✔️Council approved the purchase of eight new paratransit handicapped accessible busses.
✔️Council approved the reallocation of $100,000 to the Salvation Army Homeless Shelter Rehab project.
✔️Council approved a proposal to bring Bird Scooters to Beaumont so you’ll likely see them around the city starting in early 2022.
✔️Council discussed possible improvements within the park system, expanding the City’s Juneteenth event as well as the possibility of adding other City sponsored events.
