A
Good
afternoon
I
will
call
the
meeting
of
the
city
of
beaumont
historic,
landmark
commission
to
order
our
first
order
of
businesses,
roll
call
of
attendees.
B
C
A
If
everyone's
had
an
opportunity,
are
there
any
additions
or
corrections
to
the
minutes
as
presented?
If
not,
is
there
a
motion
that
they
be
adopted
as
written.
A
There's
been
a
mission
made
as
seconded
to
approve
the
minutes
as
written
all
those
in
favor
say:
aye
aye
any
of
those
opposed.
The
minutes
are
approved
and
we
will
begin
with
our
first
order
of
business.
E
Okay,
pz
2021-1
this
case
was
tabled
from
the
meeting
in
march.
This
is
a
request
for
certificate
of
demolition,
of
the
structures.
C
E
At
2355
pecos,
the
structures
under
review
are
the
main
structure
and
the
garage
apartment.
These
were
tagged
november,
18
2019
and
the
report
states
that
there
are
extensive
repairs
to
be
done,
such
as
plumbing
electrical
they'll
need
to
be
replaced
and
then
brought
up
to
code.
E
The
exterior
doors
and
windows
must
be
replaced
as
well.
Although
the
outside
of
the
home
does
seem
functional,
the
interior
requires
extensive
repairs,
the
garage
apartment
is
leaning
and
it's
rotting
on
the
inside
and
it's
right
now.
It's
a
hazard
for
potential
collapsing,
based
on
the
repairs
for
the
building
code
staff.
They
recommend
a
raise
order.
E
We
receive
zero
letters
in
favor
and
receive
two
letters
in
opposition.
One
of
those
a
citizen
stated
too
many
historic
homes
have
been
demolished
and
it's
time
to
realize,
what's
happening
in
beaumont,
the
home
can
be
saved.
The
garage
apartment
is
okay
to
demolish,
and
then
we
received
the
other
opposing
letter,
which
is
in
support
of
the
garage
only
being
demolished,
not
the
house.
E
E
E
A
D
I
have
a
question
it
seemed
like.
Last
month
it
was
mentioned
that
this
house
was
in
foreclosure,
and
maybe
the
city
had
been
in
contact
with
the
bank.
Has
anything
else
come
forward
about
that.
C
The
owner
has
not
contacted
us,
but
I
believe
he's
trying
to
sell
it
on
craigslist,
because
we
have
had
a
few
contractors
and
one
that
does
purchase
a
lot
of
our
red
tag,
houses
and
he'll
flip
them,
and
he
did
contact
me
and
he
saw
it
on
craigslist
and
he
was
wondering
about
the
interior,
because
there's
no
interior
pictures
that
they're
showing
so
he
is
trying
to
sell
it
for
about
80
000.
And
then
there
are
quite
a
bit
of
back
taxes
that
are
still
owed
on
it.
F
G
C
C
A
There
is
a
home
that
has
been
empty
for
over
20
years
across
the
street
from
me,
and
the
city
has
been
called
out
repeatedly
by
the
people
who
live
next
door
to
it,
about
whether
there
could
be
something
done
so
that
the
house
could
be
taken
down,
and
we
were
repeatedly
told
that
until
interior
supporting
structures
were
more
than
50
rotten
and
there's
a
long
criteria
of
that
that
until
those
things
are
met
that
that
house
could
not
be
taken
down,
and-
and
I
don't
see
any
of
that
in
this
report-
that
this
house
is
beyond
some
sort
of
rehabilitation
where
there's
more
than
50
of
those
supporting
structures
would
have
to
be
replaced.
C
Because
there
actually
is
a
severe
damage
on
the
inside
the
subfloors
when
you
walk
into
the
kitchen,
like
you
walk
at
an
angle
like
this,
they
have
completely
been
termite,
eaten
and
rotten.
So
they're
completely
this
half
of
it's
on
there.
You
gotta
watch
where
you
step.
There
have
been
multiple
fires
on
the
floor
in
the
living
room,
so
all
of
that
is
weak
and
I'm
assuming
you
can't
see
the
subfloors
on
there,
but
I
you
can
tell
they're
very
weak,
so
I'm
assuming
that
they're,
either
termite
or
rotten,
underneath
there
as
well.
C
The
homeless
have
built
multiple
fires.
