
you
know
the
appropriate
person
and
so
on,
and
if
it's
not
resolved
thanks,
Robin
yeah
right
there
number
two
complaints
or
concerns
are
received
routed
to
the
appropriate
member.
If
it's
not
resolved
directed
to
the
superintendent
or
designee,
how
do
we?
C
D
Will
say
that
95
of
these,
the
executive
director
of
the
school
is
copied
on
on
them.
So
if
we
get
a
get
a
complaint,
it
goes
to
like,
if,
if
it's
appropriate
for
it
to
go
to
the
principal,
it
will
go
to
the
principal,
but
the
Ed
is
copied
on
there
as
well,
and
then
we
typically
will
follow
up
with
the
Eds
having
the
Eds
has
been
such
a
great
thing
for
the
district
and
in
situations
like
this
has
been
very,
very
helpful.
D
Sometimes
the
Eds
will
talk
with
the
principal
or
and
or
the
teacher
involved,
and
then
the
Eds
will
make
the
phone
call
to
the
parent,
so
the
Eds
have
been
very
good
at
staying
on
top
of
all
that
and
we'll
follow
up
with
them.
You
know,
especially
if
there's
something
extra
sensitive
that
comes
through
know.
C
Okay,
yeah,
that's
good
to
know,
because
I
can
only
imagine
how
you
know
many
emails
or
principals
get
a
day
but
having
that
additional
layer.
So
thank
you
yeah.
Thank
you.
G
A
Lost
yeah,
sorry,
we
need
a
motion
for
to
accept
operational
expectations.
Oe3.
A
I
think
Bill
said
I.
Yes,
that's
three
unanimous.
A
Do
we
want
to
go
back
to
oe2
or
yeah
is
Miss
Walton
on
now?
Yes,
okay,
perfect
I
am
I'm
Miss
Walton.
H
Hello,
everyone
I'm
I
apologize
for
my
lateness,
but
I
had
a
emergency
HR
issue.
H
This
afternoon
the
superintendent
is
bringing
forth
oe2,
and
this
is
just
his
plan
for
secession.
What
happens
when
he's
not
in
the
building,
who's
responsible
and
I
think
he?
We
have
all
the
key
components
of
this
as
well
as
we
have
provided
and
forward
chart
for
you,
so
that
you
can
look
at
foo
Falls,
where,
when
either
one
of
the
executive
leaders
out
of
the
building,
so
it
looks
at
him
as
the
superintendent
that
looks
at
the
deputy
superintendent
and
then
it
looks
like
looks
at
all
of
his
senior
staff.
F
H
No,
it
just
would
be
me,
it
would
stop
at
me.
Dale
covers
for
me
as
the
HR
officer.
So
what
you
have
is
your
senior
staff
and
I'll
use
myself
as
an
example
as
HR,
and
then
my
drop
down
person
is
Dale
Crawford
and
same
with
Tanya.
Her
drop
down
person
is
Reggie
Murphy,
so
those
are
your
senior
staff
across
the
board.
The
deputy
superintendent
only
drops
down
to
me.
H
I
guess,
if
you
want
to
go
and
lay
her
down,
it
would
go
to
Tanya.
Okay,
it
would
go
across
the
senior
staff.
C
Was
there
not
a
page
two
to
this?
Also,
a
narrative
and
I.
Was
there
another
section
to
this?
There
was
a
narrative
that
I
saw
you.
C
C
The
only
thing
I
don't
see
in
there
that
is
in
the
OE,
is
the
executive
director
of
Elementary
and
of
secondary.
So
where
do
they
fall
on
that
org
chart?
Well.
H
We
look
at
those
positions
a
little
bit
differently,
because
if
those
people
are
out
or
they're
they're,
not
here,
the
schools
maintain
and
function
with
them
answering
to
the
superintendent
as
the
the
superintendent
of
the
district
and,
if
they're
going
to
be
gone
for
any
amount
of
time
that
we
advertise
for
those
positions
and
replace
those
people.
C
Okay,
so
I
don't
know,
maybe
OE
2.2,
Miss
boat
right
I'm,
just
wondering
if
there's
even
a
need
to
have
in
there
the
executive
director
of
Elementary
and
secondary
would.
A
You
recommend,
maybe
policy,
taking
a
look
at
this
one
and
refining
it
a
little
bit
well.
