A
Public
notification
of
the
meeting
has
been
published,
posted
and
distributed
in
compliance
with
the
south
carolina
freedom
of
information
act
all
right
so
prior
to
approving
the
agenda.
I
think
you
each
got
an
email
from
me
this
morning.
There
had
to
be
a
last-minute
change
on
our
agenda.
So
if
you
look
down
at
action
items,
the
only
item
that
we
will
be
voting
on
today
is
item.
11.
there'll
be
no
vote
on
items,
10,
12
and
13..
A
A
Chris
and
marcus
ii,
all
in
favor,
please
say
aye
aye.
Any
opposed
agenda
is
approved
same
story
for
the
minutes.
You'll
recall
we
did
not
have
an
august
meeting,
so
we
are
approving
the
minutes
of
june
16
2022.
You
should
all
have
received
copies
of
it.
Hopefully,
you've
read
through
it.
Any
changes,
corrections,
additions,
amendments
to
the
minutes.
A
Hearing,
none
accept
a
motion
to
approve
the
minutes
of
the
june
16
2022
meeting
tom
secretary,
okay
and
all
in
favor,
please
say:
aye
aye,
any
opposed
minutes
are
approved.
This
time
we
have
a
public
comment
period.
A
You
each
have
in
front
of
you,
as
in
substitute
for
public
comment,
a
note
from
larry
fuller
who's,
a
resident
of
hilton
head.
We
won't
read
the
entire
note,
but
I
urge
you
to
read
his
comment
for
discussion
later
on,
if
necessary.
B
All
right
well
happy
august
to
you
and
we'll
go
through
this.
We
got
a
lot
to
talk
about
so
we'll
go
through
it
as
as
deliberately
as
as
we
need
to
first
we'll
kind
of
go
through
the
the
report
and
then
we'll
talk
about.
I
think
some
of
these
agenda
items
will
come
up
as
we
go
through
the
report.
B
Those
are
both
projects
that
no
longer
require
a
resolution
and
council
approval
to
accept
those
grants,
because
they're
relatively
small
in
nature
and
any
match
that
the
airport
has
was
pre-approved
by
the
council
passing
the
budget.
So
that's
a
a
new
piece
of
this
year's
budget
ordinance
by
the
county,
so
it
saves
us
a
little
bit
of
time.
So
that's
why
those
came
off
and
I'll
hit
the
last
one
as
we
go
through
the
report.
B
So
we'll
see
if
this
goes.
The
picture
up
here
was
taken
by
tad.
Some
of
you
guys
know
tad
who
works
with
us
on
the
maintenance
crew
at
hilton
head.
He
goes
out
and
he's
kind
of
an
amateur
photographer,
but
while
he's
working
on
the
field,
he
catches
the
sunrise
and
everything
he
sends
us
some
great
photos.
Every
friday
morning,
he'll
send
us
some
some
photos
and
then,
if
we've
had
some
different
types
of
aircraft
come
into
the
airport,
he'll,
usually
quiz
steve
gets
it.
B
I
get
it
and
a
couple
other
guys
get
it,
and
and
it's
a
little
trivia
thing
that
he
plays
with
us
and
he's
never
had
any
good
prizes
yet,
but
sometimes
will
be
aerial
views
of
different
airports
too
or
cities,
and
you
have
to
pick
him
out
he's
had
chicago
on
there,
the
skyline
he
actually
had
everett
field
way
up
in
washington
on
there,
which
is
kind
of
interesting.
B
B
B
B
So
I
have
two
1500
gallon
trucks
that
thing's
incredible.
You
sit
in
it
and
it's
it's
like
being
in
a
glass
cockpit,
I
mean
it's,
you
can
see
everything
out
of
there
everything's
easy
to
operate,
so
we're
super
glad
to
have
that
brand
new
and
oh
by
the
way,
100
funded
by
the
faa,
didn't
cost
us
a
nickel
to
get
that
truck
so
about
a
700
000
truck
john.
What
do
we
do
with
the
old
ones?
Do
we
sell
those
or
trade
them
in?
No?
We
keep
them,
we
need
them.
B
It
helps
us
meet
our
index
requirements
so
we'll
keep
those
sort
of
going
to
be.
