A
A
D
Hi
yeah
I'm
lynne
greeley,
and
I
was
one
of
the
75
canvassers
who
went
around
throughout
eight
counties
in
in
our
state
here,
and
I
have
two
other
canvassers
are
behind
me.
So
this
is
something
that's
very
near
and
dear
to
our
heart.
All
of
this,
and
we
came
up
with
71
percent
of
the
of
the
well
we
bought.
D
We
bought
the
the
voter
rolls
and
from
that
71
percent
of
those
were
not
correct,
so
no
one's
cleaning
up
the
voter
rolls
and
that's
the
first
thing
on
my
list
of
the
ten
point
of
ten
points
of
true
election
integrity
and
that's
what
I
want
to
go
over.
Other
ones
are
going
to
talk
about
the
canvassing.
So
I'm
not
going
to
talk
more
about
that
so
anyway.
The
first
thing
would
be
to
clean
out
the
voter
rolls
which
no
one
is
doing.
I
think
eric
did
two
of
those.
D
The
other
thing
would
be
to
ban
all
the
electronic
election
equipment
because
we
know
that
you
know
it's
so
sad
that
so
many
people
in
our
state
do
not
believe
that
our
vote
was
even
counted
properly
and
that's
what's
so
frustrating
to
not
even
know
for
sure
that
our
vote
was
true,
and
now
we
have
people
that
are
in
office
that
we
don't
even
didn't
even
maybe
not
have
voted
for,
and
so
anyway,
the
next
one
would
be
voter
id
and
paper
ballots
only,
and
this
would
be
so
easy
to
do.
D
There's
so
many
excuses
that
people
are
having
for
paper
ballots
when
there's
only
in
all
of
our
precincts.
The
highest
number
is
7
000
people
that
we
would
have
to
count
for
for
paper
ballots
and
they
say.
Oh
no,
we
can't
do
this.
We
have
to
use
the
machines
as
long
as
we
have
those
machines.
No
one
is
going
to
believe
that
that
their
vote
has
been
counted.
D
We
need
to
ban
mail
in
voting.
We
need
to
ban
early
voting.
We
really
should
just
have
one
day
of
voting
and
in
that
everybody
should
have
the
day
off
and
have
it'd
be
election
day.
The
these
are,
these
ten
are
from
seth
ketchel,
but
they've
also
all
the
people
that
have
done
in
all
of
the
states.
These
are
what
they've
come
up
to
and
it's
really
common
sense.
All
of
this
is
so
simple
and
it's
made
so
difficult.
D
D
A
F
You
know
I
do
have
a
question.
I'm
sorry
sure.
Where
are
these
people
getting
all
their
information.
F
D
We
know
that
we
know
the
machines
are
hooked
up
to
the
internet,
no
they're,
not
they
have
modems.
I
have
talked
to
a
lot
of
guru.
I
have
talked
to
the
top
cyber
people
that
have
worked
at
the
pentagon
and
everything
else.
I
think
you
need
to
talk
to
him
ron.
I
think
you
need
to
do
your
research
because
to
everybody
else.
This
is
so
obvious.
I
don't
know
why
this
is
not
obvious
to
you,
but
this
is
happening
in
so
many
different
states.
So
I
I
don't,
have
you
done
any
research
on
it?
F
A
H
Three
hi
hi,
I'm
jim
stevenson,
and
I
do
reside
here
in
the
county
and
I'd
like
to
give
you
a
little
bit
of
information
that
probably
no
one
has
probably
ever
provided
to
you
and
it
has
to
do
with
machines,
and
you
know
a
little
bit
about
me
and
my
background.
I
was
I
was
a
naval
officer
on
a
nuclear
submarine.
I
after
my
service,
I
went
to
work
for
defense
contractors.
H
I
worked
on
some
very
highly
classified
programs
top
secret
sap
sei.
You
know
special
access
programs,
sensitive
department,
compartmented
information.
I
had
an
opportunity
to
work
on
the
united
states,
strategic
arms
reduction
treaty,
the
u.s
team
that
worked
with
the
russians
on
nuclear
verification.
What
not
so
I've
been
around
the
block
on
a
lot
of
things?
I
I
spent
10
years
as
a
computer
systems
design
engineer.
H
I've
worked
on
triton
missile
design.
I've
worked
on
nuclear
weapons
engineering
with
sandia
national
labs,
los
alamos
national
laboratory,
so
I
do
have
a
little
background.
So
what
I
want
to,
let
you
know
is,
is
that
you
can
very
easily
affect
computers
without
having
them
even
attached
to
the
internet.
However,
dominion
es
which
we
use
here
and
heart,
they
are
all
designed
to
connect
to
the
internet
all
right.
So
this
is
one
thing
we
have
to
keep
this
in
mind.
H
H
I
was
the
technical
lead
on
this
program
and
we
were
going
to
design
and
deploy
a
system
which
the
nsa
was
involved
in
with
us,
and
it
was
highly
successful,
but
the
purpose
of
it
was
to
invade
these
these
terrorist
computers
and
cell
phones
without
them
even
knowing
about
it,
I
mean
totally
without
any
knowledge
whatsoever,
find
these
people
track
them
down
and
eliminate
them.
We
were
losing
a
lot
of
soldiers
in
iraq
at
the
time
from
ieds,
and
it
was
a.
H
It
was
a
paramount
importance
to
the
government
to
find
technology
that
can
do
this.
I
happen
to
have
three
kids,
that
are
federal
agents
in
the
government.
Two
of
them
are
out
there
in
maricopa,
county
arizona
and
I'll.
Tell
you
what
happened
in
their
office.
They
set
up
the
voting
computer
system
there
and
they
had
an
individual
come
in
with
nothing,
but.
H
H
I
just
spoke
to
the
gentleman
that
was
involved
in
that
a
couple
of
weeks
ago
and
mark
cook
is
his
name
and
he
went
in
front
of
the
council
with
the
computer
system
set
up
and
he
was
able
to
flip
the
votes
in
front
of
these
people,
some
of
it
easily
done
by
a
couple
of
keystrokes
another
way
he
did.
He
downloaded
an
app
on
his
phone
and
right
in
front
of
him
within
a
couple
of
minutes.
He
flipped
the
vote.
H
H
C
H
So
we
need
to
seriously
look
at
this.
Not
just
give
it
lip
service
and
say
well,
there's
no
problem
here
with
this
equipment.
You
know
we've
been
operating
for
years.
Well,
I
don't
know
if
you
know
I
mean
there
were
there
were
four
democrat
congress
people
three
in
the
senate
and
one
in
in
the
house
that
are
calling
for
the
you
know
the
computer
hardware
to
be
eliminated,
and
you
know
that's.