All
of
the
ductwork
has
been
completely
ripped
out
because
they
were
still
in
the
copper,
wiring
and
everything
that
they
can
out
of
it.
So
there
is
quite
a
I
mean
you're,
looking
probably
about
I'm
going
to
say
anywhere
between
75
to
125
000
worth
of
damage
to
the
inside
plus.
On
top
of
that,
you
got
bag
taxes
and
then
what
he's
asking
for
the
foreclosure.
C
And
I
apologize,
the
taxes
are
caught
up,
the
bank
did
go
ahead
and
pay
them,
so
they
are
caught
up.
So
I
don't
know
if
they
plan
on
going
into
foreclosure
or
if
they've
even
started
the
proceedings
on
it.
They
said
in
2000
when
we
tagged
it
that
they
were
doing
it,
but
he's
still
trying
to
sell
it
and
it's
still
legally
in
his
name.
Now
I
do
notify
the
bank
anytime.
We
do
anything
to
it
or.
J
So
if
he's
trying
to
sell
it-
and
you
have
a
contractor
who's
contacted
you
to
maybe
see
about
potential
of
purchasing
it
to
renovate.
Can
we
postpone
this
once
again
because
that's
a
little
bit
different
progress
than
what
we
had
information
last
time
and
just
finding
out
about
the
taxes
being
paid?
So
I
feel
like
there's
some
hope
or
at
what
point.
Do
you
just
quit
extending.
A
No,
I
mean,
there's
there's
been
a
number
of
houses
that
we
have
worked
with
for
much
longer
than
this
just
a
couple
of
months.
There
was,
you
know
the
house
that
ultimately
unfortunately
had
to
be
torn
down.
G
A
It
was
years
the
one
that
was
behind
the
apartments
that
we
worked
with
all
that
time,
but
he
was
trying
to
do
the
renovations
himself,
I'm
personally
in
mother
mine,
to
take
down
the
immediate
danger,
get
the
garage
apartment
demolished,
but
deny
the
application
on
the
main
house
to
see.
You
know
what
what
ends
up
happening.
A
I
know
that
sometimes
it's
the
red
tag
that
actually
prompts
the
bank
to
do
something.
Then
they
file
a
temporary
injunction
to
prevent
the
demolition
and
then
they
go
into
an
agreement
that
way,
but
to
me,
since
the
house
has
now
been
secured
and
there's
no
longer
any
entry
into
the
home
for
illicit
purposes,
just
take
care
of
the
immediate
danger
to
the
surrounding
neighborhood.
F
Can
I
ask
if,
if
we
do,
if
that's
the
route
you'll
choose
to
take,
is
there
a
timeline
of
when
y'all
would
like
to
see
this
back?
If
nothing
is
done,
if,
if
it
properly,
if
do
you
want
to
see
it
again
in
six
months,
would
you
like
to
be
updated
on
it
next
year,
this
time
or
is
there
a
time
you
would
like
to
set
yeah
for
six
months.
D
A
Months
I
mean,
I
think
six
months
is
fair
and,
of
course,
if
there's
ever
anyone
that
lives
in
the
immediate
vicinity
of
the
home,
an
actual
neighbor
that
is
concerned
because
of
what's
encroaching
on
their
property
or
what
it's
bringing
you
know
into
them,
and
they
would
like
us
to
address
it
sooner
than
that.
I'm
happy,
but
it
seems
like
everyone
that
actually
lives
in
the
immediate
vicinity
of
this
home
is
also
in
favor
of
trying
to
save
it
and
see.
If
there's
someone
that
who
will
take
on
the
the
project
of
restoring
it.
A
I
A
A
E
Additionally,
he
is
asking
for
permission
to
add
shutters
to
the
windows
and
replace
the
brick
columns
over
here
that
they
were
once
there
replace
the
brick
columns
of
the
carport
to
be
made
of
a
wood
material.
All
of
these
requested
items,
except
for
the
shutters,
have
been
completed
without
the
benefit
of
ca.
E
Mr
pryor
has
not
delineated
a
color
yet
that
he
would
paint
the
shutters.
So
I
don't
know
any
information
on
that.
One
staff
is
recommending
denial
of
this
request.
E
E
There
we
go
so
it's
going
from
three
windows
to
two
windows
on.
Let
me
go
back
one
more
elena.
Can
you
hit
back
one
more
three
windows
up
top
to
two
windows
here
and
then
same
on
the
bottom.
