A
Given
by
pastor
freddie
wright
with
north
point
community
church,
please
silence
your
cell
phones
and
before
we
begin,
I
would
like
to
recognize
that
we
have
two
of
our
former
mayors
in
the
audience
mayor
guy
goodson.
Thank
you
for
joining
us
today
and,
most
recently,
our
former
mayor,
becky
ames.
Thank
you.
B
Mayor
and
those
on
the
council
bring
greetings
from
north
point
community
church,
let's
pray
together,
god
in
heaven.
We
are
so
thankful
for
all
that
you
are
that
you
are
holy
you're,
just
you're,
full
of
compassion
and
grace,
and
we're
thankful
for
that.
Lord,
we
come
to
you
today,
knowing
that
you've
taught
us,
as
jesus
was
asked,
what
the
most
important
thing
is,
and
that
is
to
love
you
with
everything
and
to
love
and
serve
our
neighbor
as
our
self,
and
so
we
come
to
this
meeting
and
live
in
that
spirit.
B
Today,
we
pray
that
that
would
reign
in
this
place
in
our
city.
We're
reminded
that
all
things
work
together
for
good
for
those
that
love
you
and
are
called
according
to
your
purpose.
Lord,
would
we
as
a
city
as
leaders
as
people
who
care
about
each
other?
Would
we
live
in
that
purpose
and
in
that
love,
as
we
walk
through
this
life,
give
us
wisdom
today,
especially
to
these
that
are
making
decisions
for
those
in
this
community.
We
love
you
in
jesus
name,
we
pray,
amen,
amen,.
A
F
A
G
Well,
good
afternoon,
mayor
council,
city
manager,
city
attorney,
this
is
our
weekly
update
covet
update
last
week,
when
I
was
with
you,
the
new
positive
cases
reported
in
jefferson
county
was
78..
G
Last
week
we
had
five
deaths
in
the
county
this
week,
I'm
glad
to
report.
We
only
have
one
for
the
city
of
beaumont
same
time.
We
had
46
cases.
Last
week
this
week,
there's
39
cases,
two
deaths.
Last
week,
no
death.
This
week
last
week
in
our
hospitals,
we
reported
15
patients,
which
87
of
those
was
unvaccinated,
and
we
only
had
one
on
the
vent
which
was
unvaccinated
yesterday
with
two
hospitals
reporting
we
had
11
patients,
all
11
was
unvaccinated.
G
The
number
of
people
coming
in
for
to
get
their
vaccine-
it's
again,
it's
not
where
we
want
it
to
be,
but
we're
grateful
for
the
ones
that
are
coming
in.
So
the
state
of
texas
just
released
some
data
from
september,
the
4th
through
october,
the
1st-
and
this
is
for
the
state
of
texas-
the
unvaccinated
was
20
times
more
likely
to
die
of
kobe
vaccine
than
the
fully
vaccinated.
This
is
the
state
of
texas.
G
The
unvaccinated
made
up,
92
percent
of
all
positive
cases
and
86
of
all
fatalities
was
unvaccinated,
and
that's
why,
as
public
health,
we
are
still
encouraging
everyone
to
get
vaccinated,
because
the
data
shows
that
when
you're
fully
vaccinated,
you
have
a
better
chance
of
surviving
this
coping
vaccine.
So
this
covet
virus.
So
that's
why
we
continue
to
encourage
everyone
to
get
vaccinated.
G
G
A
A
He
always
had
a
genuine
smile
and
friendly
words
and
treated
his
fellow
board,
members
and
city
staff
with
respect
and
whereas
mr
smith
always
served
the
community
as
port
of
beaumont.
Commissioner
for
18
years,
he
was
the
first
african
american
to
serve
as
president
of
the
port
commissioner
from
may
21st
2018
through
june
29th
of
2020,
and
whereas,
in
addition
to
serving
on
the
port
of
beaumont's
board
of
commissioners,
mr
smith
has
served
as
president
of
the
beaumont
metropolitan
ymca
board
of
directors.

Constructing

enhance
student

on
campus

prepare
the

an
even
brighter
future,
and
whereas

will
celebrate

in

and
whereas

will
include
campus

throughout
the
week
and
on
saturday
november.
13Th.
The
afternoon
will
be
filled
with
cardinal
spirit:
a
large
community
tailgate
and
fan
fest
at
noon
with
the
football
game
kicking
off
at
4
pm.
J
I'll
be
brief,
since
you
guys
got
stuff
to
do,
but
thanks
thanks
for
the
proclamation
on
behalf
of
dr
taylor,
he
couldn't
be
here
today.
He
has
a
accreditation
visit
for
the
college
of
business,
so
he
got
some
some
work
to
do,
but
we
appreciate
the
city
obama
what
you
guys
do
for
us.
We
have
a
lot
of
events
this
week,
starting
tonight
with
men's
basketball.
Coach
brooks
one
of
our
alums,
this
first
home
game
as
a
head,
coach,
volleyball
and
then
football
on
saturday.
A
K
Now,
therefore,
hi
robin
mouton,
mayor
of
the
city
of
beaumont
texas,
do
recognize
junior
league
of
beaumont
and
thank
them
for
all
the
wonderful
work
they
do
in
our
community.
Accordingly,
the
mayor
has
here
unto
set
her
hand
and
caused
the
seal
of
the
city
of
bowman
to
be
affixed
mayor
robin
mouton
november.
The
9th
2021
receiving
this
recognition
on
the
behalf
of
junior
league
of
beaumont
is
brenna
rodriguez.
President
and
others
would
you
please
come
forward.
L
This
is
mayor
council,
city
of
beaumont.
Thank
you
so
much
for
honoring
us
for
75
years
of
our
work
in
the
community.
It's
an
honor
to
stand
here
with
our
league,
ladies,
our
active
members
and
some
sustainers
with
us,
and
but
we
wouldn't
be
here.
L
If
it
wasn't
for
generations
of
ladies
who
have
come
before
us
and
built
a
foundation
for
our
organization
this
year,
we
will
give
away
75
thousand
dollars
into
our
community
for
our
nonprofits
through
our
grant
program,
but
we
couldn't
do
that
without
the
community
support
of
us
and
what
we
do
each
and
every
day.
So
we
thank
you
for
that,
and
we
look
forward
to
seeing
what
the
next
league
in
the
many
years
to
come,
will
how
they
will
impact
our
community.
So
thank
you.
Thank
you.
A
I
would
like
to
also
say
at
the
close
of
the
city
council
meeting.
The
council
will
hold
an
executive
session
to
consider
matters
related
to
contemplating
our
pending
litigation
in
accordance
with
section
551.071
of
the
government
code
claim
of
daphne
rivera
santiago
and
daphne
lopez,
rivera
claim
of
sylvia
perry
and
jefferson.
County
texas

the
city
of
beaumont,
texas,
calls
number
b198481.
A
A
M
C
A
O
E
On
item
f,
it
talks
about
dedicating
some
funding
some
grant
funding
to
implement
target
hardening
to
purchase
some
entry
control
devices
for
vehicle
access
to
the
police
department.
Is
this
to
replace
some
entry
control
devices
that
we
already
have,
or
do
we
not
have
them
there
now.
Q
P
P
P
F
I
think
it's
very
good
that
we're
doing
40
railways
13
miles
throughout
the
city
and
in
460
calendar
65
calendar
days,
mr
manager,
do
we
have
anything
in
place
to
kind
of
notify
the
community?
I
think
this
is
a
very
positive
thing.
I
think
the
community
should
be
abreast
of
the
improvements
that
we
have
upcoming
in
the
next
year.
Q
A
P
American
council
line
number
two
is
to
consider
approving
a
proposal
submitted
by
irwin
seating
company
for
replacing
the
seating
at
the
civic
center.