I
H
That's
just
my
point:
this
is,
I
just
want
to
alert
you
people
that
the
hardware
is
not
fail
safe
and
it
can
cause
a
lot
of
people
problems
if
you
don't,
if
you
don't
handle
it
properly,
and
if,
if
it's
something
that
you
you
have
to
use,
which
I
think
you
can
make
a
decision
to
say,
let's
get
rid
of
it
like
you
know
like
nike
county,
let's
get
rid
of
it.
Let's
go
back
to
the
paper,
ballots
and
and
and
counting
paper
ballots
is
not
rocket.
H
A
C
A
C
J
K
As
an
engineer,
your
job
is
basically
to
make
sure
the
performance,
the
cost
and
the
schedule
is
done
appropriately
to
the
customer
specifications.
But
what
you
don't
know,
a
lot
of
people,
don't
understand
that
you
have
to
do
risk
management
over
the
life
cycle
of
a
program.
That's
to
ensure
the
integrity
of
the
system.
That's
involved
in
having
an
enormous
amount
of
trade
studies
that
do
an
exhaustive
amount
of
what,
if
what,
if
what,
if
and
every
time,
there's
a
what,
if
you
have
to
cover
it
with
a
mitigation
plan?
K
K
They
are
unaccountable
to
anyone
with
their
machines
and
the
thing
is
they
will
not
allow
you
or
anyone
else
to
look
at
their
source
code
to
look
at
the
hardware,
that's
in
them
and
that's
a
problem
because
you've
got
commercial
off
the
shelf.
Hardware.
You've
got
all
kinds
of
algorithms,
and
things
like
that.
You
can't
see
that
you
can't
even
stress
test
and
the
problem
with
another
problem
with
that.
Is
they
don't
have
to
do
that
because
they
say
that's
proprietary.
K
Unfortunately,
it's
part
of
a
bigger
system,
the
system
that
we
as
engineers
have
to
deal
with,
to
make
sure
that
these
risk
management
plans
are
accurate.
Is
you
have
to
know
the
integrations
of
the
of
the
hardware
and
the
software
and
all
the
things
inside?
You
have
to
know
how
those
things
work,
so
you
can
put
better
procedures
and
processes
on
top,
so
you
can
control
those
unknowns
and
that's
just
not
going
to
happen
because
they're
not
allowing
you
to
do
it.
K
In
fact,
there
were
three
of
them
that
testified
in
front
of
congress
and
they
asked
these
three
vendors,
these
these
officials
from
these
from
these
machine
companies.
Would
you
guarantee
that
these
machines
cannot
be
hacked?
Not
a
one
under
oath
would
guarantee
it.
They
all
said.
No,
they
can't
do
that.
K
That
tells
you
everything
you
need
to
know.
I
like
senator
wyden
the
democrat
senator
from
oregon.
I,
like
his
assumption
of
of
you,
know
the
what's
been
going
on.
He
goes.
You
know,
there's
really
only
two
reasons
you
would
want
these
machines,
one.
You
are
a
vendor
and
I'm
trying
to
sell
you
one
or
two.
You
have
nefarious
intent
and
I
think
you
have
to
think
real
seriously
about
that,
because
these
are
complicated
systems
and
they
don't
have
to
be
connected
to
the
internet.
K
Well,
there's
another
thing
you
mentioned:
you've
done
a
lot
of
research.
Well,
I
would
love
to
give
to
you
110
articles
from
mainstream
media
that
you
can
go
and
look
at
each
one.
It
will
tell
you
how
to
hack
these
machines,
so
if,
if
I
can,
can
I
submit
that
somehow
to
you,
so
they
were
from
forbes
from
cnn
from
cbs.
It's
a
non-partisan
issue.
That's
that's
the
the
problem
here.
We
as
citizens
should
be
concerned.
K
K
In
this
case,
less
is
more:
let's
go
back,
let's
stitch
these
machines
and
go
back
to
a
simple,
more
transparent
process
of
balance.
Paper
balance.
We
need
to
restore
the
integrity
and
we
need
to
gain
public
trust
in
our
election
process
and
that's
more
important
than
any
convenience.
We
might
get
from
machines
because
there
are
so
many
people
out
there
that
they
all
know
it.
They
just
can't
put
their
finger
on
it,
and
even
people
have
have
the
experience.
K
L
Hi
good
afternoon
my
name
is
debbie
barton,
I'm
a
bluffton,
resident
and
and
just
an
average
citizen.
My
background
is
art,
interior
design
and
retailing,
and
that's
it
back.
In
october
of
2020,
my
parents
and
I
came
over
here
to
beaufort
to
vote
in
person
early
voting
as
my
mom's
health
was
very,
very
poor,
and
she
didn't
think
that
she
could
make
it
on
the
traditional
voting
day,
and
we
had
this
other
opportunity
back
then.
L
So
we
took
it
and
we
previously
requested
two
ballots
to
be
sent
to
our
home,
for
my
parents
just
in
case,
but
we
ended
up
being
able
to
come
here
and
vote
in
person
and
we
brought
the
mail-in
ballots
that
we
didn't
use
to
the
to
the
where
they
were
voting.
I
handed
them
to
a
poll
worker
who
was
clueless
as
to
what
to
even
do
with
them.
L
Who
knows
where
those
ballots
got
thrown
so
and
then
we
proceeded
to
go
and
vote
on
the
computerized
machines
after
I
voted,
I
was
paying
extra
attention
to
for
the
first
time
to
a
poll
worker
who
showed
me
a
printout
of
the
votes
that
to
make
sure
is
this
who
you
voted
for,
and
I
said
yes
and
then
I
did,
and
then
I
see
that
that
piece
of
paper
slip
ballot
is
then
put
into
a
second
machine,
which
I
learned
later
as
a
tabulator.
L
Well
my
machine
here
that
I
might
not
be
connected
to
the
internet.
But
what
about
this
other
machine?
For
again?
With
my
background,
I
questioned-
I
remember
thinking
to
myself,
I'm
wondering
if
my
vote
is
going
to
count
where
I
wanted
it
to
to
be
counted.
I
heard
about
facebook
accounts
other
people's
computers
and
banks
being
hacked
well.
Why
not
that
other
machine-
and
this
is
a
person
without
their
knowledge-
I,
this
went
through
my
brain
tuesday,
night
november
3rd
9,
42
p.m.
L
L
In
a
short
amount
of
time
we
researched
deceased
people
from
funeral
homes,
just
a
small
group
of
us
very
quickly
in
the
state
of
south
carolina
found
over
4
000
deceased
people,
who
were
still
active
on
the
voter
registration
site
of
beaufort
county.
We
had
only
just
scraped
the
tip
of
the
iceberg,
as
our
team
grew
and
by
september.
I
was
then
helping
with
more
research
for
preparing
to
do
canvassing
with
these
people,
and
I
helped
in
three
counties,
particularly
here
in
beaufort,
where
I
could
spend
more
time.