My
question:
the
pickup
truck
type
vehicle
is
stained
yes
and
and
we're
not
totally
sure
if
we're
going
to
keep
that
as
a
as
an
our
vehicle
or
if
we'll
transition
that
into
another
one,
we
don't
technically
need
it
as
an
off
vehicle,
except
for
a
backup.
Now
that
we've
got
two
1500
gallon
trucks
until
something
goes.
C
B
Well,
until
two
go
now
as
long
as
we
have
one
we're
good
so
we're
we
have
one
in
a
backup
right
now,
so
we're
in
good
shape.
So
we
haven't
totally
made
that
decision,
but
that
one
actually
has
fairly
low
operating
time
on
it.
The
small
truck
year-wise
is
kind
of
old,
but
so
we
may
keep
that
around.
So
anyway
got
another
picture
of
it
here,
different
angle,
you
can
see
we
got
the
new
logo
on
there
and
everything,
but
very
sleek
big
cab.
I
forget
steve
three
four
seats
in
there.
B
Yes,
we've
fit
a
bunch
of
people
in
there
plus
it's
got
a
nice
hatch
up
to
the
to
the
roof.
To
that
turret
really
easy
to
get
around
in
even
in
the
engine
compartment.
In
the
back,
it's
got
a
big
open
door,
so
you
can
actually
crawl
into
the
engine
compartment
to
do
work
instead
of
having
to
be
you
know,
all
smashed
up
inside
places.
So
really
nice
does.
B
It
does
we
had
two
of
our
off
our
officers
go
to
oshkosh
about
two
weeks
ago
and
do
the
final
inspection
before
it
came
off
or
out
of
the
facility,
and
so
they
kind
of
did
the
the
sign
off
from
our
standpoint
for
acceptance,
and
then
it
got
shipped
down
here
and
then
the
trainers
from
oshkosh
will
be
down,
so
they
can
train
all
of
our
personnel
on
that
truck
and
once
that
training
is
done
and
there's
one
control
panel
that
needs
to
come
in
a
display
panel
once
that's
installed,
then
we're
ready
to
put
in
the
service.
B
So
all
right.
So
that's
the
truck.
Let's
see
we'll
talk
about
we'll
talk
about
the
terminal,
but
let
me
go
back
we'll
just
let
you
focus
on
the
truck
and
then
we'll
we'll
talk
about
air
w.
First,
we
talked
a
little
bit
about
hours
changing
out
there
chris
and
I
taught
train.
I
talked
we're
looking
at
the
hours
out
of
arw
because
on
the
weekends,
at
least
during
the
summer
time,
it's
been
pretty
slow.
B
We
we
don't
know
that
it's
an
effective
use
of
of
our
staff
time
to
be
sitting
there
and
it
kind
of
I
don't
want
to
lose
staff
by
having
them
sit
there
and
and
wait
for
somebody
to
land,
because
that
gets
folks
bored
and
it
frankly
wastes
their
time,
and
I'm
not
into
that.
So
we're
probably
going
to
be
doing
half
days
on
weekends,
we'll
figure
out
what
those
actual
hours
are.
B
But
then,
as
the
season
picks
up
and
chris
reminded
me
that
once
a
session
reopens
a
golf
course,
then
we
get
more
traffic
in
typically
a
lot
more
turbo
prop
and
small
jets.
That
may
come
in
then
we'll
look
at
maybe
adjusting
things,
but
we're
trying
to
make
the
right
decisions
based
on
staffing
and
and
the
requirement
for
being
operational
out.
There,
there's
always
going
to
be
the
self-serve
avgas.
B
So
that's
the
hours
just
stay
tuned
on
that
the
exterior
project,
the
renovations
of
the
terminal
they're
ongoing
right
now.
So,
if
you're
out
by
the
airport
you'll
see
that
the
terminal
is
being
painted
on
the
outside,
the
all
the
hand
rails
that
go
up,
the
the
walkways
are
being
redone
all
the
posts
and
everything
have
been
removed.
The
new
ones
are
being
installed.
B
So
all
that's
getting
finished
up
we'll
follow
that
up
with
some
landscaping,
we'll
have
new
signage
out
there.
We've
never
really
had
a
monument
sign
on
the
road.
So
that's
part
of
this
project
is
we'll
we'll
design
and
get
permitted
a
monument
signed
to
be
out
there
on
the
road,
so
that's
being
funded
with
our
h
tax
grant,
which
is
hospitality
tax,
as
well
as
we've
applied
for
a
match
from
south
carolina
aeronautics,
which
we
had
last
year
for
the
interior,
and
we
ended
up
being
able
to
fund
that
entire
project
through
grants.