Omnia
partners
provide
municipalities
with
the
means
to
purchase
products
and
services
at
competitive
prices
contracted
under
the
procurement
statutes
of
the
state
of
texas.
P
The
proposed
scope
of
work
shall
include
the
removal
and
disposal
of
the
existing
upper
seating,
furnish
and
install
800
1827
new
seats,
new
aisle
lights
and
providing
a
performance
and
payment
bond.
The
cost
to
replace
the
new
seating
sections,
as
well
as
the
removal
and
disposal
of
the
existing
seating,
is
389
923.61.
P
The
civic
center
was
originally
constructed
in
1977,
so
a
lot
of
the
seeding,
all
the
seeds
44
years
old
and
is
experiencing
issues
with
component
breaks
and
a
lot
of
wear
and
tear.
So
this
project
is
necessary
to
provide
attractive
and
safe
seating
for
our
patrons
funds
were
budgeted
in
the
capital
reserve
fund.
The
administration
recommends
approval.
A
Q
P
Included
in
the
operations
of
our
animal
care
facility,
the
city
contracts
with
a
local
veterinary
clinic
to
provide
routine
veterinary
services
on
a
weekly
basis
and
other
services,
as
requested,
a
request
for
proposal
was
solicited
from
16
vendors,
with
two
responses
received
city
staff,
reviewed
and
evaluated.
The
responses
using
the
criteria
provided
in
the
proposal.
P
P
A
P
G
What
we're
coming
to
propose
to
council
is
to
amend
certain
parts
of
the
city
ordinance
as
it
relates
to
environmental
health,
as
well
as
to
adopt
the
t
for
tfer,
which
stands
for
texas
food
establishment
rules
which
oversees
all
eating
establishments
in
texas.
G
First
slide
here,
as
you
can
see
the
what
we
want.
What
we're
proposing
to
change
is
currently
the
food
establishment
once
they
receive
their
inspection
report,
they
have
two
options:
they
can
either
post
it
where
it
can
be
seen
by
the
consumer
or
they
can
keep
it
in
their
office
and
show
it
if
it's
acts
upon
request.
G
Now
the
the
grading,
as
you
can
see,
superior
and
above
average,
was
really
the
same
80
to
100
and
above
the
average
rating,
was
79
or
below.
But
what
we're
proposing
to
change
our
scoring
system
of
100
to
95
being
superior,
and
we
have
some
restaurants
who
are
superior
and
I
think
they
need
to
stand
out.
G
They
need
to
be
recognized
for
their
superior
rating,
as
opposed
to
just
being
grouped
in
with
the
average.
So
we're
just
proposing
to
change
our
scoring
system
to
100,
to
95,
being
superior
94
to
80
being
above
average
and
79
are
below
being
average.
And
so
that's
what
we're
proposing
just
to
change
our
scoring
system.
G
This
particular
item
here
is
the
certification
required
in
the
ordinance
now
what
it
reads
that
a
person
we
were,
we
public
health
was
allowing
someone
90
days
after
they've,
opened
opening
eating
establishment.
G
They
had
90
days
to
become
a
certified
food
manager,
and
so
what
we're
proposing
actually
is
to
adopt
what's
in
the
teefer,
because
what
the
teefer
is
saying
now
that
a
certified
food
protection
manager
is
one
who
have
shown
proficiency
of
required
information
through
passing
a
department-approved
examination
prior
to
opening
up
a
food
establishment
as
before
our
hardness,
we
were
allowing
you
90
days
after
you
opened,
and
so
now,
with
the
new
teefer.
Now
you
have
to
become
a
certified
food
manager
prior
to
opening
up
a
food
establishment
question.
E
A
I
have
a
question
too:
okay,
do
they
have
to
be?
You
say
they
have
to
be
on
staff,
but
do
they
have
to
be
in
the
restaurant
at
all
times.
F
F
E
G
R
E
Okay,
another
question
this
also
applies
to
food
trucks
as
well.
Is
that
correct.
F
A
Mr
coleman,
when
is
this:
when
are
the
new
rules,
go
into
effect.
G
G
A
Q
G
A
G
If
this
passed
and
we
hopefully
it
does-
and
someone
falls
into
that
that
dilemma
we'll
work
with
them.
Okay,
we
give
them
time
to
to
become
a
certified
food
manager
and,
as
justin
stated,
it
only
takes
eight
hours,
so
you
know,
but
we
will
give
them
time
we'll
work
with
them,
okay,
to
ensure
that
they
have
a
certified
food
manager
on
the
premises
at
all
times.
Q
S
R
S
A
O
G
Next
slide
right
here
is
it's.
We
see
this
all
crossed
out
on
issuance
terms
and
transfers,
and
this
is
when
the
city
of
beaumont
public
health
department
used
to
offer
the
food
managers
course.
We
no
longer
offer
that
course.
So
we're
wanting
to
remove
all
this
out
of
the
city
ordinance
next
slide,
as
well
as
the
renewal
and
fees
next
slide.
Now,
on
the
you
can
see
here,
the
city
obama
no
longer
offers
the
food
manager
certification
course.
G
G
Now
they
become
a
certified
food
manager,
it's
good
nationally,
so
they
it
follows
them
wherever
they
go,
and
it's
good
for
five
years
now,
when
we
were
doing
it
the
renewal
they
just
come
back
before
the
expiration
date
paid
ten
dollars
renewed
their
license
now
with
the
new
requirements
that
they
must
retake
the
exam
after
five
years
and
that's
per
department
of
state
health
services
and
there's
a
link
there.
That
would
take
them
to
the
accredited.
K
Yes,
are
there,
is
there
a
site
here
in
beaumont
or
does
everything
on
the
internet.
G
G
Instead,
that
causes
the
issue
when
people
come
in
and
they
pay
in
cash
a
lot
of
times
it's
having
the
right
amount
of
change,
so
we're
just
proposing
having
flat
rates
versus
having
since
added
to
it,
but
as
we
go
through
you'll,
see
we're
also
ex
proposing
to
change
some
of
the
fees.
A
G
Some
we
went
down
some.
We
went
up
okay,
but
I'll
kind
of
explain
that
once
we
get
to
that
portion,
okay,
here
food
sale,
permit.
We
look
in
proposing
to
take
this
statement
out
because
the
food
sales
permit
can
be
eliminated
since
we
already
have
a
mobile
food
unit.
Permit
mobile
food
units
currently
right
now
are
bored
from
preparation
of
any
food
that
requires
extensive
rinsing
such
as
crawfish,
and
we
know
we
love
crawfish
in
southeast
texas.
G
They
want
to
be
able
to
have
crawfish
on
a
mobile
food
truck.
So
what
we're
proposing
is
that
to
allow
them
to
sell
crawfish
from
a
mobile
food
unit
that
they
have
to
do
the
rinsing
and
the
purging
at
their
commissary
and
not
on
their
truck
simply
because
their
wastewater
tank
is
limited
in
size.
So
it
would
not
be
large
enough
to
hold
all
that
water.
So
if
they
want
to
sell
crawfish,
you
know
if
this
passes
they
would
be
able
to.
G
Next
slide,
all
right:
this
is
mobile
food
units.
All
mobile
food
establishments
shall
move
and
vacate
the
premise
of
the
business
location
on
a
daily
basis.
Overnight,
parking
at
the
business
location
is
prohibited
at
the
end
of
each
business
day.
The
mobile
food
establishment
shall
return
to
the
central
preparation
facility
and
dog
commissary
for
the
servicing
and
storage.
G
This
statement
we
want
to
keep
in,
but
what
we
added
is
the
definition
of
a
secure
storage
facility,
because
you
know
we
have
some
vendors
that
have
their
own
definition
of
what
a
secure
storage
facility
is,
and
so
we
want
to
put
in
this
definition
and,
as
you
can
see
in
the
new
teefer,
the
old
tefer
was
this:
was
the
state
rule
that
they
had
to
had
to
move
their
mobile
food
truck,
but
now
the
new
t4?