Our
findings
were
astonishing.
L
L
I
got
a
whole
new
education
about
what
could
be
done
to
these
computerized
machines
and
tabulators
and
what
was
done
and
to
absolutely
what
went
on
in
the
middle
of
the
night
november
3rd
and
what
the
military
knew.
It
also
happened
to
go
on
in
the
middle
of
the
night,
as
I
was
watching
the
governor's
race
this
last
november,
up
in
my
home
county
of
northern
new
jersey,
bergen
county,
was
beat
dark
red
at
midnight,
12,
15
and
gee.
Somehow,
in
the
morning
the
the
it
went
blue.
How
did
that
happen
overnight?
L
It's
not
rocket
science.
I
will
never
trust
voting
on
a
computerized
voting
machine
ever
again,
and
the
policies
that
are
being
pushed
will
eventually
all
hurt
you
and
your
families
that
we
must
go
back
to
one
day
voting,
make
it
a
holiday.
We
we
did
that
everybody
has
365
days
a
year
a
year
to
prepare
for
that
one
day,
smaller
precincts
hand,
counting
and
certainly
no
drop
boxes.
It
can
be
done
they're
doing
they
did
it
in
ny,
county
nevada.
B
M
So
my
name
is
nancy
pardo
york
and
I
am
actually
half
venezuelan
and
I
took
it
upon
myself
to
really
start
getting
involved
with
the
canvassing
after
I
saw
what
happened
in
this
last
election.
M
I
was
a
democrat,
but
I
totally
turned
around
when
things
transpired
in
after
this
last
election,
because
I
saw
something
that
I
witnessed
in
my
own
country
that
I
was
raised
in
and
I
was
terrified
because
I
saw
my
family
go
down
the
tubes.
I've
lost
family
members.
In
fact,
right
before
my
cousin
passed,
her
son
said
I'm
going
to
walk
to
brazil
from
caracas,
venezuela
and
he
left
three
days
later,
she
had
a
massive
stroke
and
died.
M
So,
yes,
I
had
a
generation
of
family
down
there
from
the
1700s
and
I
saw
it
destroyed
before
my
eyes,
and
this
country
is
50
percent
there
and
I'm
witnessing
it.
I
am
not
a
speaker.
I
am
not
comfortable
coming
up
here
speaking,
but
I
am
doing
this
because
I
am
terrified
what
I
want
without
what
I'm
witnessing
and
what
I
witnessed
canvassing
now,
I'm
not
really
going
to
speak
so
much
on
the
canvassing.
Only
that
I
know
that
I
know
that.
M
M
So
I
know
that
those
machines
are
not
accurate
and
I
know
that
venezuela
used
esn
s.
I
know
that
they
use
smartmatic
and
I
know
that
they
were
also
involved
with
dominion,
and
so
is
this
country,
and
I
know
for
a
fact
that
guido,
the
last
man
that
ran
for
president
won
inevitably
won,
but
because
of
maduro
and
the
dictatorship.
M
That
country
is
where
it
is
and
we
are
heading
in
that
direction.
Now
I
didn't
come
here
to
speak
on
this.
I
came
here
to
speak
on
eric
the
electronic
registration
information.
All
of
these
canvassers
here,
every
single
one
of
them
had
done
eric's
job
eric
did
nothing
to
clear
out
any
voter
rolls.
Nothing
whatsoever,
but
what
they
did
was
they
registered
plenty.
In
fact,
in
2012
5.7
million
registered
voters
in
2020.
M
M
M
George
soros
left
wing.
Voter
registration
drive
disguised
as
a
voter
roll
cleanup.
That's
what
it
is.
It's
run
by
three
to
four
leftists
there's
only
20
employees
only
up
it
makes
me
sick
that
we
are
paying
that
kind
of
money
and
they
are
supposed
to
be
cleaning
up.
The
voter
rolls
and
we
are
willing
to
do
this
as
canvassers.
M
M
M
M
N
I
was
talking
to
myself
good
afternoon.
I
wasn't
even
planning
on
coming
up
here.
This
is
my
wife,
my
name
is
rob
york
and
just
I've
seen
what
has
happened
to
her
family
in
venezuela.
Okay,.
B
N
Not
what
I'm
up
here
to
say,
but
anyway
it's
tragic.
I
ran
an
800
million
dollar
business
for
a
corporation
out
of
london
and
one
of
the
things,
as
you
all
know,
is
that
every
year
your
business
is
audited
right
and
we
would
have
ernst
young
come
in
and
do
a
very
complete,
comprehensive
audit
of
my
business,
and
I
had
to
address
every
single
one
of
those
findings
that
came
out
during
that
audit
and
I
had
to
put
a
comprehensive
plan
together
to
address
it
as
every
organization
should
do
so.
N
A
N
But
let
me
read
you
something
that
just
came
up
while
I
was
listening
to
jim,
and
this
comes
from
the
greenville
news
and
it
says
someone
armed
with
a
smartphone
upon
pilot.
Even
a
this
was
written
by
a
clemson
professor,
even
like
the
ones
purchased
by
the
south
carolina
poll
workers.
By
the
way
I
was
also
one
of
the
ones
that
that
my
vote
kept
switching
back
during
the
sales
tax
tax
thing.
If
I'd
not
watched
it,
it
would
have
gone
through
with
a
vote
that
I
didn't
cast
now.
N
A
N
For
but
how
many
people,
don't
they
trust
the
machines?
You
can't
trust
machines
if
it's
flipping
the
vote,
that's
more
than
a
calibration
issue.
We
don't
know
what
the
origin
of
that
problem
is,
I
mean
really
and
if,
if
they're,
if
those
machines
are
checked
before
the
boat,
then
how
could
that
happen?
N
C
N
C
A
F
Made
a
opera
or
a
shot
at
trying
to
get
to
the
state
election
commission.
That's
not
our
job,
that's
your
job!
Well,
no,
they
went
out
and
bid
on
these
machines
a
couple
years
ago.
You
guys
could
have
gone
there
then
and
questioned
everything
about
that
and
they're
the
ones
that
buy
the
machines
and
furnish
them
to
us.
We
don't
we
don't
have
anything
to
do
with
picking
the
machines.
N
G
Oh,
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
you
all
can
see
me
and
I
want
to
add
something
to
the
deceased
members
that
is
on
that
list.
G
I
do
know
for
a
fact
that
I've
had
several
relatives
that
have
died
out
of
state
and
they
lived
in
south
carolina,
but
south
carolina
was
never
notified.
Like
say,
beaufort
county
was
never
notified
because
they
died
out
of
state
and
if
their
family
don't
report
it,
then
we
have
no
way
of
knowing
at
all
that
that
person
is
still
on
that
list,
because
if
the
funeral
home
didn't
notify
our
social
security,
then
we
have
no
way
of
knowing.
