C
D
A
You
great
thank
you
and
it's
called
an
unusual
situation
today.
So
if
everyone
will
speak
up,
that
is
the
little
black
box,
our
only
speaker,
so
we'll
do
our
best.
If
you
have
any
questions-
and
you
can't
hear
us-
please
just
ask
okay.
So
let's
go
with
our
regular
meeting
pz
2023-107.!
Oh
wait!
I'm!
Sorry!
Let's
back
up,
you
had
an
opportunity
to
read
the
minutes
of
the
meeting.
Are
there
any
questions
or
emotions.
A
F
David
Bradley
is
requesting
permission
to
keep
a
hot
wire
fence
installed
at
694
Forest.
The
fence
was
constructed
at
four
and
a
half
feet
tall,
and
the
construction
and
placement
of
the
fence
does
not
appear
to
obstruct
the
view
of
the
structure,
the
home
being
a
reported
Texas
Landmark
enlisted
on
the
National
Registry
of
historic
places,
built
in
1899
for
city
councilman
and
prominent
local
businessmen,
Holmes
Duke.
F
The
structure
is
listed
in
1977
and
1989
spare
Beaumont
survey
enlists
as
the
beaumont's
best
example
of
a
small
Queen
Anne
house,
and
one
of
the
few
surviving
from
the
pre-spinal
top
era.
Staff
recommends
approval
of
the
request
and
I
have
a
PowerPoint.
This
one's
going
to
be
a
little
difficult
because
it's
behind
you,
we
are
working
on
printing
copies.
I
do
apologize.
F
This
is
the
structure
for
all
to
see
with
the
Historic
Landmark
Society
up
front.
This
is
from
the
intersection,
so
you
can
see
that
the
hog
bar
continues
down
to
the
side
of
the
structure
through
the
front,
and
then
this
is
from
the
closed
off
roadway
at
the
end.
So
from
other
structures,
View.
A
G
Understand
the
home
driven
past
it
for
30
years
and
always
admired
it,
but
in
the
last
decade
a
little
bit
longer
than
that,
the
fellow
that
moved
didn't.
You
speak
Paul
shagwas
and
he
had
his
offices
in
it
and
he
sold
it
for
to
a
gentleman
out
of
Hawaii
who
bought
it
side
unseen
and
moved
in,
and
he
was
in
poor
health
from
day
one
and
the
property
got
overgrown.
Y'all
fall
seen
the
house
you've
driven
past
it.
The
tree
fell
on
it
and
it
grew
over
and.
G
They
wouldn't
eat
the
mahogany
or
the
teak
that
they
sure
ate
the
Pine
Floors.
You
could
not
walk
in
the
building,
it
was
not
safe
and
the
city
was
very
generous
in
contact
the
owners.
The
gentleman
died
in
the
home
and
it
took
a
couple
of
months
for
the
funeral
home
to
find
some
relatives
and
they
came
down
from.
G
G
That's
been
up
a
month
or
two
and
I
got
the
design.
I
did
not
realize
until
someone
on
the
Jefferson,
County,
Historic
Society
or
something
made
a
visit,
while
the
guys
were
building
the
fence.
The
old
fence
was
an
iron
fence
that
had
rotted
out.
It
was
not
Servicing.
G
He
sent
down
their
request
of
building.
Inspectors
was
going
to
do
a
stop
work
order
on
it
and
I
kind
of
looked
at
the
he
said.
Well,
it's
in
a
historic
district.
I
said
now.
The
historic
district
is
on
the
other
side
of
the
street,
and
so
then
we
went
back
and
forth
and
did
some
research
and
found
out
that
in
19.
G
The
city
yeah
in
order
to
get
a
designation
from
the
state
in
the
National
that
the
city
actually
did
a
cultural,
Landmark
designation
for
that
home
and
then
a
home
across
the
streets,
and
so
it's
kind
of
it's
just
those
two
properties,
and
thus
it
did
fall
under
the
purview
of
for
any
exterior
renovations
to
bring
it
before
y'all.
So.
H
B
H
G
G
I
worked
successfully
with
the
city
in
getting
the
Alleyways
on
both
sides,
my
neighbor,
and
that
one
and
then
on
the
subsequent
block
and
the
Street
closed.