C
I
I
think
that
the
spirit
of
this
is
exactly
as
Miss
Walton
answered
and
presented
the
spirit
of
a
succession
plan
and
I.
Think.
Oh,
we
2.2
kind
of
muddies
the
water
a
little
bit
like
what
is
it
really
looking
for
so
again,
I
mean
we're
kind
of
making
a
list
here
of
things.
That
policy
should
look
at
because
I
mean
this
is
really
the
the
first.
C
You
know
post
covid,
where
that
we're
doing
a
lot
of
these
OES
in
depth
and
so
yeah
I
I
do
think
that
maybe
it
would
be
advantageous
for
policy
to
look
at
082.2,
okay,.
A
A
C
B
A
So
well,
I,
don't
think
we
need
a
motion
to
send
it
to
policy
committee
I'll.
Just
we'll
make
a
note
of
it
and
I'll
mention
the
report,
but
we
still
need
a
motion
to
accept
OE
too.
A
A
It
has
a
lot
of
bits
and
pieces
and
to
me
there's
a
lot
of
stuff
in
here
that
doesn't
necessarily,
in
my
opinion,
fall
under
the
purview
of
the
communication
department,
but
it
is
actually
designed
OE
10
communicating
with
the
board,
so
it
absolutely
makes
sense
that
Dr
Bruder
would
be
spearheading
this
OE
monitoring
report,
but
I
had
some
ideas
and
I
thought
we
could
just
go
through
what
we
have
here,
we're
not
it's.
It
doesn't
cover
everything
in
that
OE.
There's
some
other
odds
and
ends
that
I.
A
Don't
really
think
the
communication
department
has
a
whole
lot
to
do
with.
So
what
I
think,
if
you
guys
want
well,
let's
go
through
the
OE
10
and
if
it's
amenable
I
think
treating
it
similar
to
oe2
and
saying
okay,
let's
accept
the
communication
part
of
this
and
the
spirit
of
communication
with
the
board
and
then
ask
that
policy
committee.
Take
a
look
at
this
because
there's
some
stuff
in
here
that
I
think
needs
to
be
either
rerouted
or
addressed
a
little
bit
differently.
A
So,
if
that
we
can
kind
of
see
how
you
guys
feel
after
Candace
presents,
but
that's
just
kind
of
my
thoughts
on
Oe
10.,
does
anybody
have
any
objection.
A
So
Dr
Bruder
present
what
you've
got
on
OE
10
and
then
we'll
we'll
see
what
happens.
D
Sure,
thank
you
so
yeah.
This
is
obviously
communicating
with
the
board
and
you're
correct.
There
are
a
lot
of
little
pieces
here
that
everybody
contributes
to
to
make
sure
that
the
board
is
fully
and
adequately
informed.
D
Work
and
significant
organizational
concern,
so
the
first
thing
on
here
is:
you
know
you
guys
get
the
my
daily
email
updates
that
are
usually
about
significant
media
interviews
and
publicity.
D
Incidents
on
school
grounds
and
athletic
athletic
facilities
are
on
our
buses.
That
includes
student
or
staff,
arrests
on
school
grounds
as
part
of
a
school
related
incident.
There's
also
different
areas
of
the
district
that
report
to
you
on
budget
transfers
greater
than
fifty
thousand
dollars
any
sort
of
anticipated
or
actual
non-compliance
with
board
operational
expectations
policy
or
any
anticipated
roadblocks
towards
reasonable
progress
on
a
results,
policy,
administrative
actions
and
decisions
that
are
delegated
to
the
superintendent
and
required
by
law
to
be
approved
by
the
board.
D
Any
significant
changes
to
instructional
programming
attendance
boundaries
and
district-wide
initiatives
that
impact
students,
Educators
employees,
parents
and
or
Community
Partners
individual
board
members
who
may
have
intruded
into
areas
assigned
to
the
superintendent
or
who
were
not
complying
with
board
commitments
and
responsibilities,
or
accountability
and
monitoring
policies.
D
Anybody
any
employees
arrested
or
suspended
from
their
duties
to
include
the
charges.
Individuals
considered
for
administrative
or
general
contracting
positions
who
are
immediate
family
members
of
the
superintendent
executive,
leadership,
team
or
principals.
Any
individuals
employed
with
a
major
contracted
service
or
construction
vendor
who
are
immediate
family
members
of
the
superintendent
executive,
leadership,
team,
principals
facility
planning
and
construction
officer
for
procurement
or
constructing
personnel.