F
We,
what
I
was
going
to
say
is
if
we
were
given
that
latitude
to
just
go
pick
a
bunch
of
people
out
of
the
obituary
column
and
and
delete
them,
then
there's
no
telling
where
that
would
end
up.
We've
got
to
have
an
official
notification
that
the
person
we
had
a
lady
came
in
one
of
the
precincts
not
long
ago,
and
she
was
complaining
to
our
poll
manager
that
her
husband
died
a
year
ago
and
he
was
still
on
the
road
we
said.
Well,
we
never
got
a
notification.
Did
you
send
us
a
death
certificate?
F
She
said
no,
I
said
if
you
could
you'll
be
all
she
did
and
he
was
we
have
put
forth.
We
have
put
forms
in
every
precinct
for
that
situation,
because
these
things
that
we're
talking
about
happen.
We
have
no
way
to
correct
those
kind
of
things,
but
we
put
a
questionnaire
at
the
precinct.
People
can
fill
it
out
and
then
we
can
follow
up
on
it
and
then
we
do
remove
the
people
wouldn't.
O
F
Know
it's
interesting.
One
of
you
came
up
here
and
said
nobody
was
interested
enough
to
even
look
at
their
ballot.
That
was
printed
out.
Four
other
people
said
that
everybody
doesn't
trust
anything
about
the
elections.
So,
if
that's
true,
everybody
ought
to
be
checking
the
ballot
when
they
come
out
of
there.
D
F
A
Yes,
then,
we'll
communicate
via
email.
My
email
address,
if
you
want
to
write
it
down
a
s
as
in
sam,
I
f,
as
in
felix
816,
at
aol.com,.
O
O
B
O
And
I
don't
think
90
of
our
people
out
here
understand
it
either.
It
should
be
at
a
fifth
grade
level
where
we
understand
it.
So
if
I
was
able
to
line
up
someone
that
is
understands
that
language
and
we
can
come
in
with
the
machines
and
show
you
you
know,
he
understands
the
language
better
than
any
of
us
in
here.
A
H
J
J
Deletes
itself
out
of
the
system-
and
you
can't
find
any
evidence
of
it,
which
is
already
proven
in
the
state
of
florida
because
they
did
that
down
there.
Then
you
really
don't
know
by
having
a
demonstration
that
whether
your
system
is
viable
or
not.
Now
the
chair
of
the
university
of
south
carolina
engineering.
J
H
J
Vulnerabilities
of
the
computer
systems-
and
he
said
we
shouldn't
be
using
computers
period
and
I
think
you
as
a
counselor
can
make
that
decision.
Like
my
county
again,
you
said:
let's,
let's
stop
all
this
nonsense
with
computers
until
all
this
stuff
gets
evaluated
and
worked
out
and
let's
go
back
to
counting
real
balance,
the
way
they
used
to
do
in
the
old
days
that
could
be
done
easily.
We
tried
to
do
it
with
this
group
of
people
right.
H
H
A
O
O
O
A
For
the
voter
machines,
I
recommend
coming,
you
can
ask
all
these
questions.
Vernon
will
go
through
it
step
by
step
from
beginning
to
end.
You
can
see
it
for
yourself
the
as
far
as
the
voter
rolls
that
is
on
our
agenda,
so
we
will
get
there
in
just
a
few
minutes.
Next
order
of
business,
we
need
oh
okay.
Thank
you.
E
Appreciate
all
of
your
service
appreciate
your
time.
Thank
you
all
for
oh,
my
gosh,
for
all
the
hard
work
you've
done.
Is
this
the
first
time
you've
heard
about
problems
with
the
machines.
E
But
on
this
very
very
serious
note,
if
you
knowingly
allow
fraudulent
machines,
if
you
know
there
are
problems
with
machines
right
and
if
you
knowingly
participate
in
that
type
of
election,
we're
talking
about
treason,
I
mean
this
is
a
crime
of
the
highest
order
right,
we're
talking
about
theft
of
our
country
and
the
crime,
the
punishment
for
the
crime,
the
treason
I
mean.
I
I
love
you
all
dearly.
I
don't
want
anyone
to
go
before
a
firing
squad.
I
mean
this
is.
Is
this.
F
E
F
J
O
P
There
was
actually
a
study.
The
newspaper
several
years
ago
in
cleveland
did
where
they
cleveland
ohio.
A
lot
of
people
in
cleveland,
go
to
dade
county
and
somehow
I
don't
remember
the
details
of
it,
but
I
remember
the
article
they
merged
the
roles
between
whatever
county
cleveland's
in
kahaka,
county
and
dave
county,
and
it
seems
like
there
were
21
000
people
that
were
registered
in
both
counties
and
I'm
I
could
be
don't
quote
me
on
that,
but
when
I
heard
about
it
it
was
just.
P
A
Okay
minutes
from
the
meeting
on
march
23rd
2022:
does
anybody
have
anything
out
or
to
add
or
any
changes
that
they
would
like
to
make?
A
Do
you
have
a
motion
shift
in
those
minutes?
Second,
mr
wedgeworth
and
second
ellen
mitchell,
all
in
favor
all
right,
paula,
okay,
unfinished
business
list
of
poll
workers.
Our
goal
was
to
have
a
man
by
the
end
of
march
for
this
upcoming
election
so
that
they
have
plenty
of
time
to
get
registered
for
training.
If
you
have
not
done
that
yet
can
you
please
do?
Q
Board
members
board
members
is
very
important
because
we
do
need
to
notify
poll
managers
of
their
assignments,
and
we
have
to
remember
that
these
are
folks
in
june
is
a
very
busy
month.
Folks
are
going
off
to
graduations
and
vacationing,
so
we
need
to
know
we
need
to
have
your
list
and
I'll
tell
you.
A
lot
of
poll
managers
are
out
there
who
would
love
to
work.
Q
So
please
exhaust
your
list
or
go
through
your
your
master
database
and
make
sure
that
you
have
contacted
all
of
those
folks
who
may
be
willing
to
work
and
get
that
into
us
so
that
we
can
notify
them
and
get
them
set
up
for
training
and
window
may
have
something
that
he
wants
to
say,
but
there's
a
lot
going
on
in
the
next
couple
of
weeks.
You
know
that
we
do
have
a
special
election
coming
up,
so
we
are-
or
we
have
been
preparing
for
that.
Mr
wedgeworth.
Q
Anyway,
so
please
do
the
best
you
can
and
and
if
you
need
help
once
you
have
exhausted
all
of
your
poll
managers,
that's
on
your
list
and
window
will
do
his
best
to
try
and
help
you
out
yeah.
She
we
were
coming
over
and
she
thought
we
have
to
get
past.