So
it's
now
a
private
road
and
we
put
in
a
fence
down
at
the
end
of
the
block
on
McFadden,
which
isolated
us
from
the
homeless
problem.
K
G
Well,
I
didn't
like
the
iron
fencing
was
that
was
there.
The
aluminum
did
not
want
to
put
a
proprietary
sequence,
because
everybody
said
no.
We
wouldn't
be
able
to
see
the
house
so
that
was
very
sympathetic
and
used
in
the
times.
That
is
also
used
at
the
McFadden
award
there
at
the
carriage
house.
G
F
G
D
A
D
A
G
I
think
what
we're
going
to
do
is
take
it
back
to
what
Paul
Shadwell
was
doing
the
commercial
office
space
it's
gorgeous
inside
of
the
interior
other
than
the
flooring
gone
is
in
in
very
good
shape
from
the
renovation
that
was
done
back
close
to
90.
we're
gonna
I
probably
will
find
a
commercial
tenant.
Maybe
a
law
firm
or
an
accounting
firm,
okay,.
C
D
F
D
F
F
The
property
is
listed
in
the
1991
Fair
stating
the
house
was
built.
Circa
1930
enlisted
as
a
common
home
built
in
the
1930s
in
Beaumont
staff,
recommends
approval
of
the
request
with
the
following
conditions:
one
the
post
be
painted
to
match
the
structure
to
all
applicable
building
permits
and
inspections
are
to
be
obtained
through
the
building
codes.
Department
a
side
note
to
this
that
after
this
packet
was
delivered
to
commission,
the
post,
the
metal
purse
were
removed.
F
I'm,
not
sure
if
the
submitted
posts
that
you're
going
to
see
in
this
Photograph
are
the
final
or,
if
they're,
just
a
temporary
hold
until
we
place,
but
the
applicant
is
in
the
audience.
So
these
are
on
the
first
slide.
You're
seeing
I
believe
it's
slide.
Six
of
the
printout
is
an
example
of
the
metal
post.
A
M
M
Those
are
not
those
were
in
place
because
the
city
stopped
us
once
we
have
the
others
removed
and
told
us
not
to
move
forward.
So
those
are
there,
and
so
we
have
available
on
how
to
move
forward,
but
the
others
were
arrested.
They
were
not
doing
anything
for
support
or
anything.
So
we
need
to
replace
those.
M
Well,
we
have
the
wooden
post.
If
the
metal
post
I
mean
we
can
look
for
them,
I
haven't
looked
for
them,
I'm,
not
sure
what's
available
now,
but
we
need
something
in
place.
So
just
waiting
to
hear.
C
I
know
that
if
Mr
lavish
or
president,
then
he
would
tell
you
there
are
historic
salvage
places
that
you
can
go
to.
There
are
some
right
here
in
town.
We
can
give
you
some
information.
Maybe
they
can
give
you
I
mean
baw.
Resell
is
one
there's
some
other
metal
things
and
they
have
plenty
of
these
that
they
Salvage
from
when
homes
are
being
torn
down.
So,
okay
I
know
that's
what
he
would
normally
recommend.
Okay,.
N
M
N
C
D
A
E
H
F
N
K
M
K
Have
one
more
question
on
the
wooden
post
was
their
intent
to
put
any
type
of
molding
or
caps
on
the
top
or
the
bottom
of
those
posts?
Not
that
I'm,
aware
of.
N
D
F
With
their
rear
yard,
the
fence
will
tie
into
the
existing
fence
at
the
structure
and
not
extend
in
front
of
the
home.
The
structure
is
listed
in
the
1991
spare
heading
structure
was
built,
Circa
1939
and
is
listed
as
a
common
home
built
in
the
1930s
staff,
recommends
approval
of
the
request.
So
in
your
packet,
the
first
thing
you're
going
to
see
this
is
the
main
structure
of
the
applicant.
A
All
right
is
there
a
discussion
or
a
motion.
A
We
have
a
motion
to
approve
the
zero
second,
okay,
all
in
favor,
say:
aye
promotion
carries
okay,
let's
go
to
file
BCU
2003-132.
F
Marco
Lopez
was
granted
a
certificate
of
a
program,
is
to
install
a
five
foot
wooden
fence
to
surround
the
vacant
lot
located
at
2171
Liberty
on
March
22nd
2023..
The
same
day,
inspector
Randall
noticed
the
completed
installation
of
a
hogwire
fence.