D
A
Yeah,
that's
a
that's
a
that's
a
big
bite
that
OE
and
I
think
that
in
this
the
the
mission
critical
part
of
that
OE
that
I
think
we've
the
district's
done
a
great
job
of
there
wasn't
a
ton
of
supporting
documents,
but
I
think
we
all
kind
of
know
some
of
it's
difficult
to
come
up
with
supporting
documents
on
it.
A
But
I
do
think
that
I
would
like
to
have
policy.
Look
like
OE
11
review
and
recommend
changes
in
attendance
boundaries,
OE
6,
presenting
information
and
simple
and
concise.
There's
a
few
in
here
that
I
would
like
to
say
that,
as
a
caveat,
ask
policy
Committee
in
January
to
take
a
look
at
that,
because
I
think
some
of
this
stuff
in
here
is
a
difficult
to
report
on
and
be
very
much
not
in
the
purview
of
the
communication
director,
but
I
think
to
the
spirit
of
what
this
OE
10.
A
A
I
remember
we
did
with
this
one
last
year.
If
this
was
part
of
the
communication
report
out,
does
any
Trisha.
You
have
a
much
better
memory
than
me.
Okay,
so,
when
I
dug
into
this
OE
over
the
weekend,
I
realized
that
there
are
things
that
really
are
not
part.
I
should
not
be
part
of
communicating
with
the
board
they
might.
Actually
some
of
these
might
actually
be
better
served
under
GCS.
You
know
gov
whatever
they
call
that
the
governing
commitment.
A
What's
the
C
stand
for
governing
culture
right
governing
culture,
because
it's
really
more
about
how
the
board
and
the
superintendent
interact,
which
is
a
lot
of
what
the
GCS
are
for
so
but
I
do
think
that
when
you
say
policy,
OE
10
communicating
with
the
board
I
think
what
that
OE
is
trying
to
get
to
is
how
do
we?
How
does
the
superintendent
keep
the
board
informed
of
these
specific
areas
and
I
do
feel
like
there's
a
lot
of
documentation
of
when
that's
been
done,
I
mean
we've
all
gotten
calls
on
weekends.
A
On
evenings,
you
know
daily
emails,
updating
us
on
things
that
are
impactful
to
our
communities,
so
I
feel
pretty
comfortable
that
the
OE
10
in
its
what
I
think
it
was
intended
to
be
is
well
served.
On
the
other
hand,
I
think
some
things
have
gotten
stuck
in
here
sort
of
as
a
catch-all
because
it
either
involves
the
board
or
involved
communication.
A
Some
method
of
communication
and
I
think
we
need
to
pull
those
out
and
have
those
addressed
a
little
bit
separately,
but
I,
don't
I
hesitate
to
hold
up
because
the
other
option
would
be
to
like
have
the
OE
totally
reworked,
bring
it
back
in
a
couple
months,
I
feel
like
they've
met,
OE
10,
communicate
with
the
board,
so
I,
just
kind
of
wanted
to
put
a
caveat
on
that
and
just
say:
let's
have
policy
committee.
Look
at
it
and
there's
some
things
in
here.
A
A
A
F
A
Well,
I
mean,
let
me
let
me
ask
I,
have
my
opinion
Dr
Bruder.
Do
you
want
to
answer
that
specifically
and
then
maybe.
D
You
mean
if
you're,
asking,
if
Dr
Rodriguez,
updates
you
on
the
instructional
changes.
F
A
E
A
F
Okay,
thank
you.
I
didn't
respect
that
Anchorage,
but
then
I
need
to
know
specifically,
but
God
won't
be
around.
So
it's
going
to
matter.
If
you
you'll
address
that
I,
don't
want
to
know
where
it's
going.
If
you
don't
think
it
belongs
there,
that's
that's
good
all
right
so
because,
obviously
his
purpose
is
that
it
belongs
here.
C
What
I
was
reviewing
this
I
thought
that
someone
along
the
same
lines,
but
mostly
regarding
10.3,
10.10
and
10.11,
and
you
know
for
Candace
for
Dr
Bruder
to
speak
for,
for
the
you
know,
annual
monitoring
report
to
three
about
functions
when
such
there's
an
individual
transfer
exceeding
fifty
thousand
dollars.