R
R
R
R
But
yes,
please,
you
know,
call
those
other
people,
you
might
not
know
that
name
but
call
and
then
there's
another
list,
I'm
going
to
give
you
marie
talk
promoting
all
about
that
already,
but
recall
those
other
names.
If
you
don't
know
because
we
have
a
lot
of
people
that
want
to
work
and
then
everything
called
really
really.
So
please
do
that.
You
know
we'll
keep
you
filled
up.
B
F
F
I
met
with
one
of
the
county
council
members,
mr
mcellen,
and
he
met
with
the
county
administrator
and
got
an
improvement
that
we
could
completely
renovate
the
pillow
manufacturing
building
space
that
they
had
offered
us
and
we
said,
was
unsuitable
to
put
the
machines
in
because
it
was
so
well.
It
was
a
mess
and
he
went
with
the
county
administrator.
F
He
got
approval
that
they
would
completely
renovate
the
space
for
our
use,
including
having
the
mold
and
filth
removed
out
of
the
building
old
carpet
removed
and
replaced
with
flooring
that
we
could
roll
the
machines
around
on
entire
space,
totally
secure
and
even
a
smaller
secondary
space.
If
we
needed
it
could
be
secured
separately
and
space
would
have
a
workable
truck
entrance.
F
In
that
meeting
I
was
asked
to,
or
we
decided
we
would
write
a
letter
to
the
county
administration
and
you've
got
a
draft
of
it
in
your
notes
there,
with
a
big
yellow
draft
written
in
the
middle
of
it.
I
don't
know
if
you
want
me
to
read
it
or
everybody
want
to
just
take
a
few
minutes
and
read.
F
First
thing
we
asked
was:
they
said
we
had
no
way
of
increasing
the
size
of
our
warehouse
where
we
are,
but
we
never
got
any
rationale
or
information
about
how
they
made
that
decision,
whether
it
not
enough
space
on
the
lot
or
it
costs
too
much
or
whatever.
So
the
first
paragraph
in
this
letter
asked
them
to
give
us
a
assessment
of
why
they
made
that
decision
that
we
couldn't
increase
the
size
of
our
present
warehouse.
A
F
One
of
the
things
I'm
not
sure
how
they're
going
to
accept
is
the
last
couple
of
paragraphs
board
recognizes
that
there
are
other
county
departments
with
facility
needs.
However,
providing
the
tools
necessary
to
properly
efficiently
ensure
that
the
election
equipment
are
secured
and
properly
maintained.
We're
asking
that
our
requests
be
placed
in
the
priority
list
of
projects
to
be
addressed
in
the
new
fiscal
year.
Considering
the
fact
we
have
a
large
election
in
november
and
need
the
space
ideally
in
september.
F
I'm
hoping
they
will
respond
to
that
in
a
positive
way
and
come
back
and
say
they
can
do
it
in
that
period
of
time
any
questions
or
changes
or
comments.
Anybody
wants
to
make.
F
It
has
an
alarm
system
and
there's
no
way
you
can
get
in
and
out
without
a
card
or
some
kind
of
accepting
documentation
in
your
hand,
to
get
into
the
building.
So
nobody
else
can
go
in
there.
Q
I
can
respond
to
that.
Our
voting
machines
right
now
are
housed
at
our
facility
on
john
galt
road
and
it's
behind
lock
and
keys,
and
only
certain
personnel
in
the
office
can
even
access
it.
So
we
have
a
standard.
That's
been
set
forth
by
the.
Q
I
think.
It's
sled
and
some
other
security
agency
made
recommendation
to
the
state
election
commission
and
that's
passed
down
to
the
counties
on
security
is
a
big
issue.
We
just
want
to
make
sure
that
all
of
our
equipment
is
secured
at
all
times,
and
so
we
even
limit
staff
to
to
visit
that
area
where
we
store
our
boarding
equipment.
Q
No,
no,
no!
That's
again
we're
not
going
to
talk
in
a
public
forum
about
security
matters
with
our
machine,
but
we
will
be
happy
to
demonstrate
that
process
to
you
at
a
public
hearing
but
you're
required
to
keep
the
logs.
Q
Yes,
yeah
the
tech,
the
technical
part
of
it.
Of
course,
that's
why
we
have
the
the
folks
with
those
kinds
of
experience,
but
the
logs
are
not
physically
from
one
election
to
the
other.
We
maintain
those
logs.
A
F
I
just
need
a
motion
that
this
letter
meets
everybody's
view
and
that
we
can
go
ahead
and
send
it
from
the
board
to
the
county
administrator
yeah.
A
An
executive
committee
is
made
up
of
the
chairman,
the
vice
chairman,
the
treasurer
and
the
secretary
typically,
and
so
since
craig
is
now,
the
secretary
cannot
also
hold
the
treasurer
or
in
our
case
the
finance
chair.
So
ms
elene
mitchell
is
going
to
be
the
finance
chair
from
now
on,
and
I
just
wanted
to
state
that
for
the
record
that
she
is
our
new
finance
chair
and
craig
is
no
longer
the
finance
chair.
So
with
that
being
said,
I
know
you
said
I
don't
have
anything.
I
Yeah
to
date,
we
have
taken
a
look,
we
being
the
rules
committee
and
special
thanks
to
carolyn
and
bernadette
and
mr
mr
felix,
the
new
chair.
We
got
through
the
through
the
guts
of
it.
Now
we're
at
the
appendices,
we're
going
to
be
adding
a
couple
of
appendixes
that
we
think
fit
makes
makes
make
sense.
I'm
going
to
be
calling
for
another
meeting
within
the
next
couple
of
weeks.
We
can
sit
down
with
what
we
have
at
that
point.
We're
going
to
take
a
look
at
specifically
changing
the
mission
statement.
I
Perhaps
let's,
let's
take
a
look
at
that
and
then
identifying
by
position
each
of
the
members
of
the
board
up
to
date.
This
gentleman's
signature
goes
off
that
young
lady's
signature
goes
on.
So
that's
what
we're
going
to
take
care
of
next
next
time
around
we
should
we
should
be
pretty
darn
close
to
finishing
off
agreement.
A
Thank
you.
Okay.
Now
we
move
on
to
the
new
business.
The
city
of
buford
would
like
to
transfer
the
running
of
their
elections
to
beaufort
county.
We
even
received
a
letter
from
man
murray
and
they
and
if
that
happens,
then
their
board,
which
usually
meets
before
ours.
When
we
do
our
canvas
hearings
will
be
disbanded,
they
won't
have
that
and
that
responsibility
will
fall
solely
on
us.
So
I
think
we
just
need
to
vote
on
that
issue.
Correct
right,
okay
and.
Q
We
will
then
we
will
then
turn
it
over
to
county
council
so
that
they
can
do
an
ordinance
and
vice
versa,.