E
E
It
was
in
this
fair
report,
mr
pryor
is
here.
If
you
guys
have
any
questions
for
him.
K
Yes,
it's
a
malcolm
prayer.
Yes,.
A
All
right
and
you've
purchased
this
home.
A
And
did
you
understand
that
it
was
in
the
historic
district
and
needed
to
have
permission
for
exterior.
K
G
A
A
Unfortunately,
his
family
has
suffered
a
recent
loss
and
he's
unable
to
be
with
us
here
today,
and
I
know
that
one
of
the
things
that
he
would
tell
you
is
that,
just
as
the
eyes
or
the
window
to
your
soul,
the
windows
are
the
eyes
of
a
home
and
they
are
what
reflects
so
much
the
character
of
these
historic
homes.
A
And
that's
why
one
of
the
I
think,
strictest
things
we
try
to
adhere
to.
We've
made
some
concessions
to
some
other
issues
like
we
know.
Everybody
can't
have
tile
roofs
anymore
and
meet
windstorm
codes
and
things
like
that
as
easily,
but
keeping
the
same
size
of
the
window
and
the
appearance
of
the
window.
We
know
we
don't
require
people
to
make
them
out
of
wood
anymore,
but
we
want
them
to
look
the
same
size
and
the
same
appearance.
A
I
don't
know
what
this
house
had
before
as
far
as
the
window
pattern,
since
this
wasn't
in
the
spare,
we
did
a
survey
of
all
the
historic
homes
in
our
area
over
20
years
ago,
and
it
took
a
photograph
of
every
home
to
try
to
keep
those
kinds
of
details
with
us.
A
A
G
F
G
A
And
the
same
thing
with
the
the
carport
over
to
the
side,
you
know
that
was
in
a
probably
an
original
portico
chair
that
had
the
brick
columns
like
the
brick
on
the
original
porch.
K
F
H
G
B
G
A
And
because
I
believe
that
the
the
windows
on
the
front
of
the
house
need
to
be
the
same
size
that
they
were
replacing,
and
I
would
prefer
that
they
be
the
same
arrangement,
the
four
narrow
over
the
one
solid.
I
just
don't
know
if
those
style
is
available
in
any
size
anymore.
What.
H
A
A
And
unfortunately,
just
not
every
contractor
is
familiar
with
it
until
they
work
in
the
historic
district.
I
fell
victim
to
the
same
thing.
So
when
we
were
doing
work
on
our
house,
our
initial
contractor
was
was
not
aware,
and
since
it
was
his
responsibility
to
pull
permits,
I
thought
anyway.
So
I
understand.
H
A
motion:
I
recommend
that
we
deny
this
request
and
that
new
windows
be
installed
the
same
size
and
placement
as
the
house
before
the
windows
were
removed.
All
right.
J
H
And
that
the
columns
be
put
back
in
the
original
state,
which
was
rick.
D
G
A
H
E
Case
number
pz
2021-76
is
a
is
a
request
for
a
certificate
of
demolition
to
demolish
the
existing
residential
structure
located
at
1974
liberty.
The
owner
is
requesting
this
demolition.
He
states
the
current
condition
of
the
structure
is
beyond
repair.
The
city
has
not
tagged
this
structure,
but
we
did
review
it
with
the
demolition
coordinator
and
she
was
in
favor.
Staff
received
two
letters
in
favor
and
one
letter
was
marked
neither
in
favor
or
opposition.
E
We
received
it
via
fax
machine
half
of
it
half
the
letter
was
cut
off,
so
we
couldn't
read
the
entire
writing
on
it,
but
the
only
writing
that
was
legible
is,
I
feel,
the
trees
and
shrubbery
along,
and
that
was
it.
Okay.
G
A
H
A
motion
that
we
approve
the
staff
report;
second
pz

Second,
that
motion.
G
E
Case
number
pz
2021-81
is
a
request
for
a
certificate
of
demolition
to
demolish
the
garage
located
at
2410.
South
street
building
code
stated
that
the
garage
has
multiple
rotten
and
deteriorated
support
beams.
The
two
garage
doors
are
broken
and
stuck
in
place.
Shrubs
have
screened
most
of
this
structure
from
the
right-of-way,
based
on
the
extensive
repairs
needed
to
bring
this
structure
into
compliance
building
codes
is
recommending
a
raise
order
of
the
garage
we
received
one
letter
in
favor
for
the
demolition
of
the
garage.