Is.
G
It
says
that
the
regulatory
authority
may
impose
additional
requirements
to
protect
against
health
hazards
related
to
the
conduct
of
the
food
establishment
as
a
mobile
operation,
and
the
reason
why
we
want
them
to
move,
because
we
have
evidence
of
people
keeping
their
truck
at
the
location
of
operation,
that
we
have
evidence
of
them,
draining
their
wastewater
into
the
city
drains
or
they're.
Just
releasing
a
wastewater
on
the
ground
which
can
in
turn
become
a
public
health
hazard.
G
R
G
A
I
On
those
large
events
like
mardi
gras
and
the
fair
where
the
city
will
provide
something
for
wastewater,
is
there
a
fee
for
that?
Does
the
city
charge
those
folks
or
is
that
something.
G
S
Ford
park
has
a
bunch
of
different
grease
traps
and
that's
where
the
waste
water
is
going
to
go
to
the
grease
trap.
So
it's
not
that
the
city
is
providing
anything.
That's
already
there
for
the
visitors.
G
F
Out
of
curiosity,
how
many
food
trucks
do
we
have?
It
may
be
hard
to
answer
the
number,
but
I
know
we
have
a
lot
of
food
trucks
that
are
actually
on
private
property
and
kind
of
a
stable
spot,
so
the
ones
that
we
kind
of
see
in
the
same
place
every
week
or
whatever
do
they
have
to
come
back,
renew
a
permit
and
if
they
do
all
of
those
trucks
that
are
at
the
same
spot
every
day,
we're
saying
have
we
always
required
them
to
move
and
come
back
every.
F
D
G
G
Because
you
have
some
that
you
know
I'm
gonna
operate,
I'm
gonna
open
up
at
midnight.
G
After
you,
close
yeah
yeah
so
and
mr
hayes
is
so
right,
so
we
encourage
all
citizens
to
to.
Let
us
know
we
even
encourage
we
hold,
try
to
hold
at
least
quality
meetings
with
all
our
mobile
food
vendors
to
to
kind
of
keep
them
updated
on
the
ordinance
and
answer
any
questions
that
they
may
have,
but
we
also
encourage
them
to
let
us
know
if
they
see
someone
that's
operating
illegally
and
then
we
will
go
out
and
pay
them
a
visit.
O
G
Idea
behind
the
food
managers
certification
is
that
you
go
through
this
course
and
you
learn
everything
about
the
safety
of
food
cross-contamination,
proper
temperature,
so
forth
and
so
on.
So
the
whole
idea
is
to
ensure
again
is
what
the
consumer
is
consuming,
is
safe
and
so
and
that's
why
that's
a
requirement
for
anybody
selling
any
kind
of
food.
G
Next
slide
special
events
and
temporary
permit.
The
current
ordinance
does
not
have
a
hard
deadline
for
special
event
permits.
So
what
we're
proposing
that
special
event
permits
must
be
submitted
at
least
30
days
prior
to
the
event,
because
we
have
people
come
in
and
want
to
hold
something.
That's
really
huge
that
I'm
just
going
to
throw
out
on
a
saturday
and
they'll
come
in
on
a
friday
on
the
permit.
G
You
know,
and
it
takes
time
to
go
out
and
do
all
those
inspections,
so
we're
just
proposing
that
at
least
give
us
a
30-day
notice
on
special
events,
carnivals
festivals,
if
you're
having
baseball
tournaments-
and
you
know,
you're
going
to
be
selling
food.
So
we
we're
just
asking
that
at
least
30
days
prior
to
the
event.
G
O
O
O
D
G
T
G
Yeah
special
event:
yeah
carnivals
festivals,
if
you're
holding
a
baseball
tournament
with
multiple
teams,
that's
what
we
considered
a
special
event,
but
not
just
a
standard
temporary
event.
If
you
just
want
to
have
sell
food
as
a
fundraiser,
currently
right
now
we're
asking
that
seven
days
prior
to
the
event.
But
of
course
any
anything
and
all
things
are
flexible.
P
Q
P
A
G
G
Safety
manager,
but
again,
but
but
when
we
inspect
restaurants
right,
the
refrigeration
has
to
be
at
the
right
temperature.
They
freeze.
They
have
to
be
at
the
right
temperature,
because
that
prevents
food
borne
illnesses
if
your
food
is
not
kept
at
the
right
temperature,
so
again
we're
talking
about
a
temporary.
G
F
Honestly,
it
can
be,
I
understand
it
could
be
a
double-ended
sword
and
kind
of
a
huge
hassle
on
staff
to
go
out
there
and
make
those
investigations
to
get
to
certain
certificates.
I've
actually
seen
justin
in
the
community
doing
it.
I
know
it
can
be
a
little
very
overwhelming
when
we
have
these
festivals
and
things
of
that
magnitude.
F
But
I
want
the
city
to
keep
in
mind
as
far
as
being
business
friendly
when
people
are
having
festivals,
the
whole
idea
of
them
having
them
is
to
actually
generate
a
profit
and
when
they're
trying
to
generate
a
profit-
and
you
got
vendors
wanting
to
come
in-
you
know
a
few
days
before
the
event.
I
understand
we
want
to
put
the
stipulation
on
it,
but
all
at
the
same
time.
F
I
really
want
to
be
keep
in
mind
that
the
vendors
or
whoever's
putting
on
the
festival
a
lot
of
times
they're
doing
it
not
just
to
do
it,
but
to
actually
generate
a
profit.
So
I
would
kind
of
be
in
favor
of
maybe
an
additional
fee
for
waiting
at
the
last
minute
versus
not
being
able
to
do
it
at
all.
But
that's
just
a
suggestion
I'm
putting
out
there
because
I
know
when
you're
doing
fairs
and
fundraisers
and
things
of
that
magnitude
you're
doing
it
to
actually
raise
funds.
D
D
So
coming
allowing
someone
to
keep
the
food
and
just
assume
they're
going
to
store
it
properly,
that
assumption
could
lead
to
deaths
or
illness,
and
I
would
prefer
that
we
take
those
precautions
to
ensure
that
the
food
that
will
be
served
is
going
to
be
safe
as
opposed
to
looking
at
what
the
profit
might
be
or
how
inconvenient
it
might
make
someone
I'm
not
saying
we
can.
We
should
impose
fees
or
or
guidelines.
D
G
G
A
Live
with
that
one
one
moment,
mr
coleman,
mr
jackson
is
trying
to
say
something.
S
I
Q
E
That's
very
useful
to
hear
that,
because
sometimes,
when
you're
having
an
event
vendors,
it
doesn't
get
publicized
until
closer
to
time
of
the
event,
and
then
vendors
might
want
to
jump
on
the
bandwagon
and
say
I
want
to
have
my
truck
there
and
it's.
You
know
two
weeks
out
or
something
like
that.
So
you
know.
Obviously
we
all
know
when
the
fair
is
coming.
We
know
when
oktoberfest
is
coming.
We
know
big
events,
but
for
the
smaller
events.
E
Echoing
what
the
mayor
was
saying,
the
prep
time
I
I
just
you
know,
I
I'm
not
a
chef,
but
I
I
just
I.
I
would
just
think
that
you
know
that
could
really
be
difficult
if
you're
gonna
have
to
go
out
and
for
instance,
what,
if
you
have
a
truck
that
sells
kebabs,
they
got
to
go
out
and
get
all
the
meat
and
all
the
chicken
that
morning
before
they
open
up-
and
I
just
I
I
just
don't
know
how
you
work-
that
I
really
don't
right.
A
G
A
G
Because
it
will
allow
a
person
and
I've
permitted
you,
but
I
allow
you
to
keep
that
food
at
home
a
week
before
your
event
and
somebody
purchase
that
food
and
get
sick.
