have
been
installed,

This
was
done
without
the
benefit
of
a
building
permit
or
cas,
and
the
permits
have
not
been
issued
to
this
property.

the
past,
the

mechanical

plumbing

to

brought
up
to
code.

shed
located
in

rear
of

has
collapsed
and

to

removed