E
C
G
H
A
A
E
Okay
case
number
pz
220
21-82
is
a
request
for
a
certificate
of
demolition
for
the
garage
apartment
and
shed
located
behind
2541
broadway,
and
it
has
the
address
of
2449
broadway
building
code
states
that
the
structure
is
unsafe
and
the
building
is
beginning
to
lean.
The
roof
has
plastic
covering
or
covering
the
parts
of
it,
and
the
rafters
have
rotted
from
the
exposure
to
the
elements
all
of
the
windows
are
broken
and
the
stairway
is
unsafe
to
travel.
The
small
shed
is
located
behind
the
garage
apartment
and
has
already
collapsed.
E
Building
codes
is
requesting
for
the
debris
to
be
picked
up
as
well,
based
on
the
extensive
repairs
they
are
recommending
a
raise
order
of
the
garage.
So
this
is
the
front
of
the
property
as
you
drive
by
and
that's
2541
broadway,
and
then
this
garage
apartment
is
in
the
rear.
So
the
these
are
the
stairs
that
are
unsafe,
wow
and
then
that's
the
tarp
on
the
top.
H
I
make
a
motion
that
we
raise
the
pz20221-82.
Second,
all
right.
D
E
Case
number
pz
2021-80
is
a
request
for
a
certificate
of
demolition
for
the
house
and
the
shed
located
at
2555
mcfadden
building
code
states
that
the
house
is
sinking
caused
by
foundation
issues.
Half
of
the
roof
has
been
covered
with
a
tarp.
The
doors
have
been
broken
into
and
are
now
covered
by
wood
to
deter
anyone
to
enter
all
of
the
windows
would
need
to
be
replaced
and
the
frames
are
rotted.
E
The
the
electrical
wiring
would
need
to
be
brought
up
to
the
2014
nec
code,
based
on
the
extensive
repairs
needed
to
bring
this
structure
into
compliance
building
codes
is
recommending
a
raise
order.
Staff
is
recommends
approval
of
this
request.
So
here's
the
subject-
property,
that's
the
side
and
you
can
see
like
kind
of
the
shed
back
there,
but
I'll
get
some
close-up
ones
here.
E
H
F
All
right,
I
will
say
david
bradley,
did
call
and
report
this
one
as
well.
Okay,.
D
All
right,
well
I'll
make
a
motion
that
this
pz
2021-87
be
approved
to
demolish
the
house
and
the
shed.
A
J
A
Yeah,
I
I
know
just
for
for
future
reference.
The
way
it's
been
explained
to
me
is
that
when
the
city
goes
out
for
these
demolition
contracts
and
the
contractors
bid
on
them,
it's
with
the
house
as
it
is
not
stripped
or
anything,
I
guess
it's
up
to
the
demolition
contractor
to
determine
whether
they
want
to
try
to
salvage
anything,
because
once
they
win
the.
C
C
J
A
J
E
E
The
property
owner
charles
thomas
has
current
currently
has
a
stop
work
order
or
work
orders
posted
for
the
existing
accessory
structure
in
the
rear
of
the
property.
The
first
stop
work
order
was
posted
in
january
2018
because
he
renovated
the
structure
and
installed
a
sewer
line
without
necessary
permits
from
planning
or
building
codes.
E
The
second
stop
work
order
was
posted
in
17
2018
because
he
demolished
half
of
the
structure
and
rebuilt
the
structure
with
recycled
materials
or
rebuilt
it
with
respect
recycled
materials,
because
he
did
this
without
an
approved
building
permit
and
recycled
materials.
He
must
hire
a
third-party
structural
engineer
to
approve
the
structure's
stability
staff
recommends
denial
of
this
request
until
the
property
has
come
into
compliance.
L
L
There
were
a
few
inaccuracies
in
that
statement.
She
just
made.
L
L
L
We
already
had
a
permit
for
the
front,
so
he
told
me
he
was
gonna
finish
up
the
work
in
the
front
and
he
would
get
a
permit
for
the
back
and
then
he
came
back
and
told
me
that
the
permit
for
the
front
was
good
for
the
back
and
I
had
given
him
30
some
thousand
dollars
to
to
renovate
the
back
house,
and
I
made
sure
he
knew
he
needed
a
permit
because
I
had
been
I've
gotten
certificate,
many
certificates,
several
certificates
of
appropriateness,
but.