They
gonna
fall
back
on
the
health
department.
They're
gonna
fall
back
on
the
city
of
bulma
because
that's
true,
I
gave
you
a
permit
and
so
again
we're
looking
at
the
safety
and
the
health
of
the
consumer.
R
S
F
But
let's
just
say,
if
it's
a
lulu
team
boiling,
like
you
said,
sausages
things
of
that
magnitude
or
maybe
a
death
in
the
family,
maybe
trying
to
raise
some
funds
going
through
the
permitting
process
that
would
be
regular
standard,
seven
days,
correct
right,
okay,
so
that
won't
change
correct!
Okay!
Now
I
got
clarification
I
gotta
understand.
I
was
more
concerned
about
the
like
the
little
league
football
basketball
teams
trying
to
raise
funding
as
well.
As
you
know,
if
it
was
a
depth
to
anything
to
that
magnitude,.
G
That's
that's
the
standard
seven
days,
okay,
standard
days
and
again,
you
know
we're
flexible,
we're
flexible
and
we
have
people
that
want
to
hold
these
temporary
events,
who
normally
don't
hold
temporary
events,
so
we're
flexible.
But
we
do
have
what
we
call
our
frequent
flyers,
who
wants
to
hold
them
all
the
time
and
want
to
come
the
day
before
right,
and
so
you
know
we're
flexible
with
with
time
and
dates.
I
Mr
coleman
y'all
on
the
purchasing
of
the
food
products.
They
all
feel
that
it
will
be
safe
if,
instead
of
day
of
events,
said
within
24
hours
of
the
start
of
the
event.
G
D
E
Okay,
so
if
I'm
a
scout
trooper-
and
I
want
to
sell
boudin
zuma
sausage-
and
I
want
to
start
selling
at
10
o'clock
in
the
morning
out
of
the
shopping
center
somewhere
and
I
go
to
sam's
on
friday
and
put
it
in
the
refrigerator
so
that
I
can
grab
it
and
be
ready
to
go
and
get
them
on
the
grill
at
nine
o'clock
saturday
morning,
you're
saying
that's
not
good,
you
can't
do
it
that
way.
G
But
now,
if
the
restaurant
and
the
food
truck
come
into
an
agreement
where
that
vendor
the
food
truck
can
store
their
product
okay
inside
that
restaurant,
because
that
is
a
licensed
restaurant,
then
that's
allowable.
But
that
has
to
be
the
agreement
between
the
commissary
and
the
the
food
truck
and
we
have
to
be
aware
of
it.
Okay,.
K
G
Simply
because
again
you
purchased
it
friday.
Where'd
you
keep
it.
How
did
you
store
it?
Where
did
you
store
it?
Okay,
it
wasn't
in
the
right
temperature,
but
if
you
have
an
agreement
with
a
restaurant,
that's
licensed
right
and
you
have
that
agreement
and
we're
aware
of
the
agreement.
We
have
a
copy
of
the
agreement
that
you
stored,
your
zumos,
let's
say
in
cheddars,
then
that's
allowable.
K
K
I
don't
want
to
burden
the
public
with
with
things
that's
just
unnecessary,
but
what
most
food
I
mean.
Do
we
believe
that
and
I'm
not
I'm
not
the
guy.
You
are
health,
but
most
food
won't
spoil
within
24
hours.
Will
it.
S
I
Q
U
E
Missed
one
council
meeting
in
10
years-
and
it
was
because
I
was
in
the
hospital
with
food
poisoning.
So
again
I,
like
council
member
phil,
shaw,
I'm
empathetic
to
what
this
can
do.
But
if
you
were
to
enact
this
rule,
what
you're
saying
is
that
they
could
a
person
could
go
out
at
nine
o'clock
in
the
morning
and
buy
the
stuff.
But
what?
If
they're,
not
opening
up
their
truck
to
six
o'clock
that
evening
and
they
they
have
that
chicken
just
sitting
out
there
somewhere?
E
You
wouldn't
know
because
technically
they'd
be
in
the
letter
of
the
law
here,
maybe
maybe
a
better
way
would
be
to
get
the
vendor
to
sign
some
sort
of
an
attestation
that
I
have
complied
with,
whatever
regulation
for
keeping
the
food
so
that
you
have
something
that
they
have
signed
and
attested
to
that
saying,
they're
doing
what
they're
supposed
to
do
to
keep
that
food
safe
in
the
right
temperature
zone
as
opposed
to
a
hard
and
fast
rule
here,
because
there
there
are
ways
to
skirt
that
and
not
comply
with
what
you're
intending
to
do
to,
which
is
to
provide
for
the
safety
of
the
citizens.
G
Q
E
Testing
that
they
have
complied
with
all
applicable
food
safety
standards
with
regard
to
refrigeration
that
to
me
kind
of
shifts
the
liability
back
on
them,
if,
if
they
have
done,
if
they
have
signed
that
under
penalty
of
law
and
then
they
are
later
found
to
have
done
it-
that's
that's
kind
of
on
them.
At
that
point,
that's.
T
G
Exactly
now
with
temporaries,
if
you
apply
for
your
application
right
and
you
give
us
the
date,
you
want
to
operate
in
your
location
right
now
we
go
out
the
inspector
go
out
that
morning
to
ensure
that
everything
is
in
compliance
with.
What's
allowed
was
not
allowed,
so
you
know
they
have
to
have
certain
items
for
washing
hands
for
washing
their
utensils
and
all
that,
so
all
that
has
to
be
in
place
prior
to
them.
G
You
apply
for
the
temporary
right
and
once
the
inspector
goes
out
and
then
inspect
your
operation
before
you
operate,
then
that's
when
you
actually
issue
the
permit.
So
if
you
don't
meet
all
the
requirements
right,
then
you
do
not
issue.
You
don't
get
the
permit
so
we're
out
there
before
you
even
start
operating,
oh
wow,
on
the
temperature.
G
I
mean
you
may
have
one
or
two
that
that
that
will
complain,
but
for
the
most
part,
everybody's
is
in
compliance
with
that
and.
S
R
S
The
simple
fact
that,
if
you
in
this
position,
then
you
know
how
easily
somebody
can
get
sick,
okay
from
just
like,
if
you
read
through
most
of
our
requirements
like
even
washing
hands
like
a
lot
of
germs,
just
passed
from
not
even
washing
hands,
so
full
temperature,
that's
a
step
above
that
because
it
grows
so
rapidly
after
that
four
hours.
S
A
Had
one
more
council
member
goods
and
then
council
member
turner,.
E
G
G
It's
the
health
and
the
safety
of
the
consumer
yeah.
It
would
be
wonderful
if,
if
we
can
trust
that
everybody
will
follow
the
rules
as
they
are,
that
would
be
wonderful.
I
mean
you
know
what
we're
talking
about
now,
as
it
relates
to
food
trucks
and
temporaries.
We
have
some
of
the
same
issues
with
restaurants.
G
You
know,
and
the
number
one
cause
of
foodborne
illnesses
believe
it
or
not,
is
not
necessarily
the
contamination
of
the
food.
It's
the
worker,
it's
the
employee,
not
washing
hands.
You
know
so
again.
Our
our
job
is
to
protect
the
health
and
the
safety
of
the
citizens,
and-
and
sometimes
it
may
seem
that
we're
being
difficult.
G
E
We're
not
well
before
we
come
back
and
vote
on
this.
You
know
I'm
going
to
certainly
want
to
hear
from
food
truck
vendors
and
give
them
an
opportunity
to
weigh
in
on
this
and
and
see
what
they
have
to
say
about
it,
because,
like
councilmember
turner
said,
we
want
to
be
sensitive
to
our
vendors
and
not
be
seen.
As
you
know,
not
business
friendly.