B
So
we
anticipate
doing
the
same
thing
with
the
exterior.
So
any
questions
on
arw.
E
There
is
an
email,
I
think,
that
jim
sent
out
jim
atkins
about
the
the
head
for
south
carolina
aviation,
possibly
coming
down
to
do
a
discussion.
I
don't
know
if
you,
I
just
saw
it
literally
this
morning,
possibly
so
I
don't
know
if
you're
aware
they
were
looking
at
dates,
they
don't
have
a
date
set.
B
If
he's
talking
to
jim
jim's,
not
talking
to
me
okay
I'll
pass
it
on
forward
yeah,
I
haven't
heard
from
him
so
yeah
and
just
in
case
anybody's
interested
no
dan
knows
this,
but
the
executive
director
of
south
carolina
aeronautics
is
finishing
up.
B
B
B
So
that
is
that
I
think
that's
it
for
airw,
so
we'll
get
on
to
tilting
head
part.
139
inspection
was
conducted
last
week
at
the
beginning
of
the
week,
so
we're
still
waiting
on
the
written
report
from
that
there's
always
some
highs,
and
some
lows
from
those
we've
had
is
another
brand
new
inspector
for
us.
B
This
one's
got
an
arf
background,
so
pretty
intense
arf
inspection
and
training
records
inspection,
but
she
has
some
great
suggestions
for
us
on
our
transition
from
our
old
traditional
paper
tracking
system
to
the
computer-based
system
which
we
have
in
place,
but
we're
kind
of
training
the
arf
guys
to
transition
to
that
so
come
next
year.
We'll
have
everything
100
electronic,
which
is
it
has
the
added
benefit
of.
B
If
the
arf
inspector
wants
to
pre-inspect
records,
they
can
request
them
and
we
can
just
give
them
access
to
our
system
and
they
can
review
records
so
could
save
some
time
on
the
actual
field.
Inspection
which
would
be
good
airfield,
is
in
good
shape.
So
that's
good.
I
don't
think
we
had
anything
major
on
the
airfield
usual
erosion
issues
that
you
have
from
summertime,
rainstorms
that
you
keep
up
with
from
from
day
to
day,
but
we
always
fight
those,
so
nothing
major.
That
was
good.
B
We
did.
You
might
have
seen
that
in
the
news
that
we
received
the
bil
grant
the
bipartisan
infrastructure
law
had
no
idea
that
we'd
receive
that
we
applied
for
it,
because
it's
a
great
opportunity,
but
that's
for
the
tower,
and
it
was
a
competitive
grant
program.
There
was
20
million
dollars
available
nationwide
and
we
got
275
000.
So
that's
what
we
applied
for
and
that'll
be
we'll
update
our
atus
in
the
tower
and
we'll
update
all
the
old
communication
gear.
B
B
They
wear
out.
So
there's
going
to
be
a
new
touchscreen
control
panel
that
we'll
have
so
we'll
upgrade
that
equipment,
which
would
be
great
for
the
controllers,
make
life
a
little
bit
better
for
them
up
there.
We'll
probably
do
some
other
upgrades
little
things
like
the
console.
They
work
on
needs
to
be
updated.
B
The
carpet
in
the
cab
hasn't
been
updated.
Other
things
like
the
the
hatch
that
goes
up
to
the
roof,
has
has
leaked,
so
that
needs
to
be
replaced
but
basic
things
that
we
need
to
get
to
now.
We
can
take
care
of
with
that
grant.
So
john.
C
What
about
the
installation
of
a
radar
in
the
tower
is
that
conversation
been
had
or.
B
We're
working
on
that
that
won't
probably
won't
have
anything
to
do
with
this
grant,
but
we've
been
coordinating
with
the
air
station
over
the
last
few
months
to
figure
out
how
that
might
happen.
But
it
is
an
incredibly
slow
process
to
even
get
people
to
answer
phone
calls
and
emails
about
that.
So
we're
still
working
on
that,
but.
B
B
B
This
is
me,
you've
got
a
you
know
such
and
such
coming
in
from
the
you
know,
northwest
look
out
for
him
and
our
guys
can't
pick
them
up
until
they
can
physically
see
the
aircraft.