L
L
Well,
I
filed
charges
against
him
with
the
county
chair,
the
sheriff's
department
and
I'm
disabled,
I'm
a
disabled
vet
and
they
got
him
for
taking
advantage
of
a
disabled
person
and
and
misapplication
of
funds
and
all
kind
of
thing
they
had
him
for
he.
He
went
to
co.
They
had
him
ready
to
go
to
trial.
Then
covet
hit
got
postponed
a
year
and
by
the
time
it
was
time
for
them
to
come
to
trial.
Again
they
dismissed
all
cases.
L
Revolving
contractors
like
in
that
case
in
this
situation,
so
I
still
am
yet
to
get
justice
on
this
property,
but
another
problem
was
boyd.
My
I
talked
to
boyd
meyer
about
this
problem.
When
it
first
came
up,
I
only
remember
ever
having
one
red
tag,
one
from
the,
but
I
got
two
red
tags,
but
it
was
both
for
the
same
thing.
L
It
was
for
that
building,
so
one
was
by
the
historical
district
and
ones
by
the
city,
but
boy
told
me
to
have
it
inspected
by
ted
hart.
The
engineer
and
harp
came,
and
he
said
it
was
it
needed
demolishing
it.
It
was
totally
screwed
up.
I
mean
the
foundation
is
bad.
All
the
wood
is
writing
in
all
around
it,
and
I
I
called
boyd
meyer
and
told
him
what
the
ted
harpy
said.
He
said
I'll
get
back
with
you.
L
I've
never
heard
from
him,
since
that
was
quite
a
while
back,
but
I
didn't
worry
about
it
until
the
solar
panels
came
up.
A
L
A
A
L
Know
or
I
I
don't
know
what
to
do
about
it
right
now,
it's
serving
as
a
pretty
good
storage
room
for
me,
but
I
really
don't
know
what
I
could
do
to
improve
it.
I
put
two
new
windows
in
the
front
and
they
were
all
the
riders
going
out
around
them.
So.
G
A
A
A
And
I
know
you're
you're,
that's
the
shady
side
for
you
and-
and
that
was
also
the
the
instance
with
mr
buchemi,
who
was
the
first
person
that
came
before
us.
That
was
wanting
to
have
them
installed
on
his
roof
that
when
we
delimited
it
to
those
areas
where
we
couldn't
see
it
from
the
street,
and
you
could
get
as
much.
A
A
I
I
personally
do
believe
that
that
is
going
to
now
be
my
precedent
that
has
been
set-
and
I
am
just
like
you
I'm
on
that
side
of
the
street.
It
means
I'll
never
be
able
to
put
solar
panels
on
my
home
because
it
would
be
on
the
front
facing
facade
of
my
house
and
my
husband's
now
taking
care
of
cutting
down
some
more
trees
in
our
backyard,
and
so
maybe
we
would
eventually
get
enough
sunlight
on
that
north
side
of
the
house.
A
I
don't
know
if
it
would,
if
it
would
ever
be
feasible
for
us,
but
but
that
to
me
is
this
the
precedence
that
that
I
feel
that
we
have
set.
I.
F
A
L
A
L
J
Can
I
recommend,
though,
because
we
have
the
same
company
come
to
our
house
about
installing
solar
panels?
Our
space
is
the
other
way
our
house
faces
north
and.
C
J
We
talked
about
putting
it
on
the
south
side
and
we
wanted
to
be
on
a
certain
side
of
the
house
because
we
didn't
want
it
to
visible
like
when
we're
in
the
backyard.
So
we
had
this
other
structure
and
I
had
the
same
thing
I
said
well.
If
we
cut
down
the
tree,
can
we
do
it?
He
said
that
doesn't
matter
you
still
don't
have
enough
square
footage
in
that
particular
area.
So.
C
G
F
J
G
G
I
Is
that
a
slab
foundation,
I'm
assuming
that's.
A
A
L
H
L
D
H
A
E
I
do
know
that
in
one
of
those
packets
that
came
to
you
guys
for
the
solar
panels,
that
was
the
recommendation.
I'm
not
sure
if
they
actually
did
follow
through
with
that,
but
we
did
tell
them.
You
know
you
can
have
the
ground
solar
panels,
the
ones
that
face
up.
