Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
It
seemed
that
way.
I've
never
tried
one
we're
here.
Let's
call
a
meeting
to
order.
Would
you
call
the
roll
please
ma'am.
B
A
So
let's
go
ahead
and
take
up
for
consideration
the
minutes
of
the
last
meeting.
A
C
A
Say
aye
okay
minutes
are
passed,
let's
go,
let's
look,
then
at
swearing
in
of
witnesses,
and
so
here's
the
deal
everybody's
going
to
speak
for
or
against,
make
any
kind
of
comment
whatsoever.
Stand
up,
raise
your
hand
and
be
sworn
all
at
once,
so
that
we
can
do
it
all
now
and
then
people
can
just
come
up
and
speak
okay.
So
if
you
have
any
interest
in
the.
C
A
Which
is
a
request
for
variance
to
a
minimum
yard
side
back
from
five
feet
to
4.2
should
be
feet
in
a
residential
single
family
district.
Please,
at
1715,
east
bluestem
stand
and
raise
your
hand.
A
All
right
one
other
thing
before
we
get
started.
We
only
have
four
people
on
the
panel
here
today.
It
takes
unanimous
decision
to
grant
a
variance
from
these
four
people.
Ordinarily,
we
would
sit
with
five
and
you
could
lose
a
vote
if
you
don't
want
to
proceed
in
a
situation
where
you
have
to
get
unanimity
to
win,
there's
not
a
problem
with
that
and
we're
there's
no
upset
on
anybody's
part.
If
you
say
you
know,
I
just
like
to
have
one
more
there.
A
D
Okay,
pz
2021-357
is
a
request
for
jbo
jba
homes,
construction
for
a
variance
to
the
side
yard
setback
to
be
reduced
from
five
feet
to
4.2
feet
in
a
residential
single-family
zoning
district.
The
original
site
plan
submitted
for
construction
showed
the
site
being
located
5
feet
away
from
the
side
property
line.
A
foundation
inspection
was
completed
on
april
8
and
passed
at
that
time.
D
Our
building
inspector
made
another
inspection
to
the
home
adjacent
to
1715,
east
bluestem
and
noticed
red
survey
pins
on
the
south
side
of
the
property
were
erected
from
the
ground
and
leading
against
the
rear
fence.
Although
the
foundation
inspection
passed
through
further
investigation,
the
pins
were
moved
at
some
point
and
it
remains
unknown
to
who
moved
them.
Post-Foundation
inspection
the
contractor,
brought
staff
an
as-built
survey
and
revealed
that
the
contractor
did
not
build
the
house
to
the
specifications
of
the
approved
site
plan.
D
D
On
the
screen,
this
is
the
subject
property.
It's
a
fairly
new
street
thing.
Well,
the
street
is
built,
but
the
surrounding
properties
have
not
all
been
built
up.
Yet
this
is
the
as
built
survey.
So
you
can
see
right
down.
Here
is
the
4.26
feet
that
is
the
closest
to
the
side
property
line.
This
one
is
a
little
is
two
inches
too
close,
approximately
sitting
at
4.87
feet,
but
this
is
the
one
that
we're
asking
for
the
variance
as
it
is
the
closest
to
the
property
line.
D
D
Right,
like
the
it's
from
like
the
form
board
where
they
went
to
measure.
D
This
is
just
a
picture
of
the
pins
up
and
erected
from
the
ground.
I
was
told,
through
the
building
inspector
that
it
could
have
been
moved
from
the
fence
of
people
being
put
there.
However,
it's
it
still
remains
unknown
exactly
who,
because
nobody
saw
it
saw
them,
do
it.
D
We
do
have
the
property
owner
the
future
homeowners
in
the
audience,
and
we
also
have
another
lady
that
I
believe
that
she
is
a
surrounding
property,
neighbor.
Okay,.
D
A
C
A
All
right
who,
who
are
the
proponents,
let's
hear
first
from
the
people
that
propose
this
and
carry
the
burden
of
proof
who
wants
to
speak
first.