So
it's
tough
because
it
it
means
savannah
and
buford
have
to
hang
on
to
that
aircraft
longer
under
control
before
they
can
pass
it
off.
B
Okay.
Let's
see
scarcity
grant
we'll
talk
about
that.
We've
applied
for
the
scandi
grant
three
times
and
we
got
it
this
year,
which
is
great
so
that'll,
be
it's
a
250
000
grant
and
then
it's
going
to
be
matched
by
community
partners
so
that
we're
still
working
on
some
additional
match
money
on
that,
but
we're
hoping
to
boost
that
up
to
350
to
400
000
and
that's
marketing
money,
so
marketing
promotion,
money
that
we
use
in
those
outbound
markets.
B
I
think
we
might
have
a
I
have
to
review
the
application.
We
might
have
a
small
local
component
to
it
because
of
our
rebranding,
so
I
think
we'll
be
able
to
use
some
on
some
local
work
as
well,
but
it'll
be
primarily
for
that
inbound
crowd.
Coming
from
those
cities
like
dc
new
york,
boston,
chicago
dallas,
fort
worth,
you
know
places
like
that
where
advertising
is
not
inexpensive,
so
every
time
is
going
to
help
on
that.
The.
A
B
It's
used
as
airport
and
destination
promotion
because
the
partners
are
community
partners.
So
it's
our
the
resort
partners
in
that
and
all
that
works
in
through
we
coordinate
with
the
chamber.
We
run
it
we're
the
administers
administrators
of
that
grant
locally,
but
we
will
use
their
their
funding
power
and
and
some
of
their
campaigns,
probably
to
kind
of
use
their
leverage
and
use
that
that
brand
to
kind
of
leverage
their
brand
to
help
the
airport
and
the
island
at
the
same
time.
B
B
Those
bids
came
in
pretty
high
about
35
40
higher
than
what
we
would
have
liked
to
see
and
frankly,
what
the
latest
estimates
had
shown
so
long
story
short
we've
been
working
basically
the
whole
summer
to
figure
out
different
strategies
on
how
we
can
execute
that
project
and
have
that
funding
in
place,
because
you've
got
to
have
all
the
funding
in
place
in
order
to
execute
a
contract.
B
So
after
a
lot
of
time,
working
on
that
and
many
many
different
proposals
and
and
discussions
on
how
it
may
work,
what
we
came
up
with
literally
just
yesterday
morning
is
that
we're
going
to
phase
the
project,
because
we
have
enough
funds
in
hand
based
on
the
grants
and
I'll
review.
Those
for
you.
We've
got
the
total
from
the
faa
of
21.6
million.
B
We've
got
12
million
from
the
state
of
south
carolina,
as
you
remember,
and
then
we've
got
about
2
million
through
the
airport
arpa.
So
that's
a
total
of
35.6
million.
Now
in
most
games.
That
would
be
pretty
good
and
we'd
be
ready
to
execute
the
project
but,
like
I
said,
enter
inflation,
and
now
we've
got
a
little
bit
more
than
half
of
what
we
need.
B
So
what
we
have
to
do
legally
in
order
to
make
that
happen,
is
we're
going
to
rebid
it
with
just
that
first
phase.
So,
and
it's
really
the
only
way
you
can
do.
We
met
with
legal.
We
met
with
procurement,
reviewed
the
state
law,
reviewed
local
codes
and
that's
how
we
need
to
do
it.
So
that's
what's
going
to
happen
and
within
the
next
probably
a
week
to
two
weeks,
I'll
have
a
plan
with
milestones
and
cost
projected
costs,
and
what
that
looks
like
to
lay
out
that
next
bid
phase.
B
B
So
I
want
to
show
you
these
just
to
kind
of
point
out
kind
of
what's
going
to
be
built.
I
don't
know,
can
you
drag
brian's
dialog
box
over
to
the
other
side?
Will
it
do
that.
B
B
Our
multiple
screens,
it's
kind
of
hard
to
move
those
things
around.
I
have
a
pointer
here,
but
I
don't
know
that
it
works
on
these
screens.
So
if
you're
looking
at
the
screens,
hopefully
I
can
see
those
pretty
clearly
if
you
move
over
see
the
blue
car
kind
of
on
the
end.