A
F
A
A
One
of
them
was
asking
them
that,
when
they
are
writing
laws
for
this
upcoming
year
or
of
upcoming
legislative
session,
that
they
consider
increasing
the
number
of
voters
allowed
per
precinct
right
now,
it's
at
1500
and
with
the
new
census
we're
trying
to
get
some
of
them
that
have
gone
over
in
the
last
decade
down
so
we're
asking
if
they
would
consider
increasing
the
the
number
legally
allowed
and
then,
as
far
as
the
the
early
voting,
the
precincts
that
are
allowed
by
their
laws
that
they
are
by
their
bills
that
they
are
currently
working
on.
A
Voting
on.
Some
of
them
say
that
we
should
have
a
voting
precinct
per
square
miles.
We
ask
them
to
reconsider
if
it
comes
back
to
the
house
to
make
that
just
based
on
the
number
of
voters
in
that
area,
instead
of
just
the
square
mileage,
because
some
counties
ours
included,
if
you
did
it
by
square
mileage,
you'd
have
we'd
have
to
man
and
have
a
voting
precinct
where
there
would
be
a
hundred
voters
in
it.
A
You
know
and
then
opening
the
bills
and
the
current
laws
state
that
for
the
early
voting
and
the
in-person
absentee
that
the
voter
registration
office
be
open
monday
through
saturday,
we
ask
that
they
changed
the
wording
so
that
that
is
open
monday
through
saturday
for
general
elections
and
for
municipal
and
special
elections.
A
Only
monday
through
friday,
for
example,
hilton
head,
is
having
this
special
election
on
the
31st,
and
so
that
would
mean
we
would
have
to
open
the
beaufort
voter
registration
office
on
saturdays
they're,
not
going
to
drive
from
hilton
head
to
buford
to
vote
on
saturdays
so
and
then
the
last
thing
that
I
spoke
about,
I
think
that's
it
wow.
A
I
went
through
that,
so
I
did
I
brief
them.
They
asked
questions.
They
want
to
get
some
of
our
requests
in
writing
just
so
that
they
have
it
for
for
their
knowledge
and
then
moving
forward,
and
they
do
want
to
keep
open
the
communications
with
us.
If
we
have
any
questions
or
concerns
moving
forward.
A
P
Reference
in
this
psd
quote
special
election.
We
have
may
31st.
I
thought
wendell
about
this
today.
I
said
we're
having
a
general
we're
having
an
election
two
weeks
later
and
understand
that
their
rules,
if
there's
a
vacancy
on
the
psd,
you
got
so
many
days
that
you
gotta
have
the
election,
but
it
seems
kind
of
crazy
we're
doing
on
may
31st,
because
that
falls
within
the
rules
seems
kind
of
crazy
that
we
got
seven
or
eight
precincts
that
are
having
that
election.
P
When
we
got
to
set
up
one
two
weeks
later
and
these
we
need
to
ask
the
legislative
delegation,
is
there
any
way
that
could
be
like
if
you
got
another
election
coming
and
it's
within
x
amount
of
days
that
it
could
be
done,
then,
as
opposed
to
where
it's?
Now
it's
just
a
certain
number
of
days.
Q
Well,
well,
there
are
rules
already
established
for
that.
I
think
it's
180
days
before
a
general
election,
but
this
is
a
primary
and
there
are
no
other
election
held
on
a
primary
because
the
primaries
party
driven
and
they
pay
for
those
elections.
Q
Well,
no,
it's
because
that
was
the
time
frame
established
by
the
municipalities
and
that's
when
it
fell.
Now.
Different
types
of
election
require
you
to
have
an
election
certain
number
of
days
after
a
resignation
or
death,
or
somebody
is
kicked
out
of
office
or
whatever
municipal
elections
and
special
elections
are
different
from
general
elections.
Q
So
general
elections
are
usually
planned
in
advance,
so
we
already
know
those
dates,
it's
usually
in
june
for
primaries
in
november
for
general,
but
when
you
have
a
special
elections
depending
on
how
the
laws
are
written,
it
will
fall
on
certain
number
of
days
after
the
office
was
vacant.
Q
P
A
Okay,
next
we
received-
and
when
I
say
we
I
mean
the
voter
registration
office
last
monday,
received
a
100
letters
from
mrs
pardo
york
and
miss
barton,
the
50
each
stating
they've
already
discussed
how
they
went
around
and
found
people
that
were
not
no
longer
residences.
I
don't
know
whether
they
were
just
deceased
or
no
longer
residences,
but
we
have
a
hundred
individual
letters.
A
They
stated
that
there's
316
total
they
just
gave
us
a
hundred
up
front
and
they
are
challenging
the
validity
of
those
voter
registrations
and
that's
what
each
letter
indicates
so
right
now
our
staff
is
in
the
process
of
validating
those
voters
in
our
system,
either
by
calling
to
see
if
they've
been
notified
of
that
change,
etc.
A
What
I
need
from
the
board
is
our
next
course
of
action,
because
the
law
that
they
are
referencing
states
that
if
they
challenge
it,
then
we
have
to
have
a
public
hearing
meet
as
a
board
and
we
have
to
hear
both
sides.
The
challengers
and
the
voters
decide
on
whether
or
not
their
voter
registration
should
stand,
and
with
that
we
have
to
hire
a
court
reporter,
and
we
also
have
to
notify
both
parties
of
when
the
hearing
is
going
to
be
held
and
with
316.
A
This
is
not
going
to
be
a
one
day
thing,
but
so
our
next
course
of
action,
in
speaking
with
marie,
is
the
ones
that
have
not
been
able
a
lot
of
them.
They've
been
able
to
either
confirm
or
deny
right,
but
the
rest
of
them.
We
would
need
to
send
out
confirmation
cards
much
like
the
sec
does
when
they're
verifying
and
then
go
from
there.
If
we
don't
receive
them
back
and
we
could
even
put
on
the
confirmation
card.
You
know
if
we
don't
hear
back
from
you
by
such
and
such
date.
Q
We
have
the
ability
to
change
the
voter
status
in
the
system,
but
we
have
some
limitations
to
that.
When
there
is
an
address
change,
we
must
receive
a
request
from
the
voter
to
change
the
address.
Now
when
we
do
the
verification
process
and
send
out
confirmation
cards,
all
we
are
asking
to
I
mean
from
the
voters
is
to
return
that
information
to
us
so
that
we
can
update
our
voter
rolls
and
most
of
the
time
half
of
the
letters
send
back
to
us.
Q
You
know
because
it
was
just
not
delivered
the
other
half
of
the
time
we
may
be
receiving
a
a
sticker
from
the
post
office.
That
said,
this
person
may
have
moved.