That
is
so
specific
that
I
thought
that
might
belong
better
in
financial
Administration,
okay,
so
that
would
be
always
six
I
was
thinking
that
only
10.10
about
the
instructional
programs.
You
know
what
would
better
fit
under
an
instructional
I.
C
Didn't
I,
didn't
look
right
now
to
see
exactly
which
one
that
was,
but
for
the
policy
committee
to
look
and
see
that
those
that
are
so
specific
to
other
areas
like
attendance
to
operations
for
the
policy
committee
to
say.
Okay,
would
this
reporting
out
that
this
operational
expectation
has
been
met,
be
better
reported
by
the
other
departments?
And
so
those
would
be
the
three
that
I
think
would
be
most
likely
to
be
looked
at
3,
10
and
11.
I.
Think
it's
worth
I
think
it's
worth
it.
F
That's
not
I,
don't
think.
That's
the
debt,
though
that's
true
what
you're
saying,
but
the
intent
is
that
we're
interpreting
that
he
does
communicate
these
things
with
the
Lord.
This
is
what
this
OE
addresses.
His
communication
happens.
Rather,
academics
is
doing
it
or
telling
your
student
whoever's
doing
it.
Does
the
superintendent
communicate
with
the
board
these
things.
C
I
agree
with
you:
Mel
I
agree
with
you
totally
and
so
I
just
think
that
to
have
a
financial
transaction
that
Miss
Crosby
would
be.
You
know
more
able
to
present
that
to
the
to
the
board
as
to
whether
or
not
the
board
has
been
informed
of
that
transaction.
I
I
think
it's
worth
further
discussion.
F
F
All
I'm
saying
is
how
we
interprets
what
he
does
is.
Is
it's
a
different
thing
that
if
he
gets
it
done
and
I
think
the
communication
is,
does
he
communicate
this
with
the
woman,
and
the
answer
is
yes
to
All
of
Me
He
communicates
it?
Yes,
that's
the
question
is
with
the
oh
yeah
adequate.
Yes,
it
is
how.
E
B
A
Agree
and
I,
oh
yeah,
so
I.
That's
what
I'm
saying
I
think
that
the
the
spirit,
the
the
critical
mission
of
the
OE,
which
is
does
the
does
the
superintendent,
keep
the
board
informed
about
big
things.
But
what
I
will
say
also
would
like
to
the
extent
that
this
is
how
we
govern
right.
This
is
how
we
provide
policy.
A
There
are
some
things
in
here
that
I
don't
think
it's
fair
to
ask
the
director
of
communications
to
own
and
just
to
specifically
look
at
the
instructional
programs,
OE
10
10
there
is
OE
12
8
ensure
that
all
instructional
programs,
including
both
content
and
practice,
are
regularly
value,
evaluated
and
modified
as
necessary
to
ensure
their
continuing
Effectiveness
and
then
just
add
and
communicate
it
to
the
board.
You
know
or
something
that
it
doesn't
have
to
be,
because
I
don't
think
that
the
director
of
communication
can
monitor
that
as
much
but
I
do
think.
A
The
director
of
communication
can
monitor
how
well
the
superintendent
communicates
with
the
board,
which
I
think
is
well
represented
here.
F
F
A
A
So
I
don't
think
what
I
think
we'll
do
is
we
don't
need
a
motion
on
policy
but
I
think
what
we'll
do
is
just
Mel's
made
a
motion
to
accept
oe10
and
then
I'll
make
a
request
similar
to
the
other
one.
That
policy
take
a
look
at
OE
10
for
2023.
A
D
A
D
Oe
11
communicating
with
the
public
the
superintendent
shall
ensure
the
public
is
adequately
informed
about
the
condition
and
direction
of
the
districts.
Some
of
these
things
in
the
summary
you've
already
heard
earlier
today,
so
I'll
try
to
spend
too
much
time
on
them,
but
to
ensure
the
timely
flow
of
information,
appropriate
input
and
strategic
two-way
dialogue
between
the
district
and
the
citizens
that
build
understanding
and
support
for
district
efforts.
Again,
we
launched
launched
the
new
school
websites
and
District
websites,
and
we
continue
to
promote
initiatives
through
our
you
know.
D
The
website
social
media
and
our
YouTube
channel
I
will
say
we
are
excited
that
we
do
have
over
25
000
followers
on
social
media
and
the
News
videos
reviewed
more
than
700
000
times
again.