A
We
have
to
go
by
the
public
safety,
help
rules
and
what's
going
to
be
best
safety,
wise
and
it
does
seem
unreasonable
for
someone
to
have
to
purchase
the
product
the
morning
of
because
they
may
not
have
the
product
available
and
you've
spent
this
money
on
a
permit
and
you've
set
up
your
truck
and
then
you
get
to
the
store
and
guess
what
I
have
a
truck
and
a
permit.
But
I
have
nothing
to
sell.
A
You
know
and
then
you're
running
all
over
town-
and
I
mean
my
family
had
a
catering
business.
So
it's
nothing
new
to
me
to
even
think
that
yeah.
I
know
what
it's
like.
However,
I
always
say:
safety,
first
safety,
first
and
so
to
the
truck
vendors
that
may
be
here
to
the
truck
vendors
that
may
be
listening
and
watching.
A
We
don't
want
to
make
it
hard
for
anyone,
but
we
can't
allow
you,
as
you
say,
because
it's
a
cold
winter
night,
I'm
just
going
to
leave
the
meat
in
the
car
because
it'll
stay
cold
and
then
you
get
up
the
next
day.
You
put
it
on
the
pit,
you
cook
it
and,
as
mr
jackson
say,
within
four
hours
or
even
before
you
put
it
on
the
pit,
it's
contaminated
right
and
and
then
we
have
a
city
of
sick
people
and
then
it
points
right
back
to
the
city.
Let
me
do
it.
G
But
if
they
again,
if
they
come
to
an
agreement
with
their
commissary,
to
do
the
preparation
there,
that
is
allowable,
they.
F
Mr
coleman,
we're
on
temp
permits:
do
we
have
a
limit
on
temporary
permits
zone?
Is
it
a
limit
for
a
year
out
of
curiosity?
Is
it
a
reason
that
we
are
limited
to
four
a
year.
F
E
I
G
R
I
I
So
as
far
as
like
councilman
guest
was
saying
having
the
season
and
marinating
all
that
that
would
that
does
not
affect
what
goes
on
in
restaurants,
because
they
have
facilities
right
to
keep
at
a
certain
temperature,
and
you
can
check
so
these
folks
are
used
to
doing
it.
This
way,
all.
G
S
So
I
just
wanted
to
add
on
what
your
assignments
to
get.
So
what
what
you're
saying
is
two
different
things:
a
temporary
permanent
good
for
those
14
days,
but
for
the
mobile
food
unit,
the
ones
you
see
on
what
college
street
every
day
they
most
likely
have
a
year-round
food
permit,
that's
different
between
a
temporary
permit.
G
G
E
G
Because
a
temporary
is
what
it
is,
a
temporary,
it's
not
year-round
and
most
temporary
is
pretty
much
yeah.
Your
church
is
giving
a
function
or
you're
raising
money
for
a
little
league
football
team
or,
as
councilmember
turner
saying
someone
may
be
raising
money
because
there's
a
death
in
the
family,
it's
something
that
they
know.
They
don't
do
all
the
time,
and
so
it's
just
a
fundraiser.
At
this
moment.
G
R
O
O
G
O
G
Yeah
we
could
do
that
I'll,
suspend
it
that's
up
to
the
health
director
to
do
that.
G
A
A
G
I
mean
that's,
that's
something
you
guys
don't
have
to
take
it
out,
I'm
just
I'm
just
standing
up
here
on
behalf
of
the
public
health
department.
You
know
we
we're
thinking
about
the
the
health
and
safety
of
our
citizens,
because
when
you
just
based
on
the
conversation
when
we
know
people
are
not
buying
product
every
day,
so
what
do
you
think
is
going
to
happen?
If
you
remove
this.
Q
U
G
Receipts
council,
member
neil.
Q
K
A
A
G
A
G
F
To
the
city
attorney
from
a
liability
aspect,
because
I
understand
what
was
stated
earlier,
it
wouldn't
be
logical
too,
like
you
said,
create
the
form
like
that
was
mentioned
earlier,
that
the
liability
would
fall
on
the
actual
person
preparing
the
the
food
like
is
that
it
could.
Could
that
be
an
option
if
a
person.
T
Well,
if
a
citizen
gets
ill
or
worse
dies
because
of
some
health
food
borne
health
issue,
I
would
rather
be
on
the
side
of
saying
we
had
regulations
in
place
to
prevent
it
from
happening,
as
opposed
to
say
we
at
one
time.
We
had
them,
we
took
them
out
and
we
forgot
about
them.
I
don't
want
to
be
on
that
side.
We
should
be
on
the
side
of
protecting
the
citizens
from
any
health
issue
that
might
occur
pursuant
to
the
health
codes
of
the
of
the
state.
E
But,
but
that's
not
what
I
understand,
council
member
turner,
to
be
saying
if
he's
saying
which
I
brought
up
the
subject
earlier,
instead
of
having
this
regulation,
which
we
all,
I
think
feel
like
it's
being
violated,
pretty
much
routinely
it's
and
if
we
know
that
and
there's
really
no
way
to
enforce
that
practically.
E
Instead
of
that,
what
if
we
had
a
form
and
which
the
vendor
is
attesting
that,
yes,
I
complied
with,
whatever
your
requirement
is
for
refrigeration
for
within
whatever
period
of
time,
service
starts,
because
I
can
tell
you
under
under
this
circumstance,
there's
no
way
as
councilmember
taylor
said
there
there's
just
there's
just
no
way
this
is
being
complied
with.
P
P
P
So
I
don't
know
why
we're
spending
so
much
time.
This
is
these
have
been
the
rules
for
many
many
years.
It
does
work.
We
all
wish
there
weren't.
We
didn't
have
these
rules
like
you
know
mr
coleman
said,
but
if
you
didn't
have
the
rules,
you'd
have
chaos
out
there.
So
that's
you
know
our
number
one
priority
to
protect
the
public's
health
and
safety,
and
so
many
things
we
do
police
fire
ems
going
down
the
list,
but
this
is
here
to
protect
the
public.
I
But
what
going
back
on
what
councilman
gets
said
when
they
apply
for
the
permit
sign
for
it
and
accept
it
they're
acknowledging
that
they
know
these
rules
and
they're
going
to
follow
it.
So
that's
basically
the
same
thing
that
you
want
when
they
apply
for
that
permit
and
sign
the
permit.
E
L
A
G
Q
G
Needed
a
certified
food
manager,
but
now
everybody
that
works
in
a
restaurant
needs
to
have
go
through
what
they
call
a
food
handler
training
course,
and
this
is
per
the
state
rules.
This
is
not
city,
so
that's
going
to
be
different
for
for
restaurants
that
everybody
that
works
in
the
restaurant
now
have
to
have
a
food
handlers.
G
D
G
Okay,
you
can
go
forward,
there's
one
in
there.
I
don't
see
it
what's
going
to
be
different
next
slide.
G
So
again
previously
we
want
to
drop
the
50
cent,
but
what
we're
proposing
is
to
change
our
rate
to
150,
to
reduce
that
to
150
versus
190
250.,
and
you
see
how
some
cities
they
do
different
in
terms
of
how
they
come
up
with
their
fees
some
charge.
According
to
the
number
of
seats,
some
charge
caused
the
number
of
employees
some
charged
according
to
what
what
type
of
product
they're
serving
as
well
as
square
footage.
But
what
currently?
G
What
we
do
in
the
city
of
beaumont
is
the
number
of
stools
or
chairs
and
that's
how
we
charge
so
as
we
go
down
to
11
to
20
stews.
Currently,
it's
200
203.50
we're
proposing
225,
now
keep
in
mind
that
we
have
not
changed
our
fees,
since
probably
the
80s,
and
so
these
fees
has
been
in
place.
That
long.
G
G
As
we
keep
going,
it's
gonna,
it's
gonna
make
sense.