E
My
name
is
javier
from
jba
home
construction.
I'm
the
builder.
My
name
is
javier
from
jva
home
construction,
I'm
the
builder
and
the
owner
of
the
property
at
the.
E
We're
going
for
barry
and
just
for
one
corner
of
the
house,
somehow
probably
what
I
was
thinking.
The
boards
move
a
little
bit
to
be
clear
on
this.
This
is
only
six
inches,
so
this
is
what
the
house
is
moved
to
the
side.
This
is
one
corner.
I
mean
this
we're
not
talking
about
feet
on
anything
like
that.
I
know
still.
We
have
to
apply
for
our
parents,
but
I
heard
like
someone
moved
the
beans
or
something
I
never
see
anybody
doing
it.
E
E
I
mean,
I
think
some
construction
like
that
can
happen,
we're
not
on
a
side.
We
know
on
the
job
site
100.
Every
day
I
mean
somebody
can
go
there.
One
of
the
workers
move
one
of
the
boards
a
little
bit
at
the
time
when,
when
we
pass
the
when
we
call
for
the
slap
inspection
we
pass
it,
I
assume
the
specter
from
the
zero
woman.
E
He
took
some
measurements
too
also,
and
we
was
right
so
we
pulled
the
slab
now
the
house
is
done,
complete
100
and
that's
the
only
little
issue
that
we
have
with
with
that.
Okay,.
A
Okay,
thank
you.
You,
you
recognize
that
eight
tenths
of
a
foot
is
not
six
inches.
E
E
Inspector
there,
before
we
put
the
slab,
we
call
inspection,
okay
and
the
spectral
show
up
the
next
day,
sometimes
until
the
following
day.
Sometimes
takes
takes
24
hours,
sometimes
okay,
if
they
don't
got
that
much
work,
sometimes
takes
one
or
two
days,
so
he
shows
up
there.
He
takes
assume
that
he
takes
the
measurements
and
everything
make
sure
the
foam
boards.
They
got
sitting
sit
right
and
we
pass
it.
A
E
A
A
E
A
F
I'm
jeanette
winfrey,
I
live
across
the
street
at
1720,
east
blue
stem
I'm
also
secretary
of
the
homeowners
association,
and
I
just
want
to
say
I
understand
construction.
My
husband
is
also
a
builder
in
that
location
in
that
subdivision,
and
I
understand
these
things
happen:
it's
not
the
end
of
the
world,
it
it's
pretty
devastating
for
the
future
homeowners,
because
they've
been
living
in
on
hold
for
about
a
month
waiting
on
this
hearing,
and
I
understand
they're
fixing
to
be
homeless.
F
If
we
don't
do
if,
if
we
can't
do
something
and
as
far
as
I
know,
no
one
has
approached
me
about
being
against
this,
because
everyone
understood
you
know
it's
construction,
there's
a
lot
of
empty
lots
in
that
subdivision.
It's
all
fairly
new,
so
we
possibly
will
face
this
again
in
the
future.
Hope
not,
but
maybe
this
will
be
a
lesson
to
the
next
group
that
comes
in,
but
we
don't
want
to
do
anything
to
impede
our
builders
from
coming
into
that
construction
area
and
and
going
forward.
F
A
A
Any
other
question:
no
all
right
commentary
deliberation.
Are
we
ready
to
make
a
motion.
A
D
Right
so
when
he
went
out
for
his
foundation
inspection
how
they
do
it
is
I'm
sure
that
you
guys
already
know
I'm
just
probably
just
preaching
the
choir,
but
how
they
do
it
is
they
pull
a
tape
off
the
form
board?
He
said
he
was
gonna,
be
five
feet
per
the
site
plan.
You
look
to
the
left
to
the
where
the
stakes
that
they
put
in
there's
like
red
flags.
Normally
as
long
as
everything
looks
good.
That
way,
then
they
move
on
same
for
that
side.
