stopped

they
didn't
have

permit.

they
had
to
get

variance,

they
requested
a
variance

notice
that

sent

property
owners
and
now
we're

so

guess
what
I'm
thinking
out
in
my
mind
is
that
all
the

property
owners
were
made
aware
of
this,

if
they
had
a

they
could
see