Okay,
it's
gonna
make
sense.
It's
gonna
make
sense.
Okay,
next
slide
all
right
currently
21
to
30
students
is
214.50,
we're
proposing
250
and
on
the
side
you
can
see
what
other
cities
are:
charging
31
to
50
students
we're
proposing
to
go
up
to
275
next
slide,
51
to
75
students,
we're
proposing
to
go
up
to
300
dollars
next
slide,
76
to
100
stews,
we're
proposing
325
and
101,
or
more
stews
we're
proposing
350.
G
I
Question
mayor
question
places
like
the
delhi
in
walmart
or
in
progress
that
actually
serves
hot
food.
How
do
how
are
they
charged
or
they
don't
have
any
stools
or
chairs
or
anything?
So
how
do
y'all
come
up
with
a
fee
for
them
or
do
they
where.
G
A
G
I
think
that's
okay
and
for
mobile
food
unit
fees
currently
for
mobile
food
unit.
You
pay
192.50
and,
as
you
can
see
what
other
cities
charge
and
what
we're
proposing
is
your
low
risk,
mobile
food
units.
You
have
one
that
just
sells
snow,
cones,
right
or
ice
cream
treats
so
we're
proposing
that
if
you
sell
what's
considered
low
risk,
it
would
be
a
hundred
dollars
but
high
risk.
G
A
variety
of
meats
stuff
that
has
to
be
cohold
or
hot
hole
that
potentially
hazardous
food,
we're
proposing
to
raise
their
fee
to
250
a
year.
G
That's
what
we're
proposing
and,
as
you
can
see,
you
can
see
the
comparison
with
other
counties.
S
One
more
thing:
before
we
finish:
can
we
go
back
to
the
keep
going
right
here?
Stop.
This
is
important.
The
non-profit
organizations
right
now
we're
charging
them
fees
for,
like
their
temporary
permits
and
like
like
the
the
annual
full
permits
and
like
around
here,
we're
the
only
people,
that's
charging
them.
So
I
mean
that's
something
you
guys
can
consider
too.
Q
G
For
the
most
part,
and
for
the
most
part
you
know,
everybody
is,
is
complying,
it's
complying
everybody's
pretty
much
happy
once
they
come
in
and
they
really
understand
the
whole
process,
and-
and
we
explain
to
them
why
we
do
what
we
do,
and
I
think
that's
so
important
for
people
to
understand
why
we
have
rules
in
place.
Why
we
have
this
ordinance
in
place,
then
they
understand
why
and
it's
really
to
protect
them
as
well,
because
we
we
also
share
with
them.
P
One
one
more
discussion
adam,
is
to
review
and
discuss
possible
closed
captioning
equipment
and
services
and
bart
barkowiak
who's.
Our
public
works
director
and
also
over
technology
services
will
lead
the
atom.
V
V
So
today
we
currently
stream
our
council
meetings.
Live
citizens
can
either
go
to
the
city's
website
and
our
vendor
swag.
It
is
embedded
within
that
website,
so
they
can
view
the
live
meetings
there
and
we
stream
it
as
well
to
youtube.
So
the
city
has
a
page
on
youtube
and
you
can
watch
the
meetings
on
there
as
well
both
on
our
website
and
on
youtube.
You
can
go
after
the
meeting
to,
however
far
back.
You
want
to
go
and
watch
those
meetings
later
on
the
city's
website.
V
V
V
They
estimate
the
accuracy
to
be
about
80
percent
on
that
and
that
captioning
is
available
as
the
video
is
streaming
live
on
youtube
and
then,
after
the
meeting
is
closed,
it'll
be
about
one
to
two
hours
later
and
then
that
closed
caption
would
be
available
on
the
on
the
meeting
afterwards
on
youtube,
but
no
closed
captioning
on
the
cities
at
the
present
time.
The
closed
captioning,
that's
on
youtube
is
english.
Only
no
spanish.
V
So
again,
a
little
difference
between
the
live
and
the
on-demand.
The
live
is
captioned
as
the
meeting's
going
on,
but
after
the
meeting
posts
it
would
take
approximately
four
to
five
business
days
to
get
the
captioning
either
english
or
spanish
on
there
for
the
future,
there's
also
the
ability
with
swaggett
for
2400
a
year.
They
can
do
a
searchable
transcript
for
the
meeting,
so
that
would
document
transcript
the
entirety
of
the
meeting
and
much
like
today
where
you
can
go
through
the
agenda
and
you
can
pick
the
agenda
item
you
want
to
skip
to.
V
If
we
close
caption
it-
and
we
add
this
transcript
option-
you
can
actually
go
through
the
transcript
click
on
the
sentence.
The
word
that
you
want
to
jump
to,
and
it
will
jump
the
video
to
that
that
portion
of
the
meeting
and
then
tina's
folks
would
be
kind
of
alleviated
from
doing
minutes
at
that
point
because
they
would
all
be
done
through
through
the
vendor,
which
is
pretty
pretty
good
on
that
portion
for
2400
a
year
we're
going
to
have
to
upgrade
our
swag
it
equipment.
It's
it's
fairly
old.
V
V
It
also
will
bring
us
from
standard
definition
to
high
definition
for
the
video,
so
it'll
improve
the
quality
as
well
as
what's
what's
posting,
if
we
want
to
upgrade
what's
on
youtube,
we
can
contract
with
a
third
party
service
that
would
be
on
demand,
only
not
live
stream,
so
you'd
still
have
the
automated
portion
live
stream.
But
after
the
meeting,
you'd
have
an
accurate
version,
it
and
the
vendor
would
do
english
and
spanish
for
twenty
three
thousand
three
hundred
twenty
eight
dollars
a
year.
N
V
A
V
V
We
can
get
a
transcript
that
you
know
is
flexible
with
the
citizen
can
jump
to
that
portion
of
a
meeting
to
the
word
they
they
want
to
go
to,
and
also
with
that
hardware
there's
the
ability
if
we
have
an
off-site
meeting-
and
we
have
the
the
audio
for
that
meeting.
We
can
feed
that
into
the
device
and
we
can
get
a
transcript
of
that
meeting
if
they.
If
we
want
that
to
be
available
as
well.
V
E
The
can
you
go
back
to
that
last
slide.
E
The
ability
to
add
a
searchable
transcript
for
2400
annually
is
that
a
standalone
price
or
is
that,
in
addition
to
upgrading
swaggett
with
the
other
english
captioning
for
twelve
thousand
three.
Q
V
V
I
Durya
with
the
citizens,
that's
watching
this,
they
have
to
download
some
certain
app
or
just
go
to
a
website
or.
A
V
And
I
know
I
know
when
I
first
joined
the
city,
one
of
the
biggest
open
records
requests
that
came
through
the
city.
Clerk's
office
was
just
a
tran
agenda
meeting
agenda
meeting
transcripts.
We
post
on
all
that
through
laser
fish,
so
they
could
pull
it
themselves.
They've
also
had
asked
for
copies
of
the
video
before
we
posted
them
online.
So
so
these
are
common
requests
that
do
come
through
and
by
having
them
online
citizens
can
just
access
it
on
demand
whenever
they
want
it.
V
V
So,
okay,
we
haven't
gotten
any
any
ourselves,
but
but
if
we
do,
if
you
do
want
to
move
forward,
I'd
recommend
we
do
it
through
the
the
swaggett
vendor.
I
think
it's
a
solid
solution.
A
P
E
A
W
Thank
you,
honorable
council
members,
city
officials,
fellow
citizens
of
beaumont,
I
was
really
happy.
This
is
my
first
time
to
a
council
meeting
and
I
was
very
happy
of
the
discussion
that
took
place
here
today,
as
I
wanted
to
come,
because
I
attended
a
zoom
meeting
this
morning
about
the
infrastructure
bill
that
was
passed.
