people
were
killed
during
these

All

units
withdrew

vietnam
following
the
war,
but
it
continued
to
have
an
impact
on
many
of
the
families
and
people
affected
by
the
war
and
whereas,
aside

honoring
those
who
fought,
there
are
four
parts
of
this
day,
which
are
also
highlighted.

parameters

children

protected

injured

some

the

can

because
they
are

on

sewer

lines
where,

homes

flushing

toilets
when
there's

abundance

rain,

been
an
active
member
in
the
neighborhood
association
and

acorn
association.

brought
this
up
at

and

think
that

was
a
project
that
started

sewer
lines
when
they
busted
out

old
sewer
lines

re-piped
them
with
the
plastic

is,

drainage
was
supposed
to
be

staff

discuss

championships

towers
and

just
asked
you

how
does
it
normally

it
to
me
and
possibly

could
be
something
we
explore

next

partner

up
with
funding
or
raise

funding
to

those
kids
recognized,

proud

community

believe

everyone

It
is
a
motor
on
that
scooter
and
that's
why
I
refuse
to
get
on
it,
because
I
don't
need
another
scratch
of
me.
However,
there
are
some
people
that
don't
take
the
adult
responsibility
that
they
need
to
take,
because
you
have
to
use
a
credit
card
to
purchase
that,
so
I
don't
know
of
any
eight
or
ten
year
olds
that
are
packing
a
debit
card
or
credit
card.
So
therefore
they're
using
an
adult.

were
to
see
that
I
would
probably
call
the
police
or

to
notify
someone
that
children
are
operating
a
motor
vehicle
because
it
could
be
very,
very
serious
and
very
dangerous
and
unfortunately,
as
you
stated,
there
was
an
adult
with
the
toddler
on
it,
and
it's
so
I
mean
it's
serious
and
you
could
be
seriously
hurt,
but
thank
you
for
bringing
that
to
our
attention,

hopefully
people
would
not
play

that

respect

only
themselves,

everyone

never
the
intention

quality

saw
a
lot

people
out

scooters

spring
break
and
I
would
just
hope
everybody
would
put
safety
first.

got

phone
call
from

constituent
this
morning
that
was
very
disturbed.
They
were
at
kroger's
last
night
shopping
and
her

year.
Old
grandson
was
grabbed
by
a
citizen
that
was
shopping
on
feeling
in
kroger's
and
he
broke
away
from
the
man
and
was
able
to
get
away
from
him
run
to
the
car,
and
today
this
child
is
devastated.

I'm
I'm
stating
it
because
I
believe
people
need
to
be
aware
that
there
are
predators
out
there
that,
and
it
was
a
male.
So
regardless
of
a
female
or
a
male
they're
predators
out
there.
Please
be
aware
just
make
sure
that
you
look
around
your
surroundings
and
to
be
careful
because
I
don't
think
predators
care.

was
a
time
where
they
would
abduct
young
females,
but
now
they
are
abducting
males
at
pretty
much
the
same
rate
that
they