If
you
come
right
up
to
the
roof
line
above
that
blue
car
and
then
look
all
the
way
out
towards
the
right.
That's
the
first
phase.
B
Okay,
so
that
portion
of
the
building
I'll
show
you
some
more,
but
that
portion
of
the
building
is
what
will
be
considered.
The
first
phase,
that's
all
the
fully
new
construction,
and
that
would
also
include
the
the
lanes
in
front
of
the
terminal.
So
the
new
drop-off
lanes
would
be
included
in
there
and
then
here,
if
you
look
kind
of
towards
the
top
there's
a
best
way
to
describe
it,
but
there's
a
towards
the
end
of
the
drop
off
roof
that
you
can
see
that
roof
line.
B
If
you
come
up
from
that,
there's
a
peak
kind
of
the
last
large
peak
there
about
from
there
all
the
way
down
is
the
phase
that
we're
going
to
work
on.
That's
new
construction.
Now,
obviously,
there's
a
lot
of
renovation
in
that
that
will
happen
and
with
the
old
building,
but
all
that
to
the
to
the
south,
to
the
top
of
the
page
is
new
construction.
So
that's
all
the
boarding
gates
that
security
checkpoint-
I
don't
know
if
all
the
ticketing
is
in
there,
but
I
think
the
new
airline
offices
are
in
there
as
well.
B
That's
we're
looking
at
for
the
first
phase
and
including
the
the
four
lanes
in
front,
that's
kind
of
what
it
looks
like
graphically.
We
had
the
architects
put
this
together
for
the
briefing
we
did
the
last
couple
days.
That's
what
that
first
phase
is
going
to
look
like,
including
all
the
colored
areas
will
be
the
blue
kind
of
the
orangish
red
and
that
green
will
all
be
included.
B
Yeah,
so
that's
that's
kind
of
what
it
looks
like
okay,
so
that's
me
with
my
crayon:
they
don't.
Let
me
have
anything
sharp
so
that
that's
about
what
the
first
phase
looks
like
and
we
can
accomplish
that
with,
like
I
said
with
the
funding
we
have
now
without
needing
financing,
so
we're
going
to
get
underway
with
that,
we'll
bid
this
get
underway,
and
then
that
gives
us
some
time
to
be
to
be
working
on
funding
for
the
rest
of
the
program.
Now
we
do
need
to
do.
B
E
B
I
believe
that's
the
way
hilton
head
works.
I
think
they
typically
have
a
commence
date.
You
know
if
it
sits
without
you
executing
the
permit
for
like
a
year.
It
expires
right,
but
even
so
I've
extended
town
permits
many
times,
so
you
know
we'll
be
able
I'm
not
worried
about
any
of
the
permits
and
we've
spoken
with
the
faa.
There's
no
issues
with
faa
funds,
as
well
as
far
as
executing
it.
A
Do
you
have
to
re-bid
the
job
john,
because
you're
only
doing
a
partial
based
on
the
full
bids,
so
does
this
have
to
be
re-bid
in
the
stages?
Yes,
could
you
describe
that
process
in
a
length
of
time.
B
B
That's
what
I
said
we'll
know
that
by
the
end
of
next
week,
we'll
have
that
clear
schedule
with
the
milestones
and
what
that
re-bid
process
looks
like
it
shouldn't
be
that
long.
You
know,
because,
presumably
the
folks
who
did
this
the
first
time
will
look
at
it
a
second
time.
So
what
we're
going
to
do
and
then
they'll
be
familiar
with
what
what
they're
looking
at
some
of
it
may
be
repackaged
a
little
bit
and
without
coordinating
completely
with
procurement
of
that
the
shortest
amount
of
time
they've
recommended
to
re-bid.
B
This
is
a
30-day
process
which
is
probably
what
we'll
go
for
that
should
be
more
than
enough
to
re-bid.
So
it'll
take
some
time
to
get
the
documents
together.
It's
going
to
cost
us
a
little
bit
of
money
to
put
those
documents
together,
but
it's
by
far
and
away
the
more
prudent
choice,
rather
than
risk
a
a
protest
on
a
on
a
bid.
A
So
if
we
look
farther
down
the
track,
when
we
go
to
phase
two
second
step,
that
process
will
go
through
a
re-bidding
process
at
that
time,
correct.
Is
it
conceivable
they
wind
up?