W
That's
a
lot
of
money,
it's
a
once
in
a
lifetime.
I
think
the
last
investment
in
this
country
and
infrastructure
was
by
president
dwight
3000
eisenhower.
W
W
Don't
wait,
reach
out
to
the
people
that
you
know
in
leadership,
state
leadership,
county
leadership,
because
a
lot
of
those
funding
is
going
to
be
working
with
municipalities,
and
I
hope
that
you're
already
looking
into
what's
available
and
what
beaumont
needs,
especially
with
the
hurricanes
and
the
floods
in
our
infrastructure,
that
we
need
that
we
need
those
those
funds
and
as
many
as
we
can
obtain.
W
I
know
we
have
a
lot
of
trains
around
here
and
I
just
hope
that
you
also
work
with
your
state
officials
and
and
also
the
the
railroad
companies
to
see
what
it
is.
We
can
do
to
try
to
make
our
emergency
vehicles
not
blocked
in
especially
around
avenue
a
and
that
area.
You
know
it
seems
like
they're
always
blocking
and
and
when
you
try
to
go
around
there,
there's
another
one
blocking
there's
a
lot
of
train
activity
around
here.
W
U
Hello:
everyone.
As
of
october
29th,
there
have
been
856
919
adverse
reactions
and
18
078
deaths
from
the
coveted
vaccines.
Tomorrow.
The
beaumont
department
of
health
will
begin
administering
the
pfizer
vaccine
to
children,
ages,
five
and
up
the
vaccine
that
the
british
medical
journal
reported
the
story
of
whistleblower
brook
jackson.
Jackson
was
a
regional
director
who
was
employed
at
the
research
organization,
ventivia
research
group,
who
performed
the
phase
iii
trials
for
pfizer.
U
She
has
told
the
british
medical
journal
that
the
company
falsified
data,
unblinded
patients
employed
inadequately
trained
vaccinators
and
was
slow
to
follow
up
on
adverse
event
event
reporting
to
end
pfizer's,
pivotal
phase
iii
trial
staff
who
conducted
quality
control
checks,
were
overwhelmed
by
the
volume
of
problems
they
were
finding.
After
repeatedly
notifying
ventivia
of
these
problems,
the
regional
director
brook
jackson
emailed
a
complaint
to
the
u.s
food
and
drug
administration
department.
U
Ventibia
fired
her
the
next
the
same
day,
thousands
of
adults
and
children
have
that
have
been
given
these
experimental
shots
have
experienced
major
symptoms.
The
media
only
mentions
fever
and
soreness.
At
the
injection
point,
the
following
symptoms
are
occurring:
mitochondrias,
myocarditis,
9,
922
cases,
stroke,
10,
175
cases,
convulsions
and
seizures
10
849
cases
in
autoimmune
disease
891
to
name
a
few.
We
now
know
from
brook
jackson
that
they
knew
these
problems
would
occur,
but
they
went
forward
with
the
deadly
concoctions
anyway.
U
Everyone
who
has
volunteered
to
take
these
shots
is
now
in
a
great
human
experiment,
but
those
of
us
that
do
not
want
to
be
experimented
on
are
being
forced
to
participate,
including
children,
ages,
5
and
up
that
have
almost
no
risk
of
this
virus.
It
is
illegal
to
force
anyone
to
participate
in
an
experiment.
This
is
a
violation
of
the
nuremberg
code
established
in
1947
to
protect
humans
from
being
subjected
to
such
evil
experimentation.
U
U
Vaccinated
states
in
the
country,
but
64
of
the
deaths
reported
since
july,
were
fully
vaccinated
individuals.
If
these
shots
are
so
effective,
why
is
it
necessary
to
take
booster
shots?
Also,
another
fact
that
is
not
being
reported
by
our
media
is
these.
Shots
have
been
banned
in
over
160
countries
because
of
the
ineffectiveness
and
deadly
side
effects,
not
to
mention
that
the
fact
that
covet
is
very
treatable,
with
alternative
medications
such
as
ivermectin
hydroxychloroquine
and
inhaled
steroids.
U
Over
200
members
of
congress
were
treated
with
ivermectin,
I'm
here
to
request
the
director
of
public
health
to
properly
inform
the
citizens
of
the
dangers
of
these
shots.
The
media
has
failed
to
make
the
public
aware
of
the
hazards
of
the
vaccines
we
just
spent
an
hour
talking
about
the
safety
of
zumo
sausages.
I.
N
Hi,
my
name
is
haley
marchand
on
behalf
of
the
parents
of
our
community.
I
would
like
to
speak
to
you
regarding
the
importance
of
informed
consent,
specifically
in
the
administration
of
the
covid19
vaccine
to
children.
First
of
all,
vaccine
providers
should
be
required
to
disclose
the
details
of
the
pfizer
trial
for
5
to
11
year
old
children.
There
were
only
1
500
children
enrolled
in
the
treatment
group
and
750
in
the
control
group.
N
This
means
that
if
an
adverse
event
were
to
happen
in
one
in
every
three
thousand
kids,
the
trial
would
not
have
picked
up
on
it.
The
small
number
of
test
subjects
significantly
limits
the
ability
of
the
trial
to
detect
serious
harms
the
fda
actually
called
pfizer
out
on
this
matter
earlier
in
the
summer
and
the
pharmaceutical
company
completely
ignored
them.
Secondly,
there
was
no
difference
in
disease
outcomes
between
the
children
in
the
trial
who
got
the
vaccine
and
those
who
got
the
placebo.
N
No
children
died
from
covid
and
none
required
hospitalization
in
either
group.
Next,
an
ingredient
was
changed
in
the
vaccine
after
the
trial
was
complete.
Tremethamine,
a
blood
acid
reducer,
which
is
used
to
stabilize
people
during
heart
attacks,
replaced
the
original
buffer
that
was
used
in
the
vaccine
trial.
This
new
formulation
has
literally
never
been
tested
and
fiber
pfizer
was
not
required
to
disclose
the
reason
for
altering
the
formulation.
N
This
means
that
all
of
the
children
in
the
trial
have
now
had
the
vaccine,
and
there
is
no
way
to
determine
any
difference
between
the
two
groups.
Past
the
two-month
mark.
The
control
group
has
been
wiped
out,
virtually
eliminating
the
validity
of
any
long-term
safety
studies.
The
second
thing
vaccine
providers
should
be
required
to
disclose
are
the
statistics
of
covenanting
in
children.
Throughout
the
pandemic,
children
have
been
largely
spared
from
severe
disease
and
death
caused
by
covid19,
according
to
the
cdc
less
than
one
tenth
of
one
percent
of
all
coveted
related
deaths.
N
N
N
It
is
our
responsibility
to
make
the
public
aware
that
there
is
other
information
out
there
that
is
being
suppressed.
Thank
you.
M
Thank
you,
I'm
just
going
to
read
quickly
like
she
did.
M
I'm
here
to
ask
you
to
require
all
children
and
their
parents
who
will
be
receiving
the
virus,
shot
to
be
presented,
the
following
information
when
written
and
decide
and
signed
by
parents,
information
all
contents
of
the
serum.
It
is
possible
for
us
and
it
to
let
them
inform
them
that
it
is
possible
for
side
effects.
M
This
is
a
must.
According
to
the
nuremberg
code,
this
is
nothing
I
have
to
say
this
is
this:
is
a
world
government
inform
them
about
animal
trials
when
children
begin
to
die
or
become
extremely
sick?
Parents
are
going
to
bring
out
the
constitution
and
the
nuremberg
code,
I'm
here
today
to
help
you
as
leaders
to
be
aware
of
this
and
to
protect
yourselves
legally
and
morally.
M
I
care
about
your
future
as
a
leader
just
doing
your
job
or
following
orders
does
not
divest
anyone
of
the
responsibility
or
accountability.
Ask
yourself
while
I'm
in
this
office
after
I
leave
it.