The
request
was
amended
to
match
what
was
installed
and
Mr
Lopez
notified
that
his
request
to
keep
the
hogwire
fence
would
go
before
the
hlc.
F
The
fence
was
constructed
five
feet
tall
and
does
not
appear
to
obstruct
the
view
of
the
surrounding
structures.
The
property
was
not
listed
at
any
of
spare
surveys.
Staff
recommends
approval
of
the
request,
so
just
to
clarify
he
had
received
a
certificate
of
appropriateness,
but
if
we
were
under
the
impression
it
would
be
for
a
solid
five
foot
fence.
Since
that
is
not
what
was
installed.
It
was
brought
before
golf
for
the
change.
F
N
N
A
N
My
name
is
Marco
Lopez.
Thank
you,
Mr
Lopez,
so
I
might
have
an
application.
N
F
Okay,
so
I
guess
at
the
counter
there
was
just
a
miscommunication
about
how
it
was
going
to
be
installed,
but.
D
A
All
in
favor
say
aye
aye
all
opposed
no
and
the
motion
is
approved.
Thank
you.
Okay
file,
PC
2023-137
keeps
it
clean.
C
N
F
Years,
thanks
to
William
McFadden,
who
needed
two
acres
of
his
land
to
the
town
of
Beaumont
in
1876
to
be
used
in
burial
grounds
for
the
citizens,
the
monument
would
be
placed
within
the
entry
of
the
cemetery,
providing
a
visual
presence
and
accessibility
that
the
monument
currently
lacks
being
located
in
our
city,
right-of-way,
with
the
understanding
that
over
200
000
Texans
served
during
World
War
One
housing.
The
monument
where
many
veterans
of
that
war
are
laid
to
rest
seems
appropriate
staff
recommends
approval
of
the
request
in
your
packets.
F
You
will
see
a
copy
of
the
2017
Texas
historical
commission
Medallion.
It
is
a
special
World
War
One
edition
of
their
publication
through
the
Texas
historical
commission,
and
this
is
something
specified
through
Governor
Abbott
Who
provided
multiple
monuments
throughout
the
city
throughout
the
state
of
Texas
and
most
of
their
locations
are
within
cemeteries
in
order
in
order
to
in
order
to
establish
visitations
to
those
cemeteries.
So
those
monuments
could
be
seen
in
those
veterans.
F
Memorialized
I'm
in
the
PowerPoint
presentation
packet
you'll
see
the
current
intersection
of
the
monument
on
Main
Street
at
Mulberry,
where
there's
not
necessarily
a
parking
Court
you'd
have
to
find
parking
either
at
the
fire
Museum
or
at
Crockett
Street,
and
walk
over
to
the
museum
or
walk
over
to
the
monument,
and
the
next
slide
is
going
to
be
a
more
up
close
view.
It's
very
hard
to
read
the
monument
throughout
the
picture,
so
I
do
apologize
for
that.
F
E
You
was
actually
the
Jefferson
County,
that's
right,
I'm,
sorry,
I'm,
not
a
Texas
historical
commission,
yeah,
our
commission.
We,
we
established
a
committee
to
review
this.
We
have
a
number
of
our
commission
members
here
today
to
speak
on,
that
they've
been
doing
extensive
research
on
all
of
the
World
War
One
soldiers
that
died
that
were
from
Beaumont.
E
That
are,
you
know
that
are
necessarily
all
enumerated
on
this
Monument
but
been
doing
extensive
research,
and
we
want
to
call
attention
to
the
service,
men
and
women
that
that
died
and
put
this
monument
in
a
location
where
it
can
be
accessed
and
seeing
better
right
now.
No
one
even
knows
it's
there
in
that
kind
of
corner,
Triangle,
Park
spot,
that's
right!
Next
to
Main,
Street,
there's
no
parking
there.
E
Our
thought
from
the
commission
was
that
the
majority
of
the
service
members
that
died
are
buried
at
Magnolia
and
or
Evergreen,
which
is
right
down
from
Magnolia
Cemetery,
so
with
our
partnership
with
Magnolia
Cemetery,
which
is
one
of
our
most
historic
cemeteries.
That's
how
this
idea
came
forward
to
put
the
monument
in
a
location
where
the
citizens
could
learn
more
about
it.
No.