If
that's
the
case,
then
we
can
change
the
status
in
the
voter's
record
to
inactive
okay,
but
we
can't
do
that
automatically.
Q
Q
We
are
not
going
to
be
able
to
notify
a
hundred
voters
and
set
up
a
hearing,
convene
the
board
to
listen
to
all
of
the
challenges.
So
what
we
are
attempting
to
do,
like
miss
gene
said,
is
first,
let's
go
through
the
process
of
see
who
will
respond
and
those
that
did
not
respond.
Q
We
can
take
some
actions
as
to
make
them
inactive
for
those.
There
have
been
some
that
have
already
changed
their
address,
updated
their
addresses.
We
found
that
out
and
some
of
those
are
your
carver
voters.
These
are
people
who
are
in
the
military
are
voting
over
from
overseas
and
they
are
using
those
addresses.
Q
So
we
we
will
compile
a
spreadsheet
of
some
sort
to
let
you
know
how
many
voters
from
the
100
that
you
have
submitted
either
moved
or
potentially
moved
the
ones
that
are
your
kava
voters,
the
one
who
have
already
updated
it
whatever
we
find
and
notify
you
on
that,
and
we
are
hoping
that
you
will
no
longer
challenge
those
voters,
and
so
the
only
one
that
would
be
left
would
be
the
ones
who
we
may
not
have
received
information
from.
Q
I
don't
know
how
many
that
is
yet,
but
we
will
ask
for
some
flexibility,
because
we
know
we
are
in
the
process
of
planning
for
the
june
primaries
and
training
poll
managers
and
the
board
will
have
to.
We
will
have
to
have
a
quorum
of
the
board
in
order
to
make
a
ruling
on
any
disposition
of
any
of
those
letters.
O
To
these
addresses
and
we
got
and
it
came
back
undeliverable
with
the
yellow
sticker
from
the
post
office-
or
I
don't
know-
or
if
they
were
deceased-
I
I
don't
know
what
what
this
does,
but
we
did
all
that
research
and
signed
legal
affidavits
that
we
had
notarized
and
actually
we
did
all
that
work.
We
got
a
ton
of
them
back
so
we'll
be
getting
more
of
these
letters
right
yeah.
So
we've
done.
B
Q
That's
something
that
you're
going
to
have
to
decide
because,
like
I
said
we
will,
we
will
have
to
do
what
you
know:
go
through
the
verification
process
and
and
understand
that
planning
for
an
election
training
poll
managers
and
we
have
all
the
staff
working
on
it.
But
it
does
take
time.
A
Like
I
said,
the
process
right
now
is
sending
out
the
confirmation
cards,
which
is
exactly
what
we're
going
to
do.
But
if
somebody
say,
for
example,
voted
in
this
november,
we're
not
actively
checking
every
single
vote
or
every
elect
or
every
after
every
election
like
okay
did
they
die
now,
because
if
they
voted
in
november,
then,
if
they
don't
vote
for
a
couple
of
general
elections,
that's
when
their
flag
does
enact.
If
this
person
hasn't
been
voting
and
there's
a
number
of
reasons
why
that
happens,
maybe
maybe
they're
deceased,
maybe
they
decided
not
to
vote.
A
Q
Almost
all
of
the
ones
that
we've
reviewed
so
far
most
of
those
folks
did
vote
in
the
november
election.
Q
There
may
have
been
one
or
two,
and
I
haven't
looked
at
all
of
the
files,
because
I'm
working
on
some
and
staff
members
are
working
on
some
and
from
the
one
I
found.
I
think
that
was
only
one
person
that
voted
back
in
2012
or
something
and
haven't
voted
since
then,
but
typically
they
are
voting.
Some
of
them
voted
in
the
last
november
election.
Q
O
Q
Know
who
these
people
were
who
voted
in
the
20.?
No,
we
bought
the
house
from
them
five
years
ago.
No,
they
hadn't
lived
here,
but
they
were
sure,
including
us,
and
they
could
be
living
elsewhere
in
another
state.
She
said
we
understand
and
we
appreciate
the
work
that
you
have
done,
and
so
now
we
do
have
a
limited
amount
of
folks
that
we
can
target
our
manpower
towards
and
we'll
go
from
there
and
I'm
sure
that
will
make
some
adjustment
to
the
role.
Q
I
thought
I
just
gave
it.
I
know
I
pretty
much,
did
it
it's
very
short.
It's
very
short.
We
only
have
two
overviews
elections
update
and
some
miscellaneous.
Q
Q
You
know
we
have
people
who
may
live
on
hilton
head,
but
work
in
beaufort
and
while
they
are
in
beaufort,
they
may
want
to
vote
in
the
psd
election
right.
So
that's
why
we
will
be
available
in
all
three
of
our
early
voting
sites.
Good,
I'm
sorry
can't
call
it
that
we
don't
have
early
voting
in
person
absentee
sites.
Q
But
as
a
reminder,
in-person
absentee
processes
will
be
reverting
back
to
what
we
call
the
pre-covert
procedures,
and
what
that
means
is
that
when
you
come
to
vote
in
person,
you
will
be
issued
a
ballot
card.
That
ballot
card
will
be
taken
to
the
voting
machine
along
with
a
ballot
here
in
envelope.
Q
You
will
make
your
selection
review
it,
making
sure
that
your
selection
is
correct.
You
will
then
take
your
ballot
card
and
place
it
in
a
envelope.
It
will
be
sealed
and
placed
in
a
ballot
box.
You
will
not
be
scanning
your
ballots
at
the
in-person
absentee
precinct
for
this
election
nor
the
june
election.
If
early
voting,
if
that
early
voting
bill
doesn't
pass,
so
we
will
be
doing
that
at
all
of
our
locations.
Q
We
we
mentioned
earlier
that
the
public
tests
for
the
psd
will
be
friday
at
10
o'clock
on
john
galt
road.
That's
our
main
office
and
the
june
primaries.
Their
public
test
will
be.
May
the
13th.
Q
Primary
for
the
primary
election,
we
are
sending
out
your
kava
ballots,
which
is
due
out
by
the
30th
of
april
and
again,
training
for
the
oh,
I'm
sorry.
I
I
think
that
shouldn't
be
there,
but
the
training,
mr
mr
wedgeworth,
the
training
for
the
psd
election
poll
managers
will
be
on
may
the
12th,
and
so
we
will
have
a
session
at
10
o'clock
and
one
at
3.
Q
Q
Q
The
parties,
the
democratic
party
and
the
republican
party
have,
until
friday,
the
29th
to
submit
a
list
of
prospective
managers
for
each
precinct
to
the
office,
and
we
have
received
the
list.
Glendale
is
going
through
that
list
verifying
the
status
of
those
poll
managers
and
you
will
be
receiving
a
copy
of
it.