A
F
I
I
I
would
like
to
make
a
comment
or
a
request,
or
you
know
I
just
this-
is
such
a
beautiful
place
and
I
know
I've
had
property
that
that
people
have
told
me
that
a
structure
wasn't
salvageable
and
it
was,
and
so
I
would
just
really
encourage-
maybe
getting
some
second
opinions
on
the
out
building,
because
that
does
add
so
much
to
the
to
the
home
and
and
for
your
function.
I
I
would
just
try
to
get
some
some
second
opinions
on
on
getting
that
up
to
code
on
salvaging
it
and
getting
it
up
to
code.
L
I've
been
wondering
about
something:
is
it
possible
to
build
back
like
it
was
like
it
is
built
back
like
it
wasn't
that
first
picture?
Oh.
G
A
L
A
L
E
Right
and
to
add
from
a
planning
perspective
of
it
right
now,
the
building
is
legal
non-conforming
as
far
as
the
setbacks
so
because
they
demoed
it
that
grandfather
went
away,
so
they
would
have
to
build
back
that
structure
at
that
at
the
correct
setback,
which
I
believe
is
five
feet
on
that
side.
I
can
verify
that,
though,
I'm
trying
to
look
at
the
map
in
my
head
so.
E
It
extends
through
the
main
structure
so
because
he
did
that
it
would
have
to
come
back
into
compliance
now.
You
can
go
and
try
to
get
a
variance.
We
can
talk
to
the
director
of
planning,
but
a
variance
is
most
likely
the
process
after,
if
you
did
want
to
rebuild
at
that
exact
level,
exact
location.
E
L
J
A
That
all
of
this
exterior
siding.
F
C
L
L
I
would
like
well,
it
seems
like
it's
inevitable,
that
this
building
is
coming
down
sooner
or
later,
because
it's
very
riding
and
I'd
like
to
put
a
small
bakery
in
the
back.
A
drive-through
bakery
is
that
possible.
E
I
do
believe
that
that
property
is
zoned
as
gcmd,
which
is
general
commercial.
So
that's
something
that
we
could
talk
about
and
discuss
if
you
wanted
to
do
a
bakery
back
there.
What
I
suggest
is
doing
a
pre-development
meeting
and
you'd
contact,
boyd
meyer
via
email-
and
I
can
give
you
his
email
after
this.
E
But
a
pre-development
meeting
is
free,
it's
on
thursdays
and
it
has
every
single
department
represented,
and
so
basically
everyone
that's
going
to
sign
off
on
your
plans,
health
department,
fire
engineering
planning
and
zoning,
and
they
can
give
you
exactly
what's
going
to
be
needed
for
that
project.
I
I
think
that
that
would
be
nice
back
there.
G
A
An
artist
who
can
draw
that
for
him.
That's
right,
but
man
that
the
neighborhood
is
going
to
be
waiting
with
open
ears.
I
F
H
I
make
a
motion
that
we
deny
the
request
of
the
solar
panels.
Second,.
A
When
we
first
moved
into
the
back
to
beaumont
all
right,
I
guess
we
now
go
to
the
historic
district
code
enforcement
report.
A
F
Okay,
it
it's
busy
we're
back
into
the
start
of
weed
season,
so
y'all
are
going
to
hear
a
really
big
number
here
in
a
second
just
know
that
those
are
all
being
reopened
as
well.
Don't
worry
so
we
had
a
total
of
176
inspections
completed
for
the
month
of
march
and
it
completed
with
four
affidavits
being
filed.
We
did
close
156
cases
that
have
either
expired
or
have
come
into
compliance.
F
F
There
was
15
new
historic
violations
with
16
follow-up,
historic
re-inspections,
two
hlc
decision
monitorings
there
was
six
new
junk
motor
vehicles,
eight
new
litter
violations,
38
new
weed
notices,
sent
out
seven
zoning
violations
and
that's
in
reference
of
businesses
being
operated
at
homes,
business
vehicles
being
at
homes.
Things
like
that
and
we
opened
seven
new
general
nuisance
cases
as
well.
Any
questions
for
code
questions
concerns.
F
Yes,
I
chris
has
offered
me
the
zoning
technician
position,
so
I'd
be
in
office
doing
a
little
more
of
what
demi
does
and
I
would
not
be
a
code
enforcement
officer
anymore.
So
it
may
be
my
last
meeting
with
y'all
as
far
as
in
this
capacity,
but.