E
K
A
E
Is
our
idea
of
what
to
do?
There
could
be
other
ideas
and
I
certainly
want
to
call
for
the
the
members
of
our
commission
I've
done
the
most
work
on
the
research
and
Kelly
Manus
from
Magnolia
and
asked
them
to
give
you
some
more
information
about
the
research
that
was
done
and
why
we
think
this
is
a
good
idea.
Okay,.
D
H
Evergreen
Cemetery
and
the
reason
why
we
were
looking
at
moving
the
monument
to
Magnolia
Cemetery
is
because
22
of
them
are
there
and
then
wanted
Hebrew
rest
and
down.
The
street
is
two
more
and
we're
putting
together
a
booklet
on
each
man.
It'll
be
a
little
bio
on
their
lives
here
in
Beaumont
and
they
would
be
able
if
people
come
to
Magnolia
Cemetery
they'd
be
able
to
get
the
booklet
and
they
would
know
they
would
have
a
map
showing
where
each
man
is
buried
in
Magnolia
Cemetery
and
that's
what
we've
been
working
on.
H
H
So
that's
one
reason
and
we're
also
looking
at
having
a
extra
Monument
made
and
have
all
the
Beaumont
boys
names
put
on
it
because
back
in
1918,
when
they
first
started,
the
Beaumont
Journal
did
the
they.
They
took
in
money
for
the
monument
where
they
were
going
to
put
the
names
of
all
the
Beaumont
Boys
on
that
Monument
when
they
never
did
and
there's
been
other
research
since
then,
and
because
of
a
lot
of
Records,
you've
been
lost
and
everything
like
this
I
believe.
I
Yes,
Mike
Getz
Beaumont
city
councilman
for
Ward
2,
7950,
Phelan,
Boulevard,
Beaumont,
Texas
I
want
to
thank
the
historical
commission
from
Jefferson
County
for
calling
attention
to
the
fact
this
Monument
is
over
there
and
it
is
kind
of
hidden
and
it
is
probably
appropriate
that
it
be
moved
to
a
more
visible
location.
The
Enterprise
building
is
for
sale.
I
We
don't
know
what's
going
to
become
of
that,
but
what
I'd
like
to
call
to
the
attention
of
this
board
is
the
fact
that
at
Pipkin
Park
there
is
currently
a
building
called
Temple
to
the
brave
that
was
built
at
the
conclusion
of
World
War
One
to
be
a
monument
to
these
very
same
soldiers
that
lost
their
lives
and
it
has
artifacts
of
world
war
one
inside
it
is
a
magnificent
structure.
It
was
built
and
donated
by
the
Daughters
of
the
American
Revolution.
I
I
But
it
can
be
open
by
appointment
as
well.
I
think
one
of
the
issues,
one
of
the
things
that
you're
going
to
be
dealing
with
next
also
has
a
statue
pedestal
that's
at
Fifth
and
park,
it's
going
to
be
removed,
and
presumably,
if
this
board
votes
in
that
favor
and
it's
going
to
rejoin
the
statute
that
is
currently
at
the
art
museum.
I
I
I
Because
this
is
something
that
was
given
to
the
City
of
Beaumont
by
citizens
of
the
City
of
Beaumont,
and
you
know:
I,
love,
Magnolia,
Cemetery
and
I
love
the
fact
that
the
Heritage
Society
does
tours
of
the
museum
and
shows
the
historical
aspects
of
that.
But
it's
a
private
entity
and
I
think
it
would
be
problematic
for
a
public
monument
to
be
given
or
leased,
or
you
know,
look
for
a
long
period
of
time.
That's
on
private
property.
I
D
Q
Place
Beaumont
Texas.
Thank
you,
I,
don't
understand
if
you
don't
mind,
I'm.
Also
a
member
of
the
Jefferson
County
Historical
Commission,
also
a
member
of
the
VFW
American
Legion,
the
vva,
the
DAV.
All
these
are
veteran
organizations
I'm
one
of
the
founding
members
of
the
Southeast
Texas
veterans
for
veterans
people
to
do
the

Now
we.
D
Q
Discuss
moving
the
monument
to
Pipkin
Park
that
was
seriously
considered,
but
for
two
reasons
and
I
was
that
I
was
convinced.