Will
I
be
accountable
for
decisions
I
make?
According
to
the
nuremberg
code
number
one.
This
is
not
a
vaccine,
it
is
a
bio
weapon.
It
has
in
it
graphene
oxide.
That's
the
only
one
that
I
know
that
it
has,
but
there
are
many
other
lists
of
fetal
aborted,
fetal
tissue
and
much
more
information.
M
Parents
need
to
know
what's
in
this,
if
they're
going
to
put
it
in
their
babies,
the
shock
gives
no
protection
from
infection,
and
that
is
in
everywhere
out
there
fully
vaccinated
people
are
dying.
I
want
you
to
look
at
the
georgia
guide
stones
and
the
number
one
it
says:
maintain
humanity
under
500
million
people
in
perpetual
balance
with
nature
number
two
god
reproduction
wisely.
Now,
who
is
to
determine
who
I,
how
many
children
I
want
to
have
just
pray?
You
tell
me
number
next
question:
where
am
I
getting
my
information?
M
M
If
any
of
you
have
studied
history,
you
know
where
this
came
from
with
mandates,
not
laws.
We
are
no
longer
a
people
who
can
choose.
We
are
no
longer
land
of
the
free
home
of
the
brave,
but
rather
we
are
living
under
tyranny.
There
are
some
things
worth
dying
for,
and
freedom
is
the
top
of
my
list.
Those
who
choose
not
to
take
experimental
vaccines,
experimental
vaccines
are
being
discriminated
against
and
risking
unknown
illnesses
or
death
and
children
are
very
innocent.
M
X
Hello,
mayor
councilman,
my
name
is
amanda
haynes.
I
am
the
vice
president
of
imaginative
transit
union,
I'm
here
today
to
inform
you
guys
that
that
we're
we're
still
fighting
this
contractor
that
you
guys
brought
in
here
to
manage
bowman
transit.
The
last
offer
that
they
made
us
was
deplorable
horrible,
to
say
the
least.
We
rejected
it,
we're
not
at
the
table
anymore
and
I'm
not
sure
where,
where
we
will
have
to
go
to
resolve
this
and
but
we're
willing
to
do
what
we
need
to
do
to
get
this
resolved.
X
I
am
coming
to
you
again
to
you
know:
ask
for
your
help
and
resolving
this,
if
not
for
the
workers,
who
are
the
majority
or
citizens
of
the
obama,
but
for
the
citizens
that
utilize
this
service,
that
we
provide
that
there
should
be
some
consideration
for
them.
A
lot
of
them
are
sick,
mentally
physically
they
utilize
this
service.
They
need
it.
X
Every
day
we
have
been
here
throughout
the
pandemic,
jeopardizing
our
lives,
putting
our
lives
on
the
line
for
the
the
need
for
the
passengers
to
get
to
and
from
work
doctor's
appointments.
Or
what
have
you
to
some
of
you
guys?
It
may
not
seem
like
it's
important,
but
it
very
well
is
again
asking
for
your
assistance
in
and
making
this
getting
this
over
with.
Is
it's
been
well
over
a
year
and
it's
still
going
on
and
it's
ridiculous
that
it
has
to
go
this
long.
C
M
There
was
a
dr
zelenko
speech
that
has
been
taken
down
from
the
internet
from
youtube.
I
wanted
you
to
be.
I
want
to
be
able
to
share
with
you
guys,
but
he
personally
said
that
this
is
a
bio
weapon
and
a
genocide
event.
We
need
to
ask
ourselves
these
questions.
Why
are
doctors
being
censored?
Why,
where
are
you
getting
your
information
are
from
these
things
are
being
censored.
Why
are
hundreds
of
thousands
of
people
around
the
world
marching
in
the
streets?
M
What
are
they
marching
against
or
what
are
they
marching
for
they're
marching
to
choose
freedom
for
what
they
put
in
their
bodies?
If
I
give
each
of
you
a
syringe
of
a
liquid,
would
you
inject
it
or
have
someone
else,
do
it
for
you
before
you
ask
for
a
list
of
what's
it,
of
the
ingredients
that
are
in
it?
Next,
why
ask
yourself?
Why
will
you
put
an
experiment
when
fully
vaccinated
people
are
dying
daily
into
your
child's
blood
to
circulate
in
every
single
part
of
their
little
bodies?
M
Just
tell
me
why
the
compromise
the
companies
tested
these
shots
on
animals.
They
had
to
shut
down
the
test
because
all
animals
died
immune
disease.
Autoimmune
diseases
are
almost
as
bad
as
death
and
I've
been
there,
and
I
know
I
would
rather
die
than
be
sick
for
a
long
time
with
an
immune
disorder.
M
I
am
pro-choice
and
I
am
anti-unsaid
new
medicines.
These
are
experimental.
They
are
new
question.
Why
are
the
people
exempt
from
the
shock?
Who
are
the
people
that
are
exempt
from
the
shot
employees
of
pfizer,
moderna,
johnson,
johnson
congress,
cdc
employees
and
post
office
workers?
I
am
pro-choice.
You
make
your
own
informed
choice.
Why
are
they
using
prison
terms
such
as
lockdown
lockdown
is
for
control?
Do
you
remember
the
tuskegee
syphilis
experiment?
M
They
they
changed
their
practices
after
it
was
too
late
for
over
400
000
black
men,
those
who
don't
know
history
or
just
destined
to
repeat
it
believe
it
or
not
in
this
genocide
program
by
again,
dr
zielinski
and
then
after
the
public
u.s
health
services.
M
Y
Good
afternoon
mayor
city,
council,
I
came
to
ask
you
guys
a
question
about
edc.
I
know
port,
arthur
and
orange
has
one,
and
I
think
that
it
would
be
a
good
idea.
Y
I
think
it
would
be
very
good
for
community
growth,
not
just
on
the
aspect
of
like
them,
taking
on
the
burden
of
maybe
finding
some
more
like
state
and
federal
grants
for
economic
development
and
growth,
but
also
just
on
the
aspect
of
like
the
data
that
they
would
be
responsible
for
gathering.
I
think
it
would
take
a
big
burden
off
of
you
guys
for
growing
our
city
like
we're
wanting
to
and
it
I
think,
it'd
be
a
good
idea
to
possibly
have
a
workshop
on
this.
A
A
A
Okay,
I
will
go
to
council
member
comments
and
at
this
time
I'm
going
to
start
with
you,
council.
Member,
no
comment.
Council,
member.
I
One
thing:
I've
been
getting
a
lot
of
calls
and
complaints
from
different
neighborhoods
in
my
ward
about
dogs
running
free,
these
actually
dogs
that
live
in
the
neighborhood
and
some
elderly
people
that
live
in
that
neighborhood
they'll
go
out
for
their
morning
or
evening
walks.
So
we
put
it
on
our
website.
I
So
we
want
everybody
to
kind
of
read
that
and
also
send
out
some
flyers
about
the
ordinances
as
far
as
controlling
your
animals
they're
your
responsibility,
if
you're
gonna
own
them
so
just
be
aware,
you
know
a
lot
of
people
say
that
dog
won't
bite
yeah.
It
might
not
bite
the
owner,
but
it
might
bite
me.
So
I
love
I'm
an
animal
lover
but
they're
your
responsibility
so
make
sure
that
you
control
your
animals.
A
I
would
just
like
to
say
mayor
ames,
it's
good,
seeing
you
on
the
other
side
of
the
podium.
Thank
you
for
joining
us
and
thank
you
for
staying
for
the
meeting.
I
told
her
earlier
when
she
came
upstairs.
She
she
surprised
us.
I
said
you're
going
to
make
me
nervous
now,
just
when
I
think
I
have
the
hang
of
it,
but
thank
you
for
joining
us
today
and
at
this
time
I
have
no
other
comments.