Q
Most
of
those
folks
are
already
scheduled
to
work,
but
just
in
case
they
are
not,
you
will
know
who
they
are,
so
we
will
need
to
try
and
place
at
least
one
of
the
recommendation
from
the
party
at
the
look
at
the
precinct.
R
R
R
R
If
I
say
active,
then
you
need
to
give
them
a
call.
You
need
somebody
because
I
haven't.
I
know
because
their
names
stick
to
me
because
that
from
the
place
number
something
you
know
so
I
don't
know
the
name
too
well.
That
means
there
may
be
somebody
that's
been
able
to
work
and
nobody's
calling
it
off.
R
Q
R
Q
Q
R
You're,
looking
at
that's
what
you
have
given
me
so
far,
those
are
the
people
who
I've
assigned
already.
So
you
should
know
they
should
know
that
they're
working
and
that,
let
you
know,
there's
an
adjustment.
It's
sometimes
not
there,
that's
not
supposed
to
be
or
whatever.
Let
me
know,
that's
why.
R
You
know
we
have
them
set
up
and
going
to
pick
their
own
glasses
and
stuff,
I'm
not
for
the
most
part,
I'm
taking
a
minute
to
talk
for
everybody
through
it,
I'm
not
going
to
just
sign
them
up,
I'm
talking
to
it
because
they
need
to
be
able
to
do
it,
and
most
of
them
want
to
do
it
they're
happy
with
themselves.
So
I'm
you
know,
I'm
taking
the
time
to
say,
hey,
follow
me
and
we
go
through
step
and
they
sign
up
for
the
class
and
they're
excited
once
they're
done
I'll.
Q
Each
one
teach
one
house
bill:
49,
19,
we've
been
talking
about
it
for
several
months,
which
is
the
early
voting
bill
and
that
bill
is
in
serious
jeopardy
of
not
passing
this
session.
Q
So
that's
why
we
are
full
force
going
back
and
and
and
training
on
the
old
processes,
because
this
bill
may
not
pass.
Q
Q
We've
received
the
tongue
of
hilton
head
district
changes
this
past
week,
and
but
we
will
not
be
updating
that
portion
of
their
of
the
voter's
record
until
after
the
june
primaries,
and
the
reason
for
that
is
because
we,
the
the
state
election
commission,
is
building
those
doubt
they
building
those
databases
right
now
and
we
don't
want
to
upset
anything.
Q
We
want
to
make
sure
all
of
our
districts
that
we
have
verified
that
they're
all
in
there
correctly
and
we
don't
want
any
changes
to
that
and
we
will
go
back
and
input
the
districts
for
the
hilton
head
town,
council
seats
and
because
they're
not
going
to
be
on
the
june
primary
they
they
are
going
to
be
in
the
november
election.
So
we
are
good
with
that.
Q
We
are
also
working
on
a
new
phone
greeting
for
the
office
and
what
we
are
trying
to
do,
or
attempting
to
do
is
try
to
answer
some
of
the
commonly
asked
questions
up
front
when
someone
call
into
the
office,
so
voters
will
be
going
through
a
prompt
state,
different,
prompt
stages.
If
you're
calling
about
becoming
a
poll
manager
press
a
certain
number
and
they
will
direct
you
straight
to
how
to
become
a
poll
manager.
Q
If
you
are
calling
about
the
status
of
your
absentee
ballot
or
something
like
that,
you
will
be
prompted
to
go
to
a
certain
place
and,
and
then,
if
you
can't,
if
we
can't
answer
your
questions
in
one
of
those
prompts,
you
will
then
be
connected
to
a
live
person,
and
we
are
trying
to
get
this
down
because
we
did
get
a
lot
of
complaints
about
not
being
able
to
answer
the
phone
when
we
are
in
that
election
mode,
because
everyone
is
very
very
busy,
and
so
we
don't
always
get
an
opportunity
to
answer
the
phone
when
a
person
is
calling.
Q
So
most
of
those
questions
can
be
answered
just
by
you
know
automatedly
so
automatically.
Q
So
that's
what
we
are
attempting
to
do
and
that
should
be
in
effect,
hopefully
before
the
june
primaries,
but
we're
going
to
test
it
first
now
we're
not
going
to
just
throw
it
out
there
and
we
could.
We
will
have
the
flexibility
to
tweak
it.
Q
You
know
what
works,
what
will
not
work,
what
we
may
add
what
we
may
take
away
from
it
after
we
go
through
the
process,
so
we
will
it's
experimental
right
now,
but
I'm
hoping
that
it
will
help
with
some
of
the
complaints
about
not
being
able
to
reach
a
live
person
at
the
office.
Just
to
answer
a
simple
question.
Q
Okay,
the
scale
media
conference,
some
of
you
who
attended
you
all.
Thank
you
all
for
attending
and
thank
you
all
for
what
you
did.
I
think
all
the
folks
that
came
enjoyed
themselves
buford.
You
guys
y'all
really
made
me
proud.
Q
So
there
were
a
lot
of
talk
after
the
conference
about
how
much
fun
they
had
and
the
information
that
they
received.
The
vendors
were
there
and
they
had
demonstrations
and
it
was
just
all
all-around
well
successful
conference.
Let's
say
that
thank.
F
I
Q
Q
I
think
beaufort
has
a
lot
of
history
and
some
of
the
folks
from
the
upstate.
They
have
never
seen
this
much
water
believe
it
or
not.
So
it
was
a
learning
experience.
We
got
to
expose
people
to
our
quaint
little
town
and
and
they
learned
some
of
the
history
of
beaufort.
So
I
think
it
worked
well
for
the
economy.
A
lot
of
folks
say
they
want
to
come
back
on
vacation.
So
that's
good.
Q
The
annual
conference
is
planned
next
year
in
february
and
you
will
be
getting
more
information
on
that
later
on
it's
too
early
right
now.
I
can't
think
about
that.
O
Q
A
Okay,
does
anybody
have
any
other
comments?
Sad,
no,
okay,
craig
is
excited
that
he
has
taken
on
two
new
precincts.
He
now
gets
to
chassis,
one
and
two,
which
are
a
view
for
jasper,
comp,
health
and
the
isle
of
palm.
That's
it
right,
isle
of
palms,
sure
the
church.
I.
A
Why
so,
those
are
no
longer
caroline
furman's
responsibility,
they
are
now
kids
and
he
volunteered
he
did.
A
You
have
to
step
outside
of
sun
city
next,
our
next
board
meeting.
If
we
follow
the
schedule,
is
scheduled
for
may
25th,
but
since
we
are
meeting
the
following
week
on
june,
2nd
for
the
canvas
hearing
for
the
psd,
if,
if
you
would
like
to,
we
can
move
it
to
june
2nd
following
the
canvas
hearing,
I
just
need
a
motion.
I
mean.