Is
that
the
Captain
Park
already
has
the
temple
to
the
Brave
and
I
believe
that
this
Monument
would
be
less
impressive
there,
and
also
the
fact
that
the
most
of
these
veterans
are
very
they're
in
Magnolia,
Cemetery
and
down
the
street.
That
I
feel
it
would
be
appropriate
for
it
to
be
moved
to
Magnolia
Cemetery.
L
It
is
kind
of
strange
that
nobody
knew
that
we
had
this
Monument
until
what
two
months
ago,
I
think
we
came
and
visited
with
Mr
Boone
and
city
manager,
and
they
said,
follow
him
because
you
couldn't
find
that
money.
It
was
totally
covered
in
what
is
that
stuff.
L
L
We
maintain
75
Acres
I
have
men
that
work
there
every
day
to
make
sure
that
it
is
a
place
that
people
can
come
and
worship
as
they
do
and
say
their
stories,
and
let
us
know,
and
when
you
think,
about
war,
but
especially
for
an
18
year
old.
That
leaves-
and
nobody
knows
anything
about
this
Monument
for
years-
I'm-
not
talking
about
yesterday
I'm
talking
about
well,
probably
since
the
Enterprise
was
there,
this
moved,
maybe
how
many
years
ago
was
it
moved,
15
or
something
one
of
the
parts.
L
Anyway,
it
just
needs
to
come
someplace
that
will
be
taken
care
of,
and
this
one
will
be
open.
It's
open
seven
days
a
week.
We
have
staff
there,
we
do
tours
it's
where
it
belongs,
and
we
will
make
sure
that
we
plan
on
getting
the
Ledger
with
the
men's
names
on
in
their
birthdays
and
I.
Think
that
Magnolia
is
where
we
say
the
history
lives.
L
D
L
Age
of
that
stove,
we
don't
want
to
take
over
much
but
we'll
landscape
it
thinking
about
maybe
putting
some
curving
there.
Okay,
it's
not
a
real
good
picture
of
it,
but
it's
a
lot
better.
Y'all
need
to
come
out
and
see
what
we
know.
F
A
A
We
have
a
motion
to
approve.
Is
there
a
second
I
would
like
to?
Second?
Second,
all
in
favor
say
aye
aye
aye,
all
opposed
no
okay
motion
carries.
Thank
you
all
right.
Let's
go
to
file
2023-138.
F
Jennifer
stimmel,
on
behalf
of
the
property
owner,
is
requesting
permission
to
replace
20
windows
on
the
wise
house
located
at
615,
North
5th
Street.
There
are
five
star
two.
There
are
two
requests
here.
The
first
is
either
to
remove
the
grids
from
the
second
story.
If
this
is
not
favorable,
then
they
have
submitted
a
segment
request
to
match
the
grids.
F
On
the
first
floor,
the
home
is
categorized
as
a
prairie
style
home
examples
can
be
seen
in
a
field
guide
to
American
houses,
Pages
444
through
451.,
while
the
request
to
remove
the
Grid's
entirely
seems
inappropriate.
Matching
the
first
floor
does
seem
appropriate
for
this
style
home.
The
home
is
listed
in
the
1990s
Fair
survey,
stating
that
the
structure
was
built,
Circa
1912,
as
the
only
example
of
a
prairie
style
architecture
in
Beaumont,
built
originally
for
Harry
wise.
F
The
founder
of
humble
oil
and
refineries
now
known
as
Exxon
Corporation
staff
recommends
approving
the
request
to
match
the
first
floor
grids
with
the
following
conditions
shall
obtain
all
necessary
permits
through
the
building
codes.
Department,
any
Replacements
of
trim
shall
match
existing
color
scheme
of
the
structure.
F
Parts
on
this
one
I
do
apologize.
So
it's
it's
mainly
these
two
windows
and
the
singular
side
window
that
you
saw
that
had
the
multitude
grid
they're
not
proposing
to
change
the
size
or
the
style
of
the
windows.
Simply
the
grid
pattern
they're
asking
to
match
the
grid
pattern
to
the
first.
So
for
this
large
bay
window
it
would
have
the
singular
light
across
and
then
the
smaller
all
the
way
up
to
match.
The
first.