We
have
that
new
platform
bcsd
engage
for
parents
and
staff,
which
I
am
excited
where
I
think
we're
going
to
be
using
that
more
and
more,
we
also
have
commenced
the
communications
audit,
similar
to
the
technology
audit.
With
an
outside
agency.
We
have
had
to
put
that
on
hold
just
a
little
bit
because
we've
been
busy.
D
You
know
with
other
items
right
now,
such
as
the
library
materials
review,
that
kind
of
thing,
so
it
will
kick
off
again
in
the
spring
and
you
will
get
an
invitation
to
be
part
of
that.
Again.
We
have
a
lot
of
media
interviews
on
our
news
releases,
Dr
Rodriguez's,
many
speaking
engagements
and
interactions
with
people
in
the
community.
D
Again
our
increased
involvement
with
our
community
and
ecumenical
partners
and
our
student
Advisory
Group
meetings,
our
robocalls,
the
clock
again
and
their
communication
efforts
and
their
section
on
our
website
and
my
department
has
been
recognized
by
the
South
Carolina
instruct
with
four
Awards
this
year
and
I'm
very
proud
of
them
for
that.
D
In
terms
of
our
annual
progress
report
with
data
indicating
student
progress
towards
accomplishing
the
board
results,
policies,
District
strategies,
programs
and
operations,
revenues,
expenditures,
cost
of
major
programs
and
the
review
of
our
District's
Financial
condition,
I
will
say:
Dr
Rodriguez
presents
a
lot
on
these
topics
to
various
Community
groups
and
obviously,
as
you
know,
at
the
Board
of
Education
meetings,
we
do
have
our
community
report
card
that
is
currently
in
production.
I
will
tell
you
that
it
did
get
delayed
this
year,
because
key
member
of
data
services
is
no
longer
with
us.
D
So
that's
the
reason
for
the
delay,
but
we
are
moving
forward
and
the
I
would
like
to
say,
though
there
is
quite
a
bit
of
information
on
our
new
website.
The
financial
section
of
our
website
is
very,
very
robust
and
we're
very
we
make
dedicated
efforts
to
you
know,
put
out
news
releases
on
academic
recovery
and
fiscal
matters
as
well.
A
Great
many
any
questions:
okay,
well,
I,
you
know,
I
knew
this
was
going
to
be
kind
of
a
fast
meeting
and
I
just
want
to
say
it's
because
I
think
that
this
is
very
much
a
strong
suit
of
our
superintendent
communication,
Public
Image
ever
if
I
ever
am
anywhere
with
him,
he
meets,
he
runs
into
people.
He
knows
everybody.
A
The
feedback
I
get.
Is
that
he's
very
much
in
touch
with
students
and
I
have
seen
that
demonstrated
multiple
times
and
Candace
I
think
you
do
an
amazing
job.
I
always
feel
informed
and
your
emails
are
concise
and
give
the
information
we
need
so
that
I
can
respond
to
community
concerns.
So,
as
predicted,
this
was
a
pretty
fast
meeting
to
go
through
five
OES,
but
I
think
that
speaks
to
the
confidence
the
board
has
in
this
area.
A
Second,
excellent,
all
in
favor,
aye,
okay,
so
we're
going
to
have
Robin
five
OES
on
the
consent
agenda
and
I
do
believe
that
we,
the
always
we
did
last
week.
Also
we
put
on
the
consent
agenda
right,
so
I
have
to
go
back
and
look
yes.
Okay,
okay,
someone's
come
to
the
door
I!
Don't
we
don't
need
any
future
topics,
because
we
have
future
meetings.
G
Our
next
meeting
December
14th
right
at
four
o'clock
right,
let
me
verify,
make
sure
I
verified
that
time.
C
C
Don't
I
can
do
either
way,
it
doesn't
matter.
Mel
and
I
would
have
less.
A
A
My
house
I
will
quickly
clean
up
now
the
media
center
Hilton
Head
high
schools,
where
we
did
it
last
time.
Okay,.
A
G
I'm
sorry
say
that
again,
that's
the
clock
meeting
that
I
don't
know
if
they're
at
the
middle
school
or,
if
they're
at
the
high
school
but
we'll
find
out
and
let
you
know
okay,
so
tentatively.
A
G
A
E
H
B
I
had
the
yeah
I've
got
the
HRS,
51
pregnancy
and
lactation
for
December
14th.
That's
what
I
had
in
my
notes.