We
wind
up
with
two
different
contractors:
phase
one
contract
to
take
care
of
that
rebid
process
brings
us
a
second
contractor,
possibly
it.
B
All
right
more
questions
on
that.
That's
kind
of
the
biggest
item
that
we
need
to
talk
about
and
spend
time
on
today.
I
want
you
guys
to
be
clear
on
that
and
I'll
work
with
the
public
information
officer
too,
to
make
sure
that
you
know
anybody's
asking
questions
about
this
understand
exactly
what's
going
on,
there's
no
no
secret
as
to
what's
happening.
It's
purely
inflation.
C
B
C
B
D
B
Really
good
question:
what
ian
asked
there
that
it
will
give
us
that
functionality,
so
we
will
still
be
operating
with
the
the
old
baggage
system
and
things
like
that,
but
we'll
have
a
brand
new
security
checkpoint
in
the
brand
new
boarding
gate
areas,
which
are
two
of
the
probably
most
important
aspects
of
what
this
new
building
provides.
B
A
A
B
Is
we
are
currently
looking
at
a
very
small
acquisition,
and
that
is
the
piece
of
what's
in
exec
air,
that's
actually
in
the
pretty
much
in
taxiway
alpha.
So
if
you
know
what
it
looks
like
in
there,
the
little
taxi
lane
that
comes
out
from
exec
air
and
then
ties
into
alpha,
basically
from
the
edge
of
that
pavement
to
the
edge
of
tax
way.
Alpha
is
roughly
that
area
belongs
to
exec
air,
but
it
was
effectively
made
airport
property
because
that's
where
the
taxiway
alpha
project
took
place,
we've
got
drainage.
B
In
there
we've
got
lights
signage,
so
the
airport's
going
to
purchase
that
because
right
now,
exec
air
can't
access
that
property,
because
it's
across
the
line,
so
we
we
met
with
with
the
folks
from
exec
air.
We
agreed
that
the
airport
needs
on
that
property,
so
we're
currently
underway
to
acquire
that.
That's
all
it
is.
It's
still
negotiating
that
not
you
know
we're
just
starting
we're
just
working
on
appraisals
and
stuff,
so
yeah,
it's,
I
forget,
judy
a
tenth
of
an
acre.
I
mean
it's
really
small,
no
an
acre.
B
A
A
The
six-page
vendor
agreement
that
currently
exists
based
on
the
lawyer's
interpretation,
is
kind
of
rough
on
a
small
guy
and
the
tenants
that
your
customers
at
the
south
end
of
the
field.
So
is
there
any
consideration
being
given
to
taking
a
look
at
that
vendor
agreement
and
scaling
it
down
for
some
of
the
small
guys.
B
Well,
we're
looking
at
that,
but
we're
dealing
with
aviation
attorneys
to
make
sure
that
what
we
do
complies
with
the
faa
requirements.
A
B
Okay,
as
we
said,
we
took
a
bunch
of
those
action
items
off
and-
and
I
do
apologize
for
that
confusion-
I
know
you
got
about
16
different
agendas,
and
that
is
completely
my
fault,
but
the
good
news
is
like
I
said
earlier.
Some
of
these
items
don't
have
to
come
before
the
board
or
council
anymore.
So
that's
that's
good
news,
but
the
one
that
does
is
that
emergency
procurement
for
security.
B
B
It
is
a
normal
line
item,
it's
just
something
that
got
left
out
of
the
budget.
So
that's
our
securitas
provides
the
the
paid
security
at
the
terminal,
in
addition
to
the
sheriff's
deputies.
Who
are
there
and
what
securitas
does
is
you'll,
see
them
out
front
of
the
terminal
making
sure
the
cars
continue
to
move,
make
sure
people
aren't
stopping
where
they
don't
need
to
stop,
and
then
we
also
have
one
of
their
staff
inside
the
terminal.
Who
provides
that
tsa
federal
requirement
to
watch
the
exit
lane.
B
B
It's
more
than
last
year
because
about
well
really
not
too
far
into
last
year's
budget.
We
added
the
second
person
because
that
exit
lane
opened
up.
B
A
Right
chris
yeah
all
right,
we'll
accept
a
motion
to
approve
the
contract
for
the
securities
services
physical
year,
2023
contract
for
hilton,
head
airport
and
second
well,
we've
got
tom,
the
second
all
in
favor
any
further
discussion
last
chance.