F
The
family
of
George
O'brien
Millard
with
the
Jackson
County
Historical
commission
are
seeking
support
in
an
application
for
a
State
Historical
marker,
as
the
City
of
Beaumont
is
the
property
owner
of
where
the
statute
currently
sits
at
the
corner
of
Bowie
and
Pearl
Street,
also
known
as
500
Main
Mr
Millard
was
once
listed
in
the
Beaumont
Enterprise
as
the
most
beloved
man
in
Baltimore,
a
dedicated
member
of
the
First
Methodist
Church,
serving
two
terms.
As
a
city
alderman
for
the
City
of
Beaumont,
his
retirement
was
spent
advocating
for
the
improvements
to
the
public
school
system.
F
F
In
1999.
The
Texas
historical
commission
announced
that
the
statue
was
in
desperate
need
of
restoration
and
an
art
restoration
group
cleaned
and
made
small
repairs
to
the
statue
in
2010
artist.
Ron
petite
suggested
moving
the
statue
to
its
new
location
at
the
art
museum
of
Southeast
Texas,
once
moved,
petite
fully
restored
the
statute.
The
original
base,
which
reads
Good
Deeds,
are
never
lost
and
he
who,
through
his
Services,
showed
faithfulness
courtesy
and
kindness,
reaped
honor
friendship
and
love
Still
Remains
in
Pipkin
park.
Today
staff
recommends
approval
of
the
request
and
I
have
photos
for
you.
F
P
F
Maybe
there's
a
large
portion
of
the
base
that
Still
Remains
at
Pipkin
park
with
the
original
inscription
the
family
is
in
discussion.
J
We
have
asked
to
have
it
moved,
but
we're
in
this
meeting
for
the
marker,
because
there's
a
ticking
time
clock
on
the
marker
dedication
application
deadline
so
that.
D
I
F
I
C
I
have
a
question:
yes,
how
does
the
art
museum
fun,
director
and
committee?
How
do
they
feel
about
this.
C
F
J
J
So
these
three
generations
descended
from
George
O'brien
Miller
and
there
was
a
lot
of
family
support
for
every
move,
but
we've
realized
that
there's
really
no
explanation
as
to
who
he
was
or
what
he
did
for
the
community
or
how
his
impact
still
can
be
found
through
our
school
systems
and
so
having
a
historical
marker
would
really
explain.
You
know
to
people
rather
than
just
why
you
know.
There's
a
random
statue.
K
A
A
F
A
historic
code
report
and
the
other
business
discussion-
yes,
okay,
Miss
Randall,
is
out
today
so
I'll
be
delivering
your
historic
code
report.
Okay,
for
the
month
of
March,
she
has
13
new
historic
violations:
two
historic
re-inspections,
one
new
junk
motor
vehicle
violation,
two
junk
winter,
beagle
reinspections
one,
definitely
able
to
tag
for
removal.
F
Six
new
letter
violations,
19,
literary
inspections,
51
new,
lead
violations,
37
speed,
re-inspections
three
City
cut
lots
for
re-inspection
two
new
zoning
violations,
with
a
total
of
137
inspections
completed
for
the
month
of
March
March.
Are
there
any
code
concerns
that
y'all
have
that
you
would
like
to
see
her
address
at
this
time
or
any
questions
that
I
can
pass
them
all
to
noon.
F
Lastly,
on
the
agenda
is
a
discussion
regarding
administrative
reviews
for
hogwire
fencing
as
you've
seen
today
they
are
becoming
increasingly
popular
throughout,
not
only
the
district
but
the
City
of
Beaumont,
and
this.
These
requests
were
just
three.
This
month
in
the
past,
we've
brought
four
or
five
before
you
before.
As
some
had
stated,
the
argument
is
that
they
are
as
common
as
located
McFadden
courthouse.
P
L
K
C
You
know
like
the
gentleman
here
that
said
how
he
did
so
many
comments
on
how
nice
this
yard
is
kept,
but
it
also
doesn't
go
with
the
period
of
some
of
the
homes
that
we
have
and
just
kind
of
a
mix
match
and
we're
so
specific
with
everyone
else
that
you
know
we
want
her
to
keep
her
middle
comms
pillars
and
stuff
and
then
we're
just
like
telling
them
they
can
do
whatever
they
want
with
their
hot
wire
fence.
I
think
there
should
definitely
be
stipulations.
Okay,.
O
So
it's
got
to
be,
it
would
be
a
unanimous
decision,
so
if
not
everyone's
on
board
with
it,
then
we
can
continue
to
bring
them
individually,
as
we
have
okay.
F
Anything
like
what
we've
seen
today,
the
forefoot
treated
wood,
an
obstructive
view.
If
y'all
would
like
to
have
the
stipulation
of
having
some
be
painted
if
anyone
type
of
architecture,
but
what
I
would
say
as
far
as
administrative
review
by
staff
are
requirement,
four
feet:
unobstructive
View
at
least
the
minimally
a
treated
wood
we
could
approve
that
per
staff.
Anything
outside
of
that
request
goes
before
Historic.
K
I
guess
the
point
I
was
trying
to
clarify
is:
if
there
is
intent
by
the
owner
to
paint
that
y'all
would
be
y'all
would
be
approving
that
paint
color
based
on
right,
the
historic
color
charts.
What
the
house
we
painted
on.
If
anything
deviates
from
that
they
need
to
see
us
and
I
think
we
should
recommend
that
they.
C
F
At
minimum
we've
been
before
the
treated
I,
don't
know
how
we
could,
because
yeah.
A
Okay,
so
let's
do
a
show
of
hands,
so
we
all
are
in
this
together
for
those
who
agree
with
her
recommendation
hold
up
their
hands.
F
C
If
the
we're
constantly
voting
on
things
after
they
happen,
these
fences
were
already
put
up
and
then
we're
having
to
say
well:
okay,
I
guess
you
can
keep
them.
We
have
got
to
get
something
and
I
strongly
feel
like
the
city
should
pay
for
it.
I've
said
this
before
and
our
Oaks
to
start
Association
has
agreed
to
pay
a
portion
of
it.
We
have
to
get
something
that
goes
to
every
homeowner
within
the
district,
especially
when
they
buy
a
house
and
that
can
go
to
the
Realtors
and
the
real
I
know.
C
Hester
has
said
the
board
of
realtors
could
help
us.
If
you
buy
a
house
every
time
we
get
people
to
come
over.
Like
oh
I
didn't
know,
I
wasn't
supposed
to
do
that,
but
they've
already
torn
down
some
historical
aspect
of
their
house
or
some
architectural
significant,
something
you
can't
get
back
and
then
they
come
here
and
plead
forgiveness
afterwards
and
then
we're
the
Bad
Guy
saying
sorry,
you
have
to
change
it
or
oh,
this
poor,
single
mom.
She
can't
afford
it
so,
okay,
let's
just
let
her
keep
it
we're
not
following
the
rules.
C
When
you
drive
down
the
street
and
it
says
you
can
only
go
50
miles-
you
can
only
go
50
miles
right,
but
these
people
don't
know
what
they
don't
know
that
they're
in
violation.
So
I
really
feel
like
that's
something.
If
you
have
a
code
that
you
enforce
it's
on
your
website,
it's
their
job
to
enforce
these
codes,
but
yet
you're,
not
letting
anybody
know
what
the
codes
are.
You
all
need
to
pay
for
that
isn't.
R
R
C
O
To
add
to
that
there
are
some
couple
times
they
will
tell
you
I
understand,
but
it
is
the
problem.
What
you're
bringing
up
it
is
a
problem,
but
I
won't
say
that
it's
a
consistent
problem
with
every
single
individual
that
comes
up
just
because
there
are
contractors
that
are
aware,
and
we
have
been
in
communication
with
them,
but
they
choose
to
they.
F
You
know
like
Debbie,
said
some
people
say
they
don't
know
While
others,
they
were
reformed
and
they
did
know
they
just
chose
to
go
the
opposite
route,
which,
when
we
do
our
processes,
you
know
Shea
will
send
out
hey
you're
in
a
notice
of
violation.
You
have
so
under
correct
it
they
put
in
their
application.
We
have
to
take
them
to
the
board.
It's
the
due
process
of
it.
Unfortunately,.
C
R
That's
a
good
good
opportunity
to
say:
hey
can't
park
in
the
front
yard
by
the
way,
there's
also
some
other
rules
but
they're
doing
a
great
job
with
Communications
all
the
time,
but
that
may
be
something
we
can
also
ask
them
to
do.
Is
they
need,
like
a
short
brief
video
about
hey
you're
in
the
historic
district,
and
that
could
be
something
not
only
put
on
our
website
but
real
realtors
for
that
theirs.