All
in
favor,
please
signify
by
saying
aye
raising
your
hand.
Any
opposed
motion
passes.
A
All
right
committee
reports-
leslie,
is
not
with
us
today,
so
I'll
just
give
you
some
of
the
observations
on
the
ambassador
program,
which
I
think
ultimately
will
turn
out
to
be
an
outstanding
program
at
hilton,
head
airport.
A
As
you
all
know,
traffic
was
a
little
lighter
this
year
for
a
whole
bunch
of
reasons,
hopefully
a
lot
of
that,
if
not
all
of
it
will
come
back
next
year,
but
I
was
over
there
on
several
occasions
and
several
board
members
were
good
enough
to
volunteer
their
time
to
head
over
there.
Not
all
board
members
did
perhaps
next
year,
we'll
have
some
more
participation
by
the
board
members,
a
very
effective
program.
A
Just
welcoming
people
coming
off
the
aircraft
and
people
travelers
who
are
leaving
from
hilton
airport,
taking
some
of
the
burden
away
from
tca
with
the
common,
the
the
security,
the
tsa
people
as
people
would
interrupt
their
workload
as
some
very
basic
questions
that
the
ambassadors
can
handle
and
the
same
through
with
the
securities
the
sheriff's
department
has
folks
over
there.
Our
ambassadors
are
able
to
remove
some
of
the
traffic
from
their
responsibilities
and
deal
with
them.
So
hopefully
I'll
continue.
A
E
C
Another
update
for
arw
on
the
committee
is:
we've
had
some
drainage
issues
on
airport
road
coming
into
the
airport,
so
john
and
paul
reached
out
to
the
county.
I
guess
yeah
storm
storm
management
team.
They
came
out
and
they
charged
at
airport.
They
brought
a
nice
big
crew,
they're
doing
some
clearing
and
grabbing
removing
some
dead
trees.
C
C
Today,
oh
there,
okay
and
well,
it's
raining.
E
C
It's
a
good
way
to
know
where
the
water
is
going,
so
so
that
was
good
news
that
coastal
airport
anything
they've
already
cleared
out.
A
bunch
of
trees,
looks
really
good
they're
moving
some
some
rotten
soils
out
of
the
way,
and
I
think
that's
it
paint
the
exterior
of
the
hangar.
You
mentioned
that
the
interior,
if
you
haven't
stopped
by
arw
and
you're
in
there
go,
take
a
look
at
the
interior
that
turned
out
awesome,
looks
really
good.
It
was.
C
It
was
due
well
past,
due
20
plus
years,
so
yeah
get
some
more
people
coming
here
in
the
fall
and
the
secession
guys
that
like
to
buy
a
lot
of
jet
fuel.
So
that's
it.
A
Some
board
members
have
not
been
over
there
in
a
while
get
in
your
car
without
an
airplane,
and
it's
a
worthwhile
trip
go
over
and
take
a
look
and
see.
What's
what's
developing.
A
Better
yeah,
I
know,
mark
campbell,
is
out
today
jim's
away,
and
so
he
will
participate
with
us
next
month
and
bring
you
up
to
date
on
what's
going
on
there,
anybody
else
in
the
committee
information
that
we
need
gary
nunn,
we'll
go
back
to
our
citizens
comment
period
with
our
vast
choice
of
citizens.
Today,
again
I
remind
you,
please
read
larry
fuller's
note
that
you
all
have
copies
of
and
if
necessary,
we
can
discuss
it.
You.
C
I
saw
the
email
that
citizen
larry
fuller
said.
I
think
it's
important
that
we
just
remind
the
board
that
it's
probably
not
a
good
idea
for
any
individual.
You
know
to
contact
any
citizen,
I
mean
we
need
to
collect
as
a
board
or
john
as
a
director
or
steve.
As
assistant
director
reply.
You
know
so
just
a
just
a
comment,
all
right,
nothing
else.
C
Our
meeting
is
oh
reminder,
thursday
september
5th.
No
yes
september,
15th
1
30
back
on
hilton
head,
and
I
urge
you
to
attend
in
person.
Unless
you
really
are
concerned
about
a
health
issue,
then
by
all
means
do
what
you
think
is
appropriate
and
if
not,
please
join
us
back
in
hilton
head
on
the
15th
at
1
30
pm
meeting
his
attorney.
